Dear sir/madam,

My name is debendra nath roy, i am 80 yers ages senor citizen. I had purchased a scooty zest (Or 05 ak 3443) on 11th aug 2018 from your authorized dealer sai durga motors, cuttack, odisha. It's been almost five months i am yet to receive rc book and smart card though money for the same had been deposited long back.

I had visited your authorized dealer point many a times.in december itself i visited thrice (5th, 10th, 21st). Every time i inquire about my rc book the sales team gives me a lame excuse like they have already informed the rto agent, the rc particular & smart card was sent but it came back undelivered and it will take some more time. I would like to inform you all that the sub post office of our area is in my locality kazibazar and the sub post office is given in rent at my residence only. So how it would be possible that the packet went back undelivered!!!???

On 10th dec'18 i met mr. Santosh at the sai durga dealer point who assured me that he will get back to me within 48 hours with all the details and pod details.

Does it take 5 months to finish the paper work at rto and send me the rc papers???

I don't know if any one will listen to me or all my requests will fall into deaf ears??

    I have given my bike tvs wego for service to std motors pattukkottai dated on 10 december 2018 11:30 am and they committed the delivery date 14 december 2018 5:00 pm. The bike given to mr. Karthik. Till date there is no update and not delivered the bike. If i call the contact number which is given in the receipt, no one picks up. I went to the service center 3 times and bike is not ready.
    The reason they told me that,
    My 1st visit: (16 december 2018)
    Sorry we forgot to do service your bike.
    My second visit: (23 december 201):
    They told me that the spare part self motor is not available in our service center we are awaiting for that and they committed again 24 december 2018 12:00 pm. Till now i do not receive my bike.

    Note: they took me rs.2000/- as an advance and noted in delivery receipt without cash receipt.

    I requesting you to please check your service centres and help your customer to keep confidence on tvs.

      Dear i bought apache rtr 200 on 20/sep/2017
      But within one year battery got exhausted. As per advices from your authorised service centre i did replacement with new one and within 20 days ig also got exhausted.
      Your service provide are not answering and not providing solution for this. I bought it from vadodara town gujarat.

        The engine idling is automatically low and high continually and also automatically off the engine. After first start the idlin g is normal while go for a long drive the engine idling is low or high and unexpectedly the egine is off. If we increasing the idling at the carburetor side at the same time go for a ride and rest bike in place the idling is automatically high

          I want to say that my bike, s star city plus cela is not working no one is listing to us it is terrible i have to start my bike by kick and i also go to service agency of tvs no one is listing and my bike celf is not working even after servicing i buy my bike only before 1 months and i am very disappointed about the problem i am suffering i have to star my bike by kick i am suffering a lot please help me

From my first service i have been complaining about my issues with the bike, like front suspension issue. Etc. Till now they have not solved or repaired my issue. What kind of a service is this.               My name prateep kumar g
              I give my bike to service 1week back still i didn't get any calls from tvs service department. When i call them my self they telling me that part have to come we put order 15days back. When i call them then there are telling me. After that today i called my self then they telling your bike ready but supervisor telling wait i check and call you back still they didn't call me.
              Now service is became like a vast worst.
              "service is worst and all supervisor don't have to fowllow-up they irresponsible"

                I’m gaurav rawat buyer of tvs apache 200cc, 4v 2.0 race edition. (Dl3sea9635) i purchased this bike from ahinsa tvs, devli, khanpur three months ago & quite dissatisfied with the services i’m getting hence writing my issues as below:

                1. I faced battery issues from day 1 & thus raised a complaint for the same. I got it changed new battry (Within 1 month of purchase) from ahinsa tvs okhla service center. They replaced battery and gave a new battery a week back from today and i faced the similar issue even today while starting the bike.

                2. As this bike is without kick model and if battery dies, it doesn’t start automatically and thus we have to pull our lungs out it to get it started.

                3. Also, when i faced this issue i called tvs team to seek help from tvs roadside assistant and the executive over phone assured that i’ll get a call back from the tvs roadside assistant mechanic in next 5 minutes but to my surprise i haven’t got a call back even yet. I had to ask help from others to get it aside the road and then had to take a cab to office.

                I’ve faced this issue several times now and getting into troubles like reaching office late every other day, missing deadlines etc. This bike has become more of a pain than a relief rather and has become an addition to my stress list now.
                I would rather be very clear here this time, as i don’t have any more capability or time to visit your service centre or call and waste my time for the same issues again.

                Would appreciate if you can fix this issue asap, else i wouldn’t be hesitant to take legal actions to get this sorted.

                  I am manikandan from virudhachalam, i have been purchased tvs xl -100 in sri krishna motors 197, cuddalore road, virudhachalam. Cuddalore, tamil nadu, india pin code - 606001. Yesterday[protected] my vehicle was repair, i was put on the service center, they serviced my vehicle, after 13kmh driving my vehicle is repaired again, i was paid for rs.950. I taken my vehicle from service center been one hour more it was starting trouble and again i did complaint with service center they did not give the correct response to me. Again they asked service charge to me. I called with branch manager, he is also not given correct response. His manager name is murugavel and his mobile number is +91-[protected]. When you will read my complaint, kindly take sever action to that service center. They never do proper service to customer.
                  If they are doing like continue tvs company name will spoil.

                    On15.12.2018, no. Ap21al5966 at indubaala service centre, nacharam, hyderabad - 500076, still not yet delivered my vehicle they are asking for cash that too without providing computer generated invoice. If i ask them seriously they are saying some other reasons and giving normal manual bill. While i'm paying through credit card, they are saying swiping mission is not working and they do not have paytm also. What is all these nonsense everytime i am facing problem with this service centre. That too not satisfied with their servicing. Please take serious action about the person's working over there. Even though i am not satisfied with their services but again and again i'm coming for the servicing due to by the name of tvs company. And these people are spoiling the good will of this company.

                    Were is my previous complaint... Indubaala motors nacharam hyderabad 500076... My bike no ap21al5967...….. U team also cheating customer

                    To put my TVS vehicle in insurance, I went to TVS's Sourum, but the employee did not give me the same answer. And every day it says, come tomorrow, I do not have time right now.

                      I have more times complain about service in tvs product
                      I can not buy any kind of tvs product
                      But your companys are collected most correptfull oficers there are not solved in service complain in 24 hours
                      Most probable issue in your tvs dealer agwan motors pvt ltd
                      Your company is not taken action for its dealer there
                      This is not provide other dealer purchase vehicles are not service at agwan motors
                      And very angry of its staff and propritor
                      They have attitude of owner in tvs motors company that kind of role play

                        I purchased apache 160 4v. And there was a issue in exhaust a very irritating sound from exhaust. I also visit KK tvs service centre nangloi in delhi they said we change it in 10 days but now it was around 1 month and there was no response from them when i call they said there was no stock of exhaust from last 1 month. Why i purchased this bike??

                          Hello, i purchased my tvs jupiter classic (Brown color) and got the delivery on 10th oct from supreme tvs, kalyan in faulty condition. There was minor aligning issue with the part that is below the seat just behind the area where we rest legs while riding scooter. Thought its due to minor fixing issue and asked the service guy to get it fixed a month later when i did first free service.
                          In my presence, he opened and tried to fixed it and realised that the fixure of the part was broken internally. Hence, it is not any accidental damage but internal faulty fixure which was confirmed from service guy. Service center told me to claim insurance for the part replacement. If the part of the scooter i received is defective from the first day i purchased the scooter, then why should i claim my insurance??
                          Suggest me the process, i'm expecting the part will be replaced by tvs with no cost and no insurance claim as its fault from the company/local tvs dealer.

                            I have given jupiter for service on 12th december 2018 intvs indubala showroom uppal (Bike no. Ts08fl7750). The job card was prepared with oil change mentioned. The bike is delivered on the same day and billing was done mentioning oil change with charge of rs.275/- and labour charge of rs.400. On 16th december it is observed by my husband that bikes engine is giving a sound. When shown it in indubala tvs they observed that there was no engine oil. As lack of engine oil engine got damaged. It was mentioned in bill that they have changed oil but they haven't done it. Now due to this i lost my bike value for futher action which i can plan in future. I demand a replacement of bike and damages for irresponsible service.

                              Everytime we leave bike on side stand for 24 hours or longer.. It will not start when we want to use it..
                              Either kick or self start..
                              Bought ntorq a day before diwali (2018) in phagwara.
                              Sometimes we just put it in double stand for 2-3 hours before we want to use it.. Then it will start normally..
                              But sometimes we don't know if we need it in next 10 minutes. Then it will not start and we cannot use it

                                  Purshed last month on 25th nov. Having many problem in my vehicle.

                                  Vehicle is runned by my wife and she is a teacher.
                                  Many times she escaped with an accident.
                                  Worst product and worst service experienced in my life time. Having many problems in my vehicle, submitted in service centre in kalyan they have not done anything just returned me as it is...
                                  They just washed and retuned me back by saying problem has been solved..
                                  I just wanna know is this the way of service you provide to your customers??
                                  I dont want this vehicle, please of possible resolve my problem or else take my vehicle back..

                                    I have purchased tvs apache 160 rtr s. D on 06th march 2018 but key lock not working properly i have said to change key lock during within three time of services but they didn't respond positively and they have not change my key lock till today.

                                    The chain sprocket quality is very poor and i have done 5500 km only.
                                    How is that possible after maintaining so much.
                                    And no warranty for it.
                                    No such companies chain losses it's poor rather than rtr 180's
                                    Product : self is not proper work. Two time service after self is not working. Service center is not responsible for that.so, what I do.
