Hi,
I am Vikram J.S and i recently purchased a Prestige TTK, Royal Gas Table- Kitchen Stove. It has four burners and right from the date of its delievery, two of its burners were not working, and we complained it to the respective Prestige Service center.

The details of the product is as follows:

We have been Suspicious about gas leakage from the two damaged burners and we have been tensed and concern as it deals with gas-cylinders and it would lead to unsound instances.

But the response from Prestige ttk has been so hopeless that they are not ready to give us service.
The Service manager Named Raju has been so arogant, and just disconnects the call instead of listening to problems regarding the same.

    Hi Sir,
    We got a Pestige Shakti Deluxe gas stove on January.
    In Prestige Gas Stove ,we are getting redflame and all the cooking vessels become black.

      I purchased a Prestige non stick Kadai I am use carefully this nonstick kadai, but after some time kadai cotting automotive gone white from two week its black nonstick coating is removing and that portion appear white colour but only coating is remove low partition of kadai , than I am go prestige regional centre
      Than shopkeeper told u wash to iron martial but I am say no because I no full person I am wash non stick with iron met rail and also think I am wash with iron than all kadai cotting gone reove but only cotting remove base of kadai . Prestige is a good company that is the main reason for purchasing the branded item.
      What I will do than u exchange my kadai.

        I bought a chimney in 18 January 2011 . The light button stopped working in March .
        Registered complaint on 24th March 2011 . Complaint number 395 .
        I was told service engineer will come by 29th March.

        No Response after repeat calls every week.

        It is 26th April... no one has turned up...
        I had sent a mail to the customer support @TTK . they wanted my address and contact number even when i had given the complaint number... They could have easily traced it tfrom the complaint number...
        anyways... no response from customer care either...
        recieved call today from service dept. someone will be coming to rectify the problem.
        Will update
        It is september Now I had totally forogtten about the chimney...and so have the useless prestige service department.
        I have started to follow up again - It is like the feeling when Kiran Bedi and Keriwal came after meeting Salman Khurshid.which was a totally futile meeting...

        I have called
        [protected] - This person is out of office every saturday and asks me to call on Monday
        and[protected] No one picks up.

        My complaint number is is 395 - Registered on 24th March 2011 - Pune .

        NO RESPONSE --
        their customer service especially in odisha is very poor.In Bangalore and Tamilnadu it is very good

          dear sir,
          i have bought an OTG model no. POTG19PCR serial no.12100331 of TTK Prestige LTD, from the local dealer in jamnagar J. T. Parekh & CO. on[protected]

          ..It is clearly mentioned on the cardboard container of the purchased item, that
          " there is an exciting recipe book inside" .
          when i opened the container to my dismay no such book was there.
          i contacted the dealer on this account, and he assured me that he would personally come and hand over " the book" after 15 days.


          Aafter 15 days when he did not turn up, i called him up .This time, he asked me to wait for another one month.
          I did not wait but, lodged a complaint with the "Consumer Care" section of the company TTK Prestige LTD. through e-mail on date[protected].
          to this date i have recieved no response from
          the company or its local dealer.
          Please help me to this regard.

            Sir

            I had bought a prestige glass top 4 burner gas stove 5 months back. One of the burners is not functioning well. When lit it burns with small bursts. Logged a compliant with the service centre. They came , checked, and rectified the issue. But it was only for a couple of days. Ahain we have the same problem. We have again logged a compaint ( complaint no 1078) and now it is now one month awaiting service.
            I spoke to the service manager ( Mr. Iyer ) twice. But now he refrains from picking up the call.

              I BROUGHT A PRESTIGE PRESSURE COOKER FROM A REPUTED SHOP IN THE YEAR 2009.THE BATCH NO IS 050801HH AND THE CAPACITY IS OF 4 LTR.FROM THE BEGINNING ONLY IT HAD COMPLAINTS.IT COULD NOT HOLD ANY PRESSURE INSIDE AND EVERYTIME THE FOOD BURNS.IT HAS A RUBBER VALVE ON LID WHICH IS ALMOST USELESS AND COULD NOT HOLD PRESSURE.WE ARE NOT ABLE TO USE IT NOR THE SHOPKEEPER EVER REPLACED OR FIND A SOLUTION FOR IT.RECENTLY AGAIN WE APPROACHED AND HE SAID THAT THE COMPANY HAVE FULLY STOPPED THE SUPPLY OF THIS TYPE OF COOKERS AS IT WAS NOT A SUCCESS,SO THEY ASKED ALL THE CONSUMERS HAVING THIS TYPE TO REPLACE IT WITH A NEW ONE.WE DIDNT GET ANY SUCH INFORMATION.SO WE REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE FIND A SUITABLE SOLUTION FOR THIS.

              I have bought 2 cookers every time gasket leakage problem. Before this I have one cooker the same problem then I thought it is old and bought these new pressure cookers month back still same problem hardly it works 10am to 15mins days.is there std life cycles for gassket replacement is committing by company and I am fedup with and thought of through these 2 cookers and people are suggesting hawkinsis better than this.                 I HAVE PURCHAED CHIMNEY OF PRESIAGE CO FROM A N CROCKERY HOUSE VIDE BILL NO 3283 DATED 30/1/09 FOR RS 13420/-. BUT I FOUND THAT SINCE BEGINING ITS SWITCHES ARE NOT PROPERTY FUNCTIONING. I COMPLAINED TO THE SELLER A N CROCKERY HOUSE AND THEY SAID COMPLAINT WILL BE RESOLVED WITHIN 7 DAYS. BUT I GOT A CALL FROM SOMEONE AFTER NEARLY 15 DAYS AND HE TOLD THAT HE WILL VISIT THE HOUSE WITHIN A WEEK TIME. BUT NO ONE VISITED MY HOUSE. I AGAIN AND AGAIN REPORTED TO A N CROCKERY HOUSE BUT TILL DATE PROBLEM EXITS AND NO ONE VISITED THE HOUSE. I AM VERY MUCH SURPRISED THAT A COMPANY LIKE PRESTIAGE IS GIVING SUCH A BAD SERVICE AFTER SALE OF THEIR PRODUCTS.

                  I purchased a new LPG Shakti auto ignition stove of TTK PRESTIGE Limited 0n[protected] from K.Ramanathan & Co. Mylapore, Chennai-600004 on[protected].When it was used it was found that it was defective as black soot was depositing on the burner and the vessels. The flame in the big burner was not blue. When the store was contacted it asked us to contact the Prestige service centre at Baliah Avenue,Mylapore, as given in the guarantee card, on the phone.They instead of attending to the complaint gave another no. in Alwarpet, Chennai. When phoned up, they asked us to contact the above mentioned service centre. When explaining the position, they said they will come and attend,but no address or phone no. was noted down.We voluntarily gave the address etc. Till date[protected] nobody has turned up.Even periodical reminders are falling of deaf years.TTK Prestige seems to have lost its Prestige and is only interested in minting money and not attending to costumers' complaints.Otherwise it will take immediate action to attend to my complaint and dismiss the employees in charge of customer complaints in both the service centers to safeguard its image.Public are cautioned in buying TTK PRESTIGE PRODUCTS in view of the experience above.

                    I have a problem in working of one burner,
                    I had contacted south zone TTK pvt ltd, chennai 04.

                      I have purchased a Non-stick Kadai from the Dealer of TTK Prestige i.e. Bhagyalaxmi Home Needs, Fort Gate, Rajahmundry on 5.2.2010 vide Bill No.149/dt.05.02.2010 with one year warranty. But the teflon coating of the Non-stick kadai is being exhausted and the cooking items are toomuch roasted. I made a complaint to the agency and requested to rectify the defect on 14.12.2010. To-day I received a phone call from the Prestige SalesManager named Vara Prasad Phone No.[protected] had conveyed a message that the Kadai wont get replacement as the customer made complaint after 3 months usage of the product.                       was bought a jaipan non stick tawa pan set from big bazaar aprox one year for my home use. Company has registered ISO 9001 & already printed on tawa video are attached here. I used this tawa only six/seven times in one year but its nonstick coating is destroy & I complaints about this at company’s authorized person Mr.deeakak head office on telephone Mr.deeapak are committed me to replacement .but they don’t yet. Sir I am very much surprise that company are selling this type of poor quality & how can they got ISO 9001 certificate? I’m sending videos of product of company’s attached here. Dear sir,

                      Prestige — Prestige Non Stick Product

                      My name Jasbir Singh, I am Bought a Prestige Non-Stick Tawa from Big Bazar Ludhiana near about 2 months back. It is still in warranty period. I have given no of compaints through phone to Big Bazar & Prestige Complaint Centre Chandigarh about the coating damage which falls under warranty. yet no action action has been taken more over a person from Prestige complaint centre after 2 months and declare nothing could be done and left us help less. they completely ignored my compaint and the effort I made to make them aware after issue with Tawa.

                      Kindly take appropriate action as soon as possible

                          I have got a induction cook top as a gift from my mother 3 months back, as a result couldn't see the demo when purchased,since that time i was calling up the number given in the manual aswell as website but it is busy always when it is not busy no one picks up the phone.I tried calling up a few outlets including malleswaram ,but they doest respond or try to give me a solution. It is pathetic that this is happening with a reputed company like ttk and prestige whose headquarter is Bangalore.

                          * I requested malleswaram outlet people to at least send me some one on payment basis to guide me but not lucky enough.

                          When will companies realise their responsibility doesn't end with selling the product.

                            I had purchased Prestige Glasstop Stove GS02 Serial No.JF55721 on 25/06/2010 from TTK Prestige Ltd. No.1, Off. Old Madras Road, FCI Road, Doorvani Nagar, Bangalore-560016. Now Iam finding leakage & reduced flame for the past 1 week & am trying to contact service contact no.2296922 but in vain. Please send your service person immediately as the leakage is more & we are unable to use the stove at all. Since we do not have any spare stove we are forced to use the same stove in case of emergencies. The Gas cylinder supplier has also advised us for immediate repair of the stove.

                              i am a poor customer who relied on the brand name on
                              "Prestige cookers" and bought an induction cooker LJL 12251 on 28th
                              August 2010.the dealer was some Mr. CHARI near Ameerpet,
                              Hyderabad. His shops name is PARVATHI ALUMINIUM
                              MERCHANT,#7-1-190,GURUDWARA TEMPLE,AMEERPET,HYDERABAD-16.
                              PHONE NUMBER: personal-[protected],shop[protected].
                              Induction cooker got problem on 10th September 2010,
                              So I gave my induction cooker to the same dealer on the
                              very day i.e. on 10th of September 2010.
                              He said he will get it done in 2 days, so I went to his
                              shop on 13th he said the problem was fixed and pretended
                              to switch on it.since he hasn't done anything to fix
                              it.obviosly it didnt start.He said there might be some
                              problem with the coil,which has to be supllied by the
                              prestige company,and asked me to next week.Since I had to
                              go to my place I returned to Hyderabad on 5th october.I
                              called him several times but he didnt lift the phone,so
                              went to his shop on 10th october and he said it has been
                              fixed by the engineer but he has to sumbit the piece to
                              him.I again went to today i.e on 14th october which is if
                              my math is correct 1 month 4 days after i gave my
                              induction cooker to him.
                              Today when I went to him his answer was:
                              He said he misplaced my warranty card somewhere and was
                              least concerned about my presence and dealing with other
                              customers(poor souls like me planning to buy some
                              products) in the shop.I was puzzled and tried to inquire
                              then how he said he promised to return the product to me
                              when i went there previously.To my surprise he rised his
                              voice and told me that he will give me when he gets the
                              product repaired and asked me to leave the shop.when I
                              tried to tell him how much trouble i am facing he said
                              its not his concern and told me what ever to do which i

                                We bought a prestige wet grinder from Saravana stores vessels ,Tnagar,Chennai.The testing piece they were using was fine.They have shown the new piece that we were about to buy.We found the plate inside the grinder vessel defective after coming back to home. They gave contact numbers in the warranty card.We have tried for it,but none has picked up yet.Very poor customer service and offering low price since the products are of very low quality and defective.

                                  I bought new gas table on 2/04/10 with hope that it is one of the best gas table but my experince is worst.since beginning there was small teething problems I had complaint to service centre but no body attended this . My complaint number is 423.
                                  one day when my wife was cooking the food all of sudden flame broke and her hair burns she could able to avoid the accident

                                    We have purchased a prestige four burner gas stove few months back. The flames were fine for few days and that they have reduced considerably. All the 4 burners are showing fault. We lodged a compliant with the prestige service center on 7th July 2010. They never bother bothered to give a call or attend the call when we called up. We tried contacting the senior person in Bangalore. He said he will make sure it is done in a day. Still no response.
                                    I say they have pathetic products and pathetic service. There is no use buying these products. They are just eating salaries for free and selling their below standards products.
                                    We had purchased two pressure cookers of prestige. They are also of pathetic quality.

                                    Request the concerned authorities to take action against the the stupid service center see that this doesn't repeats.

                                    Pathatic service and reduculus, i purchased a wet grinder from vidyanagar stores lat year (exactly 1 year) now there was a problem and contacted the customer service they send a technician and the technician told there is a belt problem, this happened 15 days back and he told that he will come in 2 days and replace the belt, till today i called your service centre atleast 20 times whenever we call they use to tell that they will send the technician today but till today there is no technician and there is no responsible person who can give answer to my question and resolve my problem, in hyderabad ttk sons, what you are doing, ttkrishnamacharya struggled a lot to get the company to this extent but your staff is spoiling the same today there are n number of companies, still people are believing your product because of your name, but some people is spoiling your name my complaint number is 28f12w932 in the name of prasannabhavani

                                    If i am not getting proper answer from the company there is no other alternative for me to approach consumer forum to get the justice, please take proper action against the same awaiting for your response.
                                    I too purchased a three burner Prestige gas stove online from Future Bazaar it worked for couple of weeks then the flame slowly decreased and was never enough to cook the rice, i tried to call the Service Centre in Hyderabad (which is posted in the ttk website) and they never bother to answer the call, if there is any change in the contact number TTK should update the contact details of the service centre, Tx..                                       yesterday your technician(Raghavendra) given 3ltr cooker saying ready but problem remaimns the same with addition to that Now vapours coming out of safety volve because not fitted properly.
                                      he made scraches of on the cover and traces of leath work(grinding)below the cover.
                                      According to u r tech thickness of cover is more ,so he made it like this.
                                      Is it came out without QC or You people making R & D from customer.
                                      How You people are excepting us to accept that scraches & traces of grindind on newly purchased cooker .
                                      Tech blaming on dealer and dealer is blaming on Tech.
                                      Now tell me what shoud I do?????
                                      Now i need replacement or refund of the same.

                                      I have purchased a prestige 4 burner stove with automatic ignition. After 8 months, the automatic ignition not working. So we book a complaint in the near service centre, after 4 phone calls one man came. We told the complaint, and he told, he is not the right person to repair this compliant and he told, he will come with ignitium tube. This happened about two months ago. After two months, nobady has come, inspite of several phone calls. Two indicator switch also broken. The Prestige is a cheating company. Services are very poor, no proper service men, very bad servicing . People should realize never to go at the back of big companies like Prestige. We purchased ths particular stove for a price of Rs. 10000/-. There is no proper service centres in Kozhikode, Kerala, The dealership of shop at Calicut, Kerala should be cancelled

                                        I had made a complaint ttk service center at Mumbai on 11/5/2010 regarding flames coming out from bottom of burner,complaint no.256.Till date the burner or its base has not been replaced as told by the serviceman.Previously a complaint regarding same problem with another burner was made.The brass burner was replaced but still the flames were seen coming out from the base.A complaint was lodged (complaint no.286 ).After a gap of 20-25 days,the base of the burner was replaced.It was seen that the shape of the aluminium base was out of shape.Now the same problem is with another brass burner and the aluminium body.21 days have passed but no action has been taken from ttk prestige service center.For your kind information I purchased the gas table GT03AI on 02/11/2008 and is still in warranty period.The deliberately delaying of service of ttk prestige shows how careful are they towards their customer and their product.

                                        I keepon trying to contact :[protected] the service center at chennai on 22/10/2010 regarding the Induction stove was not working bought on may2010. till date they dont pick the phone, engaged tone all the day. u can chk it right now if dought. i could not logged the complaint. when i tried the vendor he said call again. No action has been taken from ttk prestige service center for non picking. it is still in warranty period. by doing this they let the product warranty expired. i can sue the case again the ttk prestige & low quality product and service.
                                        worst product and service. pl dont buy the ttk product highly annoying service.
                                        Hi I'm mala's friend he doughted her i did not belive her word aginst the ttk product but after the product i used come to know about the ttk product and service is very very worst and most horrible.

                                        Why we say this, they should not do this again and the pain of the users they should correct it and should not do in future. i hope it will lead them to improve their services and product qulity
                                        Prestige service is worst of all the services i can tell surely. i bought 3 burner prestige gas stove in Nov, 2010 and after one month o[censored]sage one knob was struck up.Then i called bangalore customer service no[protected] on 14, Jan 2011 and lodged a complaint. I was told that with in a 24 hrs my prob will be solved.Till now no body has attended the service. I have been calling every day to the customer care and they are telling today service men will come to your home to repair the gas stove. Till now nobody has come to repair.
                                        Prestige brand name is good but the service is very bad or i can say worst. No value to the customer. Now a days i think Prestige products quality has been also reduced. Better go for other brand which provided good service.
                                        ya, prestige services are very worst and delaying in attending complaints. i have complained about 1month old new chimney switch faulty and could not stop the motor, complained placed on july 26th, 2011after 5days a gentleman came and said sir i dont have switch module now dayafter tommorrow i will bring it and he has gone till now this time on[protected] he has not visited or fixed the problem. i contacted the chennai customer care and asked they say keep on saying engineer busy or not allocated to that area or he will come wait or something.they create delay and give preference for other calls .i have made 48calls to the customer care regarding this sometimes they dont take or busy even busy for 1hr, even i tried 10 calls at the intervel of 10mints, after so many times tried onetime i got them the line after saying my complaint id they said ok i will call you sir, but they did not call, oh it is long story, finally i can say very delayed, dont care service by the prestage

                                        model no. pic s.012 sl no.[protected] and job sheet no. ws.18247 given on 02.11.2015 and promised to get the work done withing 3 days positively. When we called over phone they informed that they will return immediately after Diwali.
                                        After diwali when we called over phone they told that it is not ready and when we told that we are going to complain to the prestige company they said you complain any where. On 20.11.2015 I rang over phone they did not have courtesy to attend our calls.
                                        Till now we have not received our product after rectification. I have already informed Customer care No[protected] and we did not receive any feed back.
                                        We have much experience and very good opinion about prestige products so we preferred to purchase your product. Your service is not upto the mark we have to give a second thought to buy your products in future and will not rocommend your product to our friends and relatives' Please rectify and return the same immediately.
