Warranty service not provided

The gas burner only 2 months old is not working properly. When the customer support is contacted, they just ignore the calls or give false promises. I have been contacting the customer support for past 10 days and theres not been any proper response yet. Poor services

Hi,

What I am feeling now, is I made the bad decision to buy from from prestige. Poor quality product along woth poorest services.

First of all, customer care no. written on warrenty card doesnt work.

I got it Customer care no. from searching from internet, no pickup calls. After dialing lots of time on different time, able to reach to someone.

Customer Service issue
