On june12 i bought tvs n torq red colour and it was perfectly fine. But suddenly after 1st service, it started showing starting trouble. I went to the service centre, as my 2nd servicing time was near, and i notified to the tvs people about my issue. They said they will see to it, but when i got back my scooty the same trouble persisted. I again went to the showroom, they kept my scooty for 5days and when they gave me back they said it has been repaired. So, i brought it back, and it worked flawlessly for 8 to 9days but then again the same problem. The scooty is not at all starting, neither by kick nor by selfstart if once it is kept on rest. I have to kick minimum for 10min to start it. I don't feel the showroom people can solve it. I have already given my scooty to them twice. Please help.

    Greeting for the day
    Hope you are doing well.
    I purchased tvs star sport on 17 october 2018 from ahinsa tvs motor showroom devli main raod 110062.

    There is an issue of bubbling with rear and front type therefore i visited om tvs service centre to fix it, but they referred me to vikas tyres j-1/376 dda flats kalkaji new delhi 110062.

    In reference note service centre clearly wrote to replace the both tyre, but mr vikas rudely denied it by saying he can resolve the issue by fitting some settings in type.
    I allowed him for same even though both tyre after that not resolved also it became more in bubbling.
    Now as per mr vikas still he is not replacing the tyres.
    Also now he referred me to go again service centre to resolve the issue.
    Then i had words with mr pankaj manager tvs service centre okhla phase 2.
    But couldn't get any response.
    How can tvs can sale bike which is not good in condition also you are not doing anything to turn my bad experience into good one.
    One more thing now mr vikas not even picking up my call.
    I need result asap or i would never ever sugges anyone to bye any tvs bike.

      I booked tvs zest matte red in the pankaj tvs jalgaon and made payment of rs. 4000. But then after 10 days of booking they said the vehicle is not available in the company only. The company has stopped manufacturing tvs zest and there's only one zest left in the company that too in himalayan blur colour. After complaining in the tvs customer care i don't get any solution. A caller from the tvs customer care gave me the supervisor's (Norah singh) contact no. But even he didn't helped. He kept on saying lemme check for the availability since past 2 days. And now even his no. Out of coverage. Such a poor customer service you guys have. I'm not a new member to tvs. I already have tvs scooty pep+ and jupiter.

        I am the owner of tvs apache rtr 180. Bearing reg. No. As 01 dj 5613. I have purchased it in the month of june 2017 from joyshree tvs, guwahati. I am facing problems from the bike from 1st servicing onwards but the service centre assured me that after completition of all the free servicings the bike will get better, so i waited but even after the completion of all the servicing, the problems of the bike were not solved. Everytime after servicing the bike feels good for 2-3 days then again the same problems arise and i need to take my bike to the service centre. Visiting tvs service centres became a weekly/ monthly routine for me. The vibration issue increased day by day.

        I have registered a complain with national consumer helpline. Grievance no-969640

        I am a student of gauhati commerce college, guwahati and a singer and keyboardist by profession. I started going to college on bus, taxi, rickshaw etc leaving my apache 180 in my home because it was not fit to ride such a bike. Initially after facing the problems also i used to go to college on bike which is 12km from my home, reaching college my hands, back, leg used to pain and also certain discomfort in my testicles area so i stopped taking the bike to collegemany people know me because of my cultural field. They ask me why i am going to college on bus, taxi, etc so everybody knows about my problems in our college and neighbourhood but i have never uttered a bad word about tvs as i was a big fan of tvs.

        The main issues which i faced with the bike are vibrations from very low rpm (3000) in the handle bars, fuel tank, seat, foot peck i. E whole body of the bike. Also low throttle response, rpm fluctuations on its own (I have video of the rpm fluctuations).

        Even after doing all 5 servicings in tvs authorised service centre the problems were not solved so i complained to the service centre joyshree tvs where i have done four of my servicing, but they said that the bike is ok and there is no issue, they didn't believe to what i said. So i have approached the territory sales manager first then area service manager of tvs motor company area office guwahati on 13th july, 2018. I told him about the problems i faced and requested a replacement of the bike because even after repairing it for so many times the problems are not solved. But he refused my requests and requested me to visit joyshree tvs service centre and said this time the problems will be solved. But after taking delivery of the bike on 14 july, 2018 i was not satisfied. I was facing the same problems. It was very uncomfortable to ride the bike.


        As currently i am a student my exams were going on so was not able to contact them immediately but i again approached joyshree service centre and asm, tvs motor company, guwahati regarding the problems. Seeing no positive response i also registered a complain in the tvs website on 9th aug 2018 (Complaint no.-116271). Joyshree service centre again repaired the bike and also changed certain parts but after taking delivery i faced the same issues of vibration and rpm.

        This time i lost my patience and my family members adviced me to get rid of this bike anyway and get a new one from tvs. So, i approached the asm and told the idea of exchanging this bike with a new one. I also told him to give me a good amount of discount as it was just 1year i bought the bike on cash so now my family can’t afford so much money in the new bike. He assured me a good amount of discount. So i waited because my exams were going on and during durga puja i shall get the bike. After my exams got over i contacted him and he offered me a discount of[protected] was already there as durga puja discount and 3000 from area office) and exchange value of 1.3 years apache 180 was 60000.in today’s world 3000 rs is nothing but he said he can’t give more. At that time i visited suzuki they offered me exchange value 60000 and discount 5000rs which was way more better then what tvs offered from the fact that i am a tvs customer was facing problems due to the company’s product. I requested asm for some more amount of discount but he said no more then 3000.

        I didn’t have so much money to give so i had no other option then to again visit service centre and repair the bike. My family cannot afford now to give[protected]rs. After taking delivery of the bike on 15 oct, 18 the bike had the same issues. The service manager said they found no vibration issue on the bike. Also the asm told me not to contact him for all these things again and said that he was not the concerned person for these and i should talk with the dealership. But i was totally shocked because the tvs area service manager said he is not the concerned person for service related issue.

        § so it was like the tvs service centre and tvs asm said that i was lying that i have issues in my bike.

        § they never cared for my problems.in the whole process i was little dissatisfied with the product but i am totally dissatisfied with tvs service.

        § your service people don’t know how to treat customers. They argue with customers.

        § they give customers a dirty bike after complain service and customer have to argue with the service manager to get his bike washed.

        § customer has to argue to get his problems solved in a tvs service centre.

        § service people challenge customers.

        Its enough i am no more going to your poor tvs service centre where people don’t know how to talk to a customer. Your area service manager says he is not the concerned person for service issues, he always talk to me in a rude way. That shows the tvs company customer support.

        I have tried selling this bike to individual customers but they disagree to buy sensing the vibrations. I will try for some for days and if i cant get any customer then i will throw it to the guwahati munucipal corporation garbage dump because currently the bike is a useless thing for me. Because i need to go to college on bus, my father goes to work on foot with his broken leg.

        Your company people don’t know that a satisfied customer can bring 1000 people and a dissatisfied customer can kill 1000 customers. Teach them. I will never buy a tvs product again in my life and also make sure that none of my friends, relatives ever buy.

        Now i want a complete permanent solution to my problems or else i will have no other option then to sell this bike to scrap or throw it to dustbin and buy a second hand scooter because i don’t have money to buy a new bike. The bike is currently dangerous to ride because eveytime i ride it i feel pain my testicles area, hands, back as there is high amount of vibration in the seat and fuel tank area.

        I hope this time the company will care for the customer problems. I have all the neccasary service job cards and receipts with me which you can verify.

        The video attached was not the right one...I selected it by mistake.
        i have other videos where the RPM fluctuation is clearly visible.
        I'm given my Jupiter in one month back claim the insurance but that represents and owner not respons me and negligence words using me he was not following customer satisfaction

          Dear concerned

          This is second time i am writing an complaint on my vehicle battery.
          My vehicle number is : ap16el3413.
          Class of vehicle : tvs jupiter zx (Bsiv)
          Chassis number : md626eg4xh1k45917
          Engine number : eg4kh1721971

          The vehicle was registered on 9th november 2017. The aforesaid vehicle had self & kick start problem. When we took the vehicle to kasa motors, vijayawada they told battery is not getting charged. I have given complaint, the service manager from tvs has spoken to me but no proper support in resolving the issue. His number is : [protected].

          They handed over the vehicle next day after getting battery charged. Still i had same problem from last one week.

          When new battery has got discharged with on year, it's shows that tvs motors company has given me defected battery. Since the vehicle is in still warranty & battery is not getting charged requested them to replace with new dry battery. But they service manager of tvs motors & kasa motors are denied because of the gurantee period coming to the end for the vehicle.

          The above faults indicate that you failed to do so, and i am therefore legally entitled to receive new battery from you for breach of contract.

          Should you fail to replace the battery, i would be willing to refer my case to the consumer forum court under the motor industry code of practice for service and repair.

          Attached are the photograph of battery status before charge & after charge.

          I am waiting for your positive response.

It has a problem in the scooty regarding the break. We are getting huge sound when we are going doubles. From the very first day we are getting this problem and till now no one have responded. I am so agary right now i have purchase tvs calssic jupiter on 4 april 2018 i have problem with back side tiyer leaking air and balance and with horun since purchase 4 times i went for service in maya puri service center but thier service man said me this is not our work to look out the tiyer and other problem after 4 times service they called me name is mr. Pradeep and said me your tiyer is under warranty within 1 year of purchase. I am so surprised they did not tell me this information not manger not other people since first service. I am very irate right now. This your service i want call from ceo of the compnay. I am going to mark this complaint on facebook. This is beyond. I am so irate who's responsible. They charge me lot of mony.

                Vijayalakshmi tvs motor service centre. Is not doing service well in all aspects. When i wasgiven my vehicle they are not fitted with nut bolt in bike body panel and bicke color is sticking out soo bad condition. So please enquire about this issue.                   We bought scooty pep+ from balamurugan tvs show room, ambur on 15.08.2018 in the name of my mother ms. R. Dharani. At the time of selling this bike showroom persons (Ms. Priya) called me continuously for 1 month and after bought the vehicle no one has responded till now for registration of bike in rto. They told in 15 days they will register vehicle at the time of purchase. But now every week they are saying they will register this week and this week. But till now registration not happened. A very worst and poor customer service from tvs. I'm contacting ms. Priya from balamurugan tvs showroom. I'm calling every alternate day for registration. They simply avoiding the calls. Totally annoyed. Lost trust on tvs service after waiting of 70 days for registration.

                    I bought a New bike Apache 4v 200 cc on 10/10/2018. And since the first day, We are facing many problems in this bike like lots of missing problems, and date of buying 10/10/18 to 25/10/18 in between these days our bike has been gone 4th time to the showroom, and during this activity, our bike is scratched by the showroom peoples. I am giving u all images.
                    After this whole thing, still, we are facing the same problem. and now they are saying it's not showroom mistakes Actually its TVs Company fault contact with them .we are getting very irritated and disappointed to TVS Motor Company. I will never recommend to anyone for TVS vehicles. I request you people please resolve the issue of my problem as soon as possible or change the piece.

                      This is very bad on your part. You have wantedly given us an wrong contact number. And why should we pay 6200 when we it is the companies fault. Give us back the entire amount as we won't trust this company anymore if you are not doing the needful.. Give us back what we have paid or we are not going to pay anything replace our scooty with new model scooty. From the date we have bought the scooty we are having repairs. And they are telling this and old model scooty and they have sold to us. Sir please do the needful

                        I have purchased a tvs xl 100 for my business purpose 5 months ago.

                        I am facing an issue with the motor of the vehicle and when ever i was going for servicing of the vehicle the service center official denied to do servicing giving reason that no staff is available.

                        Come another day, now the issue is that when i approach them today they deny to service the vehicle stating that you did not turned up for regular servicing hence we will not service your vehicle.

                        Request you to intervene.

                          I, rishabh sharma, apache rte 160 bike registration no. Rj14hh9368. I gave my bike to your tvs service center, near gandhinagar railway station, jaipur as regular basis. When i collected the bike from your service center. Some days after service, the vehicle developed several faults when i checked my bike one part of bike was not properly screen by which, the sound of murmuring were coming from shocker and shocked damaged when i went service center to screw that part properly he carelessly left another part unscrew. You were under a legal obligation to carry out the work on my bike with reasonble care and skill, using parts of satisfactory quality and fit for their service, as laid down by consumer protection act 1986. The above fact indicate that you failed to do. So, plz take immediate action

                              I bought my new rtr200 4v 2.0 from the nearest yvs dealer and since the time of purchase i experienced alot of engine heating problem after just 3-4 km ride and then when i checked there was barely any engine oil in the engine. Such irresponsibility and bad service is not acceptable. The addess of the dealer is:-

                                This is in regard with the pathetic experience i had at trijal tvs, marthalli, bangalore. I had approached the representative for the replacement of my scooty zest parts which was supposed to be delivered with in 15 days sadly it prolonged to 45 days. The staff lacked even minimum courtesy of ringing up to me and update about the on going process. I had visit the showroom multiple times in order to get to know the status. Lately when i informed them of complaining online is when the action taken and parts where replaced. They fetched 8, 000 rs for the replacement of parts and the existing\older parts were not delivered to me. When contacted the representative for the same he had the audacity to tell me to "do whatever you want, your parts are sent to scrap".

                                  Sir i bought tvs apache 2004v abs version a week ago in back motors mariyappana palya, bangalore but it has some gear problem and petrol tank cap and the rubber washer is not fitted properly and their is a alen key bolt is missing in left side handel and the handle is shaking from the day i got my bike from the showroom but the showroom guys are not supporting properly so i want my bike fixed or want my bike replaced

                                  Very much disappointing after cash purchase of Scooty Zest on 16th march 2019 from Narbheram Motors Pvt Ltd., Sakchi, Jamshedpur. The vehicle is defective in self starting. Today, service center is doing repairing the battery. Why should I take repaired material ? Also, vibrating during speed between 30-40 kmph. Also the dealer has committed to provide a good ladies helmet on free of cost against 100% cash purchase. But in spite of 3 visits to their showroom, they are avoiding the same. may I go to consumer court??

                                    Dear sir/ medam really soory to inform your tvs service. Am not at all satisfied in your speed motor service (Basaveswaranagar) bangalore service center service.in the 2016 march i purchased new tvs victor bike in speed motors basaveswaranagar at the time of 1st service only i informed service centre engineer am facing problem in the bike engine sound that engineer every service they are do the sam adjustment and give back to me.in the same problem am inform more then 4 times your service feedback team also. If want see the track record i lodged 4 time complient now my vehicle runned 45.000 km now your engineers are informed that sound is head sound that is chargeable cost is around 4 to 5 thousand rupees in that case am facing this problem in 1 st service only i have 5 years warrenty in 60.000 thousand km. Please claim warrenty do need full to me am requesting. Thanks vehicle no ka02 jh3749.

                                      Very poor road mileage (Less than 40km per litre), date of purchase:17/03/2018. Number of servicing done: 3. Running done: 1700km approximately. My customer id: 270403.in spite of company promise of 65km per litre it is nowhere near to the promised mileage. Request replace my scooter with the new one. Your immediate action in this regard will be highly appreciated. Regards.

                                        Sir i have purchased tvs ntorq on 27 april 2018
                                        But it since then it has stopped working twice.
                                        From stop working i mean to say
                                        It's not getting star after so many kicks and self start button..

                                        Although i travel with it daily
                                        Even on sundays but still in month of heavy summer its stopped working
                                        Then i have to call road side assistance
                                        They toe it up to the service center.

                                        Befor that two to three times i had taken my ntorq myself to the service centre as it has a starting trouble
                                        It's engine gets off during traffic or turns at low speeds

                                        Moreover being riding in a range of 30-50 it hardly gives average of 36 kmph

                                        Expect in starting when i purchased it that time the average was 40

                                        I just can't understand what's the reason of such a low average...
                                        I had checked the online review people were claiming an average of 44 in city
                                        Upto 5200 km of run...
                                        And my ntorq is just 3100 km till date
                                        And average continously decreasing...
                                        Sir right now my vehicle is in insurance
                                        Please replace the non working part or even the vehicle...
                                        As it is not a typical tvs performance...

                                        And if this continues then i'll not recommend any one to buy ntorq

                                        I think it's my wrong decision to go for ntorq instead of segment leader suzuki access and suzuki burgman

                                        Please prove me wrong and help me out.
