    I have purchased a 4 burner gas stove and found it is defective on first day but Tatacliq app is not accepting return until the prestige confirms it is not working but prestige team is forcing me to accept it as a gas pipeline issue and demanding money for checking the stove which is under warranty and days old.

    I want to get refund for this product immediately with proper action on the ttk prestige and TataCLiQ.

      I had filed a complaint that my hob burner was not working satisfactorily. A technician attended to the same on 25.02.2022. It was not under warranty and I paid for the service. The hob was working sporadically thereafter. Its performance being unsatisfactory I was forced to contact their Customer Service again today 28.03.2022 and was surprized to know that I would have to pay for their service again, on grounds that over a month had elapsed since their earlier service on 25.02.2022. I requested extenuation thereof but
      the Customer Service excluded thereof possibility.
      As the Company did not deem it necessary to accede to my request and for a relaxation of their rule, I cancelled my request for a repeated service. I was seriously considering purchasing a mixer/grinder from them, but this experience has dissuaded me from doing so.
      I and my circle of friends shall never purchase another Prestige product.

        Electric Stainless Steel Kettle ON/OFF switch never worked- no one fixed it. I've sent multiple emails to [protected]@ttkprestige.com. They were supposed to escalate the issue to the local Kolkata branch but no one ever came or fixed the switch.

        I've purchased a Prestige electric kettle in December 2022. Right after buying the product, I noticed the ON/OFF switch is not functioning at all. I've emailed multiple complaints to [protected]@ttkprestige.com
        Nobody came to fix the ON/OFF switch.

        The headquarters are just emailing each other to take care of the issue but no one came to fix the problem. No one called or came from LOCAL TTK office in Kolkata to fix the switch. I can not use the product that I spent so much money on.

        I am a senior citizen and my husband is terminally ill. That is why I need hot /warm water constantly. That was the purpose of buying this kettle and from a reputed company like yours.

        I am extremely disappointed with your unhelpful attitude towards senior citizens.
        After multiple emails and calls, no one came to fix the ON/OFF switch.

        Please let me know if you can do any help regarding this issue?

          Not even a week the product started giving problems, like loose handle, auto cut off. Plus no response from company on the return.
          Warranty conditions are one sided, there is no mention of the defective product sold to customers. Need to return the product which has been handed over to showroom and senior citizen is facing harassments due to this. Plus a safe hazard for senior people, highly unsafe and defective piece sols to senior people.

          These companies are very good at the time of selling the product, but when it comes to addressing a complaint, their behavior changes completely and blame customers for everything. These companies earning in crores, have a big issue in taking returns even when they selling defective items, esp online. Cheating customers to make quick money.

          Defective product cannot be repaired. They have an issue to return, but they have a right to sell defective unsafe electric items. This is not acceptable.
          Please don't buy Prestige products its my suggestion to all, because they don't have a good customer service, and they half of the time sell defective items

            Drip tray of my 4 burner gas stove is broken. I registered the complaint 3 months ago and still it has not been fixed. I call them, the technician has stopped attending my calls. They have also stopped replying to my emails.

                Sir,

                I, Somnath Basak purchase a Prestige electric kettle PKOSS 1.5 model (Serial No: 2DP[protected]) from Loknath Gift Centre, Kolkata as of 6.1.2022.
                But unfortunately, only less than two months after purchasing this product, it's not working properly.

                The problem with this electric kettle is as follows:

                1) The switch of the kettle is not working, water is still boiling after the turn off the kettle switch.
                2) The auto cut option is not working
                3) The kettle body and handle become too hot.

                So it is now very much risky and tough to use this product, which I buy only less than two months ago. I think this is the worst ever product I have seen ever before from a reputed company like yours (Prestige)

                So, my humble request is to replace or repair this electric kettle as early as possible, else go to the consumer forum against this worst-ever product.

                    I order a gas stove with three burner. Every time I light my stove it is giving me a scary noise. Regarding this I have asked customer service of prestige and they sent me a guy to fix the issue.

                    Few days after service I am starting to experience the same problem.

                    Customer guy says it has a manufacturing defect.

                    Very disappointed with prestige.

                      I purchased a three burner L.P.G. stove on 12.02.2021 from Pathak Trading, P-20, Radha bazar street, Kolkata -700001, shop no. 4.
                      From the very first one gas control knob was defective. The service man came and repaired that. Again after one month, another knob becomes defective. On February 05, 2022, I lodged complain and again on 10.02.2022 in Prestige customer care but no service provider has contacted me or turned up yet. In the occasion of previous complain also they behaved same.
                      Please note that the warranty period for this product is two years.

                        There is a problem of gas leak in the gas stove. We bought this one month back and it is still under the warranty. I have made several complaints with the customer care however, they have not given us the solution. They sent a highly unqualified untrained person who has in return Worsened the situation for us. Since, then they have stopped responding only. Given the dangerous consequences of the issue, I want to file a complaint against them for the negligence on their part.

                          I purchased Prestige Edge Gas Table PEBS 03 from Amazon on 02/01/22. We found one burner was faulty. We were not able to return it on Amazon within limited return time due to some reason. So, we filed complaint on 14/02/22 through Prestige TTK helpline number[protected]. They gave me a Customer Service No[protected] and Service Engineer No [protected]. After few days Technician came and saw the problem took video of faulty burner and photo of warranty card. Then he said he will come again after few hours to solve the issue but he didn't came.
                          I also wrote on Prestige online portal but no got no response. Then again we called Prestige TTK helpline number[protected], they gave a contact number of prestige headoffice of our city(Prayagraj) . From there we were notified we have to wait for one more week because parts which need to be replaced is out of stock.
                          We waited for more than a weeks but no solution was provided. We had no other option so we contacted to helpline number again on 29/01/22. They said they escalated the complaint and gave Lucknow headquarter number[protected]. We contacted there and again they said technician will come within 3 days. We waited for a week again but no one came after that we call them they weren't even receiving our calls.
                          Then on 10/02/22 I contacted to Prestige customer care number again and asked to raise this issue to their senior executive. I got call from him from number[protected]. He said he will call again once he check the issue with service provider. But he hasn't called till now.
                          No solution has been provided yet.
                          We are unable to use newly purchased because of such poor After sale service of Prestige.
                          We request to provide solution by replace or refund.

                              The glass top of the gas stove completely shattered while cooking. No water or anything was used on it. It's only 15 months old stove, of which 9 months it was switched off since we were on a vacation. When the glass shattered it hurt my hands etc. I demand full refund from the company

                                  My prestige induction stove was not working and complaint no. Chen2518722 / tkt no. 81593 was booked on 8th january 2022. While booking i was told that within two to three days their service man will attend.
                                  But till today 31st january 2022 nobody attended or contacted. Many times they were contacted over phone and mails but my time only was wasted and they don't bother. Though i am in avadi, chennai, their nearest service centre is at t. Nagar, 30 mks away.
                                  Finally i managed to repair the induction stove at a nearby other private service centre.
                                  This clearly indicates their poor after sales service with only one or two service centres. Even in their service centres also they will not return a item before 3 months according to my past experience.
                                  I request the public to be careful while buying from prestige. Virtually there is no after sales service.

                                  No response from TTK Prestige and even there is no phone even for a courtesy. They don't bother at all about after sales service, warranty, etc.
                                  I have complained for prestige Alpha stainless steel cooker under complaint no.MUMB[protected] on 18/6/22 as bottom steel base was separated
                                  Today I got brand new piece from dealer
                                  I am fully satisfied with the service
                                  It values customer, Mr.Pramod Gawai personally taken efforts for resolving my complaint, Thanku Mr.Gawai

                                    I have given Prestige Popular model Stainless Steel cooker under warranty for service at their authorized service centre on 29.11.21 as the bottom induction plate came out. The complaint registration no. is CHEN62377667. I was assured of a fresh replacement by them. But even after around 2 months neither they provided any replacement nor they are attending my calls.

                                      Prestige supreme Mixer small jar not functioning with in very few months, raised compliant and technician visited home, his behaviour is rude and not communicating clearly. He mentioned that the parts inside is not the prestige's one and it is not genuine. Product bought directly from authorised prestige showroom. Not sure technician is helpless or is it true that company is selling non genuine product. Because his statement made us think it that way. after no update probably I need to take it to their service centre directly to see what they say at least. We can not rely on customer service and home service even for the products under warrantee.

                                      Secondly, newly bought hob top gas stove burner has issue, looks like they need to replace it, its just 2 month since we bought after spending 17, 500 INR with replacing old glass top 3 burner stove. Within 2 months of purchase burner has problem. After compliant there is no proper update whether they will replace the burner or fix anything, even after several follow ups and mails to escalation DL, not even received acknowledgment from them for customer curtesy.

                                      If we question about the delay or any issue and if customer care executive has no answer to respond they simply put us on mute and disconnect after few minutes. Luckily I was able to connect to the same executive in next attempt but they will act as if it is the first time they are speaking and we need to explain them everything once again from the beginning. Just imagine how frustrating it would be after all.

                                        I have purchased 3 burner silver gas stove on sep 2020, we having warranty until sep 2022. I am not satisfied after buying it due to the metal quality not good when compared to my old gas stove and also when burner flame ON spill tray color changed due to heat in the first time itself because of it is too close to burner and the middle burner not having convenient space to use. Design not perfect, after informing this to the shop owner and asked him to take this back on day of purchased he refused to take back and he raised complaint for it and the technician came with big spill tray and replaced it, without full satisfaction we started using.
                                        In 6 months when we reduce Knob to Sim it turned off. Some times we feel gas leakage smell while using and even turned off. We check fully is that leaking near tube joint to stove or gas but can't found. So we leaved that smell due to turn on.

                                        In this month after cooking we turned off all 3 gas stove and we are near the kitchen, heard a burn sound and went to kitchen, we are shocked that the last Knob is fired even all the burners are OFF. So turned off the gas cylinder fast. Thank God that we are near kitchen, nothing happen seriously .

                                        We trusted brand PRESTIGE and buyed the product but now so afraid to use and recommand.

                                        So we raised compliant, they sent technician to repair but we not like to service it, in a year it leaking gas and making life dangerous. Even after service how sure that it can't happen again.
                                        We have talked with vel agency( place we purchased), sales manager, technician, customer support but no solution satisfied us.
                                        Tried calling trichy Sales and service manager by getting number from agency but no solution, now they not attending call and no response.
                                        When issue with product everyone is avoiding, not giving solution, it leading to not trust the company.

                                        We don't like to use this gas stove again by service it, because gas leakage may cause life danger. Kindly refund the amount.

                                        Will you able to give guarrenty that same issue will not happen again when service?
