I buy TVS Jupiter grande last year.now issue is rear tyre is damage 65%.i show them they said to me you must be pay then we'll change the tyre.how it's possible your product life is only 1 year.i don't want to pay more.please do something.we trust your product that's why we are buy.But I'm not satisfied.

Sir actually i had brought a luna xl 100 heavy duty at west bengal state. But now i am live in odisha, jajpur. The distance from jajpur to west bengal is 450 kms. My bike age is 9 months. But i am face different types of problems means my bike show the start problem and headlightdefect. So i want to repairing the bike in odisha state my near location servicing center. If you register a complain. I shall grateful to you..

The above mentioned vehicle is being serviced in Akurdi showroom for starting issue however the issue it not resolved completely. Today my vehicle has same issue of auto start and kick start as well. Also not getting positive response from your Akurdi showroom. Please check this and resolve permanently. Thanks.

I'm shaik noor ahmed my bike apache rtr 1604v i have taken new bike from diamond motors in the end of april 2019 and last month i had done my second service from diamond motors service center and today my bike while running the accelerator cable cut off this is disgusting this happened because of the neglecting while servicing.
I would have died today as my bike was unable to give response as accelerator cable was cut off due to improper service by diamond motor service center, bahadurpura, telangana.

I have done my scooty paid service recently on[protected]. But it was worst experience ever in life.in that general paid service they said inculded of battery checking, charging & water checking. But it doesn't happened because of that now my vehicle battery so weak and no self start, no headlight & no horn... For the same reason i called ashok nagar service centre and logged a complaint on[protected]. But still date no response... A very very worst customer care. Is this a way to treat the customers???

I purchased my jupiter zx on aug 20 2019. I gave my two wheeler for 1st service at ramkay tvs adyar. But till now i had never seen such a worst customer care and service from any of the companies. Two wheeler was in bad condition and indicator was not working once i come out of the showroom after the first service. I was told to come the next day and treated like a hell. Two weeks passed away but still i didn't get a proper response from tvs. Whenever i visit the showroom they're not properly responding. I bought my vehicle on aug 20 2019

I have bought jupiter grand d in march 2019 and now the 8 time is my scooter is in show room with the same problem of getting off while driving they have change carburetor 5 times petrol tank 1 time and again the problem is same my scooter is in showroom which they are again saying me to take it will not give problem but i have already face an accident because of it and i m afraid of losing my life. I don't want that scooter any more please solve my problem

I purchased a bike apache 160 4v and bring it for my first service where they said there will be free service but they made a bill of 800 rs.
Don't like servicing of tvs.
Tell me where is the free service. Really hard to understand.
After bringing it back engine was giving smoke i don't know why. And it was giving ridiculous smell to like something is burning in engine.

I have called to hopefarm, whitefield trijal service centre since 11nov 2019 regarding tvs jupiter ignition problem. They came to my house to check the vehicle on 14th nov, and took my vehicle to service centre on 15th (Friday) at 11am to check the problem. At 4 pm they told that ignition kit is damaged and they will give the vehicle after repair on tuesday... To change kit they will take friday, saturday, monday and tuesday... Customers are waiting for service and pay but they take there time to resolve. I am not even sure when r they going to give me back my vehicle.

I have purchased tvs ntorq on 21 january 2019 from bela auto tvs vasco goa since purchase bike usually used to have a valve problem 6 times since 2nd servicg i took bike to the tvs dealership from where i purchased scooter but this it got engine block problem they are telling me pay as bike in warranty i asked for jobsheet they not giving

One year before i purcahsed tvs sports bike and recently i have faced power coil failure 2 to 3 three times so i just contact with vidya nagar service centre and he told its a manufacturing problem you just contact with your dealer where you have purchased so today i personally went to ameerpet tvs service centre and he is saying they need service report to change the coil and he needs 4 to 5 days for checking the coil

How could i collect all the reports from the service centres where i was done my quarterly services. Its not possible to collect the reports

I request you kindly look on this matter and resolve my issue immediately

Purchased jupiter from your vvk showroom mallathahalli branch on 19/12/2018, this vehicle is frequently problem, recently replace sparkplug and ignition problem, wiring problem, frequently on/off while moving, complainted in your showrooms like vvk and prakruti jalahalli cross, 28/06/2019 it happened in night, non of your service centre supported, my vehicle no is ka 41 en 6441, my name is lokesh bantwal mbl. Any problem, i went to court for justice. I purchased a tvs jupiter on 10/12/2019 and within one year the from frame body detach from its place automatically. After call from tvs motors i went to khyati motors for solution but the condition is too worst after experiment by the service centre.

My new bike is see in rainy season I m going in thane service center they told me in sun water goes out but still there is water n they said you wait 1 month part is came in next month why I was waiting for 1 month I want urgently change my break n tail light with silver cover I m not satisfied with your service it's too lazy

Jupiter classic is sold to customer as an high end vehicle is comparison with the other jupiter vehicle, but in reality, the current jupiter classic is sub-standard vehicle with poor design and poor manufacturing quality.

Right from the first day, there was always one or the other issue.

It started with rear view mirrors, which cannot be fixed tightly and keeps swiveling around while driving. No matter how many times, you tighten it, the mirror handle, just keeps loosening. Though the issue is simple, but very dangerous, as it is distracting and also have safety concern, as you cannot judge the vehicle coming next to you.

The second problem was the fuel indicator meter. Just within few months, the indicator started showing incorrect information. Though the fuel tank was empty, it showed as if 1.5 ltr is left. I got stranded on the highway, because my fuel indicator gave me wrong information.

The third problem was the battery. It just went dead. This was 15 days exactly after the 1 year warranty. The company has refused to replace this as the battery went dead exactly after the warranty period.

Overall the quality of the vehicle is below standard, but is sold as high end vehicle and is charged extra compared to other vehicles.

I hv serviced my aapachi on 25oct for petrol leaking nd they hv changed petrol pipe petrol on off cock nd filter nd i hv paid 4830 rupee but another day the problem is not solved petrol leaking is continuing to after tbat i hv gone 5 to 7 times for that problem but still 25th oct 2019 till 13 nov 2019 my bike is in showroom nd they r saying our stock is over nd will not changed anyting till now so what i do for it sir now i need my bike nd refund of what i hv paid for so reply me soon my contac no is [protected]

My Apache rtr 160, purchase date 4/11/2019 and 500km ride. Back left soker is leaked, piston hed leaked oil and VIBRATION is very highy. Bike sound is change. Solved the my problem.

Dear tvs motors,

I purchased tvs apache 160 4v fi varient from sharma tvs jaipur in october and they provided me accident vehicle after repaint. I compaint regarding such fraud but no action is taken and no solution is provided to me yet.

First i thought only the front mudguard was repainted and they replaced that part but later i realised that the front tank part is also repainted but i don't want to change such part as it will reduce the life of the vehicle. I want the replacement now.

Please solve my query as the dealer is just not want to provide me any assistance and tvs consumer forum is also not able to resolve me query.

I waited 1 month to buy this bike and your dealer just did a fraud. Please look into this matter.

I purchased apache bike last 2 years back ending sound different last 2 years i visit apache service center not solved for till now. Yesterday i gave servicing normal out side servicing center he was resolved my bike so totally 7k rs loss who will provide amount. Last 2 years anwards i believe apache servicing center only but warest no1 services
