I delivered my apache 160 4v for for repairing purposes to the balaji tvs showroom at kovai pudur, coimbatore. I asked the worker, why the labour charge was more and it is not fair price? Suddenly the owner arrives and starts arguing with me by saying dont deliver the bike hereafter for any repairs, the price will like this in their showroom and more customers are ready to pay high labour charges. I have purchased tvs ntorq 5 months back ever since i bought the vehicle i have been facing issues as the vehicle stops mid way and will not start, when informed about this during service which was done 4 times they have informed that issue is fixed and asked me not to keep the fuel tank will full tank full.
I have always ensured that i only fill minimum fuel but still the issue persists, i would request people who are planing to buy...

With request, sir actually oil leakage is there in my rtr 160 i have tell this problem to service partner but they opened my engine and now the oil leakage is more than before so sir plz help me to shortout this problem as i am facing too much issue regarding this as per day oil leakage is about 50 ml as my serving is done before 2 day then only this problem is not short outed my serving date is 15/10/2019 serving partner garima tvs gwalior...

Hi in dharwad sarur tvs showroom i'll purchase tvs ntorq 125cc in showroom service center not giving good service to customer and not giving respect to customer and she called me n tell me come to showroom for service i'll go the no one taking my ntorq to do service tvs showroom is not good n managers are very worst in that showroom not talking properly with customer... What we do now...???...

Bought new tvs ntorq on 04-oct-19, facing starting issue ever since. Only after 2days (35kms), faced first starting issue.
After that faced 3times in between the road.
Repetitive starting failure although tried with kickstart & selfstart options.
Battery in healthy condition, fuel tank full.
Why a new scooter worth 85k will have starting issue within just 10-12days of purchasing.

I will change the lock 3 times but lock is not working properly and the rear tyre is break inside and i will change the in ghaziabad chaudhry tyre house
And the chaudhry tyre house is claim me 500 rupees to change and give new tyre and the shocker system also is not performed properly i will also complaint this matter is binsar tvs 0 pushta road shahdara manager

I was purchase new tvs classic jupiter on 20 sep 2019. I was continusely facing low millage issue... I was facing issue 1st day of purchase.. Already raised complaint but issue not resloved. Still i am facing same problem.
Now i thinking low millage is parmanent issue.. Your are not capable to resloved my problem..

If my low millage problem not resloved.. Why i am continue with your tvs classic...

16.10.19 morning gave my tvs apache bike for service and asked to replace my rear tyre which was [protected]@ prakruthi two wheelers, ganapathi nagar, peenya, bangalore 560058. And request as below.

- replace rear tyre with tvs brand tubeless - indicated price was 1800 inr (Invoiced 2450 with ceat tyre, no warranty or bill of ceat purchase shown or given)
- price estimate for complete service with tyre said was 3000 inr...

Gandhidham tvs showroom (Mehta enterprise) me kai bar jupiter leke jane ke bad bhi service nahi karke dete hai or bar bar dhaka khilate hai aaj ana kal ana aaj full ho gya hai hum 11:00 baje tak hi lete hai gadi service ke liye or jab 11:00 baje se pahle leke jao to kahte hai full ho gya hai. Hum office ki chutti kar kar ke paresan ho gaye hai. Majburan hame bahar service karana padta hai....

The service center opens in the morning at 9:30a. M. But the staff is coming after 10:00a. M means will there’s is big quee for people with there bikes wating to keep the bike for service and goon the job.
The staff doesn’t take the bike in one order for services they take which ever they want and people r just standing like fool. When we tell them something they r vry rud no one is giving proper answers. Its vry shame that tvs...

We have purchase tvs jupiter on 4th june'2019, but till date we have not received rc & insurance copy. Last night only we received number plate after so many follows and reminder. The dealer is very rude in talking after the purchase of vehicle. Now today i have check the insurance no at bajaj allainz site, it is showing invalid, that means he has not even done the insurance of vehicle. Kindly take immediate action against him....

Bought a bike in feb 2019. Opted for emi option. Till date paying online and very embarrassing to get calls and messages to pay the money month on month. Issue stated by then is that my signature not matching with the cheque and form submitted by them at the bank. I have redone the form and cheque again. Still receiving the calls and texts to make payment. Called multiple people at the showroom and to tvs credit. No solution till date. Such...

Job card not filled properly.. So that no call received from service center after 03 days.. I reached at station and found no work improvement in service bcz they are waiting for me.

Than after service handover i have found wrong fitting case in scooty handle.

I purchased tvs jupiter vehicle bearing no. Ka51he 3723. This is specially designed two wheeler with two side wheeler vehicle is meant for physically challenged people. I have gone to neo service centre, bilahahalli, benguluru on 29 09 2019 for fourth free service and they have denied instead of almost begging and telling my vehicle conditions, on that day other vehicle they have taken for service. The vehicle had break and starting g problems....

I'm from bangalore, karnataka, i have purchased tvs rtr 200 in 2017, all of sudden i found there are lots of cracks on front and rare tyres on the bike, i visited the service centre and said they can't do anything about it, it's just 2 years and tyres showing cracks it's really bad, it's a premium bike with such a bad quality tyres used, request you take necessary action.

I bought scooty pep+, grey colour, in april 2019, from tvs showroom located in boisar. With in a month i got a call for servicing of the same scooty.
I took my scooty there and on the same day i received my scooty and i started to face multiple problems like break used to get stuck, scooty doesn't start properly, silencer was broken.

After purchase within two days it's not working properly i sent the video to the shop and i give complaint in my tvs costumer care also i returned it to the shop for warranty claim and after 3 days they returned it in same condition again the same problem tyre pressure not increasing but the motor is running again...
