I am a resident of Indira Nagar ,Chennai. I bought a Glass top w/o auto 3L gas stove from one of prestjge outlet namely M/s Vijayalakshmi Appliances ,Adyar ,Chennai on 21/02/2009.The stove has been working fine and one day one of the the burner knob came in hand and the burner has started leaking. As per the instruction given by your people at the time of purchase , I immediatyely contacted the service centre and registered a complaint on 25/12/2009. As there is a leakage of gas gas ,i constantly kept in touch with the service centre at Mylapore with contact no. 4207 4351 . But to my surprise the reason for not attending to the fault and the excuse being given as 'the mechanic is on leave'.
Till date i have not set right the thing with any outside source and i am waitng to find out how long your people will take to attend to the fault.
Till date the leakage has not been attended to. So please i request the following;
1) please do not give false hope to the customer that the after sales service will be attended to immediately,
2) please do not assure the customer that the service will be attended at their door steps at the time of purchase which is not happening practically

I Purchased 3 Burner Gas stove on 06.04.2012 at BAKIYAM Agencies - R.S.Puram - Coimbatore.
In purchase time they will tell if any problem in Gas Stove please call to us, and rectify.
After one week 1 Burner put in sim mode it will off. I tell the problem everyday in agency.
that agency should not rectify this problem till date. Please attend this problem immediately, and solve it.
