I have purchased the TVS Wego from the prakruthi tvs jalahalli showroom in the month of June 2019 and i have paid the full payment which includes insurance money. they have given me a hard copy of the icici lombard insurance and i have got a notice from the icici lombard saying that Non-issuance of policy due to dishonour of premium cheque. The document which i have received of insurance from the prukruthi motors are fake document. i have enquired with icici lombard for my insurance details they are saying that there is no policy exists with the policy number that prakruthi motors provided me. Please take a necessary action on this . otherwise i will have to go the consumer court to solve my issue

    Dear sir/madam,

    From past 6 month i have requested for tvs jupitor classic vechile (Tn85 k1825) for service in laxmi tvs karayanchavadi.
    Service manager itself i compalined (Mr. Loganathan). He also promised he will take and do the service. But no response till date. My vehicle under warranty period only (Less than 1 year). So i request resolve my issues at the earliest.
    Otherwise i am planning to return my vehicle and take necessary legal action.

    So i am requesting your highest co-operation and sort it the out issue.

    Kindly update yours response, believe our tvs group trust but dealer no responsibility

    I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved day by day) kind request take my vehicle or return my payment.

      yesterday i went to tvs service centre for servicing my apache bike. after servicing seconday day . i have seen .. my bike giving oil inside engine .was fresh engine oil.

        I have purchase tvs ntorq from the agency named m/s. Dynamic motors, nagpur on 18th of january'2019. Even after lapse of more than 10 months, the agency has not provided the vehicle number. Inspite of several personal visits in the showroom, email & telephonic communication, the agency failed to provide me the vehicle number. I have purchase this vehicle by making a complete payment amounting to rs.80102/- (Incl. Of taxes) (Tax invoice no. Dm/1850/18-19 dated 28.01.2019. However, i am getting only assurance from the owner of the agency. The reason for not providing me the vehicle number is due to the fact that the agency has failed to make the tax payment to rto. At once i have paid a challan of rs.200/- to police department. I request tvs motors authorities for an immediate action against the agency or i will lodge a complaint in the police station for my suffering. - (Jyoti pawan verma)

          - engine abnormal sound persist from date of purchase to till date
          - dealer is not able to rectify the problem, around 4 times we informed.
          But he couldnt rectify.

                The above mentioned vehicle is being serviced in Akurdi showroom for starting issue however the issue it not resolved completely. Today my vehicle has same issue of auto start and kick start as well. Also not getting positive response from your Akurdi showroom. Please check this and resolve permanently. Thanks.

                  Hello sir/madam
                  I'm shaik noor ahmed my bike apache rtr 1604v i have taken new bike from diamond motors in the end of april 2019 and last month i had done my second service from diamond motors service center and today my bike while running the accelerator cable cut off this is disgusting this happened because of the neglecting while servicing.
                  I would have died today as my bike was unable to give response as accelerator cable was cut off due to improper service by diamond motor service center, bahadurpura, telangana.

                    I have done my scooty paid service recently on[protected]. But it was worst experience ever in life.in that general paid service they said inculded of battery checking, charging & water checking. But it doesn't happened because of that now my vehicle battery so weak and no self start, no headlight & no horn... For the same reason i called ashok nagar service centre and logged a complaint on[protected]. But still date no response... A very very worst customer care. Is this a way to treat the customers???

                      I purchased my jupiter zx on aug 20 2019. I gave my two wheeler for 1st service at ramkay tvs adyar. But till now i had never seen such a worst customer care and service from any of the companies. Two wheeler was in bad condition and indicator was not working once i come out of the showroom after the first service. I was told to come the next day and treated like a hell. Two weeks passed away but still i didn't get a proper response from tvs. Whenever i visit the showroom they're not properly responding. I bought my vehicle on aug 20 2019

                        I have bought jupiter grand d in march 2019 and now the 8 time is my scooter is in show room with the same problem of getting off while driving they have change carburetor 5 times petrol tank 1 time and again the problem is same my scooter is in showroom which they are again saying me to take it will not give problem but i have already face an accident because of it and i m afraid of losing my life. I don't want that scooter any more please solve my problem
                        I have bought jupiter grand d in 01 Dec 2019 and now the 8 time is my scooter is in Atul show room, Roorkee with the same problem of getting off while driving and again the problem is same my scooter is in Atul show room, Roorkee since 18 Mar 2021 due to wanting of new CARBORATTOR. I go show room daily basis to check the same but they are saying that, "We have already demanded a new CARBORATTOR but not received till date". I have already face an accident because of it and i m afraid of losing my life. I don't want that scooter any more please solve my problem.

                          I purchased a bike apache 160 4v and bring it for my first service where they said there will be free service but they made a bill of 800 rs.
                          Don't like servicing of tvs.
                          Tell me where is the free service. Really hard to understand.
                          After bringing it back engine was giving smoke i don't know why. And it was giving ridiculous smell to like something is burning in engine.

                            I have called to hopefarm, whitefield trijal service centre since 11nov 2019 regarding tvs jupiter ignition problem. They came to my house to check the vehicle on 14th nov, and took my vehicle to service centre on 15th (Friday) at 11am to check the problem. At 4 pm they told that ignition kit is damaged and they will give the vehicle after repair on tuesday... To change kit they will take friday, saturday, monday and tuesday... Customers are waiting for service and pay but they take there time to resolve. I am not even sure when r they going to give me back my vehicle.

                                One year before i purcahsed tvs sports bike and recently i have faced power coil failure 2 to 3 three times so i just contact with vidya nagar service centre and he told its a manufacturing problem you just contact with your dealer where you have purchased so today i personally went to ameerpet tvs service centre and he is saying they need service report to change the coil and he needs 4 to 5 days for checking the coil

                                How could i collect all the reports from the service centres where i was done my quarterly services. Its not possible to collect the reports

                                I request you kindly look on this matter and resolve my issue immediately

                                        Jupiter classic is sold to customer as an high end vehicle is comparison with the other jupiter vehicle, but in reality, the current jupiter classic is sub-standard vehicle with poor design and poor manufacturing quality.

                                        Right from the first day, there was always one or the other issue.

                                        It started with rear view mirrors, which cannot be fixed tightly and keeps swiveling around while driving. No matter how many times, you tighten it, the mirror handle, just keeps loosening. Though the issue is simple, but very dangerous, as it is distracting and also have safety concern, as you cannot judge the vehicle coming next to you.

                                        The second problem was the fuel indicator meter. Just within few months, the indicator started showing incorrect information. Though the fuel tank was empty, it showed as if 1.5 ltr is left. I got stranded on the highway, because my fuel indicator gave me wrong information.

                                        The third problem was the battery. It just went dead. This was 15 days exactly after the 1 year warranty. The company has refused to replace this as the battery went dead exactly after the warranty period.

                                        Overall the quality of the vehicle is below standard, but is sold as high end vehicle and is charged extra compared to other vehicles.
