I bought a new ntorq 1 month before & there is very disturbing & annoying noise coming out of my engine. After servicing & getting it fixed from authorized service centre it is still as it is.
This is very disappointing thing that i had not expected from this brand.
I will never ever buy a tvs bike in future...

Hi this is manish
Today morning exactly at 9:45 i gave my vehicle for servicing it's 6:00 pm when call was been made regarding the proceedings i wasn't informed clearly regarding the status of my vehicle he said he would call me then after 45 minutes when i called he hasn't picked up my call.
Later he says that nothing has been done yet and he wants me to bring the vehicle tomarrrow
Important issues
1) silencer problem not done
2) tyres to be changed not done

Morning he said me the cost of tyre is around 1800 but as per online websites as well as mrp it's cost is around 950-1200

My tvs RTR 200 4v today complete 1 year but today starting time engine another sound I'm going to tvs center then employee say this volume is timing belt voice so don't worry no problem I toking then repair, employee was reated no its not measure problem it's OK
In case tomorrow big problem then...
Who is responsible...

I have bought a new tvs jupiter basic model in september. Dealer has charged rs. 70895 approx including insurance, registration and essential spares. But they didn't provide me any bill/invoice except a hand written bill. Next the letters jupiter on the vehicle are not properly sticked and felldown somewhere while riding. Up on asking dealer told us to arrange the letters and do it properly which is not done properly. On the day of first service also they didn't react properly and does scratches to our vehicle. Customer service is very pathetic. I wont suggest anybody to buy a vehicle at vijay tvs if the didn't rectify my problems.

I got my scotty's first service done 01nov18 from tv's service centre rajapuri (Dynamic motors pvt. Ltd). They did the worst possible service ever. At the time of service i told their head that there is a problem with the pickup. I thought i will b good after first service, bt after first service i found that the brand new jupiter's condition is more worst now. Beacuse after service the scooty is not taking self start after end no of try it will start after kick's and that to scooty will keep on getting off again n again. Still there is problem with pickup and there is a weird sound if speed go up by 20km/hr.

When i took scooty to the service centre they guy over there told me we can't do anything today we have lots of other pending services to be done and now the service centre is close for next 4 days. Such a unprofessional n bad service.

Hi my name is bhupender bhamra i have purchased tvs apache rtr 200 v on 18th oct 2017 number mh 47 aa 0288. It has been just one year and 2 times i have replaced the battery has each and every alternate month bike battery get low.

Daily my bike travel 70 km then also i dont how the battery gets drained out and also speaking with the tvs service station guys they were not ready to replace my bike battery.

So it's the humble request to you guys i want to return this product and i am not satisfied with the bike i am using.

And when i ask for this they said me it will take minimum 10 days i ask them why 10 days.

I bought tvs jupiter on 1/11/2018 from kubera motors, the main dealer of tvs motors. While registering he had commited to provide accessories for rs 4000 which included mobile charger but ultimately he did'nt. So i asked him for discount to which he denied. Also the number plate was not painted. The salesman named kulkarni was very impolite and did not respond to the concerns.

Updated by Jabir1990 Another point to add.I realized that the odometer was faulty after driving a few kilometers.I hardly drove around 40 kms and it shows above 600 kms.Also the receipt given by Kubera motors is not legitimate.It lacks many details such as Engine Chasis number, moveever they dont accept card transactions and expect you to pay the entire amount of 76000 by cash, which is not viable and does not make sense.I strongly request TVS motors to take immediate action against Kubera motors and specifically the sales person Kulkarni

Its been more than 1months since my bike tvs apache 160 4v is sent to sanjay tvs rudrapur for accidental repairs but since then there is no progress regarding the above stated matter and when asked about the status your officials say that" company is not manufacturing the bike products. Please look into the matter as soon as possible and please do inform the customers that you are incapable of giving the after sales sevices and parts after selling the products.

We submit our monthly emi to tvs. But there is indirect charge deduction from my bank account.
The charged amount is 290. The date of deduction is 31 october 2018. There is two times deduction in same date. I attached a screenshot here. You can see there.
My problem is that why there is additional charges applied even we paid the monthly emi.
Solve our problem...

But that noise i found till now, it comes when i drive at 70-80 km/h speed .No solution has been found from service center . I want to replace my bike due to this reason .Its fault of company or it's a defected piece of company.

On dated 8th november 2017, i bought a tvs jupiter from perfect automobiles (Gstin: 06cuppp2319q1zv) 1887/8c, air force road jawahar colony, n. I. T faridabad 121001. I am facing the issue with battery. As per warranty card of battery it shows one year full replacement guarantee. But when i was went to the amco battery dealer they said that warranty date already passed by 5 months. How is it possible before purchased the vehicle battery. They have given me the claim rejection letter.

Dilip and chirayu motors owner did not talk properly, for this way my father mr. Mahesh singh and me totally harassed by the owner and sales executive. Today till date any bill given to me and any insurance policy issue to me till date 31.10.2018. Any less given to me, but sales man and owner of company promise that rs.2300/- paid to him as gift..
I am request to you kindly take strictly action against the company owner and sales executive members for this act..

My name is daya sagar. I purchased apache rtr 160 4v dual disc varient on may 3rd 2018. There are many fit and finish issues but i thought iam nitpicking too much. But since day 1 while i am applying brakes a weird high pitched scratching sound was coming from both the discs. I have complained at the showroom multiple times but the problem is not at all getting resolved. I feel as if i purchased a 100 year old moped. This sort of negligent behaviour is highly unacceptable which is highly damaging for a company that wants to become a premium brand in indian market. Please kindly resolve my problem.

Worst bike ever i have purchased in my life... Breaks getting lock and its a big risk to life... Done 4 times repair of breaks under warranty which tvs doesn’t resolve issue its manufacturing issue may stop playing with human life... Money doesn’t matter it all... Its been run only 3000 kms faced more den 5 issue from date of purchase really unsafe bike...

I had purchased a tvs jupiter scotty on 10 august 2018 and from the start of the first day scotty had a problem in startring. We had contacted the service centre four times they always service the scotty and returns the scotty and the problem in starting never stopped. The company told us that the problem will be resolved after few weeks of running the scotty.
The scotty had a tremedous amount of difficulty in starting and even the choke does not help.
We cannot imagine such a poor response from a company like tvs.
