Almost 17 days they hand over my tvs jupiter and still my complaint are not solve...
This happen 3-4 time...
When ever i give jupter for service or compaint any issue on that they almost take 1-2 weeks mini to resolve the issue and still when they hand over to me issues are same.. Not even solve my break issue...

I have purchased tvs victor on 10th july 2018

Within 5 months from purchase my victor stops working in mid highway.

I have called number of time to service centre but they didn't respond positively

After number of follow-up they have taken victor to service centre in next day

After repairing of victor they give me back without explaining...

I made my jupiter free service from mohan auto industries pvt. Ltd., kolhapur.
They are taken amount rs. 315/- of changing oil and another rs.20/- taken as consumable charges. I discuss with company service manager he told me we are given you job card, using stationery, given free washing, using oil for nuts. But i am not satisfied his answer. If company given free service under warranty why dealers taken consumable charges....

I ordered 1 pc tvs flame bike carburetor from pee patel tractor freeganj ujjain for that i gave advance amount of rs.1000/-. Sales representative told me that we will arrange this part in 20-25 days. I ordered on 17/10/2018 and today on 08/12/2018, advance amount refunded to me after 1 month, 20 days. Answer given that company stopped manufacturing for that particular part....

I bought my tvs apache 200 on 4th may 2018 and those # didn't gave me all the documents of it. Whenever i went there to enquire they just ignored me all said me to come tomorrow. *. Whasing facility not available during two wheeler service.
*. Service staff are not be present on service time duration.

Vibration while pickup from 0 which was not there..

Also once reach to speed of 40 there is a vibration like sumthing is rubbing. This is since i bought the jupiter even after several complaints still not resolved by any service center.

Seriously this is very frustrating for me.....

I am having starting problem from day one and writing this after having multiple visits to service center without getting my problem addressed. Left my vehicle to service center more than 10 days during last 4 visits, yet having the problem unaddressed. Service center keeps the bike unless queried and not sure if they really attempt to solve problem.

My name is md rahmatullah, i bought a tvs ntorq scooty from shaw wheels baguihati kolkata. The salesman told me they will done my c/f in one month but till now my c/f not done.
Before one week i called to the salesman and hoe told me my c/f will done on 8th to 10th december 2018 but yesterday i called him he told me my c/f will done end of the december.
The salesman just give me date and then postpond...

They assured me that the required spares will be available within a week but it's more than month and i am not getting any positive response from them.
