On 22nd of october, I purchased Prastige Triply Splendor (2.7lts.) Kadai from Homecenter, Nexus Shantiniketan, Bengaluru. On 30th october, we took it out of box to prepare first dish and everything was fine until the utensil was washed and kept in basket for drying. After keeping it for some time we heard some crackling sound from basket. When I went to check what happened, I found that the glass of lid has shattered. We are using glass lids with various utensils since last 12 years and it has never happened till date.

    We have purchased the svatchh top glass gas stove with 4 burner we are using from one week the top glass got broken while cooking.we have trusted the brand and we have invested huge amount on the product and we have bought but now we are regretting about our decision.what kind of quality and the safety you people are providing to the public.its really worst experience we faced.. please take back you worst product and refund our hard earned money. It will be very helpfull.

      The reason behind for return is poor finishing and glass color is fading.
      I have shared the photos.
      Still no action taken.

        From Last the day 1 (2months completed) product is not working, it was kept in service center for 28 days still the repair is not done as per standards.

        Making ROTI is always a difficult with product, even demo person also unable explain why the product is not cooking ROTI's properly.

          I am very much disapointed with Quality of the product is very poor and especially service is not good and finally very dissappointed with the product.The steel quality is not good .the burner are very small poor quality.Stove stands quality is not good.I want to give back the product.What are the rules to exchange policy.Please kindly send me whatbto do.

            I ordered a prestige mixture dated 03 may 2022 via Flipkart order I'd is OD[protected], it has 2 yr warranty and it stopped working withi 5 months, i am sharing u picture of this mixture the problem comes when I put jar into mixer, the connection point of jar and mixer getting hot and melted now it stopped working

                Dear sir,
                Phtg model gas stove i purchased from chennai in June 2022 and it us fault and given complaint last 10 days and engineer came and checked and informed to replace burner but after engineer not picked call and again given complaint for replace of burner but today engineer same informed to me about burner not in stock.
                Sir, such a big company and telling not having stock from last 15 days and passing time.
                Please take immediate to replace burner otherwise if any injury are loss than your company is responsible and legal action will be take against u.

                    The centre burner producing black flame and utencil get black eventhough we have changed the lpg cylinder but the result is same

                      I bought a new tawa on 01st Sep 2022 and was ensured with two year warranty. When I started using to make chapatis I was so disappointed to see that even with high temp (in induction) it doesn't cooks well. I reached out to the store manager and he denied any assistance. Suggested to reach customer care.

                      Please provide a complete refund as your product is useless.

                        The glass top of the stove have broke 2 times which can be a serious cause of danger in future, they are not providing replacement for the product so please process with our redressal claim.

                          I've bought the prestige glass stove about 1.3 year ago approx. While cooking the stove upper glass blasted and broken in smaller chunks and went all over the place. Thankfully no one got hurt.

                            GTSV-04 purchased on 22nd may 2022, Serial no:KFA[protected]
                            Glass Top of that stove have got broken, request raised for service 5 days before to replace glass top, SERVICE REQUEST TICKET NO:BANG[protected]
                            But the service executive did not come and not responding calls also,
                            he is supposed to come within 2 working days.
                            i want replacement as sson as possible, please help me with this issue

                                This is to bring to your notice that I have purchased a Hand Mixer PHM 2.0 (41038), 300W, Purple on 24.03.2022 from Amazon. The product worked hardly for two months.

                                It was under warranty and I gave it to VR HOT AND PURE WATER SOLUTION, #756, Yallareddy Building, Near Big Market, Anekal Road, Chandapura, Bangalore-560081. Cell:[protected] on 23-07-22.

                                Please note that initially he was not giving me any acknowledgement of receiving the product when I insisted for job number he gave me receipt only and told me he will call me in a week. Now he never called me is not servicing my product despite my repeated follow ups and replying me rudely.

                                Also when I contacted customer care of Prestige, I am getting a false commitment to resolve my issue. Below are the record of my conversation with the customer care executives

                                (1) 6th Aug, Saturday - talked to SUFEYAN AHAMED assured to resolve the issue and call back by EOD never reverted

                                (2) 8th Aug, Monday - talked to MOGI assured to resolve the issue and call back by EOD never reverted

                                (3) 9th Aug, 10 AM Tuesday - MUSKAN assured to resolve the issue and call back by EOD never reverted

                                (4) 9th Aug, 12 noon, Tuesday - Maasoom Khan suggested me to write a mail.

                                Customer care also didn't provide me any complaint number. This shows how gullible are the customers.

                                I bought this in the name of Ttk and made in India product. Now I am totally disappointed with the product as well as the service of Ttk.

                                Attached herewith the screenshot of the invoice from Amazon and the receipt from the service center of Prestige for your reference.

                                Request you to initiate me a refund of Rs 1529/- and do the needful.

                                  I am Ashok vaid resident of Faridabad Haryana, I bought the prestige gas stove 1.5 year back. From last five month I am facing issue. Two times(May-22 and July-22) i logged the compliant and every time after 1 month followup Prestige team coming to check the issue. In recent service Prestige executive identified the issue in Gas stove part but he didn't changed. I already ready raised the complaint multiple times but Prestige team not working,

                                    My Induction Cooktop stopped working and product is in warranty. Technician visited and told, same needs internal approval as products motherboard needs to be replaced. Since then, it is pending since 20 + days. No one is responding over email as well. Very pathetic experience with Prestige customer service. Ticket number is 121205.
