Hi team,

My tvs jupiter titanium grey lp 2 wheeler, got short circuit of cdi unit and ignition coil, due to that bike got burn, all parts below the dicky and dicky also got burn.

I have extended warranty till 13/03/2021 i have attached all the extended related documents, invoice of motor, motor's photo.

    Hello, this is nandish from raichur (Ka). Today (25 jan 2019) i went to tvs service center (Sri vijayalakxmi tvs raichur 584101) for giving general service of my tvs jupiter. While giving to service mechanic it shows more than half tank petrol (Nearly 60%), after completion of service while giving back it showing only one fourth of tank (20%) thats it. Then i argued about this then they filled small amount of petrol then it shows about 40% of tank. Again a asked about this then mechanic said they taken petrol for cleaning about 100ml. Then what about remaining. So please take my complaint and do needful.

      Sir,
      Yesterday, on 24 january 2019, i gave my wife's bike jupiter bearing registration number od07l5444 for a paid servicing to arya motors (Tvs authorised service dealer) located at aska road, berhampur, ganjam district, odisha. After servicing, when the bike handed over to me i was informed that there was no fuel in the bike however, i remember that i had at least 2 liters of petrol in my bike. The concerned mechanic told me that there was no petrol in bike and hence the couldnot able to go for a test ride. The mechanic asked me to get petrol from a pump and as told i could able to manage to bring petrol of 60 rupees (800ml) from the pump and handed over to the mechanic (Told me his name as sanjay). The mechanic told me that the bike has kept somewhere else and so he went alone there along with the petrol, brought back my bike and assured me that he put the petrol that i brought. We started driving the bike from the service centre at around 7 pm and after a drive of 1km bike ignition switched off and we found that the fuel tank is empty. My wife and i had to stand on the road alone in the night as we do not have any petrol pump in the nearby area. It clearly depicts that the employes or concerned mechanics of tvs authorised service centre (Arya motors, berhampur) are stealing petrol from the bike of the customers who bring their bike with an expectation of better service.

      I duly request to the authorities to take necessary action against the culprit and bring justice to the hard earned money and expectations of the customers.

        Respected sir/ madam
        I am gowtham from tamilnadu tirupur. My vehicle is ntorq yellow color. Registration number is tn 42 ab 3394. From the time of delivery i am facing lot of issues. When i reach the speed of 43-55 my vehicle will start vibrating. I have complained in service centre. Even after 2-3 days they cant able to resolve my problem. They changed the clutch & claimed in warranty & said the problem ll be arrested. But still it didn't get arrest. Still facing issues. After my 3rd service now new problem came. Creeping sound is coming from the rear side.in service centre they are saying that this is common sound. But i can't accept this. Now in the third service, water entered into the head light. I really don't know how these problems are araising within 6 months of purchase. I have yamaha ray which is now nearing 50000 kms. Not even a single problem till now. Either replace me with a new vehicle or else give me a refund of full amount what i have paid or else i have to take a legal action on tvs.

          This is regarding a two wheeler purchase from one of the tvs retail showroom (Brilliant tvs, mandaveli, chennai).

          I purchased a jupiter-zx vehicle from the above mentioned showroom and when i got the rc book, it was mentioned as hypothecation to hdfc bank.
          Initially i was interested on buying through loan and later i cancelled the plan due to various issues.

          In order to cancel the hypothecation, rto office required noc from the bank.
          But the sales agency persons are not interested to get it from the bank.
          It has been 7 months over since i purchased the vehicle from the showroom.
          But there is no sign of relief from me to cancel the hypothecation.

          By registering my complaint i hope that some solution would be attained.

            My self bala my scooty pep vehicle number TN33BL3128 given service to lotus TVS date of 3.1.19 Engine work total estimated cost of 7000/- but i compare local service center and mechanic shop very high this cost but never mind this cost i agreed this cost given my vehicle to lotus TVS stil they gave fake commitment did't ready my vehicle please do needful action.i did't get proper response from lotus team side.created for customer bad experience.last week visit lotus service center i m very shocking they did't start any work when i was asking this Mr.kathiresan answer parts did't received .daily make call that person daily inform new story really disappointed and waste of my time. already paid 3000/- advance when i was hand over vehicle Mr.kathiresan told did't paid advance we cant't start any work.that time i have no cash they did't accept card payment next day i went showroom hand over money.next time how to believe this showroom.please take necessary action .cost wise so high

                When ever i give my bike for servicing it's not done as it is supposed to be done in a professional way. I keep informing that their are body vibration and other problems in the bike. They just keep saying it would be taken care off but it's not. I just wasted my 3 free servicing with them. I strongly agree that giving my bike to a local services centre is much better than tvs service centre thuo i might spend few rupees more but to get it done in a professional way.

                  It is my pleasure to purchase apache rtr 160 new model (2019)...
                  There are lots of vehicle of same company tvs.. But this time i am trying to explain my view on gayatri showroom, delhi road,,, district saharanpur...
                  ... Due to bad behaviour of sales person and other staff i m not satisfied... They didn't solved my issue... My issue was regarding to documents and as per commitment delivered by mr. Shivam sharma on 12th jan. As he told me that you would receive your bike's paper after one week... And today when i was go there he was absent and new one told me that bike paper will not approve min..1-2 month... That means it will take to complete... He gave me lots of reason to remove his responsibility and not a good person... We and our family and relational all are good customer of tvs.. But this time these persons disturbs me... Finally i would like to request you to take an action against gayatri motors (Delhi road, sre)... To enhance your market value...

                    In last service i gave my tvs victor for service and some maintainance reguarding to handel shaking while riding and chain sprocket noise but no resolve from them they are said its was done and bike is fine after riding bike a problem is as it is no satisfaction service from magnus tvs virar so plz resolve my problem i m realy irritate from thair service.

                      I have TVS JUPITER CLASSIC EDITION (purchased in March, 2018), and I met an accident in October, 2018, in which my scooty was damaged from front side (handle was tilted and front mudguard was fully damaged).
                      I submitted my scooty in the showroom and claimed for the insurance. But that showroom has not provided the zero dep. insurance policy. And they charged us Rs.6, 400 and we get claim only Rs.3, 471 only.
                      And now also the scooty is not recovered properly as the handle is shifted towards right(it is not alligned properly) now also.
                      While braking, front brake is producing sounds and balance is also getting disturbed.

                        I am having a issue related to my bike handling. My handle always gets locked during riding. I had complain many times to the authorized service center since i am servicing my bike from last 5 years to the same authorized service center. They are not able to resolve my issue. Since i had serviced my bike to the same authorized service center but they are still not able to resolve the same. Since malfunctioning of bike steering can be dangerous to the life of rider. I had already changed the whole parts related to steering but the problem is not getting resolved.

                          I bought my tvs apache rtr 160 in dec 2016 from gs motors who is the authorised distributor & service centre of tvs 2 wheeler in ghaziabad. After my purchase, i have been continuously getting on time services from tvs service centre.
                          As like from last two years, this time also i get my bike serviced from tvs service centre i. E, on 30 dec 2018 (Gs motors).
                          As like the other day, i was going to my office & i noticed that one of suspension is broken in two parts which is a serious issue. I was surprised that suspensions is one of the major component in a motor bike & if it break while riding then it can cause fatal injuries to the rider. Not only this it can also cause some serious damage to the vehicle or even break the chasis of vehicle.
                          I am surprised by seeing that tvs is allowing such poor quality of the components in there two wheeler. Tvs needs to be much more concerned about there buyers & do not compromise with there safety. I am also attaching some photograph of the same for there reference. Hope this will open there eyes & take the safety of there buyers, seriously..
                          Hope tv's will take an action & improve the quality of there components so that innocent people doesn't die or suffer because of them.

                            As mentioned in subject i bought apache rtr 180 motor cycle in 2017 may now odometer not working, i left my bike in service station 2 days and 3 days in deva tvs located in begur.

                            But the technician are unable solved the issue, they told may be issue with the meter we don’t have stocks in our service you go and contact tvs directly or come for service then we will help you.

                            Already more than a week gone but no one called me regards from service station, it’s major safety issue how tvs irresponsible to play with customers life..!!! If while riding bike brake malfunction happens who will be responsible for this...?

                            Need to teach a lesson to this type of companies who plays with customers life.

I had already missed my college for 1 week because of this. Contact me as soon as possible else i am gonna take strong step on tvs motors.

                              I have registered a complaint on sept2, 2018 regarding the starting problem of tvs entorq..after get it repaired the same problem arising now.the dealer have repaired it 5 times...now the vehicle is not working properly
                              The vehicle is bought on11/5/2018.it started appears the problem with in 2 months.after filing the complaint the company represenatative promised me toget it solved...unfortunately am not satisfied with the product.
                              as per the complaint registered earlier i have the right to replace my vehicle. (consumerprotection Act-1986, Right to get redressal)..otherwise i will move leagally..

After service the itouch become hard touch. The factory setting is completely changed and i am very much distressed.                                   I am koteeswaran, last year bought a new TVs entorque and i have been availed free service two times, but last week i planned to avail my 3rd Free service.

                                  The concern authority said that they didn't have TVs Ntorque synthetic engine oil and they told that to need engine oil visit next week as he told that i have contacted that person regarding the engine oil the same story is continued
                                  this time also they didn't have engine oil

                                  So i am very disappointed, almost i am waiting more than 10 days till now my bike not yet serviced.

                                  Without providing the proper service to the customers then why the are selling the bike.

                                    Sir,

                                    I have purchased a tvs jupiter on 17/07/2017 from palakkad. The address of the dealer tvs gurudavahan mobikes, olavakode, chunnamputhara road, chunambuthara, vadakkanthara, palakkad kerala 678001. All free service are over. And done paid service on 10/12/2018. They charged rs 900 and not given any bill for that.

                                    After the fifth service (Km run10087) the scooter started giving trouble to me. Though vehicle getting started in first kick or electronics start the scoter was getting off while giving accelerator. After so many trail only the scooter start moving. This problem was beyond the tolerance i approached the above service center for remedial action on 16/01/2019. They adjusted something. That time the scooter was trouble free. But today morning onwards the scooter start giving starting trouble. By 1400 hrs. I approached the above service center for correcting the technical lag.

                                    After waiting some time one person from service center started my vehicle and made a test run and he declared that the vehicle is not having any problem.

                                    I requested him to check the problem in service center. But he abused me. He further insulted me telling that you’re not using the choke and the choke is stuck. (In fact the choke was okay and my vehicle was not giving any starting trouble up to 16/01/2019). Iam a senior citizen of india and having 40 years technical experience in center government establishment. I am very well aware that some machine may give trouble and take time to solve. The person available in service center was very adamant and decided not giving service to me.in fact my earlier scooter with 1.5 lakh kilometer running not giving any trouble to me and due to fuel efficiency only changed over to tvs.

                                    I further requested him to check in detail tomorrow as i was required the scooter in night. But he refused to do so. No senior service person was not available for further help. And nobody available in phone also.

                                    I have written this mail to give the activities of service center. I will try to service the scooter by some other source. If it is not possible i will purchase some other scooter. But this type of insult to an old man is not justified. Three time i have approached the service center to get my problem solved. The behavior not good. It is well known fact without a problem nobody will approach the service centre.

                                    Waiting for some action at your end to solve my grievances at the earliest.

                                      Balamurugan automobile (Tvs showroom - vellore) is the worst tvs show room in vellore with "zero" customer service, bought new bike (Jupiter) from this pathetic showroom by paying full cash and regretting very much now, they are cheating by charging 5000 rs to 6000 rs extra in the name of accessories and few other charges, it's been more than a month but my new bike is not registered yet, spoke with the unprofessional executives in the showroom for more than 10+ times in last one week but nothing worked out till now, those useless people will either switch off their mobile or speak with too much arrogance without thinking about the customer, the spare parts were very loose and they were not seem to be a genuine/original spare parts.

                                      To all the fellow citizens in vellore district who are planning to buy tvs bikes, please read the following points,

                                      1. Check the prices in other showrooms before selecting this pathetic showroom. The same bike costs 3500 less in kanchipuram district and 5500 to 6000 less in chennai tvs showrooms.
                                      2. Look the spare parts very carefully and ensure you are there next to them when they fit the spare parts.
                                      3. Listen carefully when they speak about 5 years insurance which is included in the total cost and those stupid executives will say that we need not pay insurance for next 5 years, but when you come out of the showroom you will come to know that you need to pay the insurance each year again.
                                      4. They will take 30 to 40 days to register a new bike where other showrooms in chennai does the registration with in 2 days max.
                                      5. Do not select their stupid tvs insurance as their interest rate is very very high.

                                      Planning to raise the issue with tvs head office and gonna rip these guys from balamurugan tvs showroom (Vellore) by sharing the pathetic experience in facebook and twitter, so that the general public shouldn't suffer like me. I wanted to give them zero stars but google doesn't allow me to put zero stars. Think wise, because at the end, it's your hard earned money and time.

                                        Purchased tvs star city bike on 26 oct 2018. Already faced many problem like self start and mileage. Tomorrow suddenly my bike not taken start any way i waste my whole day on road side, nearby showroom doesn't help me. Till now im stuck about this problem. I booked a car to take my bike from road side to my home it waste rs 400 from my wallet. What kind of bike they made which has breakdown within 3 month? Company announced 89 km mileage we can got but according to my calculation i got just 40km per liter petrol. Is it was my wrong choice to buy tvs star city plus?
