Dear sir
I am 73 year old buying your tvs itouch a month ago from vinyaga agencies alandur chennai. I got a call from them for first service and i have given my xl for service. After service the itouch become hard touch. The factory setting is completely changed and i am very much distressed. Take action to make my xl to self starter to the factory setting or replace my xl super. I hope that you can at least reply me.

    I am koteeswaran, last year bought a new TVs entorque and i have been availed free service two times, but last week i planned to avail my 3rd Free service.

    The concern authority said that they didn't have TVs Ntorque synthetic engine oil and they told that to need engine oil visit next week as he told that i have contacted that person regarding the engine oil the same story is continued
    this time also they didn't have engine oil

    So i am very disappointed, almost i am waiting more than 10 days till now my bike not yet serviced.

    Without providing the proper service to the customers then why the are selling the bike.

      Sir,

      I have purchased a tvs jupiter on 17/07/2017 from palakkad. The address of the dealer tvs gurudavahan mobikes, olavakode, chunnamputhara road, chunambuthara, vadakkanthara, palakkad kerala 678001. All free service are over. And done paid service on 10/12/2018. They charged rs 900 and not given any bill for that.

      After the fifth service (Km run10087) the scooter started giving trouble to me. Though vehicle getting started in first kick or electronics start the scoter was getting off while giving accelerator. After so many trail only the scooter start moving. This problem was beyond the tolerance i approached the above service center for remedial action on 16/01/2019. They adjusted something. That time the scooter was trouble free. But today morning onwards the scooter start giving starting trouble. By 1400 hrs. I approached the above service center for correcting the technical lag.

      After waiting some time one person from service center started my vehicle and made a test run and he declared that the vehicle is not having any problem.

      I requested him to check the problem in service center. But he abused me. He further insulted me telling that you’re not using the choke and the choke is stuck. (In fact the choke was okay and my vehicle was not giving any starting trouble up to 16/01/2019). Iam a senior citizen of india and having 40 years technical experience in center government establishment. I am very well aware that some machine may give trouble and take time to solve. The person available in service center was very adamant and decided not giving service to me.in fact my earlier scooter with 1.5 lakh kilometer running not giving any trouble to me and due to fuel efficiency only changed over to tvs.

      I further requested him to check in detail tomorrow as i was required the scooter in night. But he refused to do so. No senior service person was not available for further help. And nobody available in phone also.

      I have written this mail to give the activities of service center. I will try to service the scooter by some other source. If it is not possible i will purchase some other scooter. But this type of insult to an old man is not justified. Three time i have approached the service center to get my problem solved. The behavior not good. It is well known fact without a problem nobody will approach the service centre.

      Waiting for some action at your end to solve my grievances at the earliest.

        Balamurugan automobile (Tvs showroom - vellore) is the worst tvs show room in vellore with "zero" customer service, bought new bike (Jupiter) from this pathetic showroom by paying full cash and regretting very much now, they are cheating by charging 5000 rs to 6000 rs extra in the name of accessories and few other charges, it's been more than a month but my new bike is not registered yet, spoke with the unprofessional executives in the showroom for more than 10+ times in last one week but nothing worked out till now, those useless people will either switch off their mobile or speak with too much arrogance without thinking about the customer, the spare parts were very loose and they were not seem to be a genuine/original spare parts.

        To all the fellow citizens in vellore district who are planning to buy tvs bikes, please read the following points,

        1. Check the prices in other showrooms before selecting this pathetic showroom. The same bike costs 3500 less in kanchipuram district and 5500 to 6000 less in chennai tvs showrooms.
        2. Look the spare parts very carefully and ensure you are there next to them when they fit the spare parts.
        3. Listen carefully when they speak about 5 years insurance which is included in the total cost and those stupid executives will say that we need not pay insurance for next 5 years, but when you come out of the showroom you will come to know that you need to pay the insurance each year again.
        4. They will take 30 to 40 days to register a new bike where other showrooms in chennai does the registration with in 2 days max.
        5. Do not select their stupid tvs insurance as their interest rate is very very high.

        Planning to raise the issue with tvs head office and gonna rip these guys from balamurugan tvs showroom (Vellore) by sharing the pathetic experience in facebook and twitter, so that the general public shouldn't suffer like me. I wanted to give them zero stars but google doesn't allow me to put zero stars. Think wise, because at the end, it's your hard earned money and time.

          Purchased tvs star city bike on 26 oct 2018. Already faced many problem like self start and mileage. Tomorrow suddenly my bike not taken start any way i waste my whole day on road side, nearby showroom doesn't help me. Till now im stuck about this problem. I booked a car to take my bike from road side to my home it waste rs 400 from my wallet. What kind of bike they made which has breakdown within 3 month? Company announced 89 km mileage we can got but according to my calculation i got just 40km per liter petrol. Is it was my wrong choice to buy tvs star city plus?

            Service not on time. Nothing repaired (Clearly mentioned earlier), only washed. Dont have spare parts available (Indicator lights)... Scheduled delivery was 4 to 6 pm... I reached 5pm, they made me wait for more than 1 hour, then started changing engine oil. People r loitering, making jokes, not listening to manager.. Manager is gossiping with lady employees. Overall pathetic experience. I will never visit this centre again.

              I mstr siddharth yashwant marathe, had booked tvs apache rtr 160 4v on 3rd of january in tvs hare krishna showroom mumbai kandivali mahavir nagar and i was promised that i will receive my bike with registered number on 17th of january and the full payment was made on 10th of january and i was also given a confirmation from the showroom on 13th of january that i will recieve my bike 'with number' on 17th and today they are saying that they never said this and i will get my registration number on 22nd of january

                This complaint is made against rs tvs siliguri authorised dealer of tvs vechiles in siliguri dist darjeeling.
                They dont do servicing at all. I have seen this with my own eyes. Normally they will never take any vechiles for servicing after lunch they will tell you to keep your vechile and take it the next day or else come tomorrow. This is a personal experience that i would like to share i went to rs tvs for servicing of my scooty at 10am in the morning and i was 6th in line. The person who was going to check on my scooty took the vechile at the service centre at around 10:30 am and he was not aware of the fact that i was personally present in the waiting room and was watching him. Intially i just complained about the brake they had recorded this in my job card and this guy only looked at the brakes and placed the scooty on the servicing stand for about half and hour and did nothing wss busing talking and fooling around with other employees. Then after sometime he straight away send the vechile for washing without even checking the mobil the air filters and other routine checking that has to be done during a serving. He did not even check whether tires haf enough airvor not. I went straight to him and i told him that you did not even check the air fliter nor the mobil you basically did nothing he got a bit shocked and then he checked the air filter and it was worn off. This means that the filter wss not checked in the previous servicing as well. He changed the filter and did not even bother to look at the mobil. He send the sooty for washing and i received my scooty at 2 pm. This means they took 3 hours to wash the scooty. More over i was undergoing a paid servicing. Worse servicing ever. They will only call you and ask how was the servicing and stuff if you are not satified they will ask you to bring the vechile back tobl the service center and again waste your time.

                    There was an issue with the petrol tank cap of my tvs jupiter. I reported the issue to the manager in charge while in first servicing on sep 18. As per him there was an issue with the petrol tank cap. He suggested me that we can't solve it of the petrol tank cap, so i asked to solve it the petrol tank cap of the scooter. I reported back to the manger, again he told there an issue with the battery and it has been quite a long time i have reported and there is no resolution for the same.

                      There was an issue with the self-start of my tvs jupiter. I reported the issue to the manager in charge while servicing on dec'18. As per him there was an issue with the battery. He suggested for change of the battery, so i agreed to change the battery of the scooter. The showroom took almost 15 days to replace the battery and deliver the vehicle to me. After getting back my vehicle the same issue was faced within 2-3 days, i reported back to the manger, again he told there an issue with the battery and it has been quite a long time i have reported and there is no resolution for the same. It quite frustrating to visit the showroom on daily basis leaving my job and no help is provided by the showroom team to resolve the issue.
                      It has been almost one and half month going to and fro with the showroom. I can’t visit the showroom continuously as it is hampering my job and is totally a headache. The showroom failed to give me resolution in the first attempt, the main reason can be that a new battery has been not provided to me while delivering as promised by the service manager. So i request the team to look into this matter and provide a resolution to this as soon as possible as it is affecting my day to day life.

                        Hello, it's me santhanavelu from ayanavaram. I want to buy a scooter from tvs. I googled for the number of mishri tvs anna nagar and called the number given in the net. A lady picked up the call and i asked her for the details. Since i have quite good knowledge of. 2 wheelers, i found that all of the details she provided me was wrong. Inspite of clearly telling that scooty pep cannot be 110cc and its 85 or 90cc, she was arguing so rude and i requested to transfer the call to someone who knows about the scooters. She was not ready to give the phone to anyone and i sister me to speak with her as she knew everything. I asked her to first speak softly and not to grumble like a person in fish market but she still continued the same and finally i asked for her name to complaint to higher official for which she said she will not tell her name and disconnected the call abruptly. I really don't deserve these kind of cheap response. A strict action needs to be taken on the particular person so that she never does this with any customers. The call was around 6:30 or 6:40pm.                           Very worst after sales service. Stallion dealer mr. Pradip goswami of chandkheda branch sales vehicle by promising good thing. But when i go for free service they always send back. By saying that they are not having time to do service of vehicle.
                          Any afterwords sends message that your free service delay will reject in warranty.

                            I have brought a Tvs Radeon Bike from Choudhary Motors Gurgaon(HR). From first day it has battery issue due to this Self Start Features is not working properly as well as kick is very hard also. I have visited several times at their service Center but they denied some times But on 22 Dec I visited there So finally they agree to change my bike's battery but i did't get my replaced new battery till today they are making excuses to says please wait for few days. Now days i am riding by bike without battery. Nobody take reponsibility Mr Soffik Khan( is the manager of Service & Repair Department of Choudhary Motors.He is also making me fool and also not taking the "Hard kick" issue seriously So please taking some step to sortout my problem.

                                  I purchased apachi 160 4v on sep 2018. On 1st jan 2019 my bike engine ceased due to valve bolt loosened and strukc into gearbox. The bike runs just 2400 kms only. I left my bike in tvs showroom at hosur. And they told me to service the engine but i'm not interested ti service the new engine within four month of purchse. So i would like get refund of my money or new bike or new engine endorwed with my rc.

                                  Actualy this bike was purchased in fhe name of my brother Mr.sakthi. becoz I already bought tvs xl 100 in my name for business. hence tvs credit service told only one loan avail at a time for one customer so I got this in my brother name.

                                    I gave my vehicle tvs zest 110 for its first free servicing on 6th jan 2019. The service center informed that various things were needed to be done on my scooty which included oil change, engine flush and b. Coating (This one was performed without my permission). I was being informed that all the charges totaled to a sum of rs. 750. The charges for engine flush and gear oil were not being told to me and i was told that these services were compulsory.
                                    When i went to receive my vehicle the receptionist and boy in charge of servicing acted rudely with my dad and were pushing all the blames on me.

                                    According to my information all these services should not have costed more than rs 500

                                      Hello just tell me about engine oil charges 12grams oil charge us 650 and also charge balancing of front and back tyre and ur service executive always charge motor chain washing i dont think someone take chains washing and balancing charges and washing of the bike is very poor shamefull service when i told executive they always not talk in good manner and washing of the bike not good i m not satisfy with overall things like charges and service when anyone pay somthing for it atleast he want satisfy and worth of it but now my case this thing not happen so reslove this asap for more information call me at [protected] and when i told service incharge i will complaint this and they said do whatever you want to do i m not afraid so very poor and shameless service and people thankyou..                                         In trijal motors, marathalli i gave my bike for service. They took 3days for service and the bill i got after 3 days 6232/- rupees and i personally called them to ask the delivery time. After paying that much money still the problem exists. Service also not good, bad explanation about the charges. They are charging for each service seperate and general service seperate. Bad service.
