I m using Prestige chimney for more than 5 years.
I had requested for a service of the chimney in April 2022. The service personal checked and informed Auto clean motor has to be replaced and order was placed for the same.
Recently service was done by authorised Prestige chimney service centre, Pondicherry on 18th June 2022.

The service person changed the motor, cleaned the Chimney and it was working.

Unexpectedly, the chimney exploded today i.e 19th June just one day since the service was done.
The chimney has exploded while it's off. Not even during use. What has gone wrong?

Fortunately no one was around when it exploded. Can't even imagine about the damage it would ve caused to my family members during the explosion.

I strongly request your team to inquire about the cause of the problem and take necessary action in this regards

    This fault complaint TIRU[protected] issue was still not yet resolved and my Induction cooktops product is still not working and previous job attempts was not diagnosed TIRU[protected] the problem correctly.

    Note: Complaint was raised on 4th May 2022 but still service centers technician was not fixed the issue.

      I purchased GTMC 03 gas stove in the month of March in the month of May we got to know the leakage of gas from the knob, we have raised a complaint regarding the same and service people have told it will be solved in 2 working days, it's been 2 weeks and still the issue is not Resolved.
      Lot of gas is being wasted while we cook on the other side of the burner, they are just assuring that it will be fixed tomorrow..., but still the issue is not been resolved.

      Worst service from the so called "India's favourite gas stove"Prestige.

        I want to replace the top glass of my prestige stove. It has been broken due to overheat. The glass pieces are shattered everywhere in the kitchen. I'm not able to contact anyone from your team. It would be a great help if you can contact me back.

          Subject : Re: Defective concave tawa ref no. SKU 30712. Request for replacement. | Support Ticket # 108449

          The above tawa was purchased on 12/5/22 and found defective a deep cut on the back side of tawa. When approached the dealer on 13/5/22 Balaji agencies west mambalam from whom purchased, they refused to accept saying that defective products are replaced by company only and asked to go to service center at pondi bazaar big bazaar complex T. Nagar. Visited service center and asked for replacement. Irresponsible executive asked me to come on 16/5/22 as the concerned person not available.
          I am a senior citizen and can't run for replacement of defective product. I request you to arrange for immediate replacement through dealer as the product is purchased yesterday only and is covered under warranty.
          I hope TTK will respect customer and take immediate action.

            I had purchased a OMEGA Deluxe Granite Cookware as per invoice number[protected]C-7383559 dated 21.6.21 through Amazon and is under Warranty period. On usage within next couple of months the inner granite coating has worn away due to defective manufacturing. Since there was a warranty I immediately took to the customer care for replacement. After writing repeated 3-4 reminders they finally responded and asked for the invoice, warranty and photos. After providing the same and the product being in warranty period they gave flimsy grounds in defense and that the product was spoilt because of the customer improper use and not for the bad product quality. The Company has no regard or wants to honour the Warranty and is just name sake and does not want to acknowledge manufacturing defect. Seek redressal for relacement of bad quality product and deficiency of service in responding to consumer complaints.

              Hi Sir I purchased the Vegetables cutter your authorized shop at Bull Temple Road on 11/04/2022 one small spring gone may be I vent to service shop at Jayanagar Opp: Aiyyappaswamy Temple one girl sitting the front office its very resebansible she wanted check the problem two or three working days says, She ask me for warrant cord I am not having it but bill showed her, I am buying in your authorized shop only just call and enquiry it, what work their doing it finally your company as getting bad impression to the customers, kindly resoled the problem as soon as possible.

                I purchased gast stove from this company after using in a month the stove broke down and i have complaint in the company 3 months back but till date i have not got any resolution expecting a compensation of 10000 and complete refund of the product and yake away the faulty product.

                  I have first registered complaint in January, since January its been 4 times I have complained and its been 5 months I have no updates and no resolution from Prestige. Since 2 months that guy is saying that the PART has still not arrived to their center in Airoli. What am I supposed to do if the company is not manufacturing parts but selling defective products.
                  I have gifted this to my mother on her birthday 15th October and see what experience I got. My 2years extented warranty is wasted for 5 months, i want refund, just refund and I am not going to suggest anyone about your brand at all. Do not forget to give a call on this case. I want to understand how you are going to gain the trust back solve this case or just let it go as usual.

                      We bought Prestige Svachh Glass Top Gas Stove with Liftable 4 Burners on 12th May 2022 and we used it for our house warming on 13th May 2022. and later 1 or 2 days used for basic cooking. the cooktop glass is broken.

                      We raised a complaint through customer care on 15th May 2022 and received job code BANG[protected] till now no one has contacted us back.

                          I have purchased chimney from xlusive outlet.

                          1) Installation.took for 1 week due the digital display fixing issue

                            Bought a 2 burner gas stove from Prestige Xclusive shop - Emart, Neelimangalam, Kottayam on 19th April, for Rs.6, 000 and from next day onwards it started misfiring. Emart shop denied responsibility, had to call service centre. They inspected multiple times and replaced parts, later one of the burners stopped working. Called service guy once again and waiting for his mercy.
                            How pathetic that a customer who bought something for 6k had to go through all these trouble for a bad product that nor the shop or the company is not taking responsibility.

                                    However I purchased this with a lot of love from prestige un, fortunately, the glass top broke without any mishandling within 4 months, tried to book a complaint, but they will chargers 1800 for replacing the glass

                                    I didn't do anything wrong with the cooktop, even we don't use it frequently
                                    and under warranty why I will pay 1800 extra for this
                                    I request to Prestige either they will replace my product or change the glass asap

                                      Am really a very very disappointed customer who will never recommend Prestige to any of my contacts and will proactively stop anyone who buys Prestige products.
                                      I purchased a Gas stove on Feb 18th, 2022 and it stopped working within 10 days. I raised a complaint on April 5th, 2022 with the same note Job no. - CHEN[protected]. Today April 13th, 2022 It has been 10 days without a response from anyone and we are purchasing food outside to survive. When I call customer care to follow up on the complaint I registered, every day the same sentence (Tomorrow technician will reach you out to fix), till today that tomorrow has never come in. Till yesterday I was very patient to handle the situation, understanding that the technician was reckless, but today I clearly understood Prestige's customer care is useless and they know the only option is to raise a complaint and leave the customer to die. Always the same sentence "Sorry for the inconvenience caused, tomorrow the technical will arrive".
                                      And the supervisor, I hope they are too busy rather than assisting customers. They never wanted to talk to customers, if I requested a supervisor for a few min hold and with the same sentence as every day "You will get a call from our supervisor or from the escalation team in 30min" but again nothing I got till date. Why does a team require a supervisor when they are not ready to talk with customers? Please share it to help your friends and family avoid being stuck like me after purchasing Prestige products

                                        I Purchased a Prestige rice cooker in Prestige Showroom. Within 2 months it failed. I gave it to Service center and after a week they gave it back fixing the same. Again in 15 days it failed. In 2 months I gave it to service center twice and they did not fix or replace the issue with rice cooker.
