Intimated complaint at Kannur Service Centre (Kerala) regarding non-functioning of burner of Prestige gas stove and the same has attended by them on payment. Immediately after some time the burner was again not working and the same informed the Service Centre. But they did not attend and given Bangalore telephone no. As Bangalore people have no role in attending the fault at Kannur I request your good office to inform your Kannur Service Centre to make arrangement to solve the defect since yours is a reputed firm on which people keep lots of faith.

    I Chander Mohan a pensioner and senior citizen purchased 3 burner glass top from authorised dealer of Prestige, Janakpuri (NEW DELHI) six months back. I am sorry to say that one of the burner was not working and I immediately informed to your Bangalore office to lodge my complaint. After two days they send one person to rectify the problem but to my utter surprise he did nothing and leave my premises saying he needs some hardware parts for rectification. I made several call to your Bangalore office every time they assured that they will going to send reliable person for the rectification. Is this the real scenario of a reputed company so called Prestige. I am very much dissapointed and decided to complaint to higher authorities if they don't take initiatives to rectify my problem.

      Dear sir On date 2-9-2013 i call maa solution, plot no 84, Bapujinagar, Bhubaneswar-751009 prestige service center for my Gas stove model no GT02 Body totally rust due to poor quality material after two days service man come and take photo of gas stove and said after 7 days we replace the body up to date[protected] service center not replace the body and said you take your gas stove to your service center we replace within 10 day but till date 05.3-2014 service center not give my gas stove Regards chitaranjan pattanaik m-[protected] bhubaneswara odissa

        I have given my induction for change the top panel with glass to the east zone service centre that is RSC, Surya Nagar, Link Road, Cuttack-12, Odisha, ph[protected], 2367499 . It is already 9 days.i have already called 2 times and the answer is always same like they don't have spare parts and it will take some time.I am totally depended on induction so kindly take necessary steps regarding this problem.           The day beging we using the gas stove we noticed the fare getting damaged ie rust formed I Understood the product ISI marked but they are using such type of delicate ie thin low quality iron sheet used in frame and they are applying powder coated paints on that. Due to this whenever water contact on frame its getting immediately rust formation I explained this to all mail id of this company executives but no justice to my problem

            We had purchased a Prestige Glass Top Gas Stove 1&1/2 year back. As we had some ignition problem with the burners we called the Prestige service center, arumbakkam, chennai.(office nos.-[protected], [protected]) requesting for a service and they routed us to a service mechanic who came and cleaned the tubes.But we are facing the same problem till now even after servicig and in the due course we tried calling same office and also the mechanic, and both are not picking our our phone call for more than a week.Is this the response and service quality prestige offers to his customers?.

            I have been using prestige three burner glass top gas stove since one and half year. the warranty period of the product is 2 years.The lower body of the burner have started melting and burner now could not stand without external support.I complain about the problem at the prestige service centre, indore.No action has been taken till date.
            Dear Madam/Sir,
            We bought prestige gas stove for 5000Rs in Dec 2013. 3 days back the burner had a problem and we lodged a compliant. Even though their service level agreement is 48hrs, no one has shown up. Their service is so pathetic that I would not advice anyone to buy perstige gas stove (premia). How do they expect people to stay without gas stove for 3 days? Today @5PM they inform me that the technician can only attend on Monday which would effectively be 5 days.
            Please tell me my options for recovery.

              I have bought a Grinder & it is not been used even once..!!! I have been calling the Customer care from past 2 weeks, got lucky to speak to someperson who promised about sending the Service guy within 1 day & that day is ye tto come form past 1 week ...everytime we call them, the same person speaks but impersonates someone & says it will be taken care of today..!!! Worst Customer service from a organisation known to have been closer to the customer..!!! Can some one help get this to the authorities at TTK to respond..??

                We were having gas leak problems with our Prestige Gas Stove. We complained as many as 7-8 times to Prestige service centre to send someone to repair it. Today morning we had flames coming from the stove while my mom was cooking. When we called the service centre again today, they told they cannot send anyone as it is their holiday today. This is not what we expected from a reputed company like Prestige. If it would have been some other problems we still would have managed but gas leak is something they should have taken seriously. We finally got it repaired from a local repairman. Prestige we are really disappointed with your services and we surely won't be buying any of your products in future and tell others too not to go for your products experiencing your pathetic services.

                  On 09th September 2013 i had purchased prestige stove subjected to the above from your Dealer M/s. HOME PLUS, SUHARSHA TOWER, SHORANUR ROAD, THRISSUR, . While in use we noticed that excessive Carbon and smoke is emiting out of the burners of the stove, immediately, on 11th november 2013 we had reported it to the dealer concerned over telephone. However, they advised me to contact your service dealer in Thrissur and given their contact number, too. When we contacted your service point in Thrissur the asked us to register a complaint on a toll free number given by them. on the very same day we had registered complaint vide complaint registration no. KAN66677 dt. 11.11.2013, but, still we are waiting for your technician after 12 days of time. we are afraid, if for people like us who are living in the heart of a city has to suffer this much, what will be the fate of the people who purchase your products and belongs to the rural areas. Hope, you will better understand the due seriousness of the issue and ensure an early solution for the same.

                    The gas burner only 2 months old is not working properly. When the customer support is contacted, they just ignore the calls or give false promises. I have been contacting the customer support for past 10 days and theres not been any proper response yet. The most appalling part is the company claims itself to be the number in 1 kitchen appliances in India. My complaint id - KAR63251.

                      This is to inform you that I have purchase Induction friendly cookware - special promotional pack - 1 Omega Deluxe Non Stick Kadai along with Omega Delux Non Stick Fry Pan in the month of September 2013 from one of our local shop in Bandel, Hooghly. For this product I have paid Rs 1190/- in cash. After using this products for a week we have seen that the coating of the Non Stick Kadai and Fry Pan. Hence I had contact with the shop where from we purchase the products. After checking the product they confirm us that they will replace the product. Accordingly we had return this 2 product to the shop 05.08.2013 and they send the products to Service center on 05.08.2013. Job order number S/L -1112 I am shocked that after 03 months, Prestige Company not bother to replace the product. After cheesing several time over the phone or personal visit in the shop they had replace the Fry Pan on 01.11.2013 but not handover the Kadai to us and according to them how long it will take time they don't know. My question to you that is it my fault that I have purchases 2 non stick products from such a reputed company like Prestige? Is this the after sels service of a reputed company? How long it will take time to replace default products? I am really harassed by your Company and desatisfied on your product and customer relationship. Request you to treat this mail as escalation and I want you resolve my problem within 02 days, otherwise I can lodge a complain against your Company to the Consumer court.

                        Dear Sir / Ma'am, I was gifted a OTG on my wedding this June. During one preheating session the glass completely broke down. a complaint was lodged and a person by the name Adinarayana came to inspect the damage. The product is still under warranty. After regular follow up the buck was passed to Adi naraans supervisor by the name Dilip ([protected]) and he has been making false promises since last 2 weeks and the status has not changed. Over and above that they allege that such things cant happen and we seem to have broken the glass. Everytime the buck is passed to someone high up in the ladder and the latest number i have got is Dilip's supervisor Jabbar [protected] Frustrating behaviour from employees of companies like PRESTIGE. Hope this complaint would get me some early response.

                          I had bought a Prestige induction cooker from Big Bazar in Nagpur. Needless to say they sold it to me like it was the best thing in the world. 3 months down the line the cooker stopped working abruptly. I went back to Big Bazar and asked them to replace / fix it. They told me something that stunned me! I was told that if they send the cooker from their end to the company for fixing then it will take a long time and so it would be advisable that I give it at the local service center myself. I said alright; if that's what I will have to do (so much for service). I gave the induction cooker (serial no. V3A 2750) for repair at the service center in Nagpur. The cooker was given to them on 10th October 2013 and I was told that it will take about 8-10 days for it to get fixed. I called to check yesterday if it has been fixed and they told me that it has gone to main center because the part is not available! Now, my query is that the cooker costs about Rs.2, 500/- but the time being taken to repair it is making it look like it is a very expensive thing. The service center people tell me that for this particular model the company has not made the spare parts available in the city and that's why it is sent somewhere else. Does the company not worry about the kind of damage such small issues do to its brand? Do they not care about the consumer once they have washed their hand off the product and received the money? This is not about the cooker anymore but about understanding as to what does the top management think? I would love to hear from them and indulge me in a delightful conversation. Thanks

So we have got faced lot of problem on 21/10/2013 .                               Pls note that i have purchased Prestige TTK - Induction Cooktop PIC 2.0 V2 on 25th Nov 2012 where after using it for long time now it is giving error message E5 & top glass is also got cracked, for which i have made complain on 21st Oct my complain idis HRI36694. today it is 26th Oct nobobdy has called & neikther i have got ant service for the product which islying idle. My product warranty is almost about to expire this month no response & service uttermost disgusting & intolerable.

                              The reader of this mail will be requested to pls look ointo this & solve my problem within warranty period as your Service team is asking for Service Charge, WHY should I pay when it is under warranty??????.

                              I am gong to escalate this matter to ASIA PACIFIC LEVEL for support.

                                  Hi, I took a prestige chimeny about an year back. There was a problem with motor and I called prestige customer care and gave complaint on Sep 27th. The complaint number is 7259. Since the last couple of weekends I have been waiting at home full day for the representative and following up with him. But he is not turning up. Post-sales, the service provided by prestige is really worst. Prestige should really improve on service towards complaints. I own a lot of prestige products. Now I will not buy any other prestige product and will not recommend prestige to anyone, because prestige will not bother about customers or goods sold, once customer has paid for them at the time of purchase.                                     We bought Automatic 2 Burner Gas Stove (Model SAKTCHI AI) on 14/9/2013 from Kala Home Appliances from Kuttippuram, Malappuram Dist . (Ph:[protected]/2608188). They have asked for Rs.2995/- and after negotiation and on buy back scheme (we exchange 2 burner automatic stove) they were sold the same @ Rs.2090/- Instead of original bill they have written the amount in a white paper with seal. We fixed the same soon after we reached home, but 1 burner was not working and the second burner was burning like anything. We rushed to dealer very immediately and they had replaced the same. The second stove was also showing the same complaint. When we reported the complaint to the dealer, their response was totally shocking. IT IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY. We may file your complaint and service person will come after some days. (THERE WAS NO SPECIFIC DATE FOR COMPLAINT RECTIFICATION). We waited for some days and there was no response from Kala Home Appliances. Then i took up this issue to to customer service center at Bangalore. Complain number is 5701. Date 23/9/2013. They promised that they will send technician within 48 hours for sure. But they came after a week. They repaired the same. Just after 1 week again we are suffering from the same complaint. And now again i made a complaint at Cochin office and got very good response from them. THIS IS NOT MY ACTUAL PROBLEM. Since i know internet and knowledge to gather information about customer care service number and all i am able to rectify the problem. At the same time this KALA HOME APPLIANCES is treating thousand of people very badly. Unfortunately they are unable to take up this issue to upper level. I request PRESTIGE TTK to warn this home appliances center and if possible cancel their license from selling your products. Not only that they are cheating sales tax department too.                                       Dear Sir, I have purchased Glass Topped Three Burner Gas Stove through Rathna Agencies, Nanganallur, Prestige Smart Kitchen Dealer Vide Bill.No.18695 dated 30.8.2013 and I was requested to Register as a Prestige Smart Kitchen Member since I purchase above Rs.5000/- and I was told that I will be getting Rs.500 Couption that can be redeemed in any of the prestige smart kitchen show room. My Membership No.1510702. I had called several times to the Dealer and there was no proper response and finally i informed them that it will be redressed in the consumer redersal and finally they have given the HO Number [protected] and was asked to contact them for getting this coupon. I called the above number today and talked to Mr.Navin from Customer Relations in respect of the non issue of Coupon, but he informed me that my bill was not updated in the System from the dealer and again I was asked to Contact the dealer for updating the same in the system. I also informed him that I was following since 30.8.2013 for this coupon but no body responded and I also informed Mr.Navin that I will bring to the notice of Consumer Redressal Forum my greviences for which he asked me to contact Dealer and request them to contact him regarding my Issue. It is painful that public are given false promises by this dealers and even though amount of Coupon is only Rs.500/- but my consent was customer should not be cheated by this type offering free coupons.                                         Prestige authorised service personal visited my home to set right burner gas leak problem and he suggests to replace the burner set. The actual MRP of the burner is Rs.75/= and he demands Rs.110/= for the same. So we refused and he claims Rs.110/= as service charge.He not even cleaned the stove and this amount seems to be very high for just an examination visit.I have paid the same and but with this kind of service this is too much.I have attached bill for the same.

                                        I bought a Prestige Induction Cooker on 26th July 2011. It damaged on 23rd August 2011. I gave it for repair purpose on 25th Aug 2011. But still they have not repaired it. They are not providing proper service.
