Difficult to pay emi
Worst app
If we go to airtel app doesn't receive money. First they said signature mistake that also they didn't t correct. Every month we are getting bouncing charge. Your app tvs saathi showing our emi finished within april 7. U r doing mistake we are paying bouncing charge. We r private employs searching where to send money that is one big question for us. From first month it started till this problem not solved. Please give us clarification.

    I have purchased bike tvs apachee rtr 180 dl12sk6468 in jun end 2017.in one and half year i have changed battery twice one in warranty and other after just warranty. Clutch plate, catora and whole clutch plate assembling part. I have never received average more than 25 km. Also facing starting problem, bike vibrating in between the travel just like puncture. I m not happy with this bike and service centre. I always said same prob but he didn't check but when it convert into paid just completion of warranty he is checking part by part and telling all problem. Please look into the matter

    Hey, i visited to the TVS service center industrial area, chandigarh. They said that your break wire is broken and they don't have the break wire. Other parts of the vehicle are also not available there. I have bought my tvs streak 3 years ago. Who is responsible for not having products of the scooty that was launched just 3 years ago?

      I purchased apache 200 4v racing edition on last friday and from saturday morning i m getting starting problem in that, i have to use choke before starting and from the front most of the part are not fixed properly, getting sounds while riding, i used choke 3 times per day whenever i started bike in 5-6 hr interval, i already went to showroom twice but they do somethings in the bike, but the problem still i am facing, i want to change my bike or refund my amount, its only 1 week i went to showroom twice, if this type of bike you provided then i don't want to perchase any tvs bikes.
      Please look on this as a high priority.

        I bought apache rtr 360 three months back.. I've done the first service at 600 kilometers.. Bike's headlight went off while i was travelling at night through heavy traffic at calicurt bypass.. My safety was at risk here. Bike cost was above one lakh rupees.. Such short life parts are kept in a bike which costs more than one lakh.. Is this fair?? After first service bike's break was loose and u had to come back again at the service centre to correct it...

          Hello, i had bought a new tvs n-torq 125 on jan 10th 2019 from sona tvs mysore. I had drove for 650 kms when i noticed fuel leaking from the outlet provided near the kick start pedal. I immediately got the bike to access motors, ramamurthy nagar bangalore for servicing on 26th january. I had told the technicians the issue and they advised me not to worry about the leaking n it will be resolved. Exactly 10 days or 100 kms after service i have again started to face the fuel leaking issue. This is a new bike and i regret buying it cause of the fuel leaking problems. I’m requesting you to either resolve the issue or give me a full refund on my bike.

I paid 2900rs for various spare parts change... Today afternoon i received my bike they said everything is ok... But again from today evening my bike is not working.. Same starting problem...             purchased TVS Pept matte BSVI on 13-12-20. From Surya dealer Pavurchatram near Tenkasi.
            Right from the date of purchase, I fed up with your product with "starting trouble".
            I used to go to the dealer. He used to do something and charge fees. Cable wire changed, dislary water changed injecter changed and paid money for each occasion . Now he says electric starter to be changed.
            In page 16 of service Guide, it is clearly mentioned that such type of things will be looked into, if happened within 2 two years.
            Many times I ashamed with your product in the middle of the road.
            Kindly issue necessary direction to your agent Surya pavurchatram Tenkasi district to replace the Electric starter at free of cost urgently.

              I have obtained a brand new tvs wego and i have given the bike for service as the handle bar and wheel are not aligned.

              The service centre is kept the vehicle for more than three days and are not responding with the status or returned my vehicle.

              I have raised a grievance directly with tvs customer support and reference are tvs-gr[protected]. No one has even contacted me from tvs

                I had purchased rr310 in 17-may-2018, starting day itself i was keep on complaing about front disc sounds., service mechanic simply says every rr310 have same problem..2 free services were done but no change in my bike.. I was facing a lot of problems... On 04-jan-2019 i gave bike to service centre.. They said they changed new clutch wire 750rs, nd said changed disc pads as they were in warranty.. But im not sure wether they changed or not.. Wen i asked invoice for disc pads they say its in warranty so they wont provide invoice bill for that... How come thet say like this... They charged service charge 250rs for changing clutch wire amd also charged another 250rs for changing disc pads... How come tvs can charge mutiple service charge charge for one bike for changing parts... Please help me in this issue... If you cannot help... I will surely proceed legally for this issue...

                  I have buy jupiter scooty. After 15 days it seem that it has problem to start when i contact to shop they said that i have to contact service centre... When i reached to service centre they took my vehicle for 2 or 3 days and repair it but problem again arise and i agin go to service centre of tvs shaw moters halisahar on of the bad service centre of tvs... This time they said that one of realy is not working... I have to left my vehicle for 1 week because they have not realy... At i am tired and decided to file a complaint in consumers forum court.

                      It has been 1 and a half month since I bought apache 200 non abs. Nearly 2 weeks backs I noticed that my front tyre air is getting decreased in every 2-3 days. Then I finally noticed that there in a bump in my front alloy wheel.
                      I contacted my showroom from where I purchased the vehicle. They got my rim replaced after few excuses given by them that it must have been my fault.
                      There is no way that it can bend so easily that too without an accident or any such thing. But in actual there was not even a scratch on the rim which leads to manufacturing defect.
                      Now though the showroom have replaced the rim but took service charge from me saying that they don't have the facility to get it done and that I will have to bear the charges since they are getting it done from outside somewhere.
                      What is free service in first year for?
                      Secondly the rim which they have replaced has no TVS badging/sticker which was in the rim earlier. One cannot recognize whether it is genuine or not. If I ask anything, they have same statement to give "company has only provided us the parts in such a way". Is it so? If at the first place the rim had TVS badging then why not now since it is coming from company itself.
                      Please work on my problem and come up with a possible solution suggested below.
                      1.I need you to help me find out if the replaced rim is genuine.
                      2.Please get the sticker/'TVS racing' badging or a replacement rim/alloy wheel with this TVS badging already on it.

                      I am attaching the pictures of the rim with the bump.
                      The tyre replaced without badging.
                      Other invoices such as purchase one and service charge one for replacing rim.

                          I bought apache rtr 160 4v on 11th june 2018 in the name of m. Sridhar. Vehicle number : tn48 ak 1433.in trichy sriraj tvs. I told them in 1st service to rectify my back disk breaking noise and self start button didn't work properly bt after i complete 3rd service still the problem didn't rectify. Now front disk also have braking noise. I need to rectify my problem immediately or change two disks, or else i surrender my bike to showroom. Coz its sound like a old vehicle and self start didn't work properly in emergency times its totally disappointed. Try to solve this problem, is too annoying.

                            Registered a grievance (Tvs-gr[protected] for below issue on 12-jan-2018 but yet to receive a call back.

                            Myself sathish, i bought a tvs jupiter from "kamakshi motors, chennai-600011" in the month of aug '18 (Details in attachment)

                            The on-road price was rs.65, 345
                            The ex. Showroom price mentioned: rs.54, 387

                            The road tax which is 8% of ex. Showroom price in tamil nadu would come around rs.4351, but the amount collected from me was rs.6, 081

                            The receipt amount mentioned in the insurance was rs.1, 230 bu the amount collected from me was rs.2, 027

                            I have attached required supporting documents with this email

                            In this regards could you clarify the below

                            1) why was the road tax collected from me was greater than actual?
                            2) why was the insurance amount collected from me was greater than the actual?
                            3) additional accessories amount collected from me was rs. 2, 750. Could you give me break up for each of the below accessories
                            1. R. V. Mirror 1 to 2 nos
                            2. Front & rear no. Plate with painting
                            3. Foot rest
                            4. Front bumber
                            5. Rear bumber
                            6. Mat
                            7. Side stand
                            8. Indicator buzzer

                              Tvs jupiter i took 5 months before till now there is no mileage upgrade in the scooter, now presently i only getting 35 to 36 km/ltr. Which is unsatisfied as per the company data it will give almost 65 km/ltr, now i only getting 36km/ltr which is half off company said milage, as mien 2service is over, service people say it i'll get set after engine set, till now there is no improvement i ran almost 2848 km..

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                We bought a tvs jupiter zx scooter for my wife on 15.09.18 from dhiraa motors, no. 69, arcot road, virugambakkam, ch-92. Now the vehicle is hardly four and half months old.
                                Within 2 to 3 weeks of buying, self (Button) start was not working in the new vehicle.
                                We addressed this issue to dhiraa motors during first service in the first month. At the time of returning back the vehicle, they said battery charge was low, they have charged the battery now and it is working fine.
                                We were wondering how come a battery charge will come down so drastically that too in a new vehicle?
                                Then, again after 2 to 3 weeks, we had the same issue and left the vehicle at dhiraa motors for rectification.
                                This time, at the time of returning the vehicle, they said, connection to battery charger was loose, they have tightened the same and its working fine.
                                We were not convinced but accepted the same.
                                Then, again after 2 to 3 weeks, we had the same issue and taken the vehicle to dhiraa motors.
                                This time, at the time of returning the vehicle, they said, coil required to charge the battery was found to be defective, they have replaced it and its working fine now.
                                We had to accept the same because we were left with no option.
                                Then, again after 2 to 3 weeks, we had the same issue of self-start not working and taken the vehicle to dhiraa motors.
                                This time, at the time of returning the vehicle, they said all the electrical connections inside were loose, they have tightened everything and its working fine now.
                                See the plight of the customer.
                                Then, again after 2 to 3 weeks, we had the same issue last week. We left the vehicle at dhiraa motors for correction this week and they have returned the vehicle yesterday.
                                This time, they said everything was found to be ok and they are also wondering why this is happening again and again and came out with a classic comment that vehicle had run for only 1500km in 5 months time and hence asking us to increase the usage of the vehicle. We are really astonished.
                                Had they told us at the time of buying this vehicle that vehicle should run for a minimum of so many kilometers in a day or otherwise we will have issues, we would not have bought this vehicle at all and would have gone for some other make. Want to know from tvs whether any such clause is applicable for your vehicles?
                                This time also, we are not confident that issue has been resolved permanently since they have not done anything this time except charging the battery.
                                We have very high regards on tvs motors and that is the reason for us to go for tvs bikes. Prior to this vehicle, she was using tvs scooty streak for your information.
                                We are suspecting that they are hiding the facts.
                                Hence, need your intervention to resolve this issue once for all.
                                Expecting a favourable and a quick revert with a solution from your side.

I have given my Jupitar for service on 30/1/2019 mention all my problame that not working salf start, humming problame and regular chack up. They check all out side of body of Jupitar at the time of receive my scooter.
                                  After given in service in two hours phone received that service complete. I have ask them that their is starting problame and humming problame check it properly...

                                    The very first time wen battery went off in the 4th month the service center guys charged it and again it went off they did the second charging then in two days it repeated

                                    The tvs service manager then sent the battery to some service center on 3rd of jan -19, still now i have not received the battery yet

                                    The funny part is after second charging the service center technician certified the battery cannot be used more as it is dead. After a week they gave me a old other battery saying that it is an replacement as your battery is not working and cannot be used.. That battery was also not working in the bike the technician and the manager certified the same,

                                    Again they sent the 2 battery to the service center back, now today they called me informed that the number 1 battery of mine they have found ok after repair and they will give me the same.

                                    Then after the complain they called me after few days they told me that your bike has got some problem not the battery.. Hahahahaa...

                                    The other joke with me is i called the customer care number for the complaint the first 3 time the customer care executive disconnected the call the other person said we will take your complaint and forward to concern and i will get some complain number but still i did not got any number 😀

                                    Today again i have complaint and have some complaint number.

                                    Before i use to feel namma tvs company indian make plus tamil nadu prod - i have 4 tvs bike for 1 person, but now i just hate he tvs company a lot
