This is to inform you that, i have ordered 2 pretty kurtis from a company called triviyaa when i received my order i am totally shocked after opened, it was totally different ie. I have received 2 simple worst material sarees.

I just want to return it & want my money back @ rs.961/- against fabulous order receipt no. #q148774 dt. 04/05/18 deliver through blue dart.

There is no proper contact details of the company on their website... All fake details.

They post on fb everyday of their collections and mentioned return within 10days... Fake company & fake collections.

This is to inform you that, i have ordered 2 pretty kurtis from a company called triviyaa when i received my order i am totally shocked after opened, it was totally different ie. I have received 2 simple worst material sarees.

I just want to return it & want my money back @ rs.961/- against fabulous order receipt no. #Q148774 dt. 04/05/18 deliver through Blue Dart.

There is no proper contact details of the company on their website... All fake details.

They post on fb everyday of their collections and mentioned return within 10days... Fake company & fake collections.

Awaiting for your immediate action & replay

Im nisha vikram.. I have ordered a red georgette gown party wear. But i have received an orange dress material which is not at all useful to me.... Im not at all satisfied with the product. Actually i was looking for the same gown.. But i received this material...
I have made my payment of rs 746.
But this was not the product i expected.. So please do the procedures for my refund and return option as early as possible.. I value my money a lot. So please do my refund at the earliest

I ordered a designer gown and got a totally cheap saree.. And when i asked for refunds they refused. I want to return this product asap. They are a fraud company. Kindly notify them about my complain and refund my money. They should either deliver the desired product or just refund my money. The commodity is absolutely cheap as for the price. I want this product returned and my money refunded. This is injustice to the costumers. Refund my money or give the product.in addition, the delivery was also late. Suggested that do not buy from this site 🙄

I order a beautiful saree of rs 650/- but i received a cheap/3rd grade saree which is not even of rs 100/-. They provided me the product I didn't order.
Wrong product has been sent.
Now no one is responding.
Contact numbers are wrong as well as mail id is also wrong.

I want to Returns this product and my money back.

I had ordered 2 kurtis from online triviyaa site. Order no.[protected] and amount of 961rs.

But, the shipment i received is different. I have got some low quality sarees.. Which is not even worth of 200-300rs.. The receipt on the top of the shipment says kurti with incorrect quantity detail as 1. I want to return the material and need my money back. I received the shipment from shipper 248091.. The gridspe global. A4 nb point nana varachha. Surat
All contact details provided in the site are fake.

1. Ordered for gown but received saree
2. On asking refund they are very particular about not giving hdfc bank details for refund but any other account details of family member or any one else
3. Not ready to refund cash
4. Customer service people and company is fake with no knowledge or ethics to talk
5. They are arrogant about taking the wrong product first, then refund or deliver the actual product
6. On asking to shut down the business as they are not able to meet customer order, the respond is - dukan thodi na hai, accompany hai, apke liye band thodi na kardenge
Its a fraud company just to cheat and take bank details in exchange

My order number is [protected]. Had ordered 4 dresses and only sarees I got what rubbish. I couldn't believe my eyes, for not much harm to to company and blue dart contact me :[protected]
Send me your customer care number or get back to me regarding the same
If nothing is done in 3hours I am logging and FIR against your company.

And the product delivered to me this morning i. E., on 18th of may is no where related to what i had placed an order for. I have received a cheap red colored saree instead... I want my money back.

I had placed an order on your site i. E. www.triviyaa.com on 19th of may 2018. Viz., a designer Triviyaa Designer Colorful Saree, that priced rs.638.
And the product delivered to me this afternoon i. E., on 22th of may is no where related to what i had placed an order for. I have received a cheap orange colored saree instead... I want my money back.
Please collect your product back and return the amount as soon as possible.

They have cheat all costomers so any action shuold be take against them... L have called costomer care also but they demanded my debit credit no. Of a/ c. Then they can withdraw my money also from my a/ c... Another fraud!!

The email address [protected]@triviyaa.com is fake and the phone on the packet of surat address is also fake. I ordered 2 gowns and only one was provided to me. It's cheap quality as well. Very fake and even the address on link is wrong. The website should be blacklisted

I have ordered a kurthi (Designer pretty kurthi 004-xl) order no was 162944 but i received a saree. I want replacement of the item or return for my money. The amount i paid was rs 530. It's bad for you to receive money and send such cheap product. Not at all satisfied. How can i recommend this site to others. I'll never order anything unless i get a replacement.
