I had bought prestige induction cooktop PIC 16.0+ and it start giving problem just after three months it has been repaired 4 times till now and its 5th time when it stopped working, I want to ask Prestige team that what is the use of purchasing such high cost induction that too of very prestigious company. I wasted 4k for purchasing this instead of that I could have been purchased 2 induction cooker of some other company and those must have been performed better than this. Now I am fedup of this cooktop and do not want anymore repairing, replace my induction as soon as possible to avoid further escalation

    I had bought prestige induction cooktop PIC16.0 + and it start giving problem just after 3 months I contacted customer care and they repaired three times under warranty of 12 months after that again it got fail in 2 montgs and that time they charged me about Rs. 350 for repair again after 4 months it got fail and this time they are demanding about Rs. 1400 for repair It has been repaired 4 times till now and its 5th time when it stopped working, I want to ask Prestige team that what is the use of purchasing such high cost induction that too of very prestigious company. I wasted 4k for purchasing and Rs. 350 for repair and again demanding Rs. 1400 for repair. this instead of that I could have been purchased 2 induction cooker of some other company and those must have been performed better than this. Now I am fedup of this cooktop and do not want anymore repairing and waisting of my money, replace my induction as soon as possible to avoid further escalation

      Brought new Prestige Swach Neo 4 burner on 31 May 2023, not even 25 days glass top blasted while preparing breakfast to kids, complaint raised on 25 June 2023 -Jor job no. VIJA[protected] Delight, Its been 8 days no communication on the status, made hundreds of call to customer care and service centre in Tirupati and even tried to call Head office but no response to call much worst than call centre, always service center guys give only one line response waiting for parts from prestige no more information, we are struggling with two kids without stove, i never felt such a big company behave like this, now I am really scared to use, as we lost trust on brand, we need complete replacement or money back .. Thanks

        I had bought 40257 model 4 burner gas stove on June 22, 2022 in Chennai. It is well within warranty. Two of my burners are not working. I have raised complaints with prestige call center many times. I was given phone number of a service center in Chennai. I have called that number many times but noone picks it. It is highly frustrating since the issue has still not been resolved. I never expected Prestige will have such a poor customer service.

          Sir i booked a rice cooker in nov 2022 after 2 month it's not working.i raise a complain but your technicians come in 20 days later..now again rice cooker not working i complaint raise 3 june till now no call and no one visit, ..i go your nearest service partner JMD MOBILE LAKHISARAI BRANCH MANAGER SASHI and technician Rahul Kumar said company not providing parts so he will not do anything .. please take action otherwise i will go consumer court or will take help from social media...

              Problem : During the very first time usage itself, the bottom coating of dosa tawa was peeled off and there was a bad smell observed while cooking, after that we found that the backside coating of tawa is melting while cooking.
              On the next day we informed the problem to dealer and they advised to contact Prestige service center. Right now we handed over the product, and its bills and warranty card to service center. I have not used the product for many days, its on the same purchased day, Kindly replace the product or refund the money. After paying money, without having product I am simply waiting for Prestige email confirmation status from service center. Kindly support me to solve this problem at earliest.

                In 2021, I bought a mixer grinder which had 2 years warranty, which got damaged in July 2023. I complained about it on their customer care number.But till now no one has come from their side to improve my product, I have missed them 6-7 times, every time they give a quote of 2-3 days.

                    Bought a prestige glass top 3 burner stove on 29 January 2023 from Pattom showroom, Trivandrum. All the 3 burners not working properly, flame is too low even in knob max position. We seriously doubt that prestige is selling 2nd hand products. This new stove already repaired twice by prestige service centre still no improvement!!!

                    This is only a notice period before filing a case in consumer court.

                      I had purchaed a Induction Cook top Pic 2.0 V2 and since 22nd May my power has been tripping off when I connect the stove.
                      I had placed a complaint on this Prestige helpline no: [protected] and I was assured that the Service person would come by 2 todays maximum, but nobody called or came, on the 3rd day when I called they assred me the service person would come on that day but Nobody came. Then I called onthe 4th Day and spoke to Hani at around 8:30 am and she assured someone would come today and she would call and confirm by 11 am. She didnt call by 11 am after which I call the number and spoke to Azad at 11:30 and he gave me the Royal Enterprise Sanju [protected], the person who spoke was Kumar and he is telling that the Service person will come by tomorrow.I have no keen intrest in keeping this induction stove due to the poor service provided. Please tell me how to go about it.

                        A request was registered in the customer service on 18/5/2023 for installation of a new chimney. It was assured by the company executive that the installation will be done with in 4 days by the company technician. Regretted that till to-date no one contacted me or attended my premises for installation of the product. It is further strange to know that installation is not free of cost, and yet the job is being deferred further.
                        Hoping, that someone responsible shall take notice of the same.

                          Bought an Atlas 3.0 cooktop and it worked fine in shop. Sarted showing E6 error after 2 uses. Called the customer care, scheduled a service and was told there was an issue with the fan that was solved. All was fine till then.
                          But the issue wasn't actually solved and repeatedly scheduling service resulted in a half-hearted, rude technician actually berating the aggrieved customer. The same issue of fan still persists after 7 complaints. I believe this is a scheme for them to wait out the warranty period & charge the customer for the original defect as well as other issues the defect will inevitably cause.

                          I am so disheartened by this, lost all faith in pretige. I should have gone for another company. Will actively warn others about buying prestige products now.

                            Hello team,
                            I am extremely dissatisfied with the services of prestige company. And more so because of the ill behaviour and mistreatment that the service providers did to my elderly parents who are senior citizens. I NEED AN IMMEDIATE ACTION TO BE TAKEN. Our 3 burner gas that we purchased on DATE 22.10.21 is currently under two years warrantly period right now under PRESTIGE COMPANY. Hence, my father and mother decided to avail the services since we have been facing major issues with our three gas burner and therefore he reached out to the persons from whom we had purchased the three gas burner and they redirected my father to customer complain number bangalore. Which my father did. And therefore one service provider named NASKAR Phone no. [protected], from our kolkata branch (lake road) contacted us today (16.05.23) saying that he will come today at 3:00 PM for servicing the three gas burner BUT HE NEVER SHOWED UP. And then when my parents called him and he started speaking in a LOUD VOICE AGAINST MY ELDERLY PARENTS (SENIOR CITIZEN) and said that "I AM ON MY WAY CANT YOU ALL WAIT?" HE STILL DID NOT SHOW UP. Then when my parents called him after some time he said "I WILL NOT DO ANY WORK AT YOUR HOUSE. DO WHATEVER YOU WANT" and he was with some other staff who also started putting allegations against my parents and saying bad words to my elderly parents amd he said, " ap log buzurg ho isiliye mera dost naskar chup raha ap logo ko gali de deta toh aacha lgta?". IS THIS THE WAY PRESTIGE COMPANY TREATS ITS CUSTOMERS????? THEN I HAVE NO OPTION BUT NOT TO GO TO PRESTIGE COMPANY FOR BUYING ANYTHING. AND IF THIS ISSUE DOES NOT GET RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY BY TOMORROW, I WILL ALSO SPREAD ALL THIS INFORMATION VIA SOCIAL MEDIA TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY ABOUT THE MISTREATMENT THAT MY PARENTS RECEIVED just because they asked for service under warranty period and just because they are senior citizens so nobody respects them. I NEEDDDD IMMEDIATE ACTION and I need service that we were promised under warranty card by tomorrow 17.05.23. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS.

                                I purchased Prestige Oscar 900 Kitchen Hood on 20th of January 2023 and since 15th of April 2023, the appliance stopped working. I have reached out to TTK customer service department on multiple occasions to address this issue, and each time I was promised that the matter would be resolved promptly.

                                Spoke to number of customer service executives and escalation team on 25, 26 and 27th of April 2023. On their instruction I tried contacting the service franchisee, Royal Enterprises (M: [protected]). They never responded to my calls, It was either ringing and not answering or they cut the call or the phone was switched off. Finally Mr. Ravi Theja from the escalation team provided me the cell number of Service manager Mr. Niranjan. Even he didn’t answer my calls or responded to messages sent by me.
                                However, despite numerous attempts to get a resolution, my problem remains unresolved, and I have not received any satisfactory response from the company.

                                    This is safety issue too..
                                    We have purchased Prestige 3 Burner Hobtop, during August 2021 and still the product is under warranty. From Last year onwards we are continuously giving complaint that the burner burning like firewood stove (Yellowish flame) and making all the utensils completely black. the flame not in consistent manner, feeling this as Safety issue and seeking support from Prestige team for repair, more than 5 times the service team had visited our home. Also, during recent service, they changed Burners and found not getting changed. No resolution till date. I am kept on complaining with the customer care but No resolution till date. Nowadays in our home we started hate this product as it is making us afraid towards safety issue. Need your support to resolve the issue. Request to replace the product as more than 5 times it serviced and unresolved. Attached Current flame condition and Utensils level after flame.

                                      I purchased a Vogue hiptop 3 Burner stove on 26/9/2022. Within 1year, the burner has disfigured and there is no flame coming from it at all.
                                      I reached out to prestige and filed a complaint on Mar 14th 2023. The service executive (Sanju) was reluctant to come home in the beginning, but when he came he just said burner is gone I will place and order and it will take a week. It's been more than 2weeks. I called Sanju the executive he doesn't answer. I've tried to reach out to the customer care, every time I reach out, all they say is "Sorry for the inconvenience caused, please call so and so". First time they gave me Area Manager's (T.P Natrajan) number I reached out to him, he's not answering his calls, again I had to reach out to the customer care, they gave me another number(Bangalore head office), nobody is picking up calls. After paying money and purchasing a product thinking that the quality and service will be exceptional, this is what a customer has to go through. Stove quality is soo bad, and quality of the product is life threatening. Sometimes there is no flame at all suddenly, and gas is leaking. What is anything dangerous happens. Very disappointed with Prestige.

                                        Had ordered a Prestige grain grinder on 07.03.2023 through ttkprestige website against order no.[protected] which was received at my residence on 15.03.2023 around 5:30 PM. On opening the device, it is found that there is a hair line crack on the upper granite. Further, the stones/ granite is rough in such a way that it seems to grind itself alongwith the grain. Also, the cover of the hopper is not smooth. It may kindly be noted that the product has never been even plugged in due to fear of further damage.

                                        I called [protected] & [protected], the numbers provided on ttkprestige website multiple times, but none attended my call. Then from google I got the no.[protected], the IVR finally transferred my call to the customer representative who gave my head office no.[protected]. The machine informed that the no. I am calling in currently available. Every time I call this no., I get the same message. Meanwhile I called back customer care no.[protected] again, who informed that he can only arrange a technician visit and cannot help in executing return.

                                        All websites provide the facility of return within a certain span of time. If they had no return policy, the same should have been informed at the time of placement of order. However, no such information was provided. The product I ordered is neither in usable condition nor is there any assurance that if they provide me with the same product in exchange, it would be any better. Thus, I am pursuing a refund of money in return for the product. Also, my experience of buying product from ttkprestige website is horrible as it is just waste of money, as the product showcased on the website is not up to the mark and there is no way to look and feel unless one gets the same in hand.
