Non stick tawa

We bought a non stick tava from Chitlapakkam showroom which turned unshaped after a month. When we approached showroom sales people they asked us to register a complaint with service centre in Tambaram (Majestic) They took the complaint and said will take 15 days to get a response from head office. We waited for the same and they called to inform me that they do not have a replacement product and asked us to pick from the existing other tava....

Repeated failure of induction stove

I had bought prestige induction cooktop PIC 16.0+ and it start giving problem just after three months it has been repaired 4 times till now and its 5th time when it stopped working, I want to ask Prestige team that what is the use of purchasing such high cost induction that too of very prestigious company. Frequently failure of induction stove

Glass top burst for stove with is 25 days

Service of 4 burner gas stove duplex dgs

I had bought 40257 model 4 burner gas stove on June 22, 2022 in Chennai. It is well within warranty. Two of my burners are not working. I have raised complaints with prestige call center many times. I was given phone number of a service center in Chennai. I have called that number many times but noone picks it. It is highly frustrating since the issue has still not been resolved. I never expected Prestige will have such a poor customer service....

Omega select plus set dosa tawa - Bottom coating is peel off

Prestige atlas plus mixer grinder

Prestige glass top 3 burner stove not working

Bought a prestige glass top 3 burner stove on 29 January 2023 from Pattom showroom, Trivandrum. All the 3 burners not working properly, flame is too low even in knob max position. We seriously doubt that prestige is selling 2nd hand products. This new stove already repaired twice by prestige service centre still no improvement!!!

This is only a notice period before filing a case in consumer court....

Installation of a new prestige oscar600 chimney

A request was registered in the customer service on 18/5/2023 for installation of a new chimney. It was assured by the company executive that the installation will be done with in 4 days by the company technician. Regretted that till to-date no one contacted me or attended my premises for installation of the product. Induction not working, poor service doing more damage

Bought an Atlas 3.0 cooktop and it worked fine in shop. Sarted showing E6 error after 2 uses. Called the customer care, scheduled a service and was told there was an issue with the fan that was solved. All was fine till then.
But the issue wasn't actually solved and repeatedly scheduling service resulted in a half-hearted, rude technician actually berating the aggrieved customer. The same issue of fan still persists after 7 complaints....

Gas stove scam

It has the worst service amongst all brands..
My gas broke down, I took number of customer care from Google and called on that, a Technician was allotted to me and he calld and came and did all my work and changed parts, charged a total bill of Rs. 7, 625.. after 2 days my gas brokedown again, I called that person he did not respond.. then I called customer care prestige, now they are saying that was a scam and he was a fake Technician.....
