I got jupiter classic on condition it will passed tomorrow on 10 feb,
They told me tomorrow, max the day after passing will held but still showroom did not do anything i suffered from them they mentally distracted me
Till date not paas my vehicle because of that i could not drive on road
I should suggest you that doesn't buy or any transaction by this showroom i e gangatori tvs nanded maharashtra

    What a horrible service from the vishnu tvs dealer, coimbatore.
    I bought a tvs scooty pep from vishnu tvs, coimbatore.
    Took the delivery at 7 in the evening on 14 feb 2019.
    Next day in the daylight when i saw the vehicle saw damages to the body in the front and side under.
    Took back the vehicle on 19 feb 2019 for rto registration purpose. Handed over the vehicle to mr. Sakthy and informed him about the damages. He assured that the parts would be replaced and delivered to me on the evening on 20 feb 2019.
    I went back for collecting my vehicle on 20 feb 2019 evening at 6pm. I found the damaged parts were not replaced. Escalated the issue with mr. Arun (Sales supervisor i guess). He again assured me that he would replace the parts and delivery the vehicle at my home on 22 feb 2019.
    To my surprise he calls me at 7:20 in the evening on 22 feb 2019 and checks with me if i was ckmkng over to collect the vehicle. I reminded him that he had promised to deliver the vehicle to my home. He agreed to it and said he would delivery in short time.

    I waited till 8:20 pm, and called back mr. Arun to check the status. He did not pick the call. He called me back after few minutes anx said that the vehicle was not yet ready, and promised me to deliver tomorrow by 10:00 am.

    I am sure your vishnu tvs does not take his customers seriously.

    I hope the management takes appropriate actions and get my vehicle delivered to me tomorrow.

      I bought tvs ntorq before 6 months yesterday went for 3rd servicing having the same issues as i faced for last 2 servicing. There is always a problem after i get my bike serviced from sai baba tvs pimpri, pune, maharashtra. The bike never starts after servicing. I have to visit at least 6 times after 1 service for which they never make a new challan. Even after yesterday's servicing my bike is not starting. I am a girl and use my bike to go job and the bike stops working while i travel at night what if something happen to me in between. This is the service i am getting and not at all happy with this i want a resolution and don't wanna face this issue again.

        Hi,

        I would like to state a bad experience regarding my car (Mahindra xuv 500) service with (Tvsundram iyengar sons ltd service station near matha hospital, thellakom p. O., m. C. Road, ettumanoor, kottayam
        Kottayam, kerala).
        There was an incident occurred near to my hometown (Pala, kerala) in november - 2018 and due to which some amount of water upto the trye level was marked in the car. And the next day we contacted the service centre and as per their request, the car was towed to the service centre.

        On initial investigation of the car, a cost of rs.20, 000 was estimated for repairs and two weeks later the amount shot up to rs.1.60 lakhs. Since the car was covered under bumper to bumper insurance we actually didn't concern much about the amount. But still, we had a doubt in our mind regarding the estimate because we thought it would be a minor repair as water has not entered into the cabin even. As a layman we believed the service advisor's word that some of the major parts needs to be replaced. Altogether they took 3 months of time for repairing and we were asked to take the delivery of the vehicle on 15-feb-2019.

        At the time of delivery we asked the technician for a test drive and while driving, the steering and brake was vibrating. As we felt something wrong with the car, we asked them for further investigation on the car. When we inspected the platform was filled with mud and water which was not the case when we gave it for service and the whole part started to rust and many parts was detached from the car. It was a shocking experience for my family to see all this. The service technician was not all re to the question we asked. We finally didn't take the car from garage and asked them to repair all those faults which we saw. We also took the photos and videos of the vehicle under this state for a proof.

        Now, still we have questions in our mind which were not answered by the concerned people
        1) how the dirt and mud got accumulated inside the cabin, when the water has not entered the cabin (As per i quoted in the mail). Proofs can be submitted on request.
        2) how confidence can we drive the vehicle since the part started to rust? We are concerned about the safety of the people travelling in the car as vehicle parts started to rust. Visibly we could find this much faults in a time span of 30 minutes. So how can we assure about the internal parts which are not visible to the naked eye.

        I am not going to take up this vehicle at any cost and for which i will move forward with this case to the extend from where i would get a justice. As this should not happen to any other person.

          The above model vehicle no. Mh12qu3364 was delivered on 22/08/2018. The fuel gauge is not indicating correctly since delivered. The complaint has been brought to the notice of your dealer 114/5/6, pushpa heights, next to mhaske petrol pump, alandi road, kalas, pune, maharashtra 411015, many a times but of no avail. They are neither providing complaint register nor attending to replace the same. It is high time to brought to the notice of your knowledge after waiting for six months. Please take immediate action on the dealer under intimation to me.

          I had an issue with my silencer since last six months but the service dealers cannot take any precotionary steps to solve ... So recnelty it got damage and the muffler is given a loud noise .

            Hi,

            I have purchased a new apache160 4v in august. After driving 300 kms my bike front and back disks are giving a squeaking sound. I have done this complaint multiple time during my first, second and third free services. Apart from this couple of times visited the service centre for this issue. Tvs service centre guys in bangalore tells this is not a issue at all. But it is really annoying to drive my brand new bike with such a disgusting sound while braking. Really tvs has to do some thing about it or replace my disc brakes since my 2 wheeler is under warranty. Now am feeling very bad of opting a brand new vehicle from tvs leaving the proven bikes from other brands. Tvs has to do some thing about to resolve my issue.

            Just Missed to add one more point. Part of the TVS logo and RTR embossing is also damaged during my free services.. Please add this also to the complaint, though it is not a major.

              Hi, my name is shantaram revankar from goa, i had purchased rr310 on 16th august 2018 n have ride it around 4000 km. Last week while travelling to my native, the bike went from a small pot hole on the main road of goa to maharashtra...in which the mag wheels got a crack n the air pressure went out in seconds by which i would had a mjor accident, only by gods grace i was saved... I just have to ask the tvs motors company, what kind of mag wheels have ull give for it, in which it has cracked down... Its a risk to our lifes ahead to buy such kind of bikes of tvs in future. When i had called the dealer "thaly motors" after the incident, but they directly told me that i wont get any warranty for it...
              As on my after the incident nor my tyres got damaged, nor my bike got damaged only my rear magwheel got damaged... How?
              Its beacuse of the low quality mag wheels...
              Please sent me i[censored]ll will give me a replaced rear mag wheel under warranty or no..

                The worst motor selling and service centre at thiruvarur. Right from the sales person, manager and supervisors no one is honest in the thiruvarur bharat auto agency. We bought a tvs jupiter during deepavali 2018. It is feb 2019. The complaints on the scooter are not addressed yet. So many phone calls showroom visits, all brought the tension over head. The worst ever showroom service experienced. I am not sure if the tv's company or the bharat agency headquarters is really going to address the irresponsible service provided by the thiruvarur bharat auto agency. There was a scratch in the panel when the jupiter was delivered. After so many follow ups and showroom visits, they changed the panel. But that resulted in breaking the rear light and some other welding scratches on the panel. Shown that to the mechanic and supervisors, they keep on saying that items are ordered. It's been 2 months, no one has responsibly replied on this. It is like a misfortune to buy a bike a thiruvarur bharat auto agency. Tvs is known for their after service. But this appears to be not proving that. Wonder if tvs is aware of this. Very disappointed after purchasing a bike from bharat tv's agency thiruvarur. Worst of worst! We have wasted our time and money visiting this tv's service agency many times. I would appreciate if it will be properly addressed by tvs or bharat auto agency.

                  I m a resident of indore city.. I bought tvs jupiter on 8 july 2018 ie sunday from ahuja tvs a-1 vishnupuri near bhawarkua square a. B. Road indore.. I had asked if the service center would be open on every sunday.. And they said yes.. Then only we took the vehicle.. Bt today when we went, the service center was closed.. And when we asked about the complaint register they didn't gave us.. And said we don't keep complaint register.. All other showrooms in indore or everywhere in india are open on sunday but this showroom was not open.. So it was very unconvinient for me.. So please register my complaint.. And please do take action..

                    Hello sir

                    I had purchased tvs jupiter before 6 month ago, in starting it works good. But now self start not working, and kick also not working.

                    Please solved my issue as soon as possible or replace my scooty if you are not able to find the issue. Please take hard action on it for this critical issue. I choose tvs jupiter classic first time that's was my life biggest mistake i think. If my problem not solved i will give negative reviews by proof so any other person can not choose jupiter

                      We gave our ntorq scooter (Tn07 cr 5981) for first service and after we got delivered from service center my scooter stopped automatically if we accerelate above 40 and they took half an hour to deliver our scooter. Apart from that they dint even sign on the service checklist while delivering the scooter. When we called to complaint center, no response from them

                      Even when we got our new scooter ntorq delivered on jan 16th 2019 at morning 11.30 and they haven't checked the indicators lights were working or not. After the delivery we found out that the indicator wasn't working and we took it to adyar showroom at 1.30pm on the same day, they took two halfhours to fix the indicator and there was no proper response from anyone who were working in the showroom and we were sitting in the corner like an idots without any clue. Again i complained to their customer care service, there was no response after my call.

                      I don't know that because it's a scooter they are not give # about the service or what??? If we would have bought expensive bike from their showroom means i hope they would have given royal service to us.

                      Pleaase take immediate action. Otherwise you will lose loyal customers like us.

I have complaint during servicing about steering is not straight but still they had not taken matter seriously and still steering is not straight. It's dangerous for us in driving.                           Recently brought a tvs ntorq from chickmaglur i ordered is about a week ago i was willing to exchange my old scooter they agreed giving me11000 on the day of booking but on the day of delivery they refused to pay 11k and after long argument they settled for 10k the seals person was so rude on us and after all that battle they gave us the scooter which was not even washed properly it was all derty and it no were looked like a new scooter and try didn't even told any thing about the service and the functions of the scooter and it's almost been a week they not even gave us the tp number too overall it was very bad experience buying your scooter i don't think i would likely suejest any one to buy from them

                            Dear sir, i gave my zest for 4th free service on saturday. They promised to deliver the next day. Then they said there is a problem with washing motor and the bike will be delivered today at 6pm. When we went at 6, the bike was just taken for wash and was delivered only at 6.45pm, after many chase.

                            Only compliant we have was self starter defect. Unfortunately, it wasn't attended. At the show room, we had to kick 8 times to start. When we enquired about it, they said by mistake they didn't attend. I don't know what did they really do for 3 days.

                            The vehicle was bought on 8.2.18. Exactly after 1 year we got into this problem. Varsha says that battery is warranted for 1 year only. Since we have exceeded by few days, we need to pay. It is completely unprofessional and unethical.

                              I had baught bike from harsh tvs yamuna nagar star city+. From the 1st day this bike has jerking problem. When i used to put in 1st gear bike do big jerk. I comlaint too many to tvs agency in yamunanagar. But no body care. I advise everybody dont buy tvs useless bike. These bike tottly waste of money. Once they grab the customer after tht no customer service.

                                Difficult to pay emi
                                Worst app
                                If we go to airtel app doesn't receive money. First they said signature mistake that also they didn't t correct. Every month we are getting bouncing charge. Your app tvs saathi showing our emi finished within april 7. U r doing mistake we are paying bouncing charge. We r private employs searching where to send money that is one big question for us. From first month it started till this problem not solved. Please give us clarification.

                                  I have purchased bike tvs apachee rtr 180 dl12sk6468 in jun end 2017.in one and half year i have changed battery twice one in warranty and other after just warranty. Clutch plate, catora and whole clutch plate assembling part. I have never received average more than 25 km. Also facing starting problem, bike vibrating in between the travel just like puncture. I m not happy with this bike and service centre. I always said same prob but he didn't check but when it convert into paid just completion of warranty he is checking part by part and telling all problem. Please look into the matter

                                  Hey, i visited to the TVS service center industrial area, chandigarh. They said that your break wire is broken and they don't have the break wire. Other parts of the vehicle are also not available there. I have bought my tvs streak 3 years ago. Who is responsible for not having products of the scooty that was launched just 3 years ago?

                                    I purchased apache 200 4v racing edition on last friday and from saturday morning i m getting starting problem in that, i have to use choke before starting and from the front most of the part are not fixed properly, getting sounds while riding, i used choke 3 times per day whenever i started bike in 5-6 hr interval, i already went to showroom twice but they do somethings in the bike, but the problem still i am facing, i want to change my bike or refund my amount, its only 1 week i went to showroom twice, if this type of bike you provided then i don't want to perchase any tvs bikes.
                                    Please look on this as a high priority.

                                      I bought apache rtr 360 three months back.. I've done the first service at 600 kilometers.. Bike's headlight went off while i was travelling at night through heavy traffic at calicurt bypass.. My safety was at risk here. Bike cost was above one lakh rupees.. Such short life parts are kept in a bike which costs more than one lakh.. Is this fair?? After first service bike's break was loose and u had to come back again at the service centre to correct it...
