Have given my tvs jupiter for servicing in power wings tvs, vapi.in the starting it was working properly but afterwards i have noticed that oil is leaking from the engine also the battery terminal is not fitted properly, the self start is also not working properly. Also they have change the battery terminal holder. I have also informed this matter to the manager of the power wings showroom but still i didn't receive any response from there...

I had an accident with my bike (Tvs apache 4v) and i claimed insurance against damaged part.
Tvs service centre (Sk tvs mayapuri, new delhi) committed me that they will repair my bike with in 10 days.
After 10 i regularly communicate with them but they again and again making excuses by difference way even they use to reply me that bike will repair within 2 more days but yet not resolved it.

Since purchasing of jupiter, there is huge gap in the fitting of front dashboard and also regular loose of rubber packing of handle lock.
Further we have shown three times to kr tvs by spending too much time, but problem not solved, now they are saying to go for insurance, .When manufactiring fault is there then how insurance will give the claim.

In Jupiter grand there is a gap below head light between joints.
I visit so many time vardhman TV's motors vyasvadi, they unable to solve this problem and say it's company fault..
It's really company fault???
They insist accessories not properly as assemble accessories effective.
PL rectify issues as soon as possible.

Recently i had visited ramcor tvs malakpet hyderabad. The salesman was very rude and misguiding us regarding the features. His name was Ravi. He was telling us there is no sync brake system in jupiter grande at present. Later i clarified the doubt with another salesman and he replied saying 'yes' and later they both had a secret discussion and said 'no'. I visited Aditi tvs, sector 63, Noida, Gautam budhh nagar (U.P.) today with lots of hope of test riding the tvs Apache RR310 before finalizing the deal. The manager on duty took my driving license and asked me to wait for 5 minutes. I waited for at least 30 minutes hoping to get the test ride, but he kept on doing his own work. We have ordered and made payment for ENTORQ HBS but dealer delivered ENTORQ Disc. When we asked, sales PERSON, she told that the vehicle delivered is ENTORQ HBS. After we asked for difference, they told that the delivered vehicle is not HBS. Dealer has requested vehicle for service and they will convert it to HBS. I don't know how will they do.

I want ENTORQ HBS. Lost trust in dealer. Looking for help from TVS.
