I have more times complain about service in tvs product
I can not buy any kind of tvs product
But your companys are collected most correptfull oficers there are not solved in service complain in 24 hours
Most probable issue in your tvs dealer agwan motors pvt ltd
Your company is not taken action for its dealer there
This is not provide other dealer purchase vehicles are not service at agwan motors
And very angry of its staff and propritor
They have attitude of owner in tvs motors company that kind of role play

    need duplicate keys for tvs jupiter

    Dear sir, my wife lost one key of her tvs jupiter. Now we r using second one. We called to helpline but they refused our request for duplicate keys. Even they said plz change all locks from dealer.
    We have original key number.. Kindly help us.

    I purchased apache 160 4v. And there was a issue in exhaust a very irritating sound from exhaust. I also visit KK tvs service centre nangloi in delhi they said we change it in 10 days but now it was around 1 month and there was no response from them when i call they said there was no stock of exhaust from last 1 month. Why i purchased this bike??

      Hello, i purchased my tvs jupiter classic (Brown color) and got the delivery on 10th oct from supreme tvs, kalyan in faulty condition. There was minor aligning issue with the part that is below the seat just behind the area where we rest legs while riding scooter. Thought its due to minor fixing issue and asked the service guy to get it fixed a month later when i did first free service.
      In my presence, he opened and tried to fixed it and realised that the fixure of the part was broken internally. Hence, it is not any accidental damage but internal faulty fixure which was confirmed from service guy. Service center told me to claim insurance for the part replacement. If the part of the scooter i received is defective from the first day i purchased the scooter, then why should i claim my insurance??
      Suggest me the process, i'm expecting the part will be replaced by tvs with no cost and no insurance claim as its fault from the company/local tvs dealer.

        I have given jupiter for service on 12th december 2018 intvs indubala showroom uppal (Bike no. Ts08fl7750). The job card was prepared with oil change mentioned. The bike is delivered on the same day and billing was done mentioning oil change with charge of rs.275/- and labour charge of rs.400. On 16th december it is observed by my husband that bikes engine is giving a sound. When shown it in indubala tvs they observed that there was no engine oil. As lack of engine oil engine got damaged. It was mentioned in bill that they have changed oil but they haven't done it. Now due to this i lost my bike value for futher action which i can plan in future. I demand a replacement of bike and damages for irresponsible service.

          Everytime we leave bike on side stand for 24 hours or longer.. It will not start when we want to use it..
          Either kick or self start..
          Bought ntorq a day before diwali (2018) in phagwara.
          Sometimes we just put it in double stand for 2-3 hours before we want to use it.. Then it will start normally..
          But sometimes we don't know if we need it in next 10 minutes. Then it will not start and we cannot use it

              Purshed last month on 25th nov. Having many problem in my vehicle.
              Pickup problem
              Vibration problem
              Body sound
              Accelator problem
              Sound problem
              Rear break problem.
              Vehicle is runned by my wife and she is a teacher.
              Many times she escaped with an accident.
              Worst product and worst service experienced in my life time. Having many problems in my vehicle, submitted in service centre in kalyan they have not done anything just returned me as it is...
              They just washed and retuned me back by saying problem has been solved..
              I just wanna know is this the way of service you provide to your customers??
              I dont want this vehicle, please of possible resolve my problem or else take my vehicle back..

                I have purchased tvs apache 160 rtr s. D on 06th march 2018 but key lock not working properly i have said to change key lock during within three time of services but they didn't respond positively and they have not change my key lock till today.

                The chain sprocket quality is very poor and i have done 5500 km only.
                How is that possible after maintaining so much.
                And no warranty for it.
                No such companies chain losses it's poor rather than rtr 180's
                Product : self is not proper work. Two time service after self is not working. Service center is not responsible for that.so, what I do.

                  Today i went to servicing jupiter in the indian tvs showroom chandrapur. At that time jupiter's seat cover was broken while servicing, i told the serving worker that the seat cover had broke, he said accidentally broke my hand. But the owner of the showroom, we can not say anything about this matter, we can not fault it, and by saying that he will have to take a new seat cover, he gave me a new seat cover of four hundred rupees and taken four hundred rupees.
                  Please tell me what's wrong with me and what should i do,
                  Please let me know my complaint. Answer above or else i will have to file a case in the consumer forum.

                    Yesterday (13/12/18), i serviced my tvs jupiter vehicle at logtech service center, pattom, trivandrum.

                    Around 05:00 pm, they called me, the service is completed and ask me to take back my vehicle. And i collect my vehicle around 06:00 pm, and paid charges of rs.1400/- (Including meter kit & oil changes, labour charges etc.,)

                    In the return back, in the midway of traffic, the vehicle stopped running. I tried in kick start, & other ways also. It not started all the ways (I. E, 5 kms).

                    I want to register complaint on logtech tvs service center, pattom, trivandrum.

                      I, a customer and ownerlorus of many tvs vechicles, am registering here with anguish that the lotus tvs agency sathy road veerappan chatram is run by rowdies and gundas..

                      Not only the manager of the show room, but also mr. Rajasekar, the managing director and mr. Kumar, the executive director of the tex valley erode (Who is also in a way involved in the management of the lotus tvs agency erode) are indulging and encouraging rowdism and gundaism.

                      In fact, i had to file a police complaint today with the erode police. I tried the mobile numbers of the managing director of the lotus tvs erode at mobile [protected] and the mobile number of mr. Kumar the e. D of texvalley (Also a management member of lotus tvs erode). At the first instance, both of them attended call and i explained my grievances of buying the jupiter classic vechicle.

                      After my talking with mr. Kumar, one mr. Ramamurthy the manager of the erode lotus tvs erode talked with mr. Kumar and i dont know what transpired with them.. Later mr ramamurthy alongwith with a person named daniel and other 4 unknown lotus tvs staff indulged in rowfirm and pushed me and my wife from the tv's jupiter vechicleand we fell down amidst heavy traffic and i suffered bloody injury in my leg and my wife too suffered some blunt punches in her body while falling down.

                      Later i called mr. Kumar @ [protected] in the mobile to inform of the incident. But he never attended the phone.. I even called the managing director mobile at[protected], but he too attended and in fact cut my calls... But both of them are attending mr. Ramamurthy's calls.. This clearly shows the attitude of the managing director and the executive director that they are not prepared to listen to the grievance of the customer but support indulging of rowdism and gundaism.

                      Later, with no response from the m. D and e. D, i have made a complaint to the erode police station and they have asked me and the manager ramamurthy to come to the station tomorrow at 10.30 am

                      Hope the tvs motor head office will. Enquore into it.

                      It will be very lengthy to explain in mail about the dispute.

                      I would request some one to depute to hear me of my greivances.

                        I have bought a new jupiter grande last month on 26th november 2018. Till now i have visit to the authorize service centre the place where i bought 7 times to rectify my jupiter issue and they are unable to rectify it. I am unable to use the self start, i have always rely on kick start.1st visit they told me it was a connection issue. 2nd time was a battery problem. 3rd times the new battery they put was the issue. 4th time the regulator was the issue. 5th time the mechanic from tvs not from the service centre replace something from the front and didn't revel what was that and the whole meter reading was reset. 6th time they also don't know. 7th time the mechanic came to my house and take my vehicle and they told me it is fixed but it is still not working after few days. Pls let me know how to refund my money as i don't have the faith on tvs that they will ever fix the issue.

                          I brought a scooty teenz in 2007 and i wants to replace some parts but i am not able to get any parts i have tried in all the dealers near by but not able to find it out. I purchased the bike in prakruthi motors which is situated in bellay road hebbal and but i do not have the invoice of the same as its been more 10 years and also wants to fuel knob also.

                            Myself soumen saha from kolkata. I want to purchase a jupitar scooty from your distributor which name is tvs sarathi situated in dakshin barasat in south 24 pargans. But they are forced to me for 5 years insurace. They provided 1year 1st party and next four years third party. But i am not agree with them. When i am purchasing an new two wheeler so why i will take third party insurance? I want either you will provide 1 year insurance for 1st party or entire 5 years 1st party insurance. But they don't agree with me.

                              Before the day of diwali november 5th i bought tvs jupiter from arasu tvs porur. They promised me to give free helmet rs.1000 wave off from total amount as diwali offer, but both has not yet addressed and its been 1 month now. Im riding without helmet, arasu tvs is sole responsible if i met with accident.
                              Also when i asked for breakup of my total amount, they are give silly reasons as head office is not picking up the call, staff is on leave,... When i called their tvs finance they said the processing fee is rs.675 but the staff and manager of arasu tvs said its 2800, i have both the call recording, going to suite a complaint in court. Cheaters, fraud.. I give personal review of not to buy vehicle with this arasu tvs fraud dealer

                                    I had given my tvs sports bike for servicing day before yesterday to sai baba tvs showroom. But today my bike is not getting started at all. I had paid 800rs for same and even then it seems they have not done anything. Right from the day i have purchased the bike i am having this problem (Since 1 yr). Every time the show room people do a bit of work and after some days the same problem occurs. It seems the battery is defective. With some trust on tvs company we have purchased the bike. But had the worst experience ever with it and i won't recommend this bike to anyone.

                                    Tvs Jupiter chesis no is md626bg42g3f64717 I have been facing start problem after 10000km .last time Jupiter was serviced from authorised service Centre at Sultanpur named Calcutta service centre. Reg no a3440. Last service date is 21/09/18 .problem told during service was of rpm but after service also poblem not solve. Plz solve the problem...
