Prestige gas stove problem Sir I have purchased prestige 3 burner glass top gas stove around 01 month back and from then my problems started. The problem is red flame in 2 burners out of 3. All utensils have gone black in colour because of this Prestige stove red flame. I called customer care and the technician visited and he cleaned nozzles, fitted back. After one hour, the same problem came. Then I called customer care second time and the same technician visited my house and cleaned the nozzles. Now also the same problem existing. Now I am continuosly calling customer care but none of the technician visited I am really unhappy with the product. Please help me out in getting this resolved Regard, Ponnuraj

    We have an issue with the burners it has very low flames and we called the customer care they never provided the service till now and we made the complaint on 18th Dec . The service is too bad

    I took a prestige Duplex Gas table from snapdeal last month but it is leaking it has a 2 year warranty

      I purchased one PRESTIGE DELUXE HARD ANOLIZED PRESSURE COOKER of 3liters capacity through PAYTM in the month of October 2015, where in the LID is not getting fixed to the body [n spite of my best efforts' i have talked to the customer care services and the complaint no is GHAZ 1522247R . where in I have been informed that I should bring the product at their service at Ghaziabad. I am of the age of 75years, residing in NOIDA and have no means to visit their service center please advice the concern manufacturer to send his mechanic to resolve my issue,

          We had purchased the prestige gas stove on 08-Sep-2015, within a month a period, the knob with the spring came out, because of this there is slight leakage of gas. Its more than 10days we complained to the customer care but there was no prpoer response. Even after multiple calls to customer care, we recieve only false promises that the service attender will visit the place today, but not even once people have turned up. The customer care executive who had repeatedly provided false promises is Anandanan. Customer executive team lead: Praveen Kumar ttk service manager who doesn't even bother to pick up the call and provide proper response was balasubramaniam. None of the above people returned the status of the complaint, what a kind of team is the prestige is hiring. We have used so many electrical and electonic appliance, we have never faced like issue in past for 4/5 decades. We never expected that too from prestige this kind of poor(worst) service. Whoever is the higher officail, we request to take immediate action.
          Worst service...never ever buy these products...to avoid ur temer from increasing..

            Dear Mr.Ramani,

            I would like to bring to your kind notice the pathetic service rendered by SWATHI ENTERPRISES, D/No. 72/B, 29th Cross, 2nd block rajajinagar, Opp Basaveswara college, Near ESI Hospital, Bangalore-560010.

            I had got my 3 burner prestige stove repaired on 3rd August for middle burner not working and the technician had repaired and charged Rs 200/=. Within 2 months, I am facing the same problem again. Now, when I report the problem again, they say that again I've to pay Rs 200/= for no fault of mine and that too within 2 months.

            This is highly NOT acceptable as it is clearly fault of the technician for either his lack of knowledge or careless execution.


            This is definitely not expected from a company like Prestige. I sincerely request and hope you take suitable action and fix my complaint.

            Would appreciate a quick and positive response.

              Hi We own a prestige mixie which had to be serviced. For your information the Prestige Smart Kitchen showrooms do not provide service. This is not apparent until the product fails and when you take it to a the showroom they tell you that the you should take the product to a service station that is on another area. Anyway we took the the product to the service station in Arumbakkam, Chennai. They gave me a job card that does not mention a company name, telephone number and even a job card number. After a week we went back and the person at the service station said that he is unable to trace the item because there is no job card number. After several calls we were told that the product will be delivered at our residence. It was delivered at the gate of our apartments and we were charged for the service. However the product was in the same condition that it was given for service. It was not even opened. I would strongly discourage anyone from buying a product that does not have service backing. You can ask at the Prestige smart kitchen showrooms if they would accept the product for service. I wrote to the manger of customer service. Mr Ramani who replied back but sadly even he does not seem to have any control over the service station or people. Buy a Prestige product at your peril I would say.

                Actually I had purchased the prestige cooker in kala associates velachery.Within a month I had Serviced that cooker for about 3 times one is in showroom and 1 is in velachery service center & another is the regional service center which is located in mylapore chennai.But still I am facing the same issue. Then i have talked to the worst ever manager Balasubramaniam I had spoked to him in the phone call he said that we will replace your cooker Then they have checked by boiling the water in the cooker and they said the cooker is cooking good which the another two service centers have already told the same dialogue .then i again forced the front office women to talk to manager she said ok sir i will go and talk to the manager about the things.After sometime she came out and said Sir your cooker is working we will not replace your cooker.I had argued with her and and she replied Sir manager is not here manager has gone out.I have came out of service center and checked which they said are working fine.Then again i had taken back the serviced thing and checked and same issue occurs

I do not like this product. your prestige handy cooker deluxe+ do not cover properly closed & open.I very sad your products. please you take above products and refund cost of product rs. 1575/- to me.

                    I purchased a wet grinder, from prestige ttk dealer on last year end, product under warrenty, last week wet grinder stop the function. I book s complaint no. Chen932647. Till not serviced, I bought flour from retail shop and make idy, dosage. So I learn lesson if any product from prestige we run smooth else thathat will scrap. All those company are fraud.thier service people no response to customer which r serviced or not. Pls advice how can resolved

                      The coated plate under the iron box is found damaged and could not be useful, since this complaint was presented to the nearest service centre of Prestige, he is reluctant to attend the complaint. Nor any online submission of complaint is possible since the company itself made some malpractice on the on line submission. In short company is not able to attend any of the complaint from the customer

                        we have purchased prestige wet grinder PWG 02 200 WATT through amazon on January 19, 2015(bill date) on opening the box and trying it for first time we found that machine is working but the container is not rotating hence we could not grind. We call customer care, he told motor is detached from its base so whole base is to be replaced as and when it will be available. More than one month elapsed but we could not use our grinder. After complaining to customer center vide complain no GUJA 894991 still we have not received any solution of our complain so please change my grinder.

                          I purchased a Prestige 3 burner gas stove on 2nd Dec 2014 from Balaji Agencies, Prestige Smart Kitchen, West Mambalam, Chennai. In a month's time, the 3 black rings around the burner have completely chipped off. The dealer did not seem concerned at all when I complained to him, just gave me a number to call. I called TTK Customer Care on 20th Jan and I was assured that a technician would visit, examine & change the faulty parts if required within 48 hours. I reminded them again after 3 days but still no-one has shown up. I am quite shocked and upset at the quality of service, leave alone the bad product that I have made the mistake of buying. Any response would be most appreciated

I had made a purchase of a gas stove ( Stainless Steel : 2 burner ) 2 months back in the name of Mr.K.S Raghavan Purchased From : Balaji Agency - West Mambalam, Ch - 33 We are having some issue with the burner and if i open one side, from the other side gas leakage is there. I have registered a complaint with your customer care, pls find the details below. But yours is one of the worst services. I specifically said that there is a leakage issue and those residing are very old people. But still your guys are in the process of escalating it . But not bothered to sent any one to fix the issue. Just because you have the brand now does not mean ignoring a customer. I am strongly going to recommend against the purchase of your products to anyone, if this is the sort of support that you are going to be providing us.                               I chandrabhushan singh registerd my complain in prestige customer care office for prestige royale gas table which is not working properly i regesterd my compalin on 10 th of january and my complain no is Mumb81705 and also called in customer care office more than 5-7 times and request them for service of my gas table but they didnt responce for my complain n every time console me that tomorrow their technician will be come for service but till now neither any technician try to contact me for service nor any confirmation call . I just want to know why this misbehaving and no hearing of my complain after informing and reminding their customer care representative of mumbai

                                  I have purchased 10L prestige cooker on may;2014. Bottom of the cooker is swelled and the food is not properly cooking. I tried to complaint the same to customer service cenrtre byover phone.([protected]) .But there are not receiving any calls by the given number. and then I contacted the shop who the cooker i.e. Mahaveer Distributor, Mysore. They told repair the cooker but not replacing. What is the use of warranty.                                     I have purchased one 4-burner Prestige Gas Stove on 07/04/2013 in Big Bazar Asansol with a guarantee period of 2 years. Problem arises of slow burner functioning. I have complaint it to service station at Asansol vide complain no 709254 but no action has been taken up till now. Kindly look into the matter and solve the problem.

                                    Top Glass three side cracked.

                                    Sir My son purchased one Prestige glass top Gas stove on 09/07/2012 but one month back it observed that the top glass cracked from the side. The complaint already lodged with your SHOW ROOM at MAPUSA GOA. No any kind of action so far.

                                      I think TTK Prestige is a ISO 9001 certified company. for the last 4 months I am struggling to get a spare (Gas stove stand DGS 03L model) from prestige. I made a complaint ( no CHEN626469), mailed to their customer care & also spoke to their Chennai - velachery branch service engineer. But no use. I havn’t get he spare. I didn’t expect such a worst customer service support from a big home appliance company.

                                        never buy prestige induction stoves/cooker.these are worse products.always give you errors like E3, E2, E5, E9.At any imp time to cook food it will show you error.you cant able to cook food.it will make your life hell.
