In october 2019, i had done repairs of my scooty pep+ from logtech motors, trivandrum, kerala from where i had purchased the vehicle earlier. Vehicle was having complaints like starting trouble, leakage of engine oil etc. Alongwith complaints, oil change and water service was also done. On 02/10/2019, their staff informed me that my vehicle is ready after servicing. After payment, they had given the key of vehicle which was kept roadside after servicing. When i unlocked my seat, i found that the seat got detached from the vehicle which the logtech servicing people has not intimated me. I was sure that when i had given the vehicle for service, seat was not having any problem. When i enquired them, they didn’t take any responsibility and simply said that it might have happened earlier or might be due to force of water during water service and it can be replaced fully by paying rs 2500/- (Appx) or by replacing seat plate by paying rs 650/- (Appx). The staff was not having a responsible attitude. To avoid arguments with them, i ordered for a seat plate of rs 650/-. But that accessory is also not received till now and eveytime i call, they will be telling that they have raised order and is showing pending from company side. If there is a delay, atleast the staff should intimate about an expected date of delivery. Here i am not getting a proper reply from logtech motors service team.
It was more than a month and i am finding it great difficult especially during petrol filling since i have to hold seat in my hands.
Most of the time we are purchasing product giving due importance to availability of spares after purchase also. If the dealers are not fulfilling its after sales responsibility, how the customers can rely the products of tvs motors.
Please let me know whether i can get the seat plate from the company. Since the faith in logtech motors is already gone, a timely reply from the company side atleast is greatly requested.

Team is not responding while we need assistance of the staff
I have purchased TVS Ntorq before 4 months still the tvs showroom dealer hasn't started the registration process for my vehicle when i ask them they are telling like okay we can do it this week... The same is repeating when i chase them...i really upset about the same thing as a customer.

    I have purchased tvs nortq 125 on 15/10/2019 from your trijal motors bangaglore dealer. But till date they have not registered our vehicle in rto. Still we have not received any rto number and temporary registration certificate. For every thing, like insurance, rto, service book etc. We have to call them and ask for it. Is is not the duty of the dealer to provide the insurance paper, rto, service book etc.in time. Really we are totally disappoint with the support of the dealer.in future i will not recommend any person to purchase the any bike from this dealer.

    I purchased new tvs jupiter on loan three month ago from shivam moters kamla nagar agra but lekin abhi tak meri rc aur scooter number nahi aye hai aur showroom bhi band ho chuka hai teen mahine se number na rc ayi hai please meri jaldi jaldi sno apse request hai thankyu
    My complaint no. is 150501... i call to customer service centre they only tell me plz wait our concern team contact you but till i didnt get any contact from tvs regarding this new complaint...

      Purchased the vehicle 1 month, after 1 week of purchased vehicle started giving sound from the front part whenever crossing the humps and cracks on the road, the same thing conveyed to tvs service center team they are saying it is due to some breaking system of the model but when i looked for the same modal it is not happening for that scooter, i think it is the defeated piece i got from the showroom.

        My name is vijay, and i am working for 45km away from the showroom located. I am working at trivandrum. When i met the people at the showroom the way of dealing with me is not right and improper, its my need to purchase a bike so didn't bother about that, but now they calling me to attach number plate itself from showroom. I dont know why...! Because when i ask them is that necessary to collect/fix number plate from showroom...

        Dear team,
        I have purchased a tvs rtr 160 apache from samaleswari motors, patnagarh on dt.15/04/2019 and they have collected rs. 105000/-, the money receipt attached. They have collected the same amount against different head like for insurance, registration of vehicle etc. But, the insurance amount is two low with the vehicle idv rs 68548 only where as the invoice value is rs.86686. When i got the insurance paper and i asked for the same they declined it saying that they don't know anything. Tvs corporate know the reason, so i request you to kindly provide me the bifurcation of the amount collected from me and obliged me.
        Iinsurance, invoice, mr attached for your perusal & necessary action.

          We have purchased jupiter on 8/10/2019 from your gandhinagar dealer. But till date they have not registered our vehicle in rto.               In gondia tvs krishna showroom, there is a employee name as murli baghele. He is the person who sold a vehicle from the another person and he said that i will be the responsible person for all the document and all those thing which is related to the vehicle. But now he said that i m not responsible if any issue done between you and seller, now he says that i you will purchase new bike from my showroom then i can solve your previous issue with the previous vehicle. It mean he makes fool the customer to purchase new vehicle from his showroom and he play game with the customer

                On 31st october service of my jupiter was done at sabhrawal motors kirti nagar new delhi. At service time a scratch is created on my new jupiter by the employee of sabhrawal motor and after my complaint there is no response by the sabrawal motors. I want to file a complain against them and i also want my jupiter dent free as it is before service otherwise i shall not go at any service center of tvs.

                    Today i have serviced my tvs apache rtr 160 bike in a. K. Gandhi, baidhnath square. The quality of service is so poor that it forcing me to choose road side garage rather than authorised service centre by tvs. They simply suggest to replace parts rather than repairing it. Does simple vibration of neutral indicator require replacement of whole speedometer assembly?
                    They said this to me. Even jerk motion in front disc has not been solved. They said that it will resolve with the period of time after bike running. Even thought i am running my bike from past 2 years.

                    Please solve this problem other wise your customers will prefer road side garage rather than spending lot of money on your authorised service centre for poor quality.

                      On 21st october 2019 i had met with an accident.in that accident my tvs apache 310rr bike was damaged totally and at very next day i had submitted my bike to tvs balajinagar pune service center. But none of my insurance is covered. For 15 days my bike is parked in service center. The insurance agent subodh is not responding my single call. They are not treating their customers very well. Every time they are giving wrong information. Please do look at this case. Or i have to take some serious actions against this center.

                        Dear sir, i purchased tvs apache 200 4v 2.0 special race edition in march 2019, after six months i face a battery problem, i can't use self start feature and due to no kick in it, i have pushing my bike then star in gear so i m in huge trouble, so i contect with service centre but they are not interested at all when i contacted many time the response came from centre and they said to parked my bike in service centre because they said it take 3 or 4 days to utilise these battery issue. Now after 1 week over they didn't contact me not at once, and my bike still parked at service centre with any work done on it.                             I service my byk tvs apache rtr 160 on 2nd october 2019... Their is only noise in cylencer but after servicing they made a problem in head of the engine... Oil leakage and noise from the head... After that i made one complaint then they clear oil leakage but not clear sound in head of the engine... They again i complaint to the tvs they their area manager made a solution on their mistake i. E. I have to change a 3 part worth rs.2200 by my side... Its not a solution why pay rs 2200 for their mistake... I want my byk as it is before servicing... Means they made a mistakes and i pay money to clear for that...

                              I had booked ntorq drum at your dealer named "kalamkar tvs" at baner road, pune, maharashtra on 08th october 2019. The payment has been made in full however its almost a month without delivery of the vehicle. Neither they are giving any assurance on the delivery date.

                              I feel i'm been cheated with full amount in their pocket without delivering the vehicle, can you help with a solution on the same.

                              I bought a bike on[protected] and my shocker got leaded after 9-11 months.It was my last service so i told him to do it correctly.But the shocker is still leaking after repair of it.
                              According to me its company issue because in after 9000+ km shocker leaked
                              what type of quality they used so it leaked again and on this there is no hearing.

                                I purchase apache rtr 160 4v two momths ago. When i bought, headlight doesn't working. After so many complaints and request, service station ready to change the headlight without guareented. After 10 days headlight working off. Now i have to travel without light. Also they didn't gave me original bill and helmet till now.
                                I complaint lot of time but i didn't get proper response from company.

                                    I Purchased TVS JUPITER Scooter in January, 2016 which has stock TVS CONTA 550 Tyres, i always maintain the tyre air pressure in correct PSI as mentioned by TVS instructions. But still in 2019, without even crossing 8000kms run the tyre started cracking on the side walls which clearly shows it quality defect.

                                    Overall the tyre is in good condition with good wear levels which shows that tyres are maintained well but the crack on sidewall in such low run is clearly because of TVS Tyres quality issue.

                                    Kindly reslove my issue.

                                      - [ ] Absolutely pathetic service centre! They took s completely fine vehicle (TVS RTR Apache 200 4v Reg No. MH12PL-8188) and blew it up to kingdom come! I bought my vehicle in pune and had multiple services done with no issues whatsoever. I recently moved to bangalore and my vehicle was due service so I gave it to TRIJAL TVS SERVICE at hope farm, whitefield road since it was close to me. They first called me and told me rear brake pads needed changing which I agreed to but they also took the liberty of changing brake oil also of front brake without my consent! And they billed me a total of 2090! The highest that I had ever seen. My service bills never crossed 1, 200. And it’s just 2 years old. They had all kinds of b.s charges on it. When I argued they made up something random and also told me parts are expensive in bangalore compared to pune. Doesn’t make any damn sense. I still put up with it and left with my bike. And lo and behold! Three days later I was riding back home at 11 pm in the night when my vehicle stuttered and totally failed to work. I had to push the vehicle trying to get it to work and after a great peril I reached home. The next morning I took it back to them pointing out the issue. They told me they’d need a few hours to figure it out and I think giving it to them was the worst mistake of my life. Few hours later they called me back saying the magnetic coil which charges the battery had gone bust so I’d have to pay 2.5k. I asked them how could magnetic coil stop working exactly three days after service? Didn’t they see it during SERVICE? Isn’t it what they’re supposed to do? and it's only two years old bike. Upon arguing they figured out I knew a thing or two about bikes so they suddenly told me that we checked your service history which is fine and they’d cover it under warranty and that will take few days. Very weird I thought. I agreed. A week passed by but there was still no word. I called them up and to my surprise they said they changed the magnetic coil but the problem was still there! Apparently even the rectifier had gone bust so they had ordered for it. I said how in the hell is that possible?! What kind of mechanic works on a bike cluelessly without knowing where the problem is?! One day it’s one part and the other day it’s another?! I felt really suspicious of this service centre so I decided to pay them a visit. I had a heated argument with the service engineer and the supervisor both but they refused to agree to anything. In the end they convinced me that the rectifier would come the next day and the bike would be absolutely ready and they were confident that the bike would work with the new rectifier. I gave them a day’s time post which I said I’d be taking the bike elsewhere and complain to tvs. They must have got scared so exactly an hour later they called me saying to keep the customer’s “happiness” they reached out to another service centre and sourced the part “just for me”. I went in there very suspiciously and picked up the bike. Everything was fine but only for one day! The next day it stopped working! Again! I called up the service engineer and yelled at him for taking a week and not doing absolutely anything!! He defended saying he cares about perfection and I was offensive! How the hell is this perfection?! He took a week and did not do jack ###! And to defend themselves they had taken a picture of the bike being repaired as well. Why did they have to take a picture of the bike being repaired and randomly? It was taken to defend themselves. I just took it to a local mechanic here to find out what’s wrong and I’ve been informed that the battery has been replaced with a damaged one!!! As before service never got any issue with battery or any other particular parts. This is just unacceptable!! A reputed company service centre stealing parts from a bike?! How are these guys even open for business?! These guys should be taken to court and tvs should be held accountable for letting such guys service vehicles! Now how do I get justice for what has happened to me? I love my bike and for promptly giving it to company service station it’s totally ruined! My bike is never going to feel the same after this abuse!!

                                      And I'm also keep calling Tvs HELPLINE but no any solution yet from there side.

                                      I'm still keep calling TVS customer care " I'll get a call from the respective area manager of TVS in 48 hours " they saying from 1 week but not any response yet.
                                      I pulling my bike from last 2 weeks everywhere but nobody taking it seriously.
