Hi team,
I purchased tvs ntorq 125 today (09.05.2019) from namana motors, sundkadkate, bangalore. Am facing issues already like break is stuck. At around 10. P. M trying to take vehicle to go home it's not moving. What shall i do? Whom should i reach out to. Why was the vehicle was tested?

Since it's having issues right from start i feel very bad and cheated. Not even registration is done. Please help. I am going to showroom first thing in the morning but if i get the replacement i would be really great ful.

    I bought an apache rtr 160 rv from local showroom and the next day i went to showroom to address some problems in it and engine overheating was one of them... The said it will get fine but now even after 1st serviceing the problem is there and mileage has dropped drastly moreover the problem happens after riding 3-4 kilometers even if you ride gently below speed of 50
    I complained many times but the showroom isn't taking it seriously and ignoring it.
    My leg touched the engine while applying brakes and got a little burnt...

    Now i demand a new bike or refund or else i'll sue them in consumer forum as many people have done about this same bike

      Before 6 months i brought apache 160 4v from the 1st service i am having problem like problem in gear shifting, problem of noise in brake of wheel, problem in fuel tank cover not properly locking, i went to auth. Service station but i didn't get proper solutions of the problems. I don't expect this type of service after paying 1 lac for this product.

      I have buyied a TVs n-torque bike and in my 2nd service I m having a self start problem.
      The service man are disgusting and the worst thing is that rhey can't even order a bike part in a month.

      I recently bought tvs ntorq scooter from Shanti tvs showroom, Rayagada odisha.in first week i observed starting problem with self start as well as kick start. Based on how many days the bike is stand still that long it takes for starting. For stand still of one day i need to kick for 15 times to start. Reported this issue immediately to showroom. Within 3 weeks, whike i was riding the scooter with family, whole petrol got leaked and bike came to stand still. I pushed the vehicle to showroom. After 2 days they delivered. After 2 days when i tried to start the vehicle, it didnt start. Called the showroom, mechanics came, used some tools and started; took to showroom.in mean time i raised online complaint. Area manager nd teritorry manager visited the bike at showroom, inspected and said that now the issue is resolved.in meantime first service is done. Alao they told that i should not touch accelerator while starting the bike. But still the same issue is continuing. If the bike is not used for 24 hours, it wont start in self start. Need to press button for 1 min. If it is stand still for 48 hrs... Then even after pressing ignition button for 2 min it wont start. Need to kick 10 times... The showroom mechanics, territory service manager, area service manager are ckueless about how to solve this issue... Hope i will get some solution through this complaint. If there is any option to upload the video of the starting issue.. I could do that for better understanding. Note: the show room guys are supportive, but they dont know how ro resolve this issue

        Respected sir, i have bought tvs apache bike from tvs agency manav mandir ahmedabad billing by ocenic tvs motors the bike has alignment problem & its bow down right side while riding due to chasis fault. I made its complaint every month after purchase times to agency & informed to head office too. But mechanic tried 3-4 times on its handle t & shockers only, but issue is same unsatisfying. Due to this problem after 2months it slipped on road while breaking & being uncomfortable. Main problem is in chasis & company not doing it under warranty, niether insurance company is passing the claim without any major damage. So i am suffering a lot & harrassed physically, mentally & economically. Kind get me its solution how can i safe ride. I cannot take my life's risk on such a faulty product. I always checked it in authorised tvs & serviced here. Bike no. Gj01 uc 6545

          I purchased tvs victor on 23 jan 2017. Initially the mileage was 65kmpl against 76kmpl as claimed by company bu now it is only 50kmpl. What is this? Surely tvs victor has disappointed me. Now i m thinking of buyung sone other bike. So either provide some solution or i will go ahead.

            The vehicle was purchased on 18th april 2018

            I would like to bring a service-related concern which is in your interest.

            I had purchased tvs zest (Fiber) on 18th april. Following a proper service cycle, i’ve been deeply disappointed the way your dealers at kohinoor motors and bhopal motors have dealt with the issue.

            Within 9 months of my purchase, the headlight of the vehicle stopped working. For which the executives at kohinoor motors said that there’s a wiring issue and replaced it. This was not it.

            After the replacement of the wiring system, within a month, a new problem of battery started to hinder in the proper functioning of my vehicle.

            I visited kohinoor motors and bhopal motors multiple times and all they did was to charge the battery, which would only last for few days, and then i would have to again go to them for charging it again.

            Now, when i last visited bhopal motors, they told me that the battery can’t be charged as it's exhausted and must be replaced by a new one. For that, they demanded money from me! Why!

            Why didn’t they suggested to me this before!
            Why didn’t they themselves replaced the battery when they knew the battery was losing its life!

            According to the booklet of tvs, the parts associated with the vehicle are under warranty for 5 years.

            Therefore, i demand a new battery for my vehicle right away without charging any amount. Or else i would have to complain it to the consumer forum and additionally will also take help of social media platforms to inform all the current and to be tvs vehicle owners to be aware of all the false means the dealers are using to fool the owners.

            For tvs company & dealers:

            Being such a big two-wheeler manufacturer, it’s so disappointing that you employ such low quality of batteries without its quality check. Moreover, the dealers appointed in bhopal (Two of them) are not focusing on how to eradicate the issue rather they are constantly on extending the date for generating more problems on consumer part.

            Highly disappointed with the type of service your dealers and technicians are offering at kohinoor and bhopal motors.

            For exide:

            You have been in the battery manufacturing business itself from the time india is independent. Then also you still are furnishing such low-quality batteries! Which barely even completed a year, that too in a new vehicle!

            There are batteries which last for 5-6 years without the need to charge them even ones! Disappointed in the way you’re carrying the quality standards for this niche of your product exide team.

            Hello am enter in the service station at 10.05 am and my job card 10.10 am my bike washing is complete at 11.15 am and no service is done by station.total waste of time in the service station

              I purchase tvs apache 1604v abs dual disk before 1 month from tvs authorized dealer shri sai tvs (Airoli navi mumbai) he give me faulty bike.
              1. Gear shifting issue in bike, i'm not able to put neutral. No solution provided yet. Shri sai tvs dealer said our dealership discontinued by tvs so we can't help you.
              2. Rear break caliper not working from first day itself, r k tvs service centre airoli told me that they will cover break caliper issue in warranty but still i'm suffering and only front break is working its very risky.
              3. Left hand side rear 1604v decal peal off (There is no physical damage my bike park under cover and i never wash it till date only clean by dry cotton, r k tvs service centre said they not cover it under warranty you have to contact dealership and dealership said we are not providing any services.
              4. Yesterday i done my first bike service and i was shock there was less oil fill by company itself.

              Tvs its very poor service and manufacturing too now i hate tvs

              I'm planning to filed case on tvs regarding these issues.

                I m the user of tvs apache today i gave my bike for service to om motors i/b, 198, ground floor neelam bata road& i specialy mentions not to change filters and spark plug bcoz few day later i made a change of that products. But after mentioning they cant take my words serious and make a change of that products. So after service i request them to remove that parts bcoz my products are well before so they talks roudly and one the worker or job card maker-manoj talks to rude and they are ready to fights. They also increases the bill amount. So plzz take strict action againts them. So that they cant mislead or talks rude with customers. Bcoz we are customers of tvs motors not of om motors so they dont have any rights to talk rude or pressurise customers.

Ltd. 404, patparganj, industrial area-110092) yaha di date-12-apr-2019 ko di thi vaha par ek hain mr. Sanjay unhone mujhe puri information nahi di he said mujhe ki apki scooty 1 week mein thik ho jayegi and he said ki serve hoga apki scooty ke liye approval ayega tab hum process start karenge thode din bad mene sanjay ko call kiya he said ki mam abhi tak approval nahi aya hain aur 15 apr ko mere pas ek msg aya ki serve hogya hain jab mene us msg par jo no. Tha call kiya to kisi rahul ne uthaya aur mene unse puch to he said ki mam main nahi hu na mene apka scooty ka serve kiya unhone mujhse bahot ghatiya language mei baat ki aur call cut kar diya uske bad mene customer care mein complaint ki unhone ne bhi 4 days din laga diye uske bad scooty ka approval hua 18-apr-2019 k, is din se lekr aaj tak mujhe ye sab pagal banate rahe ki mam apke scooty ka part order kar diya hain 1 week aur lagega mene ek week bad call kiya phir mujhe yahi kaha uske baad mein showroom gayi last thursday tab unke manager ne mujhse baat ki he said ki mam monday (06-may-2019) apki scooty apko ready milegi jaha se scooty ka part aa raha hain vaha se dispatch ho gaya hain har jagah call kiya ek mr deeploge bhi hain sab ke sab mujhe pagal bana rahe thei and aaj mene suddenly unke manager ko call kiya he said again ki mam ek week aur lagega election time hain to tempo yaha nahi aa pa raha hain matlab kya hain ye itani bakwas service itane harami log ek to inki showroom ki service itni ghatiya hain paise itne le lete hain aur scooty ka kam kuch bhi nahi karte sab ke sab chor hain vaha claim ke time sabki jaan nikal gayi aur main aaj apni scooty vapis le aayi hoon upar se meri scooty ka satyanash kar diya tire ke hawa nikli hui thi ek miror dhila kar diya mujhe nahi karani thik mene customer care se claim cancel kara diya hain aapko pic bhi bhej rahi hoon aap ek bar iski halat dekh lijiye..
                  Bhaad mein jao tum sab tumhari service itani bakwas ghatiya aise showroom mein to taala lag jana chahiye jaha kaam nahi hota bas paise kha lete hain sab mile hue hain insurance wale bhi sabko fuddu bana rahe hain

                    I bought a tvs stryker 125cc bike in november 2018. Installed battery was dead, many times i asked to replaced or fully repaired. They didnt listen. Always change the battery water and charge. After two days battery again dead.
                    But finally they took my battery for replace in march 2019. They asked me to wait 15 days. After 20 days i didnt get any response and i called. Today is 55th day and i still dont receive my product.
                    I am from bangladesh. Where i can complain about my issue?

                        We gave our accident bike scooty pep plus to service at tvs showroom venkatagiri at the end of october 2018. At that time srinivasa tvs tirupati are the dealers.

                        The mechanic changed evry part of our bike (Even though old parts are in good condition). When we gave this bike for service he didnt even give us quotation.

                        At the end billed us 18000 rs which we payed not knowing that we have been cheated.

                        One week after service the vehicle got stopped with fumes from engine. We called tvs showroom they send us the same mechanic to repair again. He told that bike is out of engine oil (Which he should have filled one week before at the time of service according to bill).

                        Again we paid him the charges for oil and service.

                        From that we have been facing issues.

                        But now in march-april 2019 our silencer got broke near engine. When we went to customer care with both silencers... New and old. Old was working good.

                        Didnt know why he changed it in first place. So we went home and checked evry old part. Shockingly evry other part is still working fine.

                        We have realised that we have been cheated by that mechanic working in tvs.

                          From the day one i have purchased (On 5th dec 2019) the bike i am facing lot of issues like battery problem, self start issue, kick starter problem, engine sound, vibration issue when i am riding the bike its not going above 30 speed and service issue with the dealer, they are not responding properly. Their service employees are very careless and making fool to customers. I have been their 100 times within this short period of time. I am guiding people to not buy tvs products. Problems which i faced & still running around for solutions. No one should face anymore. Tvs customer care people are pathetic. They bluff customer and doesn't help with any solution. I m spreading this to all social media sites not to buy tvs bikes.

                          Tvs star city plus is the worst bike i ever seen.

                          TVS SERVICE BOY CALLED ME AND REQUESTED TO TAKE THE COMPLAIN BACK. THEIR IS NO RESOLUTION TILL NOW. ALSO NOT YET RECEIVED CALL FROM RELEVANT BRANCH DEALER OR MANAGER.STILL LOOKING FOR SOLUTION.
                          TVS service lady called me many time for counting the no. Of call . She speaks in her regional language, she told me took the same bike . And she forced me to cancel my complaint against him. Still I am facing the same problem . No any higher person from TVS side called me. They are hiding their face . Coz they know very well the condition of my bike.

                            I have visited your rithala service center, they said repairing will be having service charge, but this repair is under warranty period.

                              I purchased jupiter scooty from show room at suresh tvs, digiha tiraha, distt. Bahraich on 24 june 2018 the registration no of my scooty is up40af8540.

                              2. All the free servicing were carried out well in time, and at each servicing mileage/low pickup problem were apprised to servicing mechanic in person & noted in all job cards and also during feed back when asked by your call centre. But not solve my problems till[protected].

                              3. At this time my jupiter scooty run only 3250km. The mileage of scooty less than 28km/pl. The travell of scooty is very costly.

                              4. Request your high offices that please solve my mileage and low pickup problems.

                                      Hi, I have taken annual maintenance for my Jupiter I missed to done my last service in time on Saturday 27-04-19 I went to Olive TVs service station in dabagrdens Visakhapatnam I asked for service manager to take the receipt and do the need full he said he will consider the AMC receipt but at the time of billing he to pay the whole amount as AMC is been already expired .if the AMC is not valid he should clearly say the same at the time of taking vehicle for service, so I think this should not happen to the other customers so please take necessary action against the vendor and pay me my amount that is been paid even though I have taken amc before.

                                        I was in bhiwani for some work on 29th march 2019.
                                        There i met with an accident. I took it to the nearest service centre at arya tvs, dinod gate, bhiwani.
                                        There i was told that the frame of acooter is broken and other plastic parts including floor board are damaged. As it was impossible to drive it back to faridabad, my home town. So i submitted the scooter there. They told to give it back after 15 days, as the parts were not available in the service center.
                                        On 17th they called me to take the delivery. I took it and paid the bill of rs. 17105 in cash, as they told the claim is not cashless there. I paid the exact amount and drove back to faridabad. On 2nd day in morning, i felt the scooter is making very much noises. I looked it closely, then found that, floor board is not set. I took it to uttam tvs, faridabad. And told there the issue. They told me, that one side of the front cover's lock was broken. And there are some scratches on the either side. Some nuts and bolts were also missing. They told me to take it back to bhiwani. I was shocked, as i had paid a very large amount of the same. So i told them to change it as they provided the defective parts. But now they are denying it. They are telling me to claim the insurance again after one monyh. Please help, as it costed me around[protected] for the new scooter and 18000 for the damage) hard earned bucks.
                                        I am looted by the showroom.
