I purchased new tvs apache 160 with 5 free services. today i went for 2nd free survice which cost me 770 rupees. There were a problem in regarding a vibration sound they were unable to correct it... It is bed service by tvs..

    Yesterday i gave my tvs ntorq 125 for second free servicing. That time there were no scratches on bike. But today when i paid bill and took bike back i saw the scrathes on it. Service centre is said it is not there mistake while there is no mention of scratches on job card.
    Service centre name - authorised main dealer - tvs motor, kothrud branch.

      This new year i have got my apache rtr 160 4v from jayanagar bangalore. The vehicle delivered early but i think the vehicle i got had some issue. During the first service i complained about the mileage. The issue wasn't resolved, i think the service provider neglected the issue. Soon after the first service the bike started producing some rubbing vibration sort of sound near gear box in every 2nd gear when ridden. Which i think was new to the bike, may be by some new oil changes. But when the 2nd service dated, i complained about the same issues earlier had but still went unresolved. The vibs got reduced but progressively is became intense. The gear box feels glitchier and very unwanted rubbing sensations. I request tvs to please address the issue if it gets worser.

      Finally Got a call for my vehicle's status and they filed the complaint sincerely. So they accounted the damage in vehicle's warranty and got the effected part replaced. Good job.

      I have brought the ntorq in August.it has starting problem and the battery was dead after 2 month. The TVS service centre has changed the battery into new one, but again I am facing the same problem.when I accelerate it suddenly the engine stops every time so please look after this

        This is lokash m from kgf, i purchase tvs jupiter zx from m/s. Saravana enterprises - mob : [protected] (Authorised tvs brand dealers in kolar).

        This is to inform you that each and every free services they are collection approx. Rs.350/-

        What for we have to give free service, asper the tvs company instruction we should not pay any amount instead they are collecting and already we have taken vehicle in loan and we are struggling to pay that amount itself.

        Please i request you to clear my doubts and instruct them regarding

          I had bought my ntorq on feb 2019 and i have a some scratches on my ntorq from the time of delivery but i didn't notice till my first service but now i noticed that there are scratches on two parts of my vehicle which making me upset to drive my vehicle how this much careless dealers be that they handle any kind of vehicles which are damaged from the time of manufacturing and i want this to be replaced from tvs company with no of cost i need a answer and this issue to be resolved by replacing the 2 parts of my scooter without any restrictions and no of cost

          Sale date 20/11/2017 km run 14500 and my rear tyre wear badly and I contact with service centre, tsm and tyre wender they didn't resolve my issue they ask for 20% goodwill but I am not satisfy with it please resolve my issue

            6 months from now on date 19 0ct. I purchased my bike from sunita tvs jodhpur address:- near akhaliyq circle pratap nagar main road from the day of purchase i have issue in chain brakes and engine chain keeps on making noises n brakes too n engine heats too much aftr riding for 2 to 3 kms engine makes cranking sound juat after i start my bike n keep on making such noises n heate too much as i can feel heat on my legs at nearly 1948 kms i changed my bike oil as the level dropped too much i asked them they said its natural as per me the oil is meant to run for around 3000 kms approx. And after changing oil the bike too heats too much the staff at this outlet is not at all cooperative i want my bike to get fixed as soon as possible the sales manager and service manager are worst they have no manners how to talk i want company to take actions against them as soon as possible

            Hi,

            I took TVS Ntorq 5 months ago and Keep on getting starting trouble issues, And was getting started without any issues after few hours. Right now Display of the scooter is not getting power on atall, not able to self start/Kick.

            Note: Before the display on issue scooter was not used for 1 week/10 days.

              I gave my vehicle in insurance and in that i faced too many problems after getting the vehicle after 1 week. There were still problem in the handel i went to service centre 2-3 times and gave my scooty for 1-2 full days but scooty came back to me with the same condition.
              Recently i gave my scooty and next day they came back to my home returning my scooty i test drives it i found it that condition is still the same but i asked the official he said sir it is perfectly fine.
              I again went few days back that this is the issue which was already there and is still there. They promised me that they will get this resolved out and hand over my vehicle back to my home very next day by afternoon.
              In evening around 6 i called what is the status of vehicle, vehicle is still there and nothing is done.

                I purchased jupiter on 2015 on 27/01/2015 with extended warranty of 5 years. From krishna automobile, dharuhera, haryana..                   Right after the second service of my tvs apache 160 4v the self start stopped working... I don't know what the problem is... How can a battery discharge so quickly?... And the service centre guy is not at all interested in resolving the problem... And the service of the showroom is very slow.. It took almost 2 months for me to get the number plate and i haven't yet received the rc book... But my main concern is regarding the battery... It takes 5 min for me to start a brand new vehicle...😏😏

                    The service centre at virar west named as magnus is just a waste of time. They are just spoiling the brand tvs. The mechanics are useless. Can't even repair a simple problem. My bike si still warranty and am really pissed off of the service. If you guys have any shame or concern regarding your brand please contact me on [protected] i will share all the issues at hand. Else i am gonna take it to social platforms for sure.

                      I had been using my apache rtr 180 since 2016 and i have covered 49000 kms till now. The bike servicing is being held in rajpoot motors since i bought it and all the parts have been properly repaired and changed by authorized workshop mechanic regularly. Now they are creating a problem for me and demanding me to spend 15000 rs for bike service. It is a very bad experience i am getting from tvs company and the authorized workshop

                          I bought a scooty from a perspn he took 8000rs from. At first he said to pay 2k thn while delivery he told me i need to pay more 6k thn i told i wl. Nt pay but he was like scooty cant cm to ur address i[censored] dnt pay after a while again i got a call nd he was like i need to pay more 5k but that didnt paid so i told him i dont want the scooty u jist refund my money nd now he is not giving back my money its almost 20days. Please help me to get my money back...

                            Sir i am a middle class student, i had purchased tvs apache 200 4v in 29 august 2017, and from few days some crank sound is coming which comes very rare.
                            I went to tvs showroom of badkul moters sagar mp. Their they explains me that my engine baring is broken, and they didn't explain how its broken. It is clearly mentioned on their website that my bike engine come in warranty of 5 years, and they are not covering my broken engine under warranty and under insurance too...
                            They had not treated me well too... This is not how a brand should treat it costumer. They are charging me 3000 rs. Approx for engine barring which is clearly misleading.

                              I am not satisfied with jupiter because i bought jupiter 2016 model in just two years i faces many problems in jupiter clutch.and replace tyre in one year and then i face clutch over noise problem in jupiter and i visit three two four times tvs service centre bt tvs Employees are not listen and couldn't find the solution of customer problems

                                Hi,
                                This complain is regarding my tvs sport bike which from the beginning is giving poor mileage. I am working for a private company in guwahati. The distance from my home to my office is around 45 kms, both ways i have to travel around 100 kms everyday. As i have family problems so i can't stay near my office and i have to travel that distance everyday.
                                Keeping that in mind i planned to buy a bike that offers the best mileage as my monthly salary is very low and am on a very tight budget. And after some research i found that tvs sport will be the best option for me as the company is claiming that it offers 95kmpl of mileage and save me some money on fuel.
                                So, i bought one on january, 2018. For the first few thousand kilometers it offered only 50 kmpl of mileage. Now my bike has run for almost 32000kms and still it offers only 55kmpl of mileage. Recently on 13th april 2019 i took my bike for servicing and also to solve this mileage issue but after some tests/checkup they told me that this bike can only give 56kmpl of mileage not more then that.
                                I was heartbroken because i have spent almost rs. 16000/_ extra on my fuel expenses (Based on calculations) and now am suffering from backpain too because of the bike, and now am told that this bike offers this pathetic mileage.
                                So, this is my humble request to you to take strict action against them and help me return the bike and recover my extra fuel expenses and health expenses. I want the company to pay me rs. 50000/_ as compensation for the difficulties i have faced only because of their false marketing gimmicks.

                                I tool Apache 160 4V 2 months back, they are given RC copy with Name mistake, same has been highlighted & no response from Showroom.
                                Request to change the RC name as per ID proof provided by us

                                  It has been 84 days when I had complained regarding my problem.
                                  have TVS JUPITER CLASSIC EDITION (purchased in March, 2018), and I met an accident in October, 2018, in which my scooty was damaged from front side (handle was tilted and front mudguard was fully damaged).
                                  I submitted my scooty in the showroom and claimed for the insurance. But that showroom has not provided the zero dep. insurance policy. And they charged us Rs.6, 400 and we get claim only Rs.3, 471 only.
                                  And now also the scooty is not recovered properly as the handle is shifted towards right(it is not alligned properly) now also.
                                  While braking, front brake is producing sounds and balance is also getting disturbed.

                                      I had purchased my bike on 2nd june, 2017 from bowenpally tvs showroom hyderabad.

                                      From that time i and faced some or the other problem on my bike initially i faced issue with bike stopping during rain, which is because of the service center
                                      (Nacharam) people fault as the losses the air duct pipe. Following up and given bike to 4-5 days they have fixed the issue after that on another 6 months i had faced the battery issue where it got drained while my bike was under warranty and even i got it replaced after that also the issue was not resolved. As the warranty period was over i have to bear the battery cost.

                                      Again within next 6 months i faced the issue with engine head where the tapet sound was coming very regularly and even after following for more than 1 months the issue was not resolved later on the have changed the head of the f the engine for which also they took complete one months.

                                      On 2nd october, 2018 the nacharam service center have returned my bike but with in 2 months again the same issue occured again and on 22nd december, 2018 i have. Given bike for service to tvs gachibowli showroom hyderabad for service they fixed few of the things but the main issue they have not resolved and on mentioning that the engine is getting heated very fast they were saying it is normal and they can't do anything about it. When recently on 13th of march when i have given my bike or service they are saying that he of the engine parts need to changed and i have to bare the cost for it.

                                      As i am telling that the issue was not resolved from last months then why i have to bare the cost, the issue was not fixed by your service center people that it's there fault not the customer. Because of that issue some other issue have also occured and the service center people are asking the customer to pay the amount for it which is totally incorrect and irresponsible from there side.

                                      I am very dissatisfied and disappointed from the services provided by the company. I have all the proves.

                                      I am requesting you to please take the strict action on this and please treat this matter at urgent. I am a daily commuter and it's creating a lot of problem for me.

                                        I have written a review two years back after the purchase of this vehicle. Have been using for two years now.

                                        Mr. Ab ji does marketing to this brand, sir please have check with this company are they providing what all you are saying in ad ziyda.

                                        My review :
                                        1. Quality of plastic / fibre used is low grade, changes its shape as the vehicle gets older, creates a gap between two pieces of body shields.

                                        2. The tyre is low grade, vehicle has run just 3k km, very often air in the tyre goes down

                                        3. Vehicle haven't crossed 40 km/l, vehicle used so far only 3k km

                                        Tvs company can revert to me, i will show them above issues in my vehicle
