Prestige is fooling customers

I have first registered complaint in January, since January its been 4 times I have complained and its been 5 months I have no updates and no resolution from Prestige. Since 2 months that guy is saying that the PART has still not arrived to their center in Airoli. What am I supposed to do if the company is not manufacturing parts but selling defective products.
I have gifted this to my mother on her birthday 15th October and see what...

Defective concave tawa 250 mm

The above tawa was purchased on 12/5/22 and found defective a deep cut on the back side of tawa. When approached the dealer on 13/5/22 Balaji agencies west mambalam from whom purchased, they refused to accept saying that defective products are replaced by company only and asked to go to service center at pondi bazaar big bazaar complex T. Nagar. Visited service center and asked for replacement. Irresponsible executive asked me to come on...

Gas stove glass broken just in 3 days

We bought Prestige Svachh Glass Top Gas Stove with Liftable 4 Burners on 12th May 2022 and we used it for our house warming on 13th May 2022. and later 1 or 2 days used for basic cooking. the cooktop glass is broken.

We raised a complaint through customer care on 15th May 2022 and received job code BANG[protected] till now no one has contacted us back....

Brand new Gas stove with multiple defects

Bought a 2 burner gas stove from Prestige Xclusive shop - Emart, Neelimangalam, Kottayam on 19th April, for Rs.6, 000 and from next day onwards it started misfiring. Emart shop denied responsibility, had to call service centre. They inspected multiple times and replaced parts, later one of the burners stopped working. Called service guy once again and waiting for his mercy.
How pathetic that a customer who bought something for 6k had...

TTK Prestige prestige pic 2.0 v2 induction cooktop poor quality glass

However I purchased this with a lot of love from prestige un, fortunately, the glass top broke without any mishandling within 4 months, tried to book a complaint, but they will chargers 1800 for replacing the glass

I didn't do anything wrong with the cooktop, even we don't use it frequently
and under warranty why I will pay 1800 extra for this
I request to Prestige either they will replace my product or change...

Am really a very very disappointed customer who will never recommend Prestige to any of my contacts and will proactively stop anyone who buys Prestige products.
I purchased a Gas stove on Feb 18th, 2022 and it stopped working within 10 days. I raised a complaint on April 5th, 2022 with the same note Job no. - CHEN[protected]. Today April 13th, 2022 It has been 10 days without a response from anyone and we are purchasing food outside...

Product repair within 2 months of use

I Purchased a Prestige rice cooker in Prestige Showroom. Within 2 months it failed. I gave it to Service center and after a week they gave it back fixing the same. Again in 15 days it failed. In 2 months I gave it to service center twice and they did not fix or replace the issue with rice cooker....

Cheated with defective gas stove costs around 19000/-

I have purchased a 4 burner gas stove and found it is defective on first day but Tatacliq app is not accepting return until the prestige confirms it is not working but prestige team is forcing me to accept it as a gas pipeline issue and demanding money for checking the stove which is under warranty and days old.

I want to get refund for this product immediately with proper action on the ttk prestige and TataCLiQ....

I had filed a complaint that my hob burner was not working satisfactorily. A technician attended to the same on 25.02.2022. It was not under warranty and I paid for the service. The hob was working sporadically thereafter. Defective kettle sols online

Not even a week the product started giving problems, like loose handle, auto cut off. Plus no response from company on the return.
Warranty conditions are one sided, there is no mention of the defective product sold to customers. Complaint for replace worst ever product (Prestige Electric Kettle)

Sir,

I, Somnath Basak purchase a Prestige electric kettle PKOSS 1.5 model (Serial No: 2DP[protected]) from Loknath Gift Centre, Kolkata as of 6.1.2022.
But unfortunately, only less than two months after purchasing this product, it's not working properly.

The problem with this electric kettle is as follows:
