      I brought a Prestige gas stove in Amazon on Oct 2022.
      Model: Prestige Magic 4 burner gas stove, GTMC04L, black colour glass top.
      Problem: Now, we are facing an issue with the gas burner, it is emitting high flame when turned on for use and it might cause some serve damage. Could you guys fix it through the customer service.

        Your after warranty service is terrible, horrified by the service given by your authorised service men in Goa, from Margao ig, my induction cook top which was out of warranty, had issues of not heating properly, and sometimes neither sensing the utensils

        So we registered a complain on your ttkprestige portal, after somedays that mechanic called me, later he also told to bring to shop and all stuff, he didn't found any technical fault as he said, but when brought to home back it had no difference at all

        But the charged 354 as a service charges, i don't know what service he gaved other than calling twice... And also asked for delight code, as it not was delightful as such, but he purposely ask for delight code ...
        Now I'm trying to call him, once he recieved

        And told me that he'll come to my home but now he's not receiving the call i tried 22 times calling him to be specific...

          I purchased Prestige Royale Plus Schott Glass 3 Burner Gas Store through Amazon vide order dated 03.08.2023.
          My problem is – the burners are not consuming full gas and PNG smell comes while cooking. A ring is formed at the inner circle of burner and when unburn gas collected near this ring it burnt with loud thud. This may be vulnerable and fire safety hazard.
          I made service complaint no. (1) GHAZ[protected] dated 28.08.23; (2) GHAZ[protected] dated 01.09.23 closed as per them I have disapproved services. Although it is not so. A fresh complaint(3) vide no GHAZ[protected] dated 04.09.23 again lodged. Let’s see their response.
          The technician who attended the complaint vide no1, made a video and sent it to his senior who in turn gave a verdict which is as follows:
          The service centre technician says my utensils are faulty and there is no problem with the burner/stove.
          Sir, My age is more than seventy and my oldest utensil is four decades old and all the utensils were perfect before replacement to this Prestige Royal stove. My oldest gas stove was brought around 1972.
          The utensils - but natural have curved bottom as per Indian style of cooking and some of them may not have flat bottom.
          I feel there may be either of the following reasons which needs to be attended
          1. Drilling of nozzles while converting them from LPG to PNG faulty
          2. Pan support is not perfect and makes mixing of PNG and air in improper ratio
          3. Improper burners – not suitable to this model.
          I request a renowned company like Prestige will look to my problem not as problem of an individual but from the design angle and from the workmanship of their technicians.
          Moreover closing service request without attending is unethical and service centre should be asked for this.

                Have bought gas stove of prestige last year and since then it's giving issue 2 times the knob gave issue in 30 days of purchase I stay in Mumbai and hardly used it, the service engineer came and told all is ok
                Last week I saw smoke coming out from bottom and I saw rubber caught fire the service person came and told it happens sometimes and northing to worry

                2 days after it again caught fire and smoke came out of bottom
                I am worried for my family life and these uneducated prestige engineer don't care and take it very carelessly how big risk it is
                Since last a week they giving assurance of that they will change the part but no luck
                Rehana from customer care daily call and take these local engineer in conference but all I get is fake assurance
                I lost faith and want replacement of gas stove as I can't use this and put my family life in danger

                      Hi,

                      Again there is a problem in panel board, some time automatically temperature getting change, there is a sound during cooking time. Now totally not working . I don’t know Prestige is selling second hand cook top in new packing.

                      After purchase with in 6 month period 1st incident was cook top panel damage, Repair done on paid basis. Now cook top not working no display no response in induction. I need concrete solution on this issue.

                        We bought a non stick tava from Chitlapakkam showroom which turned unshaped after a month. When we approached showroom sales people they asked us to register a complaint with service centre in Tambaram (Majestic) They took the complaint and said will take 15 days to get a response from head office. We waited for the same and they called to inform me that they do not have a replacement product and asked us to pick from the existing other tava. This is totally a unpleasant experience from a company like TTK.

                          Repeated failure of induction stove

                          I had bought prestige induction cooktop PIC 16.0+ and it start giving problem just after three months it has been repaired 4 times till now and its 5th time when it stopped working, I want to ask Prestige team that what is the use of purchasing such high cost induction that too of very prestigious company. I wasted 4k for purchasing this instead of that I could have been purchased 2 induction cooker of some other company and those must have...

                          I had bought prestige induction cooktop PIC16.0 + and it start giving problem just after 3 months I contacted customer care and they repaired three times under warranty of 12 months after that again it got fail in 2 montgs and that time they charged me about Rs. 350 for repair again after 4 months it got fail and this time they are demanding about Rs. 1400 for repair It has been repaired 4 times till now and its 5th time when it stopped working, I want to ask Prestige team that what is the use of purchasing such high cost induction that too of very prestigious company. I wasted 4k for purchasing and Rs. 350 for repair and again demanding Rs. 1400 for repair. this instead of that I could have been purchased 2 induction cooker of some other company and those must have been performed better than this. Now I am fedup of this cooktop and do not want anymore repairing and waisting of my money, replace my induction as soon as possible to avoid further escalation

                            Brought new Prestige Swach Neo 4 burner on 31 May 2023, not even 25 days glass top blasted while preparing breakfast to kids, complaint raised on 25 June 2023 -Jor job no. VIJA[protected] Delight, Its been 8 days no communication on the status, made hundreds of call to customer care and service centre in Tirupati and even tried to call Head office but no response to call much worst than call centre, always service center guys give only one line response waiting for parts from prestige no more information, we are struggling with two kids without stove, i never felt such a big company behave like this, now I am really scared to use, as we lost trust on brand, we need complete replacement or money back .. Thanks

                              I had bought 40257 model 4 burner gas stove on June 22, 2022 in Chennai. It is well within warranty. Two of my burners are not working. I have raised complaints with prestige call center many times. I was given phone number of a service center in Chennai. I have called that number many times but noone picks it. It is highly frustrating since the issue has still not been resolved. I never expected Prestige will have such a poor customer service.

                                Sir i booked a rice cooker in nov 2022 after 2 month it's not working.i raise a complain but your technicians come in 20 days later..now again rice cooker not working i complaint raise 3 june till now no call and no one visit, ..i go your nearest service partner JMD MOBILE LAKHISARAI BRANCH MANAGER SASHI and technician Rahul Kumar said company not providing parts so he will not do anything .. please take action otherwise i will go consumer court or will take help from social media...

                                    Problem : During the very first time usage itself, the bottom coating of dosa tawa was peeled off and there was a bad smell observed while cooking, after that we found that the backside coating of tawa is melting while cooking.
                                    On the next day we informed the problem to dealer and they advised to contact Prestige service center. Right now we handed over the product, and its bills and warranty card to service center. I have not used the product for many days, its on the same purchased day, Kindly replace the product or refund the money. After paying money, without having product I am simply waiting for Prestige email confirmation status from service center. Kindly support me to solve this problem at earliest.

                                      In 2021, I bought a mixer grinder which had 2 years warranty, which got damaged in July 2023. I complained about it on their customer care number.But till now no one has come from their side to improve my product, I have missed them 6-7 times, every time they give a quote of 2-3 days.
