I have brought Induction Cook-top (TTK PRESTIGE) 9059in month September, Its was worked fine till up-to one month. At this time this is the only source for cooking food. Then it is not working, then I went to dealer I ask to repair and get it done. They simply replied we don't do any repair for TTK PRESTIGE items, other than prestige we will fix at my own. Day 2 i went to service point where it is located in Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad. They replied to me the mechanic is not here come after 4 days which is on Monday I just handover the Induction Cook-top to them. Day 2 is working day for me again Monday also. Day 6- I went to service point and ask for the status they replied still it is not finished, they ask me to come on Wednesday which is day-9. I went on DAY 9 Wednesday agine same words still its not finished. Till now I dont have any thing to cook my food, today itself on new Panasonic rice cooker.

They (TTK PRESTIGE) dont care about customur relation and satisfaction. They sold out they (TTK PRESTIGE) their product thats it. They never ever build any custumor relation after sold out their (TTK PRESTIGE) product.

Dear Sir,

We have bought your product under scheme DLX-KIB-SET ( Offer Price was Rs.5, 620/- where PIC-1.0-Induction stove was free from the dealer Prestige
Smart Kitchen, M/s. Shree Siddhraj Stores RH-3, Plot No.87, Priyadarshini CHS, Sector-15, Koparkhairne, Navi Mumbai-400709 Phone No.[protected] under his Tax Invoice No.SSK/1864 DTD. Nov. 13, 2011. As per the deal the delear has delivered product and he promised us the scheme induction stove would be delivered within 3 working days, after three working days he was saying still he has not received the item from the company and would be delivered very shortly. Now I have visited several time to the shop keeper the shop is kept closed and no body is lifting the phone. So far I have not received the scheme as per your promise bundled with the product.

Since you are reputed company I have bought the product however due to the dealer I couldn't get your schemes in time. Please look into the matter and sort the issue at the earliest. I am A.E. I also purchased PRESTIGE INDUCTION COOK TOP but it has worked only fortnight ; the elecy. is not passing, the Prestige interest in consumer care is almost NIL, i highly discouraged, dont believe the PRESTIGE pl.
i have purchased induction cook top on 29/12/2011 from sri Raghavendra enterprises, konanakunte cross, bangalore - 62. It was working till 1/2/2012 and 2/2/12 due to non working handover to the dealer . So for he as not repaired nor replace the product after several calls . Therefore i request you to take up the matter and solve. Hope the name of the prestige group is in the good book . Kindly keep the same as the problem of the customer should be minimise.

Awaiting early dated reply as well as the product which is with the dealer.

    I have purchased a Rice cooker SRO1.8 model from the Prestige with one year warranty.After few days it dint worked, so i gave it the TTK Prestige service center at Mylapore (Chennai). For the first time of service they took almost one month to give the good back, but when they took the good they promised to deliver in 10 working days.
    Recently it again got some problem. One and half month i have submitted the product at the service center till now they dint serviced it and they are not at all responding to the calls.Kindly help regarding this issue.

    I have purchased four burner hob with chimney from prestige smart kitchen (Madras) with one year warranty. While usage, noticed leakage of gas from the hob. so i gave it to the TTK Prestige Service Center at Vellore Vide Job Sheet No.283, dt.01.12.2011. Till now they did not service it and they are repeatedly giving a same reply SPARE PART IS NOT AVAILABLE.

    This is second complaint i register and previously four complaints sent through emails.

    May we request your intervene to resolve the issue at earliest.

    Hope to hear a favorable reply from your end, i do remain.

    If at all issue not resolved with a week, i have no other option of going to consumer court.

      Dear Sir,

      We Buy Induction from your dealer named `Gift Centre, Rainak, Bazar, Jalandhar Phone No.:[protected],[protected]’ wide bill no.:- 19404 on dated 21/10/2011. I used this induction only one week. After one week ceramic sheet of induction cooker is blast. I don’t know the exact reason. I Complaint Prestige Customer Care(email id:- [protected]@ttkprestige.com) on dated 28/10/2011 via my email id :- [protected]@in.com . But I am surprise there response is totally zero or not any satifactory reply. They only asked our ceramic sheet from company side is in Ludhiana or Chandigarh. They not know the exact location. They not serviced my induction till 16/11/2011. My Induction payment is still blocked and my induction is in gift centre in rainak bazaar, jalandhar. But they not do nothing. Please do something against this complaint. So, that in future company will do it’s job in time.

      Dear Sir,

      I Purchase a Prestige Induction on dated 21/10/2011 wide bill no. 19404 from party name `Gift Centre' Rainak Bazar, Chowk, Jalandhar Phone No.:[protected],[protected]. After one week our Induction's Ceramic Plate is Blast. I don't know about proper reason. on dated 28/10/2011 i lodge a complaint in [protected]@ttkprestige.com via my email id:- [protected]@in.com. but 15/11/2011 (Today) there is no satisfactory response by TTK Prestige Limited. They only asked my our ceramic Sheet of Induction's is in ludhiana or chandigarh. they not give satisfactory response or not give new induction in replace of my old induction. while there 15-Days replacement period is given by Company. I think they waste my time and Money.Please do something against my complaint so that they learn a lesson and in future they will do their duties in time.

              We had logged a complaint to prestige Gas Stove Service centre Mylapore at phone no.[protected], stating that a 4 burner the gas stove /Hob purchased from their showroom at Anna Nagar East was not functioning. The complaint was raised about 3 months back and we were furnished a complaint no. 16038. In spite of repeated reminders no body has visited us till date for rectification of the complaint. This is not expected from a reputed company like Prestige.
              During promotion o their stove, we were given promises of all services to be rendered on time and timely attention,etc. We being senior citizens , it is nearly 3 months since the complaint was logged and no steps have been initiated till date. We request you to intervene and do the necessary so that our stove is replaced .Please note a negligence from their end can cause fatal accidents i[censored]nattended .

              i had purchased 4 burner gas stove with glass top (model no: GT 04 AL) on 24.12.2011. In just few days I observed the gas leakage and lodged complaint. The complaint was attended on 20.01.2012 and stated that it was only knob problem.All the screws in the knob were under rust condition. On 29.01.2012 the glass top had broken while i am cooking by the side.

              What to do now?
              Pl. give me suggestions, within the period of one month the stove top had broken into pieces. I had a bad opinion about prestige. I suggest all o[censored] not to buy prestige.

              This is Ashok Kumar. I have purchased a 4 burner glass stove at Ajantha Stores Madurai by 31-DEC-2012. But within a month the glass has been bursted when cooking. This happened during a function in my home, as from morning the food has been prepared for nearly 5-6 hours continuosly. So this depends upon the high heat irresistance of the glass. When I am buying the product I claimed the sales girl whether it will resist in high temperature, but she promised that it has been tested and still there, no complaints on this. But now I am feeling worse of why I have purchased of such bad product from Prestige. When asking to the customer care they are not responding for 2-3 days and then when calling continuosly they intimated that warranty is for stove only and not for glass. They also told that it costs Rs.[protected]. The problem is why Prestige is delivering such a bad product to customers. All know the glass is heat irresistive and why do u commit this as a resisitive product. I am yet to log complaint in consumer court since this is not the problem o[censored]s. If I put some hard material on the glass top I could commit the problem is with us. But while cooking this has happened. So this must be immediately addressed by Prestige services. Such a bad attempt from Prestige.

              Prestige: You have good name with consumers. Dont spoil the thing completely due to such bad products. Please take immediate action upon this.

                I bought a new Induction stove in prestige company ,it cannot work, then i gave them the prestige service centre but at this time no one cannot response the phone call and they can"t call me its too bad .i given the service centre in19.10.2011 .they told we consult our higher officer and given within 10 days.but no response and no intimation in phone. please consult my complaints.
                I purchase a prestige nakshatra aluminium pressure handi (3 liter) but not work on induction heater properly; time taken more power consumption more for any item so i go to purchase stall he refuse to any type of complain taken then i go to service center he was again refuse so what to do at that condition or where i go

                  I purchased one Royal Glass top Gas Table ( GT 03L A-I) ON 05.0309 from the authorised dealor of Prestige Smart Kitchen, " Ghosh & Ghosh" Chandernagore. Since purchased I faced problems. It was not functioning properly. Last on 23.09.11 I made complaints for serious defects in burners as the flames were coming out from the joint of Burners and Mixing tubes. It was attended on 10.10.11. The burners and mixing tubes had to replaced as it became defective and odd shaped. For the last 30 years one ordinary gas stove was used by us but it works properly till now. How the Royal Gas stove became defective and I had to pay money for the replaced parts when the defects are due to manufacturing problems. I want that my Gas stove should be replaced with a new one and the charges so levied should be refunded.

                    Tea maker is held by them from the 6th August 2011,I've called several times about the status of the product but they always keep postponing. No responsible person. All are bloody and shameless people who are working there.

                    Prestige means frustration. I got a Prestige coffee maker and it spoiled with in a week. I gave it for replacement for the stores where I got it. He is neither responding or replacing the product. I am very frustrated with the prestige product and gave up and got another brand coffee maker and it is working fine.

                    If any one wants to rip your own happiness, please pick PRESTIGE products. I want to happy in my life so I will never pick any product of PRESTIGE.

                    I use many home appliances like Nokia Mobile, SONY TV, Lenovo laptop, kenstar air cooler, FBI washing machine. Those products do not fail and any minor issues the service would be 10 out of 10. I pity people who pick PRESTIGE products from Market.

                      I bought a Prestige Induction cook top from Big Bazar, fatima nagar on 7th August 2011.

                      I started using the production an one fine day after 15days this has stopped working . I tried to log a complaint with Prestige Customer care center in banglore[protected] and they have asked me to call Pune customer care cell and from that day i am trying to call them[protected] without any success for last 15 days.

                      I again called up the Banglore customer care center and they have provided me the mobile number pune Customer care manager (Mr Bhosale) - [protected]. I have tried this number also and as expected he is also not replying to any of the call.


                      I have also dropped mails to there customer care mail id :- [protected]@ttkprestige.com
                      and surprisingly they dont reply to it and while i contact banglore customer care, they shamelessly asking me to take my product to there service center.

                      This is most disppointing service i have ever faced in my life and i am regretting for buying such a waste product and i suggest all not to go for this.

                      I have never experienced such a worst reponse from any of the company till date in my life.
                      They are shameless and rude and moreever they dont talk to you.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I purchased a Prestige Induction Cook – Top from your Panjim, Goa Dealer Janata Auto Sales
                        on 30/12/2009.

                        It worked well for 1 year and in January 2011 it started giving me trouble. It stopped working. I had put it on and I got some burnt rubber smell, so I took it for repairs to JANATA AUTO SALES, Panjim and I got it repaired. They took me 2 months to get it repaired. They charged me Rs. 1150/ - to get it repaired, saying that the new parts are brought from Bangalore and that is why the cost is so much.
                        I paid and brought the Induction Cook-top home and put it on. It worked for 2 days and again it started giving me trouble ( Whenever I put it on “ E-2 “ used to appear on the screen and I had to put off and than start it all over again after every 5 to 10 minutes .So I send it back to Janata Auto Sales and after 2 weeks I brought it back home. Again I put it on and it worked for 5 minutes and now it doesnt become on

                        I request you to pay my Rs. 1150/- because the cook top is not working or give me a new one in exchange for the old without extra cost. It was waste of time on your part to keep it for 2 monthsand also I had to send my boy up and down and make calls to your dealer to inquire if it is ready or not.

                          I purchased a Food Processor of TTK prestige at a cost Rs.4230 and the food processor recently launched and sold has several deficiencies and the company is not responding to any of the complaints sent to their email IDs appeared in their website.
                          How a company like TTK Prestige can design such a product with so many deficiencies and still ignore the complaints. The company needs to be pulled up for their very casual and dead attitude to customer complaints

                            Hello;

                            I am a 49 years old housewife from Kolkata. I am associated with Prestige brand name since my childhood when I first located your Pressure Cooker in my mother's kitchen. In fact that was her proud possession; I believe she used it till she left for her heavenly abode in 2002. So I am also a habit of taking pride for your kitchen wares. But today I had a horrible experience with my latest possession of your Duplex Gas Oven, gifted by my son. It was purchased fro HomeTown, Rajarhat, Kolkata on 21/11/2010 (vide their bill no..T36/5042). It happened so; I lit the largest oven among the four to boil milk (one on the left of the oven in near side); boiling the milk I turned off the oven and about to leave the kitchen, To my utter surprise, I found huge flame is oozing out of the switch I just turned off! The flame was touching the chimney above; shouting for help I recollected my self and turned off the switch of gas cylinder. This saved me and my household.
                            What is surmising , there is no guarantee or warrante of your oven! In this late hour of evening I could not contact anyone for help so I write this.
                            Please take note of this and take immediate remedial action to replace the product at the earliest. This is for the sake of very reputed , trusted, age old name PRESTIGE.

                            This is serious in nature as that flame could set her ablaze! The manufacturer does not seem to adhere strict quality control. This is India, so they can skip.
                            Surprisingly no national TV channel has taken up consumer issues, in terms of show, inviting consumers and sellers, manufacturer on a platform before camera! Such shows although increase their TRP but may harm business interests!

                              Hi,

                              We bought a Prestige Omega Die Cast 270mm(Non stick cookware) from prestige on 29/12/2010 which has 1Year warranty. We hardly used the product 15 to 20 times for cooking purpose. MeanOver the coating of the product is completely peeled off. So, we have returned the product for replacement on 10/05/2011. Service Center people called us and told that we have to pay half the MRP to get the Product replaced.

                              I have sent mails twice regarding this issue to [protected]@ttkprestige.com but there is no response from them till now. It's been more than a month that we have given the defective product to service center. But No action from them.

                              Please help us regarding this matter.

                                I have Got GT 02 Glass top LPG stove, the glass has been broken while cooking, when the same was informed to the Service center they have given me a complent number (2925) and assured that the same will be replaced in 2 days time, 8 days have passed but the same is not being attended.
                                when called they gave the service technician number, and the technician says he will not attend the call as the service center has not informed him.
                                when called the service center they say talk to the manager and the manager is not reciving the calls.

                                Dont know what to do to get the glass changed as without glass the stove is useless.

                                  I had purchased a TTK Prestige Electric kettle from mahendra trades from BVK Iyengar's Road Magestic Bangalore on 27th of May 2011. After 3 days the top opening of kettle with black cover side plastic pins is broken, it is manufactured such a small dot pin as soon as you use of two to three times it will break, the company is not having common sense to make it perfect biggger and strong clips for covering the top opening cap, it is cheating people with such type of manufacturing like their is no technology or people manufacturing should be mad with out knowledge out the product.

                                  Even I have brought the Rice cooker even this rice cooker gives very bad cooking of rice , it is not at all useful for human consumption, such a bad smell is coming once the rice is cooked the rice cooker, the manufacturing technology is very bad.

                                  This is very serious people should not buy such items in the market unless until it is given demo in the public places.

                                    i have brought a prestige 3 stove cook top in sept 2010 from sahakar nagar prestige shop . and on 14th (saturday ) May while cooking dal in the pressure cooker , the glass of the cook top shattered .
                                    we went to the shop keeper same day and showed the glass top to him and he said within ( also mentioned no service on sat & sunday) 48 hrs somebody will come to your house and correct it.
                                    i called every day after monday to remind , one person did come on wednesday and he made me speak to his manager , who clearly denied that glass has no warranty and it broke only because smthing fell on it.
                                    i tried my level best to explain it to him taht it broke because of heat and nothing fell on it and since i have 2 years of warranty , it should be reapired at the company cost.but he clearly told no and asked me to pay for the glass .
                                    although i agreed to pay but adsked them to show me ,
                                    1. where is it mentioned it in warranty card that no warranty on glass
                                    2. what is the assurance if i get it repalced today it will not break again .
                                    but manager said no for everything and asked me to pay 1670 for getting the glass replaced.

                                    i asked the technician to replace the glass but till today , i have been calling this person every day but everytime he gives an excuse and promises to come next day.
                                    still the glass top is not repaired i wanted to raise a complain since i am facing great difficulty because of this

                                      I have bought a Prestige induction stove PC i model on April 2011, it was wonderful at starting stage , but within a month its stop working, when i plug in the indicator not on

                                      i am try to catch the people from prestige service, but they are not reply or atten my call,

                                      i have bought a prestige induction stove pc 6 model on may 2011. When i switch on power there is no response from stove (such Fan, light heating). May be some short circuit problem. Anyway i am await for service center feedback.

                                      When i was switch on power. it has default setting 2000(Max heating). During this case there is chance of high current passing to circuit(as per standard start form less(min heat) because of the program design in stove.

                                      The service people said motherboard need to be replaced for fixing the issue, They are not ready to give the replacement.

                                      Its really not acceptable to replace parts (motherboard) in new product

                                      Such a big concern have only one service center in chennai for their products...Worst service.

                                      Same as above.The service center phone rings but nobody is taking the phone. Please do not purchase Prestige induction stove. If you are purchasing the stove unnecessary you are increasing the blood pressure.

                                      I am Devanand from Avadi, Chennai-71. I given my Prestige Induction Stove for feather touch buttons not working problem. I lodged a complaint No.654, dt.28.07.2012, at Avadi service centre, Ph.no.[protected]. Since poor response from customer service personnel. Until now they not confirmed the status of repaired stove. Please do enquire about this and enable to me to receive without problem. I am sure Prestige provides excellent customer service. Kindly extend your support to us.

                                      I am not happy with prestige induction stove, especially the agency at JP Nagat 1st phase . they changed the card inside, with in 15 days it short again, they are asking us to pay the money again for repair . a much lower rate induction works much better than this, i will not recomend this to any body ..
                                      I am not happy with Pretige induction stove bought at JP nagar 1st phase shop, the shop owner is also very rude. I had given the prestige stove for repair, they repaired and after going home with in 2 weeks it got spoilt again, the company representative says that electronic items warrenty is just for 15 days and they will again charge for repair . I am totally unhappy and might not buy any pretige items in future again.
                                      I bought a prestige Induction Stove but it worked hardly for 10 to 15 days I have yet to send it for repairs but I think the product is not worth it
                                      i ordered prestige induction cooktop 6.0 through online on 16th nove 2013... but still they didnt deliver the cook top so kindly tell me where i contact for the further information about the status of the cooktop

                                        We have been Suspicious about gas leakage from the two damaged burners and we have been tensed and concern as it deals with gas-cylinders and it would lead to unsound instances.

                                        But the response from Prestige ttk has been so hopeless that they are not ready to give us service.
                                        The Service manager Named Raju has been so arogant, and just disconnects the call instead of listening to problems regarding the same.
