Prestige Gas Stove Faulty within 1 year of purchase

I had bought a Prestige 3-burner gas stove more than a year back. It is auto ignition gas stove but the same stopped working within 2 months of purchase. Now I have been facing a new and more severe problem with the same. When the gas stove is ignited, 2 out of three stoves create a horrible noise and the flame goes off soon. Non Availability

Sir, I had booked a Delux model steel pressure pan for 2 ltrs with your Dealer at Baroda (Alkapuri).

While loking it was given to understand that it will take 7-10 days to receive the same.

But sorry to say after a month and so I am still awating for my pressure pan.

Whenever I call up the dealer I got a stereo type reply " we have booked but have not received from the Company."

Customer Service / After Sales service

I had purchased a Prestige Glass Top GT 04 Gas Stove from Metro Cash and Carry Kolkata on 9th May 2009.
Unfortunately my stove burners got melted due to technical or poor quality materials, So I called the Prestige TTK Regional office at Kolkata Ph[protected] and they gave me a Customer Service No[protected] and Service Engineer No [protected].
I have been trying to call the Customer Service No for the last 4 hours for which...
