*. Service of two wheeler don't in seniority.
*. Whasing facility not available during two wheeler service.
*. Service staff are not be present on service time duration.
*. Customers problems are not rectified by

    Of jupiter on 01-12-18.

    Vibration while pickup from 0 which was not there..

    Also once reach to speed of 40 there is a vibration like sumthing is rubbing. This is since i bought the jupiter even after several complaints still not resolved by any service center.

    Seriously this is very frustrating for me..

      I am having starting problem from day one and writing this after having multiple visits to service center without getting my problem addressed. Left my vehicle to service center more than 10 days during last 4 visits, yet having the problem unaddressed. Service center keeps the bike unless queried and not sure if they really attempt to solve problem.

      My vehicle having starting problem after being 10+ hours in idle condition. Starting problem becomes terrible and unbearable when vehicle put in idle for 3 to 4 days. Today it took 25+ attempt to start and i started to feel irritated now. Having no clue what to do and seriously started to feel cheated. During every visit service center says it's normal with tvs bikes and you will have to live with it. I don't think so many start attempt is normal. If this is normal, how do you justify battery to ruin within 4-5 months of purchase that too with new bike?

      I have put my hard earned 1.3l and waited almost 3 months to insure for best available option but now feel i have made a blunder opting to go for tvs (Coming from bajaj family). I had 15 years of experience with bajaj bikes but never encountered any such problem.

      A makeup call for others, never buy tvs bike or keep crying like i do since last 4 months.

      I sent this mail to ids [protected]@tvsmotor.com, ao. [protected]@tvsmotor.com, service. [protected]@tvsmotor.com and [protected]@gmail. Comi on 23rd nov 18. Today is 5th dec but they haven't taken any positive step to address my issue yet. They don't bother you after shell and i don't know what to do from here. Can anyone guide me for next steps? I am planning to go to consumer court, please suggest.

            Dear tvs team,

            My name is md rahmatullah, i bought a tvs ntorq scooty from shaw wheels baguihati kolkata. The salesman told me they will done my c/f in one month but till now my c/f not done.
            Before one week i called to the salesman and hoe told me my c/f will done on 8th to 10th december 2018 but yesterday i called him he told me my c/f will done end of the december.
            The salesman just give me date and then postpond it.

            One of my friends bought tvs ntorq from other showroom on 1st october, 2018 and his c/f done on 5th november, 2018. Why they take long time in my c/f.

            One is enough to complete all process for c/f.

            I request you to do needful for me asap.

              I met an accident with my two wheeler.
              When i went to my nearest tvs service center they told that they don't have all the spares with them. They assured me that the required spares will be available within a week but it's more than month and i am not getting any positive response from them. Kindly please solve this problem be making the spares available.

                  I am arul pandian from dharmapuri district, tamilnadu in india. I brought a new tvs apache rtr 160 4v - disc mblu + white in sudarshan motors main dealer on 1st jun, 2018. Still my bike is not getting registration number because dealer can't help to proceed. Dealer md can't response of this issue correctly. By doing this think, how we recommend other people to buy bike.

                  Main dealer is responsible for registration bike number but he can't do that. I pay emi monthly without pending. We enquiries to your sub dealer. They also enquiries to them but its useless. So that i mailed. So kindly request to register my bike in rto office. Solve this issue asap because police catch me last two time without registration. Please find attachment below.

                    I bought new jupiter windshiled mirror was fault i have been told by your service center that we will replace the part give us time and once part is available we will call you, after month i got an call from your service center that part is arrived.. So i visited your service center they make me wait for 1 hour fr nthing and when they give my bike they just tried to fixed that faulty mirror. Not replaced stop cheating cuatmore this cheating thing happend in your kothrud service center take aome action again # service center or i have to go further.

                      I bought tvs jupiter from one of the franchise sai nath auto of ahmedabad. Since then its been 5 months i had not get my register number plate, its very lethargic and pathectic customer after sales services and response, as i have visited 5-6 times but no positive response! Instead it making process lengthy and the worst one can expect.. Tvs being one of leading in auto mobiles and there authorize franchise centre are disgusting is this what you serve now as after sales service, dont you look after your customer.. Due to your irregular services and you have not done what you promise to give.. I have to pay many traffic fine i had to pay. As i m not getting any response from you authories centre, i am hoping a quick and response from your side and what to do about expense occured to me due to your bad coustomer care service.

                        I have purchased new jupiter from mahalaxmi auto bapunagar branch in exchange,
                        I have submitted my old scooty for exchange my old vehical detail : gj01pl9883 on dated 10/10/18 i had submitted the vehicale with require documents. Compny provide me 16000 exchagne bonus for the same.

                        And purchased my new jupiter after that with exhnage

                        Last week i received memo from rto toviolent the rto traffic rule which was not violent by me, it was violent from the third party to whom mahalxmi sale my old vehicle without name transfer

                        Till date agency not take any action for name transfer and my old vehical is till ate run on my name which is now not mine
                        Till date they didnt transfer the vehical and i received rto memo due to third party violance

                            Hello, i'm ronak from odisha & i own a tvs ntorq. I bought it in may 2018 from shubhamm tvs, bargarh, odisha and it started to give problems after 4 months (After 2nd sevicing). My problem is that the spark plug is getting sort and the bike doesn't start until the mechanics of showroom came & changed the spark plug. The same problem happened for another 2 times, a total of 3 time in the first 6 months of purchase. The problem solved in all the 3 incidents after changing the spark plug. But i didn't got any permanent solution. I even dropped the scooter at the showroom work shop for 2 days after they suggested me to drop it there, but i faced the same problem again.
                            So, please help me to find a permanent solution.

                              Sir, last week we gave our wego to the showroom. Major complaint is it is not start. Self is not working. They told me wiring complaint and battery complaint is it. After one week they gave the vehicle we paid 4600 Rs. They change wiring kitt and some other things. Two days no problem in that vehicle. Bt after that if the vehicle is moving if the accelerater is reducing the vehicle will off. After it is not start. What complaints they solved.. yesterday we show the vehicle to showroom they told me again they will take as a complaint. Please take it as a complaint and give good service to the customers. We will not give any extra cash to the service again.

                                Because of them, the wire from magneto coil is not clamped properly. Because of this, wire is damaged and bike doesn't start. I went twice to the showroom for changing magneto coil. During my first visit, waited for almost 3 hours and then they say there is no stock. Today also waited for 4 hours and they didn't even care to take the vehicle but they assured me that they'll change within 1.
                                Magneto coil was damaged because of them and they doesn't care to resolve it.

                                  I purchased the subject vehicle from indubala motors in hyderabad in june 2015. It was running fine when suddenly the engine ceased one day while my wife was riding it on her way to school. The day was yesterday 30 dec 2018. I somehow managed it to push it to the nearest tvs service station and that happened to be the same place in nacharam (Hyderabad) where i usually take it for my regular servicing which i perform once in every 3 to 4 months. After a thorough scrutiny the mechanics there informed me that the engine had ceased. This is quite surprising to me since the vehicle is still fairly new and it had clocked approx 14000 km till date. If this is the case then i can only assume that the engine must have been faulty right from it's inception, else no logice can help me convince that it can fail in just 3 years or within 14000 kms. The servicing station guys gave me a rough estimate of the costs (Roughly rs10, 000).
                                  I request somebody to look into this urgently as this failure of engine in such short span is not something that will go well with the reputation of this company. Also is there a way of getting the vehicle fixed at a discounted price. As paying a whopping rs10k is not at all convincing for no fault of mine.

                                      Its is with deep regret to inform that i bought new tvs xl 100 on 01st jan-18 and also done the schedule service as per standard at your authorized service centre.. Now while driving as ususl all of sudden its chain broken and i stopped the bike and noticed the same.
                                      I am really surprising that such a big brand like tvs is manufacturing poor quality products which has no longevity even for a year.

                                      I need replacement of defective part under warranty only unless i will take shelter of law/consumers case..

                                      Emi date 7 th of every month. I already having balance in my account. Amount not debited. . 8 th I have another commitment so that amount was debited. After that I am going to pay through online. But it's showing more than my Emi. . It's not professional.
