Despite our regular complaint they are not attending complaint as my wife will be fedup from their services .
They are bluffing all the times but they do not worried about your customers .

I booked tvs jupiter grand but not get delivery. The dealer told me u must complesery purchase accessories all set. But i don't want all set. I want 3 parts of accessories. But he not ready to give me. They told company said dealer sell with set of accessories. Not for loose.
What is the policy about ur tvs... Accessories.

I have given bike for service in kottayam
10 days back and still no further action taken and bike still not delevered. All details are there in attachment. I have a loss of 1000 rs per day and same should be paid back by dealer and in case any further dispute i will drag this to consumer court. My name tm paulose and vehicle number is kl05 an 4820

Hi, i have purchased a tvs jupiter on aug 2016 and getting lot of issue like vehicle not starting most of the time, either through kick or self start. All free services as well as paid services were done periodically. Plucks are getting damaged almost every month or so. Sir! I have bought a vehicle of jupiter classic from dharmana tvs gajuwaka, visakhapatnam recently.. First i need to complain about product.. Mileige n all is satisfactory bt it has hell starting trouble from the day1.. Morning first start self and kick nothingg works.. While riding if we reduce the acceleration or even speed breaker comes engine stops.. Problem is worsening even after 2 services... Sometimes i need to push it kilometers...

I have raised a complaint regardin by jupiter scooter. The complaint reference number is 119501.
The scooter was serviced by shree sai wheels and withing 10 days the problem reoccurred.

Please let me know what action tvs company is taking. The scooter was purchased last year in november and only run 400 km. Why the problem is not resolved.

This is the 2nd complaint i sent and still no action is taken. The showroom people just call once and then forget. Shame on tvs and balaji tvs on the whole.

It is to inform you that I have purchased Apache rtr 200 race edition on 2/10/2018 from Auto Hi tech distributors (TEZPUR, ASSAM). But, I feel very disgusting when I found some rust on the lower portion of the side stand and on the main stand as well. when I report the issue to the dealer I got no satisfying reply. I gave my bike for service in TVS Neo moters center (bilekahalli BG road Bangalore).
I had 2 major bike issues 1. chain was making noise and 2. Head light (given wrong spare part from same center earlier)
But they only washed the bike and kept it there whole day, gave it back and charged 1000rs....

I purchased my bike on 2nd of march 2018.. The tail panel quality is pathetic.. My tail panel cracked even when gentle pressures us on it. The fibre quality is very poor. The tail section panel which is located around the pilion seat fibre cracked. Please improve quality of fiber on the motorcycle and matte black color tends to scratch very easily. My bike tail section fibre in bad condition....
