First complaint i have raised 4 months before. regarding to red flame making pot back color. After calling several time technician came check and told to change the burner. we agree to change the burner and he left. he told us they don't have the burner right now need to request from Lucknow. i talked to Lucknow Prestige representative he said the same thing. they did not respond further. I tried to call massage frequently in last two months but no response. Decided to raise complaint again.
On 31st of July i have raised again complain with same subject.
(job no. LUCK[protected] Delight code is 930809)
Result is same no response. i called the Lucknow representative also but no use.
This is the situation of Prestige service center in my area.
Please do the needful. i neve suggest/purchase any Prestige Product.

        I have purchased pwg09 wet grinder from dealer in coimbatore on 01.02.2022. It is not working properly from day 1. Complaint raised several times. Support ticket no. 91825. Engineer attended. No result. They have taken the grinder to trichy for further rectification. Again no result. Not satisfied with the product. Delay in attending the issue. No proper / immediate steps taken by ttk staff. Got irretated. Purchased another local wet grinder. Incurred additional cost because of ttk staff's irresponsible way of approach. Several mails sent. No response. Not interested to use pwg09 wet grinder anymore. Requested for exchange some other ttk product. Even for that no response. More than 2 to 3 generations, we have been using ttk products at our home. But never experienced this kind of issues. Because of ttk staff's irresponsible way of approach, i have decided not to purchase any ttk product in future nor recommend any body. Ttk prestige's pwg09 wet grinder is failure model. Do not buy this one. Waste of money. As on date (04.08.2022) the is not resolved.

              I have given a complaint for mixer grinder not getting on 28th July. Nobody contacted me. Today morning onwards I have been calling three times people keep giving false promises. But nothing happened. You gave me area service manager head quarter numbers and royal enterprises bangalore . I have spoken to mogia, aster, seed and once more person from escalation team.                 My prestige gas burner is having problems so I lodged a complaint with prestige customer support. They said it will take 4 working days but it's been 15 days they are reluctant to sent someone for the service. I kept on calling them for the same but they give me fake numbers of area manager as well as fake promises to do as soon as possible but no one turns.

                  Hi Sir/Madam,

                  This is to inform you that in the first week April 2022 i and my wife visited the Prestige showroom by name Janata Auto Sales situated at Panjim Goa. Where we was informed by the showroom prestige sales executive that there will be exchange exchange offer coming up in couple of week time. So we visited the said showroom on 25th April 2022 because we wanted to exchange our old gas stove and buy a new gas stove and rice cooker. It was once again informed to us that the exchange scheme will start from 1st May 2022. So we were told by the prestige sales executives that we can buy the gas stove at the present and exchange our old gas stove for Rs 1900/- to buy the rice cooker as the exchange scheme would start from May 2022 and pay the difference amount. Hence my wife and I agreed and bought a Prestige Vogue Hobtop Model: PHTV 03 Serial No:[protected] for Rs. 16580/-

                  When we revisited the Janata Auto Sales showroom in May 2022, the dealer refused to give the value of Rs.1900/- for our old gas stove against which we wanted to buy a rice cooker. The dealer said only Rs. 250/- can be given for our old gas stove against exchange of new rice cooker. He also said that the value of Rs.1900/- was in exchange for an old gas stove for a new gas stove. And its value decreases when exchanged with a new rice cooker. We said that the prestige showroom executives had valued our old gas stove for Rs. 1900/- and we had reconfirmed it several times before buying a new gas stove. But the dealer denied

                  We waited for so many days so that we could get the value of Rs. 1900/- for our old gas stove. We could have waited another week to get a new gas stove and rice cooker.

                  Ultimately your prestige showroom sales executives fault and misguidance, we haven't got the benefit of Rs 1900/- and we suffered a loss..

                  I request you to register my complaint and take appropriate and necessary action to resolve this at the earliest.

                      Unable to find the warranty card I purchased this product in APril 2022 - around 3 months back. THe enamel paint in one burner came away completely and it looks like iron stand now. Others are also peeling. Please help.

                          I brought prestige glass top about 2 years ago. We used this very rearly as we use induction top mostly. Today gas top got blasted and broken in smaller pieces. Its was very scary movement.

                            Hi - I purchased Prestige induction cooktop (HSN : 41991) on 28-6-19. The product is out of warranty. It is not working now. I took it for repair to your authorised service centre - SRI BALAJI AGENCIES, 15, Velu Street, West Mambalam, Chennai-600033. The person who attended just plugged the stove in electric socket. It didnt get power on. He didnot even do anyother check. WIth a straight face and reluctant tone, he said the stove has board problem. It will cost around Rs. 600 or more. It will take one week. When I asked him the estimate is OK but why one week. He didnt have convincing answer. IT seemed, he was keen on getting me out of sight. I have owned indcuction stove of other brands like Bajaj and Preethi. THe service is very good. Even now you can walk into the preethi service centre and see the professional approach they take to conduct service. IT never took more than a day for my complaint with Preethi for any repair in induction stove. I bought TTK Induction stove for the reliability of brand name Prestige. MY basic question is this the standard of serivce TTK Prestige wants their customers to experience??

                              The glass of prestige Royale GT03L stove broke and bursted while cooking. The incident was life threatening if anyone was present in the kitchen then. The company doesn't provide guarantee for Glass and blames consumer and didn't accept that their glass broke and argued that in the rarest case glass may break but never burst. Found the response totally unacceptable and unaccountable

                                I've bought a Prestige Electric Kettle Model : PKSS 1.0, Serial No : K[protected] on 09 Jun 2022.

                                On 25th Jun 2022, it stopped working with only indicator light functioning. On 27 Jun 22, the faulty Kettle was deposited in ttk prestige authorized service centre, AN Services, Ground Floor Mawkhar Mavis Dunn, Shillong, East Khasi Hills, Meghalaya pin 793002
                                The job card number : GUWA[protected].

                                It's more than 10 days now and a simple Electric kettle is yet to be functional. When contacted to the service centre, they promised to repair it in a week time but now they are absolutely clueless about the tentative date of repair.

                                It's under warranty and not even month old. It's unacceptable state of service and ambiguity.

                                Kindly look into this

                                  I purchased Prestige induction cook top PIC 2.0 V2 on 19.06.2022. Ever since it is not working properly. As soon as it is switched on with a utensil on it the display panel shows E3. Some time it works but suddenly again E3 comes and remains there. I made a complaint on the toll free number of the company, a technician came thereafter but he put the blame on the voltage issue. Other appliances in my household are working properly at the same voltage. When I got repaired the old induction cook top from the same company, it is also working nicely. This is the problem with the present one. I feel cheated by such a big and renowned company.

                                    My milk boiler is not working and I have been told by TTK Prestige Repairing Center at Ameerpet, that its mother board will get replaced. I left my milk boiler with them and asked them to get this repaired, however for the past 20 days, they have not yet received the new mother board for this milk boiler.

                                    I am really frustrated with this as there is not service being provided for this product by TTK Prestige.

                                      We have purchased a Multi Utility Jar of prestige brand in the later of 2021 from your Dealer /supplier /show room in Bye pass Road Madurai Tamil Nadu which has gone defective within a short period. On approaching the same dealer for getting the same repleaced under warranty, they have refused to do the same and taken it on the assurance to get it serviced but surprisingly after two months they have returned the same stating that it could not be serviced /repaired and could not be set right and rendered an improper service .

                                      However on 14.05.2022 we have prurchased one more unit vide the bill No 1873 from the same dealer UKJ Sales trading corporation, 92 Navalar Nagar Bypass Road Madurai 625016 with necessary warranty card

                                      But within one month time as there was a crack through which water enters and produced pungent smell. Immediately as it has happened within a short period and as the product delived is a defective one we have approached the dealer with warrnaty and requested for replacement for which the delaer talked in arrogant and inappropriate words and has refursed to do the same .

                                      Similarly in the earlier puchased pressure cookers also we had the same experieice of supply of defective product and had put into hardships and mental agony .

                                      It is our strong opinion that the products of Prestige supplied by the said dealer are mostly defective and we are also of the view that the duplicate products with prestige label are mostly supplied by the concerned delaer.

                                      As we had bitter experience in most of the occassions and as the dealer delaing customer in improper way with full of attrocity and with arrogant and unacceptable words and not rendering service to be best of customer satisfaction and as it fully damages brand value of prestige, an immediate invsetigation is to be arranged and proper justice of replacement of my product under warranty is to be assured failing with I will be proceeding through consurmer redressel forum

                                        Useless customer care escalation manager service centre all from top to bottom all frauds. Since 3 months asking for large burner without which I cannot do cooking in left out 2 small burners. We are suffering so much and not none of the above guys are bothered to even call. Plz I don't recommend anyone buy this company products
