    This is a complaint regarding the vehicle registration
    It's been 2 months now since i bought my new scooter at indian motors madiwala bangalore. And the registration has not done yet, i have been calling the manger venkat reddy everyday but there is no response from the manager, though the temporary number validity is only for 45 days still the manager venkat reddy hasn't started the registration process yet, i would insist the company to take action against mr venkat reddy
    And if it's delayed anymore am going to put case on the company

      I got delivery of new apache rtr 4v race edition on 18/11/2019 and in 1 week i came to know that wiser is cracked.
      Service center is not ready to accept that it was delivered damaged.

      If it's not delivery time fault then it must be damaged due to low quality of plastic used in wiser.
      Service centre is also not ready to accept that it's build quality issue.

        Hii i bought two new tvs ntorq race edition scooters on 25/10/19 and 27/10/19 from prateek tvs shahjahanpur up (242001) they charged me 7600 rs each for insurance of five year zero dep and they provided policy of 6600 for one vehicle (5yrs zero dep) and 4600 for another one (1+4yrs). On asking my remaing amount of 4000 they are saying that there is portal charge which is not written on policy. They also charged 816 rs for accessories but they didn't provide any like body cover or seat cover. Also they charged 600 rs extra for rc. Please help me to get my money back.

          I just purchase vehicle & its mudguard got damaged due to accident, i am continuously following the dealer for the support but his after sales service is very poor. He just raised parts requirement to service center & gave me contact number to take followup there. Due to this i can't use my vehicle.
          I am really feel very disappointed that every day i am calling to the dealer & his sales persons talking with me in rude language.

            Dear team my bike was met accident i give the bike in showroom on 18th nov evening till date there is no progress in service they are telling it will taking one month for repair and also not responding properly when i am visiting to showroom that time they are touching the bike after that nothing happened every day i am roaming to showroom my bike was issue with chassi axel indicaters

              I got the bike from kamal tvs chembur mumbai last month. I suggested my friend also to get same bike he has also got the same bike. Till now everything was good. I noticed from my friends bike there something issue with this part in my bike. I took the bike to the kamal service centre then they said the lock has broken from inside. They said we can't do anything about it in good manners and when i spoke to person from showroom he was so rude. I do have his recording also how rude he was. Now i need this part to replace from them any how. I need asap action on this.

                Hi tvs, i ride apache rtr 180 abs since 2016. I regularly service my bike from your authorized tvs service centers (Esp. Saibaba tvs chinchwad) around 6 m months back when i went there for servicing they offered me some dealer specific amc service scheme for 1000/- which offers discounts and free service charges for 4 times in a year, according to deal it was communicated that it is applicable for all saibaba tvs across pune region including hinjawadi and bhosari branch. Later few days back when went to hinjawadi branch for servicing while taking in my bile they took this so called service coupon and didn't argue, they bypass system generated job card giving reason that printer is not working. Next day when i went for bike collection, that time manager refused to grant me discount as they said their system doesn't allow coupon code, and arguing that even name of dealership is same we have different dealer codes. I explained her that your center address is mentioned on this scheme leaflet also while purchasing i was sure that chinchwad center manager told me it is allowed at all branches. When i asked to call that manager then suddenly she was ready to offer me discount and accept coupon. Her tone was not good, the way she was talking to me was not correct so i have to raise my voice too.
                My entire point is if tvs claims 100% customer satisfaction, why company allows such ponzi schemes at dealer level. Shouldn't be their must be regulation against such customer binding and attraction schemes?

                  Hi team,
                  This is grievance against indubaala tvs agency (1-60/8, anjaiah nagar, gachibowli, hyderabad - 500032, near radisson hyderabad hitec city).
                  I have made the full payment by online transfer to indubaala account on 16th nov 2019, they promised they will give bike on 22nd nov 2019.
                  When i went to there agency they said their manager (Satish) has dne some fraud.
                  They need 2-3 day to relove this issue, said by new manager (Sudhaker reddy [protected]) and they promised like either they will give bicke or money on 28th-nov-2019.
                  But when i call to their new manager on 28th - nov-2019, they told like they don't have bike to deliver as well as they can't return money.
                  They are just giving excuses to return the money at a later date.

                  Please help me to get bike or money.

                      My 5 year heavy duty bike wb 34 ak 3330 kick rachet slip 5-6 time within last 1 year. I change it every time with original brand new cost 350/- +250/-other cost but it lasting for about 2-3months every time. As per mechanic suggestion i change its clutch chember (850/-) and kick shaft (350/-) but my bike is not ok still now. Many mechanic are failed to repair and they said there is some manufacturing defect in the engine. I also thing same, otherwise one mechanic can fail but all can not fail in one case. What should i do now? Plz help me. Thank you.

                          I purchased tvs m-cycle scooter hr29at1380 in april 2019. All the parts of scooty made very noisy and deteriorating fastly. Silencer & mudguarder deteriorating and very low mileage 20-22 kmpl. I have completely fatigue from last one month by service center ballabgarh. They not gives any solution or replace my scooty and parts. So i shall not be satisfied by this and not recommended to other for purchase it.

                            We bought Honda amaze from TVS Honda dealers three years back. Right from the beginning the vehicle has heavy jerk. A/C effect is very low.Right from the beginning I am complaining. Until now no response. My humble request please don't go amaze.They are cheating public.i wasvery disappointed by this vehicle jerk is very heavy even In toll gate roads.its creating spine problem. 4 tyres are damaged we had run the car only 20 000 km. A/c effect is very poor for the people inside sweats.no remedy for my complaints.jerk is like riding on the horse

                                Hello,
                                I'm pranay kariya, owner of tvs apache rtr 200 4v, i've given my motorcycle for service on dated 24.11.19 at 9.35am.
                                As per the commitment from service centre authorities my bike servicing should be done by 5.30pm and i can collect after that time, despite going service to collect my bike at 6pm my bike was in same condition as i left in the morning, despite that they claimed my bike service will be done by 7pm.
                                When i reached the serive centre at 7.15pm my bike was not even touched for service.
                                Is this how the customers of tvs should be treated?!?

                                  I request the nut bolt on the side stand of the bike star city + made by your company is not available.
                                  If you are not getting it then your company should have issued this guideline while purchasing the vehicle. If the nut bolt of its stand is defective, then you will have to get your entire stand inserted, in which you will have to put a stand of 5 times the price of the nut bolt.

We went to close the deal of TVS Jupiter Standard model today, the way Riya was talking to us it was like as if she is donating us for free. It is no way talking to a senior citizen like this, especially when you are in sales....

                                    Its been almost a year since i picked up a tvs ntorq 125. At the usage of few months, it started to having petrol leak. Then we contacted the showroom (Cement junction, nattokam, kottayam, kerala) and took the vehicle to the showroom, they said they changed the parts and also said the damage was fixed after service. But this damage is still being done.in no way, they are correcting it. Now we have contacted the showroom almost a number of times. This has been repeated several times. But damage has not been fully resolved due to their irresponsibility. That's why i submit this complaint and as a consumer i want to get my complaint rectified as soon as possible.

                                      My name is chindam naresh i purchase a tvs jupiter at rangaraya automotives, gopala swamy temple on 02/02/2019. But i am staying at hyderabad near lower tank bund, gandhi nagar.

                                      I have a problem with shanthi tvs workshop near by shanthi tvs showroom at ashok nagar, i am trying to complete my vehicle servicing from last one week, but no one is responding and saying everytime bookings are closed bring some othertime.

                                      From one week saying same thing today i reach work shop at 8:30 my vehicle is a 3rd week for servicing but the employee said today is not possible for servicing, this is the third time i am facing a problem. Even from last one week there is no time to complete servicing for one week, this is not fair.

                                      Because of this there is a waste time for two weekends and five working days, purchase of vehicle thousands of rupees wasted through emis, if any internal spare parts is damaged due to late servicing who is responsible, how should we know what happened with the vehicle.

                                      Irritating from last one week with this workshop. Employees are smart worker if anything will happened due to this i would like to case a file on this issue.

                                      Servicing center is very small no safety precautions and more vehicles are coming for servicing today morning i saw so many vehicles are came for servicing within 1 hours but there is no time to do the servicing.

                                      Employees are less, servicing center if very small, no safety precautions vehicles are putting outside without any safety,

                                      Previously servicing was done in the month of july so the time comes for last service to my vehicles, last saturday said bookings are more not possible, from last saturday to till today 24/11/2019, listerning same thing.

                                      Please take the complaint and resolve my issues asap.
