I have submitted my vehical at century tvs for minimal service issue on 8th nov 2019 at 11.30 am and they have assure me time delivery but on 9th nov 2019 i have not got any update from service station, even i have called service center twice after third call they said me vehical is not ready and come on next day, they have ask me to travel around 14 kms person who attended call not awair about the work is done or not and also his answer is very casual servicing work is minimal not major, pathetic service from your company in future will not ref tvs will go to honda

    I purchased redeon bike last month on the behalf of khushwant ahuja.
    When i was booking the bike i paid rs 1000 in tvs motors showroom jhandewalan new delhi. But they forgot to less rs 1000 from my whole payment.
    Now they are not giving me that amount.
    Irequest you to please resolve this because everyday i go and request them but they are not responding.

    I Have Purchased Jupiter Grande In 03-Nov-2019 From Pride Motors Vasai. Same Day I Have Facing Petrol Leakage What I Do Can Get Solution Or Replacement?

      Hello team

      This mail is regarding the careless and irresponsible behavior of one of your service center at kolkata which is subir udyog pvt. Ltd. Taratala, kolkata. Actually i had booked my tvs apatche 160 rtr for repairing my bike's gear box as well as change some bike's accessories like gear rubber, headlight, headlamp, vizer, right dumper, shocker oil cap 1 pair and teflon coating polish.
      As per the conversation with your representative i will get my bike before 1st of november but on 1st of november the representative denied to deliver my bike and asked more time to fix my bike due to unavailability of the parts. As per the representative due to the past public festivals they were unable to fix my bike on time but sir/ mam it has already being passed more than 2 week of your working days in your authorized service center my bike was there and today i brought back my bike with me in an unrepaired condition after paying total 2808/- for servicing. Some of my question are there that;

      (1) my bike has problem in it's gear box but they opened my bike's engine without my permission. Not a single time they asked about it.

      (2) without my permission they changed my bike's mobil oil. I had already told to mr anujit auddy that no engine oil will be changed because i have already changed it few days before.

      (3) they damaged my mobile stand which was absolutely perfect when i had deposited it to the service center for fixing my bike. Who will bear my mobile stand's damage cost? Tvs or the service center?

      (4) without repairing my bike, your service manager handed over my bike to me today noon at 12:30 pm after spending more than 13 days. Who will bear my expenses cost which i paid during this period? I paid 2, 800/- for no work and a faulty bike.

      (6) after handed over to my bike to me nothing i got from the service centre means not a single old part i received from them. Even the statement wasn't satisfactory from the mechanic.

      (7) last but not the least your authorized service mechanic name "prasanta" was offering me to get fix my bike personally from him in his own place at cost more than the market value of the product cost. Is this your ethics? After complaining to your team manager mr soumik, those responsible mechanics were calling me randomly but i didn't pick anyone's call.

      Now i have sufficient proofs to justify my words about this whole thing, so now i am going to book a complaint in the consumer forum for getting the justice. You can verify it by using your cctv footage.

      Without my bike i am facing tremendous problems in my office going.

      Kindly take this matter seriously and do the needful at the earliest.

      Paid on 6th of November 2019 without bringing back my bike from the service center. They received my payment as an advance and promised me to back my repaired bike on 8th Nov which they broke and returned my bike on 8th oct 2019 at noon and took 2808/- total from me for repairing which technically not done by them because still I have a faulty bike.

            From one day my bike is not working properly... Dealer (Nainital tvs motors, khatima) not support me otherwise he not pick calls or talking in bad behaviour... At the time of purchasing the bike he said for servicing so sir i cell the bike but now no response from his side... Totally fraud from his side... If no action take against him then i go to consumer court...

              I have taken my new Two wheeler from KALEIDO MOTORS, Mahadevapura, Bangalore (Dealer Code :11845) through the Sales Executive (Phone No : [protected]). And the sales executive told that the Rate of Interest with Tata Capital for Two Wheeler Loan is 11.5% PA. I have confirmed the same from the Tata Capital Sales Representative (Phone Number : [protected]).

              * *The Banks are providing the Personnel Loans at the Interest Rate of 11% to 14% PA, but Tata Capital is providing the Wheeler Loan at the Interest Rate of 22.82% by Submitting all my Salary Slip, TDS and Check Leafs etc.**

              Loan Account : TCFTW[protected]
              Loan Amount : 70580.00 INR
              Rate of Interest : 22.82%
              Tenure : 24 Months
              EMI Per Month : 3690

              Then I was shocked, after the receipt of the Welcome Letter from the Tata Capital, which says that the Rate of Interest is 22.82%. And I have contacted the Kaleido Representative and Tata Capaital Sales Representative, they told that it is not 22.82% and it is 11.5%, which I was reading in the welcome letter is wrong it seems.

              Then I have called the Tata Capital customer care and they are not provided the proper response for my enquiry. I had again chat with the Tata Capital Sales through WhatssApp by sharing the Loan details by comparing the 11.5% interest and 22.82% Interest. But also not provide the proper details to me.

              I want to know, The Kaleido Motors and Tata Capital are cheating all the Customers like this or only me. No other customer should not cheat by Tata Capital and Kaleido Motors.

                Hi, my father bought our tvs jupiter on 4th may 2019 and now facing a problem with the button start. The local mechanic said that 'battery' is not working properly and asked me to replace it with a new one. As i checked on google review, so many people are facing the same battery problem and not happy with the service from tvs.

                Can you please let me know if i can avail of the guarantee replacement from tvs side?

                  I bought a tvs jupiter on 19/4/19 from tvs showroom meerut road ghaziabad. Which didn’t worked a single day. And whenever we take it to the agency they return it as it is without repairing.
                  And they did this 20 to 30 times with me.
                  Many time they repaired it many time without job card. We bought a bike tvs starcity on 15/5/2019 from the same agency and there many problems with this bike also. I submit a written application for my jupiter to service manager tilak ram. And after that application all of the members from that agency misbehaved with and tried to have a fight with us. They started adding wrong expenses for service. This service station is so bad that they make fake bills of expenses.

                    For your kind information myself “rahul kumar dabodhia” belong to panipat-haryana.

                    Today i brought tvs jupiter from vardhman showroom.

                    I want to bring to you some important things during purchasing tvs jupiter grand and i am not satisfied with vardhman motor panipat :-


                    1. I found my tvs grand some scratch right side and same time i informed to present vardhman manager/in charge and shown to all deployed staff but they are conveyancing me that in simple words “ sir this is very minor scratch so ignore it and you know that all 2 wheeler comes in truck so don’t take in your mind and state in local language: — baham ka to kuch ilaz nahi hota sir

                    And finally my simple ans to present staff if you are stand my side for few mints and can you accept this for new vehicle and finally vardhman auto sales staff is agree to change my scratch part after received another vehicle but still i am waiting calls. I came at showroom with my family and kids..
                    2. Main speedo meter not readable.

                    3. I have paid 75000 after discounts and ex show room price is 62800 but in main invoice made just inr 59100 and i feel there is so many gaps here. Because if inr 62800 ex showroom price and my vehicle idv value depend on this and rc cost also.
                    Representative saying me inr 6000 is for insurance but i found in insurance its amt inr 5386 instead of 6000 s there is another discrepancy

                    And i found there is no discounts and feel that vardhman auto sales panipat catch ear from another end which is a very wrong practice.
                    4. Temporary no not provided when i asked it will be sent to your whatsapp no. Then i asked how you can delivery vehicle without temp no. Its illegal.

                    I checked another 2 wheelers scooty and found that tvs jupiter will be baset but i dont aware about vardhman motors panipat will make fool to us (Customer)

                    I thought and came at vardhman you give a festival discounts and so i have booked this before approx 5 days but vardhman motors panipat is tooted instead of giving benefits and i loss my money and its a my bad luck to select tvs very very bad.
                    I want a strong response on that.

                    Tvs jupiter grand edition temp no on 27th oct 2019 around 12:05pm after numerous followups. After 2 days i got temp no. If in case any misshaping then nobodies can take ownership/responsibilities.
                    1st time i seen any two wheelers/4wheeler gives vehicle without temp no.

                    But still my another issue is pending which i have mentioned in trailing mail.
                    Showing a fake discounts when i purchased overall discounts is very useless.
                    For more details i already clearly mention in my previous mail.

                    And i am requesting to you kindly do the needful action from your end.
                    Refer i have paid and claimed amount difference etc.

                    Even still no response from vardhman on my email also its look very poor behavior from customer.

                    Complaint number 69416 received on 30th oct from tvs custoemr care but still no reponse after numerous folloup

                      From purchased date to till there were done 4 services but after every service Our TVS Jupiter worst every time and every time had different issues like in front of vehicle got some noise voice and some time accelerator may work fast, in short, they've not any specific serviceman who had done perfect service or care about vehicle. they all are giving fake promises where we're going to purchase but after purchase, there is no support till now. so kindly tack action on it.

                        I took scooty pep plus in “param tvs” rc puram, hyderabad on 08th of october and they have given invoice and temporaray registration certificate and insurance on 11october.
                        On observing found name spelling on invoice done as saraswathy chandram instead of saraswathi chandram. I am roaming to dealer from last one month but no use and poor response from delear.

                          In october 2019, i had done repairs of my scooty pep+ from logtech motors, trivandrum, kerala from where i had purchased the vehicle earlier. Vehicle was having complaints like starting trouble, leakage of engine oil etc. Alongwith complaints, oil change and water service was also done. On 02/10/2019, their staff informed me that my vehicle is ready after servicing. After payment, they had given the key of vehicle which was kept roadside after servicing. When i unlocked my seat, i found that the seat got detached from the vehicle which the logtech servicing people has not intimated me. I was sure that when i had given the vehicle for service, seat was not having any problem. When i enquired them, they didn’t take any responsibility and simply said that it might have happened earlier or might be due to force of water during water service and it can be replaced fully by paying rs 2500/- (Appx) or by replacing seat plate by paying rs 650/- (Appx). The staff was not having a responsible attitude. To avoid arguments with them, i ordered for a seat plate of rs 650/-. But that accessory is also not received till now and eveytime i call, they will be telling that they have raised order and is showing pending from company side. If there is a delay, atleast the staff should intimate about an expected date of delivery. Here i am not getting a proper reply from logtech motors service team.
                          It was more than a month and i am finding it great difficult especially during petrol filling since i have to hold seat in my hands.
                          Most of the time we are purchasing product giving due importance to availability of spares after purchase also. If the dealers are not fulfilling its after sales responsibility, how the customers can rely the products of tvs motors.
                          Please let me know whether i can get the seat plate from the company. Since the faith in logtech motors is already gone, a timely reply from the company side atleast is greatly requested.

                          I have purchased TVS Ntorq before 4 months still the tvs showroom dealer hasn't started the registration process for my vehicle when i ask them they are telling like okay we can do it this week... The same is repeating when i chase them...i really upset about the same thing as a customer.

                            I have purchased tvs nortq 125 on 15/10/2019 from your trijal motors bangaglore dealer. But till date they have not registered our vehicle in rto. Still we have not received any rto number and temporary registration certificate. For every thing, like insurance, rto, service book etc. We have to call them and ask for it. Is is not the duty of the dealer to provide the insurance paper, rto, service book etc.in time. Really we are totally disappoint with the support of the dealer.in future i will not recommend any person to purchase the any bike from this dealer.

                            My complaint no. is 150501... i call to customer service centre they only tell me plz wait our concern team contact you but till i didnt get any contact from tvs regarding this new complaint...

                              Purchased the vehicle 1 month, after 1 week of purchased vehicle started giving sound from the front part whenever crossing the humps and cracks on the road, the same thing conveyed to tvs service center team they are saying it is due to some breaking system of the model but when i looked for the same modal it is not happening for that scooter, i think it is the defeated piece i got from the showroom.

                                My name is vijay, and i am working for 45km away from the showroom located. I am working at trivandrum. When i met the people at the showroom the way of dealing with me is not right and improper, its my need to purchase a bike so didn't bother about that, but now they calling me to attach number plate itself from showroom. I dont know why...! Because when i ask them is that necessary to collect/fix number plate from showroom...

                                I have purchased a tvs rtr 160 apache from samaleswari motors, patnagarh on dt.15/04/2019 and they have collected rs. 105000/-, the money receipt attached. They have collected the same amount against different head like for insurance, registration of vehicle etc. But, the insurance amount is two low with the vehicle idv rs 68548 only where as the invoice value is rs.86686. When i got the insurance paper and i asked for the same they declined it saying that they don't know anything. Tvs corporate know the reason, so i request you to kindly provide me the bifurcation of the amount collected from me and obliged me.
                                Iinsurance, invoice, mr attached for your perusal & necessary action.

                                  We have purchased jupiter on 8/10/2019 from your gandhinagar dealer. But till date they have not registered our vehicle in rto. Still we have not received any rto number and temporary registration certificate. For every thing, like insurance, rto, service book etc. We have to call them and ask for it.                                       In gondia tvs krishna showroom, there is a employee name as murli baghele. He is the person who sold a vehicle from the another person and he said that i will be the responsible person for all the document and all those thing which is related to the vehicle. But now he said that i m not responsible if any issue done between you and seller, now he says that i you will purchase new bike from my showroom then i can solve your previous issue with the previous vehicle. It mean he makes fool the customer to purchase new vehicle from his showroom and he play game with the customer
