I have purchased a tvs xl 100 for my business purpose 5 months ago.

I am facing an issue with the motor of the vehicle and when ever i was going for servicing of the vehicle the service center official denied to do servicing giving reason that no staff is available.

Come another day, now the issue is that when i approach them today they deny to service the vehicle stating that you did not turned up for regular servicing hence we will not service your vehicle.

Request you to intervene.

I, rishabh sharma, apache rte 160 bike registration no. Rj14hh9368. I gave my bike to your tvs service center, near gandhinagar railway station, jaipur as regular basis. When i collected the bike from your service center. Some days after service, the vehicle developed several faults when i checked my bike one part of bike was not properly screen by which, the sound of murmuring were coming from shocker and shocked damaged when i went service center to screw that part properly he carelessly left another part unscrew. You were under a legal obligation to carry out the work on my bike with reasonble care and skill, using parts of satisfactory quality and fit for their service, as laid down by consumer protection act 1986. The above fact indicate that you failed to do. So, plz take immediate action

अभी तक कोई रेस्पोंस टीवीएस कंपनी की तरफ से नहीं दिया गया। बाइक सेल करने के बाद सारी रेस्पोंस्बिलिटी कंपनी की खत्म हो जाती है।
चाहे बाइक के इंजन से प्रॉबलम हो या किसी और चीज़ से, बस वर्कशॉप के चक्कर लगाते रहो।
लाइफ मे कभी टीवीएस की बाइक नहीं ख़रीदूँगा।

I bought my new rtr200 4v 2.0 from the nearest yvs dealer and since the time of purchase i experienced alot of engine heating problem after just 3-4 km ride and then when i checked there was barely any engine oil in the engine. Such irresponsibility and bad service is not acceptable. The addess of the dealer is:-

This is in regard with the pathetic experience i had at trijal tvs, marthalli, bangalore. I had approached the representative for the replacement of my scooty zest parts which was supposed to be delivered with in 15 days sadly it prolonged to 45 days. The staff lacked even minimum courtesy of ringing up to me and update about the on going process. I had visit the showroom multiple times in order to get to know the status. Lately when i informed them of complaining online is when the action taken and parts where replaced. They fetched 8, 000 rs for the replacement of parts and the existing\older parts were not delivered to me. When contacted the representative for the same he had the audacity to tell me to "do whatever you want, your parts are sent to scrap".

Sir i bought tvs apache 2004v abs version a week ago in back motors mariyappana palya, bangalore but it has some gear problem and petrol tank cap and the rubber washer is not fitted properly and their is a alen key bolt is missing in left side handel and the handle is shaking from the day i got my bike from the showroom but the showroom guys are not supporting properly so i want my bike fixed or want my bike replaced

Dear sir/ medam really soory to inform your tvs service. Am not at all satisfied in your speed motor service (Basaveswaranagar) bangalore service center service.in the 2016 march i purchased new tvs victor bike in speed motors basaveswaranagar at the time of 1st service only i informed service centre engineer am facing problem in the bike engine sound that engineer every service they are do the sam adjustment and give back to me.in the same problem am inform more then 4 times your service feedback team also. If want see the track record i lodged 4 time complient now my vehicle runned 45.000 km now your engineers are informed that sound is head sound that is chargeable cost is around 4 to 5 thousand rupees in that case am facing this problem in 1 st service only i have 5 years warrenty in 60.000 thousand km. Very poor road mileage (Less than 40km per litre), date of purchase:17/03/2018. Number of servicing done: 3. Running done: 1700km approximately. My customer id: 270403.in spite of company promise of 65km per litre it is nowhere near to the promised mileage. Request replace my scooter with the new one. Your immediate action in this regard will be highly appreciated. Regards.

Sir i have purchased tvs ntorq on 27 april 2018
But it since then it has stopped working twice.
From stop working i mean to say
It's not getting star after so many kicks and self start button..

Although i travel with it daily
Even on sundays but still in month of heavy summer its stopped working
Then i have to call road side assistance
They toe it up to the service center.

Befor that two to three times i had taken my ntorq myself to the service centre as it has a starting trouble
It's engine gets off during traffic or turns at low speeds

Moreover being riding in a range of 30-50 it hardly gives average of 36 kmph

Expect in starting when i purchased it that time the average was 40

I just can't understand what's the reason of such a low average...
I had checked the online review people were claiming an average of 44 in city
Upto 5200 km of run...
And my ntorq is just 3100 km till date
And average continously decreasing...
Sir right now my vehicle is in insurance
Please replace the non working part or even the vehicle...
As it is not a typical tvs performance...

And if this continues then i'll not recommend any one to buy ntorq

I think it's my wrong decision to go for ntorq instead of segment leader suzuki access and suzuki burgman

Please prove me wrong and help me out.

मेरा नाम अभिनव गुप्ता है.मैंने चौहान टीवीएस नवाबगंज से बाइक खरीदी थी जिसका नंबर UP35AS3642 है.बाइक के इंजिन से आवाज आ रही है.मैंने पहले शिकायत की थी. तब टीवीएस वर्कशॉप उन्नाव के द्वारा कुछ कार्य इंजिन मे किया गया परंतु फिर भी बाइक के इंजिन से अवाज आ रही है. परंतु टीवीएस वर्कशॉप की तरफ से असमर्थता जता रहे है.मैंने टीवीएस इंजीनियर सौमिक से बात की परंतु उनकी तरफ से भी कोई रेस्पोंस नहीं मिला. अतः टीवीएस कोंपनी से अनुरोध है बाइक को पूर्ण रूप से सही करने की क्रपा करे।

Dated 29th sep 2018, against prakruthi tvs service centre,

As per your mail & verbal communication from prakruthi tvs service centre,, ganga nagar, banaglore still there is no resolution been provided.

Just to summary up, how i was brain washed &

1) made to pay higher amount of insurance renewal amount for less idv & removed the add on benefit of zero depression.

2) how can any such big organization ask for renewal charges.

I had just gone to inquire about insurance renewal which was still persisting, without any further questions the lady asked me to produce xerox copy. When i said i will mention the policy number she was not ready to accept it. I let it go & submitted the xerox copy without any further questions she renewed my insurance i was looking for best offers.. This too in vain. Then she started asking me additional 50 rs as a renewal fee, this time it was above my patience as how this center fools the customer.. When i questioned her where is it mentioned in the receipt she did not have an answer & said for me she will discard this.

I was been told by tvs team they are looking into matter but no further updates, i have send a reminder too but no reply.

I am still awaiting from prakruthi resolution step.

Have submitted my vehicle jupiter on friday afternoon they told that you will receive vehicle tomorrow evening (Saturday). Next day i went to service center but vehicle was not taken for servicing and was also not informed about that
While asking they telling no manpower, no electricity etc.. After they told get your vehicle by monday evening.
But know one receipting call at service center and same has not been informed about the work.

Monday i got the vehicle but service is not satisfied. I have mentioned some minor complaints only that also not rectified. Very poor service is been provided by service center. No one...

I have taken amc in vs agency. Otherwise i will go some rode side machinist.
By comparing vs agency some rode side machinist is 1000 times better.

I am from Dombivali, Mumbai, Maharashtra .
I have purchased a TVS Wego 110, my product is still in warranty but still the service center gives 1000 reasons for not responding to the complaints I ahve raised.

Even the cleaning they provide after the servicing is not upto the cleaning standards .

I want a reply from your side .

And I think being one of the leading company you will take this issue serious and reply .

Iam a tvs appachi rtr customer since last 1.5 years.bike parts are not available in any showrooms like clutch packing or engin connected bairing.my finance is not completed 1and half year is remaining.please solve my promlem

I have purchased a pept plus scooty on date 16/09/2018. From subash motors jajpur road. Odisha. From the purchasing period my scooty has sarting problem i have given many complain to subash motors he take my scooty n short out the problem. It is for only 2months after that such problems again comes out. When complain about the scooty n do the same the problem is continuing. Now i want to return my scooty. Please give the process or do a permanent solution.

Dear i have purchased tvs jupiter bs iv in the july 2017 from lagwal autos hoshiarpur. After completing my free services i purchased amc through lagwal autos hoshiarpur. Now presently i am living in jalandhar and i visited ravi automobiles amritsar road jalandhar. The services person denise the benefits of amc at this services point while the amc book is from company and the person who gave me this amc book told me that you can use this amc book any tvs showroom services center. This time ravi automobiles charges full amount pay service charges while i have already amc book. So kindly advice me how i can get the benefits of amc book at any tvs service center except lagwal autos hoshiarpur.

My name is ambreen fatema... We have purchased ntorq in yellow colour from port blair (Andaman and nicobar islands) through sai leela motors for around ₹ 84000. We were asked to collect the vehicle after about 10 days from the date of payment. When we went to the showroom to collect our bike, we noticed it had some scratches near the head light, faded colour on 10-12 inches on one side of the bike and rust/ corrosion on the exhaust cover also. Therefore, we brought this to the notice of the sales executive and denied collecting the bike.in response to our complaint about these things, the sales girl said it had arrived in this condition from the manufacturing plant and it's not her mistake. We asked her to let us have a word with the manager so that we can resolve this, but this was completely denied, both in person and over telephone...

After that, it has been more than three days that no effort has been made to inform us about the status of progress on our complaint. The staff at sai leela motors has not contacted us at all... Me and my husband both tried calling on the manager's and showroom's no... Which they don't pick up... Today, the staff at tvs realised that we are not letting the matter go easily and hence blocked our numbers.

This makes me come to the conclusion that tvs customers get all the attention from the staff when the payment is due. But once the money had been received, nobody bothers to even take care of the vehicle till it gets delivered...!!!
We still have not received any communication from the dealer about our bike.
Please note: the money was transferred on 29 sep 18 and delivery was on 11 oct 18 which is still due!!!

Kindly look into the matter. Thanking you for a prompt and proper action in anticipation..!

I bought a new scooty pep + on 14-oct-2018 from susheel tvs, kphb road, hyderabad. They charged me total 57500 rs.in this they have taken 1600 rs as facilitation charges. I was not aware what these charges are. Later i checked and got to know that these charges are illegal and should not be charged to customer. I got to know that in a similar case with hyundai motors, two show rooms cancelled in bengaluru.

They have not given...

I have got cracks in my headlamp at first it was small but now i see a lot of cracks when touched from outside its is smooth as glass but the cracks are visible and looks like its broken im worried, when i asked the dealer about it they say its due to heat created by the bulb, im not satisfied i need a proper explanation why is it happening
