I am Vikram J.S and i recently purchased a Prestige TTK, Royal Gas Table- Kitchen Stove. It has four burners and right from the date of its delievery, two of its burners were not working, and we complained it to the respective Prestige Service center.

We have been Suspicious about gas leakage from the two damaged burners and we have been tensed and concern as it deals with gas-cylinders and it would lead to unsound instances.
But the response from Prestige ttk has been so hopeless that they are not ready to give us service.
The Service manager Named Raju has been so arogant, and just disconnects the call instead of listening to problems regarding the same.

I PURCHASED PRESTIGE GAS STOVE (THREE BURNER GLASS TABLE ) ON[protected], FEW DAYS ONLY WORKED AND LOT OF COMPLIANT MADE TO SERVICE CENTRE VALASARAVAKKAM CHENNAI (TTK PRESTIGE SERVICE CENTRE) ONE MONTH CONTINUOSLY CALLED THEY NOT COMMING ATTEND AND FINALY COME AFTER ONE MONTH, NOW THEY ARE TELLING SPARE PARTS NOT AVAILABLE, NOW I AM VERY PROBLEM THIS GAS STOVE, THEY NOT GIVINING REPLACING NEW STOVE ALSO
