I purchased apachi 160 4v on sep 2018. On 1st jan 2019 my bike engine ceased due to valve bolt loosened and strukc into gearbox. The bike runs just 2400 kms only. I left my bike in tvs showroom at hosur. And they told me to service the engine but i'm not interested ti service the new engine within four month of purchse. So i would like get refund of my money or new bike or new engine endorwed with my rc.

Actualy this bike was purchased in fhe name of my brother Mr.sakthi. becoz I already bought tvs xl 100 in my name for business. hence tvs credit service told only one loan avail at a time for one customer so I got this in my brother name.

    I gave my vehicle tvs zest 110 for its first free servicing on 6th jan 2019. The service center informed that various things were needed to be done on my scooty which included oil change, engine flush and b. Coating (This one was performed without my permission). I was being informed that all the charges totaled to a sum of rs. 750. The charges for engine flush and gear oil were not being told to me and i was told that these services were compulsory.
    When i went to receive my vehicle the receptionist and boy in charge of servicing acted rudely with my dad and were pushing all the blames on me.

    According to my information all these services should not have costed more than rs 500

      Hello just tell me about engine oil charges 12grams oil charge us 650 and also charge balancing of front and back tyre and ur service executive always charge motor chain washing i dont think someone take chains washing and balancing charges and washing of the bike is very poor shamefull service when i told executive they always not talk in good manner and washing of the bike not good i m not satisfy with overall things like charges and service when anyone pay somthing for it atleast he want satisfy and worth of it but now my case this thing not happen so reslove this asap for more information call me at [protected] and when i told service incharge i will complaint this and they said do whatever you want to do i m not afraid so very poor and shameless service and people thankyou.. Hope u will resolve my query as soon..

        In trijal motors, marathalli i gave my bike for service. They took 3days for service and the bill i got after 3 days 6232/- rupees and i personally called them to ask the delivery time. After paying that much money still the problem exists. Service also not good, bad explanation about the charges. They are charging for each service seperate and general service seperate. Bad service.

          In tvs service centre the oil printed rate is 270 and they charged 290 from all customer .this is very wrong things and take action they doing wrong please take action seriously they told me the stock of oil is more so firststlly they removed old stock this is very bad..

            Hello,

            Today 5th january, 2019 i have serviced my tvs aapche rtr 200 in a service centre in pune. (The shelar tvs, bhelkenagar, kothrud, pune, maharashtra 411038). I had really bad experience over there.

            I will explain the incident in detail, these guys were continuously calling and messaging me to come to service. They said we have facility of express servicing which will give your bike in just 2 hours. So i went today in the morning 8 am so that i can get express service as explain to me over the call by their representative. I was the first customer who came that early there. Then they took about half an hour to make my job card. Now after that when i asked them what is the expected delivery time they told me to come at 1pm. I said i am the first customer today and i am giving my bike for express servicing why will it take so much time. Then representative said express is available only for unpaid servicing.

            If its only for unpaid servicing where to much work is not there, then why company is doing false advertising?

            Then another representative interrupted me and said ok we will give at 11.30am. They took all the queries and given me rough estimate that it will cost near about 2000 rs. While writing he said our boy will call and ask if there is any problem in break pad, spark plus or air filter and will take permission from me to replace it.

            I came home and i got a call from service centre saying your break pad and air filter needs to be changed. I asked them how much will it cost, he added 500/- i said don't change air filter only change break pad, and how much will that cost he added first 300 then 350. I said even that also i don't want to do. Discussion ended here.

            Then i went to pick up my bike at near about 1pm, because i know these guys always take 1-2 hours extra god knows why? When i checked the bill i was shocked they have added break pad replacement charges as 300 rs. I said i haven't said to do it. Then representative came and said these are only consumable charges for polishing and oiling the old one. Now if new one is coming at 300 rs how come the old one is taking this much amount to just refresh. Then he added charges for replacing and polishing the new one is same. I was lie what? Here i found something fishy.

            I asked the representative then why on bill it is mentioned as charges for replacing if i haven't done it. He said its printing mistake. I will correct it and he changed it with pen to consumable charges. These guys are really sharp as they don't show you the actual bill before you pay so that they can apply anything they want and then explain it in some terms which you won't understand.

            I said, you are already taking 400 rs charge as labour charges then why this extra charges for break pads cleaning, he added this is like this only. He was unable to answer my questions.

            Then i went to his boss, he was the most rude person. He started talking in high tone with me and yelling that you are not understanding the things and all. So just to reconfirm i asked him just tell me charges for replacing the break pads if 300 is only for polishing the old one. To my shock he added 600rs. This guys are taking any amount which comes to their mind like anything. Then i said him that your representative told me it cost only 300. He said i don't know that this is the cost what i am saying. Again i asked what is for air filter then, he added 400. Another shock.

            These guys are robbing the people with whatever amount comes in their mind and justifying them by telling some foolish tings and work. They don't have any respect for customers coming to them. They are doing this but tvs company's name they putting down. I will not recommend anyone to go for tvs if this the situation of your service centres. Like literally they are robbing.

            You should have to publish the actual rates of every part on a portal or something so that one can refer and check.

            And after paying the bill i asked them to give me key of my bike he said its not ready yet. I said give it to me in whatever condition it is. It was 1.30 pm at that time.

              Just been 6 months of purchase of apache rtr 1604v performance is absolutely not satisfactory. The engine performance is very poor as well in 5 months i came across with gear box issue as well battery seems a light capacity battery has been installed. Byke speedometer is not performing and the worst part is tvs service at akrudi (Sai baba tvs service center) is the quality of service provided by them has been disappointing since i purchase the byke. Got call from service center as tvs apache rtr 1604v battery requires 8 days to deliver as because this is the process of get the things done in their service center.

                I have purchased a new vehicle jan 2017, om sakthi motors, mogapappair west, chennai - 37. My registration no. Tn13h 4788. On june 2018, due to an accident on front portion, i have to completely change my front portion. Even my speedometer was reset. I have taken my vehicle on august 2018. After running for nearly 2364 km in november my engine ceased becasue of low level oil in engine. On verification i was told that the charges to rectify it shall come around rs.10, 000. The recommended oil change of the vehicle is approx. 2500 km. My vehicle got ceased before that itself. Keeping this in mind, i would request the company to rectify the fault with minimum charges.                   I gave serice in my bike at last month.. Tvs service center in coimbatore (Vishnu tvs).. I am not convinced that service... He is asked service amont for before serviced is compared huge amount for after service dargged amount... I am asked after service in spped sencor problem he is not responsed...4 times i am going but my not solved. Service is not comfortable..

                    I brought new tvs jupiter in sri venkateswara agency, rasipuram at 10 months before. But now selt start is not working. I sent to service department. They said battery problem. How could have a battery problem within 10 months. I sent a service before 10 days from now. I couldn't get this. They said battery is not coming. I am totally disappointed with their services. Kindly consider my request.

                      I would like to lodge the complaint against avain auto private limited, baroda as i received the faluty vehicle (Jupiter grand). After getting the vehicle delivered in a week my both tyres get punctured 5 times and when i visited to the deler no one bothered to look in this matters as i received the faulty vehicles and after long conversation and a myriad of visits they are agreed to change only one tyre and they did it and after changing the one tyre with in 7 hours again my tyre get punctured so i visited local tyre shop and he discoverd that air nipple was faulty and he changed it, and to do so i have wasted both a plenty of times and money, and still my front tyre problem remain the same. Please find the attached pertinent video as a reference.
                      If this matter won't be slove asap, i will lodge the legal complaint agints the deler.

                        I am working as a senior section engineer in railways. I have three decades of relationship with TVS. My first bike was samurai followed by Victor and now TVs Jupiter. I had purchased TVs Jupiter 2 years back and the scooter has travelled hardly 12000km. I had carried out all the services and presently I had entered into an AMC with the dealer AKB, Calicut. now after the recent service I experienced heavy jerks from the fork and yesterday I gave my scooter for check up at AKB motors Calicut. Now they told me that ball racer is damaged and has to be replaced. How is that a company boasting about TQM allow to pass an inferior part into its products. I can assure you that my usage of the scooter is less and that too on good roads. My aspiration about TVS has taken a beating. I would appreciate if you could conduct a root cause analysis so that inferior parts do not enter your products. The defective part can be obtained from TVS AKB Calicut dealer for analysis. Hope you would upkeep my faith in TVS.

                            Dear sir,

                            As per the advertisement shown about tvs sport was 95kmpl due to which i had purchase the vehicle in march 2018. But after purchase i came to know that there is much problem in mileage which i m getting is of 45 kmpl to 50 kmpl maximum and every time i visit the service centre after doing the service they are telling that sir this time u will definitely get the average for your vehicle but there is no changes till now as they have already replaced my tank and carborater also but then also issue not resolved.

                            So request you all to kindly look into the matter and also guide me what need to be done further as my only expectation is that is should get the average till 70 kmpl (Not as much as they have shown in their advertisement)

                              Its 4 month now and running 4k
                              It is worst appache 160 4v and after sales is really bad as i had front suspension leak after a month of buying and then got replaced oil sealed twice but the problem is not solved, however i requested them to replace suspension inner tube which was got replaced 10 dec and again 29 december suspension leak so i told my problem to arjun showroom in charge and raju (Naxal) but they have no sampthay towards to customer and said we will see... They just replaced oil selad again on my cost and said everything is fine... Being a customer new bike having same problem still exists and there is no solution from tvs... I heabaly request not to buy this model apache... There is pick up and gixxer 150 is beating this bike... I request consumer care to resolve this problem by replacing whole suspension as it is repeating same problem again and again.

                                I have wego 2012 model brought from kubera motors hsr layout. Never had a ny issues so far, but this time during the service my side mirror and centre stand is broken and when asked they said during the service it got broken and they replaced the side mirror and left the center stand as it is broken and they said it has to be replaced by me.

                                Why i have to replace when this was broken by the engineer.

                                  They replaced left side damage panel with new one, both RH and LH yoke, yoke Patti. Out of this they mention only LH pannel to insurance claim .so claim was settled under value
                                  Now after two month its clearly seen that pannel was not replaced with new one it repair by denting and painting only.
                                  I take opinions of different garages and conferm it.
                                  Please take action and compensate me attachment -: images of damage panel and final bill

                                    Actually I had purchased tvs ntroq scooty before two months but I haven't got my registration number till now agency name is aakash ganga auto mobile hajipur vaishali and also the tv customer supoorts are not responding properly..I had called in tvs customer approx 5 times but they are not respond and solve my problem.

                                      इसमें परेशानी यह है कि इसका स्पीड मीटर 599km पर फस गया था एजेंसी में रिपेयर कर दिया 1Km चलने पर मीटर रीडिंग 600 मीटर दिखता था अब मीटर फिर जाम हो गया है और उसकी हैड लाइट का फोकस भी एक साइड को है जिसकी शिकायत करने पर मैकेनिक बोल रहा है इसका बल्ब बदलना पड़ेगा जबकि यह कम्पनी से फिट होकर आया है ।।
                                      बार कहने पर भी कोई सुनवाई नही हो रही है।
                                      पिछले 30 दिनों से बार बार जाने पर भी मीटर नही बदला गया

                                        Had huge dialoma with 150 to 200 cc after drove the apache came to the conclusion my next bike will be apache, amazing power delivery, braking, ergonomics fully delighted with vechicle i would like to congratulate team for an outstanding performance.

                                        And i have to share worst experience in ramkay tvs adyar chennai bank staff.

                                        Regarding apache 200 v 2.0, enquired with sales person explained the vechicle specification, arranged a test drive.

                                        I'm asking what are finance are available they suggested me 3 + banks for finance specifically asked tvs finance, due to sales person engaged with other customer.

                                        Hdfc bank staff m/s aarthi came and explaining about tenure and interest rate and ip. She conveyed the terms and conditions and after a month, we will give the rc copy

                                        I asked her doubtful? Once hypothecian process are finished rc copy and key surrender to the customer. She asking with the casual kidding manner, "do u know what is rc copy"

                                        Im going to purchase premium segment top end bike. Don't even know what is the rc,

                                        And complaining with sales person she's behaved like this, he said we are not responsible for. She is bank staff, so it will not affect with ramkay tvs

                                        No one should apologize me.

                                        This is the way u behaving with customer. Its not fair. Terrible experience

                                        I'm also working in a same automobile sector and customer satisfaction department in four wheeler segment.in one o[censored]r group companies.

                                        Give me a valuabletraining.

                                        I hope this bad experience will not repeat with another customer,

                                        Hereafter i won't come with ramkay tvs.

                                        Im just heading with japanese automakers.
