Actually I purchased tvs. Ntorq on may 17 by December 17 the self didn't took bcoz of battery drain...they said for battery replacement I took 10 -15 days but.tday I went to showroom bcoz 12 days over ..but still they r not responding properly I dono .worst experience I had with tvs

      I have given my tvs jupiter (Dl8s cc1287) on 22nd nov 2018 for insurance at your tvs mangolpuri center. It was almost a month that my jupiter was at your center. Insurance was already approved by the insurance company. Mr. Vicky the agent is handling my scooty over there. When i am calling he said that will give your scooty after 4days, after a week... And so on.. Now i called today and spoke to vicky about my scooty then he said he will let me know tomorrow.. Is this type of service you are giving to your customer and harassing them for the same. I have scooty but i can't use because of you people. And for that i want compensation for the same.. And also i want my scooty back within 2days.

        Hi i have took ma new tvs ntorq at ambattur svs tvs motor on[protected] i had very worst experience about it they jus delivered only my bike not even a number plate attached to it and i asked for service book they said me to collect on Saturday if i called for asking ma documents they are nt picking ma call also svs tvs jus irritated me much ...i came here by my friend reference here after i wont prefer this svs anymore to anyone tq fr this worst experience..

          I had left my scooter for servicing @ hbr service station, meghdoot motors bangalore on 20-12-18. There was an issue with the idle jet which had been blocked. I requested the service crew to clean the jet when cleaning the carburetor. The guy said, it cannot be cleaned i need to replace a new carburetor which will cost me rs 3000/- and above. When i protested and refused to submit myself to exploitation, he had done some servicing and the bill was rs 1070/-

            My name is martin thomas. I bought an apache rtr 2004v on 22 may 2018. I am doing all my services through authorised service centres. But at 2500 kilometers both the chain and sproket is damaged. But the problem is considered by your dealers after almost 8000 kilometers. Rear wheel bearings and chain bearings are replaced due to complaint. The sevice centre mechanics told me it is because of manufacturing defect. My clutch cable is broken when i was riding my bike and it caused a serious accident and injuries. I never heard such an incident before. Afterthat my ctuch plate and pressure plate become damaged at 11000 km. Dealers told me it is also a result of manufacturing defect. I need a replacement of product. Otherwise i will file a complaint against tvs motors in consumer court. Because your customer care executives told me to do so.

            Your staff including security guard, is not available at the office or service station on 2:20 pm.i. know its lunch break but staffs are have to carry their lunch box to office.like other office.like me more other customers are disappointed about this kind of problems.so i want atleast the guard have to stay in the office.

              Hi,
              I have been struggling with issues related to vehicle performance, vehicle body issue and substandard accessories. The dealer staff along with mr. Praveen have been turning down my concerns since 8th day i have started complaining. Praveen who is territory manager, has literally been disconnecting my called after the first. And no reply for my email.

              The vehicle has been not performing well soon after 8 to 10 days of its purchase. There has been noise in the body in movement, head lamp dome has some black melt down residue, jerk in the acceleration, accessories are all amateur low grade finish, substandard and moreover the fiber body under the dashboard above foot rust look like a 2nd hand and fixed somehow that is coming out misplaced, challenge mileage if crosses 20 kmpl, shock sound even in a small pothole whereas it’s a 12 inch wheel, all were noticed one after the other in 2 months time, i did mention these to sales person during the delivery and at every point but they said “you don’t worry sir, that is not a problem we will address and fix them, we are here to help you in the service”. Since i did not get a satisfactory response from person in contact at arunagiri, this caused me to delay the first service as well. But then the same issues were reported to the prakruti service center, mekhri, the vehicle was just given to us eod saying everything is fixed but dome is not available for that i will have to leave the vehicle once again for a whole day. By the time i reach home, i found vehicle was all the same as before service, but later on after around 4-5 days screws and bolts started missing from the vehicle, i found them to be loose and falling out. I one again reported the issues to the arunagiri sales person who promised me 200% quality and support at the time of purchase, the service engineer advices me to pay the amount for the dome as its is damaged. I lost my patience and had to argue with the sales and service manager. Both promised me 100% assurance of giving me a best quality looking and performing vehicle, but after keeping the vehicle for 3 complete days, the vehicle still looks the same it is just that they have slightly tightened few of the inner parts, washed and opened the dome to clean the residue. Whereas they had promised me of replacing the accessories, dome dashboard body and to give me a written attested note from a tvs engineer/manager saying pakka true qa certified vehicle to be safe and suitable for the ladies to ride and to pick and drop kids as wanted by me.

              Do i have to suffer after buying a substandard product, am i wrong in looking at the safety of my family and buying a brand new vehicle paying in full cash, emotions apart, but still i wish to say i am not demanding anything more than what i have paid for. I want a standard good fine piece of vehicle that is coming out of a showroom. I have seen read about wego, only then i have purchased and suggested to my friends, but unfortunately their vehicle is a class and really fascinating looks and solid performance difference is that its is from kubera motors.

              I retreat i should not have thought of indian make, and never never would have dealt with tvs atleast.

                  I have been giving my bike for servicing at shanti tvs (Chilkalguda, secunderabad) from past 6 months. At the very 1st month at shanti tvs, when it was third free service i have been telling them that there is noise in the handle which is coming from cone set, asking them to replace it. Mechanic at the service center told that it was loose once the servicing is done he will fix it. However after 2 days there is a noise in the handle again. I went back and asked them to replace and they said to come later as there are other bikes. I thought i can do this for next service and took my bike again for fourth time and guess what again they ignored and did a normal servicing without having a look at handle cone set. As this shanti tvs was near by my home i was giving my bike for service there, while in this process my disc brake was not working and i had to take my bike for servicing for fifth and last free service requesting them to change cone set of the handle and oil in disc brake. For my surprise even after so many request they dint even bothered to look at it and did a normal servicing. I never thought a brand like tvs will have such pathetic customer service, i just want my bike to be serviced properly, coke set and disc brake oil needs to be replaced. Just because it is a cost to the company in free service you cannot ignore issues like this, what is the purpose of free service when parts of the bike which are covered in warranty is not replaced or repaired. I am really disappointed with this service i want someone from tvs to contact me and get this fixed asap.

                    My name is debendra nath roy, i am 80 yers ages senor citizen. I had purchased a scooty zest (Or 05 ak 3443) on 11th aug 2018 from your authorized dealer sai durga motors, cuttack, odisha. It's been almost five months i am yet to receive rc book and smart card though money for the same had been deposited long back.

                    I had visited your authorized dealer point many a times.in december itself i visited thrice (5th, 10th, 21st). Every time i inquire about my rc book the sales team gives me a lame excuse like they have already informed the rto agent, the rc particular & smart card was sent but it came back undelivered and it will take some more time. I would like to inform you all that the sub post office of our area is in my locality kazibazar and the sub post office is given in rent at my residence only. So how it would be possible that the packet went back undelivered!!!???

                    On 10th dec'18 i met mr. Santosh at the sai durga dealer point who assured me that he will get back to me within 48 hours with all the details and pod details.

                    Does it take 5 months to finish the paper work at rto and send me the rc papers???

                    I don't know if any one will listen to me or all my requests will fall into deaf ears??

                      I have given my bike tvs wego for service to std motors pattukkottai dated on 10 december 2018 11:30 am and they committed the delivery date 14 december 2018 5:00 pm. The bike given to mr. Karthik. Till date there is no update and not delivered the bike. If i call the contact number which is given in the receipt, no one picks up. I went to the service center 3 times and bike is not ready.
                      The reason they told me that,
                      My 1st visit: (16 december 2018)
                      Sorry we forgot to do service your bike.
                      My second visit: (23 december 201):
                      They told me that the spare part self motor is not available in our service center we are awaiting for that and they committed again 24 december 2018 12:00 pm. Till now i do not receive my bike.

                      Note: they took me rs.2000/- as an advance and noted in delivery receipt without cash receipt.

                      I requesting you to please check your service centres and help your customer to keep confidence on tvs.

                        But within one year battery got exhausted. As per advices from your authorised service centre i did replacement with new one and within 20 days ig also got exhausted.
                        Your service provide are not answering and not providing solution for this. I bought it from vadodara town gujarat.

                          The engine idling is automatically low and high continually and also automatically off the engine. After first start the idlin g is normal while go for a long drive the engine idling is low or high and unexpectedly the egine is off. If we increasing the idling at the carburetor side at the same time go for a ride and rest bike in place the idling is automatically high

                                I give my bike to service 1week back still i didn't get any calls from tvs service department. When i call them my self they telling me that part have to come we put order 15days back. When i call them then there are telling me. After that today i called my self then they telling your bike ready but supervisor telling wait i check and call you back still they didn't call me.
                                Now service is became like a vast worst.
                                "service is worst and all supervisor don't have to fowllow-up they irresponsible"

                                  I’m gaurav rawat buyer of tvs apache 200cc, 4v 2.0 race edition. (Dl3sea9635) i purchased this bike from ahinsa tvs, devli, khanpur three months ago & quite dissatisfied with the services i’m getting hence writing my issues as below:

                                  1. I faced battery issues from day 1 & thus raised a complaint for the same. I got it changed new battry (Within 1 month of purchase) from ahinsa tvs okhla service center. They replaced battery and gave a new battery a week back from today and i faced the similar issue even today while starting the bike.

                                  2. As this bike is without kick model and if battery dies, it doesn’t start automatically and thus we have to pull our lungs out it to get it started.

                                  3. Also, when i faced this issue i called tvs team to seek help from tvs roadside assistant and the executive over phone assured that i’ll get a call back from the tvs roadside assistant mechanic in next 5 minutes but to my surprise i haven’t got a call back even yet. I had to ask help from others to get it aside the road and then had to take a cab to office.

                                  I’ve faced this issue several times now and getting into troubles like reaching office late every other day, missing deadlines etc. This bike has become more of a pain than a relief rather and has become an addition to my stress list now.
                                  I would rather be very clear here this time, as i don’t have any more capability or time to visit your service centre or call and waste my time for the same issues again.

                                  Would appreciate if you can fix this issue asap, else i wouldn’t be hesitant to take legal actions to get this sorted.

                                    I am manikandan from virudhachalam, i have been purchased tvs xl -100 in sri krishna motors 197, cuddalore road, virudhachalam. Cuddalore, tamil nadu, india pin code - 606001. Yesterday[protected] my vehicle was repair, i was put on the service center, they serviced my vehicle, after 13kmh driving my vehicle is repaired again, i was paid for rs.950. I taken my vehicle from service center been one hour more it was starting trouble and again i did complaint with service center they did not give the correct response to me. Again they asked service charge to me. I called with branch manager, he is also not given correct response. His manager name is murugavel and his mobile number is +91-[protected]. When you will read my complaint, kindly take sever action to that service center. They never do proper service to customer.
                                    If they are doing like continue tvs company name will spoil.

                                      On15.12.2018, no. Ap21al5966 at indubaala service centre, nacharam, hyderabad - 500076, still not yet delivered my vehicle they are asking for cash that too without providing computer generated invoice. If i ask them seriously they are saying some other reasons and giving normal manual bill. While i'm paying through credit card, they are saying swiping mission is not working and they do not have paytm also. What is all these nonsense everytime i am facing problem with this service centre. That too not satisfied with their servicing. Please take serious action about the person's working over there. Even though i am not satisfied with their services but again and again i'm coming for the servicing due to by the name of tvs company. And these people are spoiling the good will of this company.

                                      To put my TVS vehicle in insurance, I went to TVS's Sourum, but the employee did not give me the same answer. And every day it says, come tomorrow, I do not have time right now.
