I bought a new scooty pep + on 14-oct-2018 from susheel tvs, kphb road, hyderabad. They charged me total 57500 rs.in this they have taken 1600 rs as facilitation charges. I was not aware what these charges are. Later i checked and got to know that these charges are illegal and should not be charged to customer. I got to know that in a similar case with hyundai motors, two show rooms cancelled in bengaluru.

The speedometer wire was loose so i asked them to tighten it.., during delivery after service they said deflection in speedometer is normal, is it so? I dont agree how can one ride on the speed limit when the needle doesnt show the exact speed u r at.. My scooter was not washed.. Have submitted my vehicle jupiter mh04 gw 9564 on 10/10/2018 and was told that you will receive vehicle tommorow. Next day i went to service centre but vehicle was not taken for servicing and was also not informed about that.
