Hi, I bought my TVS Jupiter in Nov 2017 and now facing issues with self start. Local mechanic said that Battery is not working properly and asked me to replace with new one.can you suggest if I can avail the guarantee replacement from TVS side or shall i bear the expenses on my own? Please suggest...

    I had purchased my bike on 2nd june, 2017 from bowenpally tvs showroom hyderabad.

    From that time i and faced some or the other problem on my bike initially i faced issue with bike stopping during rain, which is because of the service center
    (Nacharam) people fault as the losses the air duct pipe. Following up and given bike to 4-5 days they have fixed the issue after that on another 6 months i had faced the battery issue where it got drained while my bike was under warranty and even i got it replaced after that also the issue was not resolved. As the warranty period was over i have to bear the battery cost.

    Again within next 6 months i faced the issue with engine head where the tapet sound was coming very regularly and even after following for more than 1 months the issue was not resolved later on the have changed the head of the f the engine for which also they took complete one months.

    On 2nd october, 2018 the nacharam service center have returned my bike but with in 2 months again the same issue occured again and on 22nd december, 2018 i have. Given bike for service to tvs gachibowli showroom hyderabad for service they fixed few of the things but the main issue they have not resolved and on mentioning that the engine is getting heated very fast they were saying it is normal and they can't do anything about it. When recently on 13th of march when i have given my bike or service they are saying that he of the engine parts need to changed and i have to bare the cost for it.

    As i am telling that the issue was not resolved from last months then why i have to bare the cost, the issue was not fixed by your service center people that it's there fault not the customer. Because of that issue some other issue have also occured and the service center people are asking the customer to pay the amount for it which is totally incorrect and irresponsible from there side.

    I am very dissatisfied and disappointed from the services provided by the company. I have all the proves.

    I am requesting you to please take the strict action on this and please treat this matter at urgent. I am a daily commuter and it's creating a lot of problem for me.

      I have written a review two years back after the purchase of this vehicle. Have been using for two years now.

      Mr. Ab ji does marketing to this brand, sir please have check with this company are they providing what all you are saying in ad ziyda.

      My review :
      1. Quality of plastic / fibre used is low grade, changes its shape as the vehicle gets older, creates a gap between two pieces of body shields.

      2. The tyre is low grade, vehicle has run just 3k km, very often air in the tyre goes down

      3. Vehicle haven't crossed 40 km/l, vehicle used so far only 3k km

      Tvs company can revert to me, i will show them above issues in my vehicle

        I have purchased tvs apache rtr 160 4v on 7th feb, 2019, it's been more than 2 months today and i haven't got registration number of the vehicle. Whenever i call the dealer they just keep saying that you will get your registration number in the next few days. Now the traffic police is bothering me for not having the number plate even after 2 months from the date of purchase. When i mailed tvs regarding this issue the customer support is also not resolving the issue.

              For better explaining, i am putting my complaint in hindi with clear words used by them on that day.

              Maine apni above mentioned scooty ki service hone ko di thi on 11/04/2019. Jab mai sham ko lene gaya to uska front penal left side se pura tuta hua tha. Jabki subha jab di thi tab wo kable right side (Left side se bilkul ok tha) se halka sa crack tha. Sham ko jab mai scooty lene gaya to maine dekha ki left side ka penal to tuta hua h. Maine mr. Sunil se kha ye kaise tuta to wo bole ye to tuta hua tha. Maine kha subha jab appko dikhai thi tab to kable right side se halka sa crack tha apne confirm bhi kiya tha but left side se pura kaise tut gaya. But unhone meri baat nhi mani. Tab maine kha camare mai check karwao ki left side se pura tuta hua h. Wo mujhe supervisor k room mai le gye but supervisor bola camera mai kuch dikhai nhi dega, maine kha aap ek baar nikalo to nhi dikhega tab ki tab dekhenge. Tab wo ulta bolne laga aur dikhane ko mana kar rha tha. Maine kha agar nhi dikhaoge to mai aapki complaint daal dunga to wo bola ki jo karna h kar le. Tujh jaise roj aate h. Jabki mai unka amc customer tha aur meri 3rd service thi. Maine kha batameeji se kyo bol rha h. Tumhe customer ki respect krni nhi aati. To wo mujhse bola ki tere jaise customer se aisi baat krte h aur gali use karke bolne laga. Maine kha agar tuta hua tha to mujhe dikhate ya job card per likhte. To bola job card gaya bhad mai isse batti bana kar ghusa le. Tab maine job card fad diya aur usko bola ki le ghusa li batti banakar aur ab mai teri consumer forum mai complaint dalunga. To khe rha tha consumer forum wale meri baal bhi nhi ukhad skte jo kar sake kr liye. Aur bola teri himmat kaise hui card fadne ki isse jod kar de aur scooty le jakar dikha ab. Tab maine kha ki ab court mai hi dekhenge kiski kitni himmat h aur scooty lekar bapas aa gya. Mr. Sunil us din kafi drink kre hue the aur fir meri video bhi banane lage. Meri ek amc pending h abhi bhi.

              Mujhe unse rs. 2, 100/- fine chaiye meri man hani k liye plus ek apologize letter chaiye in my favour, front penal ka left side repair/change chaiye without paying cost.

              Meri aapse request h is matter ki reality tak jarur jaye aur please g k tvs per koi action le.

                Live in canada, i went to india for vacation. I purchased a tvs jupiter for my sister, from shriraj agencies @ karur bypass road in trichy, tamilnadu india. It was a very bad experience overall.
                1. The sales (Rajalingam) guy told me and charged me rs.1000 extra for att silver color, is it true? If yes, why is it now mentioned an in your website?
                2. I asked them to deliver the vehicle just only with registration, without any fitting (), i know it is possible. But they told me it is compulsory fitting. I spoke with the manager also, he also told me it is compulsory. I paid for that too. Is that true? Because he told me it is from tvs head office.
                3. When i tried to use the credit card for the payment, they charged me 2% ie. Rs.1500 as a service charge. I felt it is a shame for tvs to have an agency like this who don't even have a swiping machine. I totally lost close to rs.10000 and i was on the urgency to take flight next day. That's why complaining now

                I belive tvs has good customer service and will take action on complaints. I have all the proof ready. If you can take action on this i will appreciate.

                    सर मैने tvs sport लिया था और लगातार बराबर सर्विस भी टाईम पर करवाया हूँ तब भी मै जब कल 10/4/2019
                    को 15000 किलोमीटर तक ही चलाया था तो कंपनी मे बोला chainspocket खराब और कलच वाईयर और klachplate भी खराब हो गई और व्हील balanceing के लिए भी बोल दिया
                    तो मै जानना चहता हूँ की इतनी जल्दी सब खराब हो गया तो गारंटी मे चेंज होगा या नही plz बतायें मुझे

                      Hi my name vinay kumar potnuru purchased tvs jupiter 150 cc on dated[protected] since from that day i have bike milage issue so i was complainted around 15 times but there is no response from them every time they are saying you will get 40 milage but i was getting around 30 to 35 i. Purchased because this bike giving 62 milage but i was getting 30 so i need a imediate resoulution from you people i wasted money of 30000 rs because of negligence of you people

                        It has been months since the order - 33602 was placed but is not completed yet. The order was for part number is n9120440 which is not available at any stores within 200 kms near to cochin.
                        I had made numerous calls to tvs in the last couple of months. The communication from the management and the customer care was really pathetic except a vishnu who did try his level best to assist me. I visited all stores whom they said in within 40 kms from my home place but couldn't get this part.
                        I'm not sure why this part is not being manufactured now. Please assist in getting the part to resolve my issue.

                          there is no action taken from tvs regarding this complaint, (Hi I have purchased Ntorq 125(matt red) on 15th october 2018 with Regn No : DL9S-BR-9862 (Ch No: MD626KJ2915166) From Dynamic TVS (Uttam Nagar), With in 6 Days of purchase i was stuck with vehicle in middle of way facing the problem, vehicle do not start in between of the way. i have to tow vehicle to my home at my own. Then executive from Dynamic TVS is come on next morning & check make it working. Yesterday i face the same problem, its only 1week after service From SK TVS(Mayapuri) i called TVS road assist At 7PM for the same problem vehicle do not start but they are not able to figure out what real problem is, so they have to tow the vehicle to my home as it 11:30 Pm So there is no workshop to attend me. Kindly Provide me some Suitable solution & take some serious action for your brand, Otherwise i have to go through Legal action. Thank You Sahil Saluja +91 [protected])

                            I buy apache 200 on july 2018. After 1st service i complaint for noice in chain and front sprocket slipping. They wash and oiled it and said its ok you go. From that time i was regularly complaint for that issue time to time they every time oiled it and say its 200 always make noice.in feb 2019 when my bike run 10000 km, i complain this again and they said front sprocket is damage have to change and its not in warranty. I make them remind i am regularly complaining for this they said what will you fight for 250/-rs let it don. I convinced and paid for it, but problem is still continue. I asked again next week and they said you have to change full set and its cost for[protected] apx. Then i being angry and ask for warranty and said i will not pay for it. From that time i am continue visiting service center and they said for paid change. I am just want to asking it when any company launched new thing they have to being reliable with customer. I have three apache in my family but 200 is not as good as i think from first day and after that your service center is also making fool and not support us.

                              I hve meet with an accident with my rtr 200 one month before. I gone to tvs aiswarya kerala pathanamthita dealership for repairing my accident vechile. Still one month over they didnt have any responsibility for my accident vechile. I hve gone therre for 4, 5 times. They didnt give coustamer value. Im paying ready cash for serviceing. And my 200 got many damages after it was in showroom my chainsocket got rusted and they didnt have any problem with that. And its been one month and 12 days my vechile still didint comed parts. And also i want my chain socket to clear and well as i gived them so kindly take action for thier irresponsible. I want my vechile to be like well and maintained and coorect fuctionly. Vechile number kl 62 c 7141. And also 3, 4 parts are still didint come. I have given advance and order the parts one month ago. So i want to get my rtr 200 neat and clean so please do the needfull things... And also now they are saying my tensioner bolt is missing and sound comming from engine. When i give them my vechile it was not missing. So plese take action and clear my complaints

                              In Jupiter grand there is a gap belov head light between joints.
                              I visit so many time vardhman TV's motors vyasvadi, they unable to solve this problem and say it's company fault..

                                So i baught a tvs apache rtr 160 4v, 3 months ago. Ever since the bike is giving problems to me

                                - it is heating up like it will explode someday, which is risky.
                                - its performance is local, not to the mark.
                                - not taking pickup
                                - getting off while running.
                                - faulty tires.

                                I want to raise the complaint as a citizen who trusts on the conaimer court and feels that the issue will be resolved.
                                I need a replacement for the bike asap as this is not a newly purchased bike should run.

                                If not sorted, this issue will be raised big time to media.

                                  Last monday i reached out to the anna motor for servicing my scooty streak. I them about 2 complaints, that is about a missing problem when running and about seat base. And also i told them to do general check-up and water service. They told me that they will handover the scooty on tuesday 5pm. As there is more that 25km from my home to the service center i called them at 5 30pm in order to know the current status. They told me that the scooty is not ready and they didn't even inform me the service is late and i don't need to come. They were trying to make a fool of me by reaching there and coming back with no use other than spending my bus charge. Then i reached on friday to pickup the scooty still they didn't do the water service. I sat there and told them to do it. Then i brought the vehicle back home. At start i felt a problem to tye scooty but i thought it was because of the water service and the because of the engine is cool. But in the evening when i took the vehicle again to ho for a function the vehicle was not moving as it was before. It is not climbing the hills and too much noice is spreading out from it now. When it is slow down to over come a hump and then o accelerate it the scooty is not moving as it needs to give half the accelerator to maintain acceleration. I called them and told the problem then they say that it is their mistake that even within these time they did not done a test drive. So theybtold me to reach there againg so they could solve the issue. Then i reached there today and when reached they are saying it is not their mistake. They will not fo anything, if i want to solve the problem that they created i need to pay more money. Which means they are solving the issues of their costumers and creating new to make money. They are also charging money in the name of labor charge. More than half of the money were of labour charges.

                                    Have given my tvs jupiter for servicing in power wings tvs, vapi.in the starting it was working properly but afterwards i have noticed that oil is leaking from the engine also the battery terminal is not fitted properly, the self start is also not working properly. Also they have change the battery terminal holder. I have also informed this matter to the manager of the power wings showroom but still i didn't receive any response from there side.

                                    Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest and take necessary action against the service center!!

                                      I purchased tvs ntorq from the authorised dealer safa tvs, safa building, thrithala road, koottanad-679533 on 12th sept 2018.

                                      Its only been 6 months and has crossed just 2000 kms. I had been facing starting problem after the first service. I complainted in the service centre, they came and replaced the choke and guaranted it will never happen. Within 2 week another problem occured, engine stops in the middle of traffic when we slow down the accelerator. Its embarrassing for a new vehicle to turn off in public places and not working even after kick start.

                                      Still the starting problem has not been resolved. Totally dissatisfied with your vehicle and not getting proper service from the service provider.

                                      I kindly request you to resolve the problem or else to replace this scooter as soon as possible.
                                      TVS Motor Company customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
