    Dear all,

    It is to inform you that I have purchased Apache rtr 200 race edition on 2/10/2018 from Auto Hi tech distributors (TEZPUR, ASSAM). But, I feel very disgusting when I found some rust on the lower portion of the side stand and on the main stand as well. when I report the issue to the dealer I got no satisfying reply. How A company like TVS can provide such poor quality material to its customers? I give all my savings to purchase this two-wheeler and after that when such type of problem arises this will obviously change my faith on TVS..
    hereby requesting you please do the needful and give importance to my complaint. I can provide you all the necessary details regarding this .

      I gave my bike for service in TVS Neo moters center (bilekahalli BG road Bangalore).
      I had 2 major bike issues 1. chain was making noise and 2. Head light (given wrong spare part from same center earlier)
      But they only washed the bike and kept it there whole day, gave it back and charged 1000rs.

        Our self start & quick start both are not working properly, hence we been to lava chethana tvs motors at nuzvid & kasa tvs motoros at vijayawada.

        They said battery doesn't have problem. After serving the problem become more and the vehicle is not getting started. Again we been to lava chetan motors at nuzvid they said the battery doesn't have much water. They filled with water. Same day evening again vehicle didn't start though we have used self & quick start. We requested for battery replacement. They reluctant to do it & resolve our problem.

            I went to a tvs service point situated at jatni, odisha (Sushil tvs) told the problem about my bike having some brake problem and told them to shut out. Instead of shutting that out that fellow told me that i don't know work go for any other mechanic, if he don't know how to work and how to interact with customers then why he is there,. Also the person who guide all those service he told me that you have always problem in your bike. So if there is a small problem also that is there duty to shutout,.

            Another problem my bike exhaust pipe is damaged so i went to various tvs showroom to ask them to order a new one, but everyone denied cause that should be change under warranty and main reason that i had not done multiple service at there service center,.

              I purchased apache 200 4v race edition on 16th september 2018.
              From the 3rd day i started receiving problems in handle bar.
              My handle bar is going towards right while riding it straight. I raised a complaint to the showroom on first service but they are saying it is ok.
              Then i visited 2 other showrooms they have detected the problem for the same and resolved it some how. But after riding it on a long route i started facing the same issue again and again after resolving this issue for 4 times. I think they have sold me the defected piece and now they are saying we cant do anything on this. And i have told them that my right hand is paining due to this problem but they are least interested in repairing or replacing my handle.
              Whats the use of spending me more than lakh if i have to face handling problem in such sports bike also.

                I purchased my bike on 2nd of march 2018.. The tail panel quality is pathetic.. My tail panel cracked even when gentle pressures us on it. The fibre quality is very poor. The tail section panel which is located around the pilion seat fibre cracked. Please improve quality of fiber on the motorcycle and matte black color tends to scratch very easily. My bike tail section fibre in bad condition.

                  There is showroom which takes three types of labour charge. 1. Labour cost 2. Showroom enter cost 3. Chain set feed cost. And it all rate cost includes in labour cost. And the very bad behavior of showroom owner. He is a crazy guy. He took vehicle wash cost but it is also includes in general service charge. He is not taking me serious and ignoring again and again.

                    On saturday i given my tvs wego scooters to vijay motors - avadi, for service purpose. (Warranty)
                    While take back my vehicle, i found the foot rest was broken condition. I asked them but i m getting the proper solution. Very worst service experience with them. I need a proper solution for their faulty services. I used my vehicle with 1200km since last 4month. One by one i got issues 1st service headlight issue, 2nd service foot rest broker by service center.
                    Need a replacement of my vehicle.

I am visited in dynamic motors pvt ltd add - a-15 rajapuri main palam najafgarh road opp sector 5 dwarka new delhi 110059.in my vehicle milage are going down and break are not working properly. Mr. Shubham attend me and says give me some time he will ready my vehicle when i am reached after some time he says vehicle is done and you can go. I have started my vehicle but same problem are coming. When i again compaint to shubham kumar workshop advisor he refuse to provide service again and talk to me with abusive language. When i said i will do complaint agains you in tvs than he says jo karna ho kar lo company mera kucn nahi kar sakti. Please take nessecery action again shubham kumar and provide me better service as your name. I will go to higher authority and consumer court to about bad experience of tvs. Waiting for reply

                        I purchased ntorq on september. I fixed lady handle for n torque 125. But problem is that after fixed the lady handle, when i close the seat, the light is not shut downed (Off) because of lady handle's assembling problem. Because of this, my vehicle battery is draining un nexessary. But i must ne d lady handle also for safe riding
                        So please do the needful.

                          As I have purchased a bike from your workshop before 2 months but after that I have faced many issue like Shocker problem, break problem, Self start problem, Milege problem, engine problem and silencer problem.for that I went to service center, showroom everywhere but they didn't take any action till today I purchased a new bike not any second hand after that I have facing this kind of issue I am requesting to you please change my bike as soon as possible & take hard action on it.

                            I purchased TVS Jupiter Zx Model bearing Chasis no MD626EG42H3N32589 and Engine No EG4NH2X47438 from S D Motors as on 29/01/2018.

                            I got done third free services from S D TVS Motor, 1/486, GT Road, Uberoi Compound, Ghisa, Dilshad Garden, Delhi, 110095. I told specifically the problem faced by me towards scooty about engine failiure to the concerned mechanic . My scooty automatically stops after running 3-4 KM. Today, I faced an accident that could be convert into major mishappening with me. My scooty suddenly stops in between road and a fast running bus behind Me. Luckily, the Bus Driver acted wisely and stop the Bus. I am facing the same problem after 3 free services of My Scooty and now scooty is not yet start.

                            Therefore, I request you to kindly resolve my problem at the earliest or suggest me best course of action.

I told them that it is manufacturing problem and the manager of that showroom told me that the order we are placing is being cancelling all the time and they are saying that sometimes later we will call you since 2 months.

                                I have purchased the apache 160cc from your dealer Arunagiri motors kalyannagar branch Bangalore

                                I had given my vehicle for 2nd free service at the service station at Arunagiri motors Kalyan Nagar on 27/9/2018 at around 11:45 A.M and the service done to my vehicle is pathetic
                                Firstly I get a call from the dealer at 3 P.M saying that the vehicle is ready and I can collect it. After going to Arunagiri to my surprise I see that my vehicle is punchered..
                                Secondly the same issue that I had faced in my first service that the rear disc does not hold the brake after I apply the brakes, when reported this to the concerned person to rectify the disc brake problem no one takes initiative to check for the disc brake problem and lately they tell me to come the next day to collect the vehicle since the work shop is closed.
                                I have herein attached the bill along with a written statement from the service person that there was a faulty service done to the vehicle and his signature with date as well
                                The person has accepted that the vehicle was punchred while at the service station and the disc had a fault.
                                There is even a cranky sound observed from the front suspension while applying brake

                                And the other issue observed was that the front register no plate bolt is missing, now I need to know that what service/cleaning is done that needs the bolt to be removed...?

                                The next day when I had been to meet the person incharge of the showroom I was unhappy with the reply given by them too, they say that the vehicle puncher cannot be held responsible if that is the case why not the inspection done prior when the vehicle was handed over and with my sign on the job card..?
                                As you can see where he is rubbing the disc brake part on the cement concrete instead of cleaning the part..

                                Even when I had given the vehicle for the first service I faced the same issue but really sad to say that a brand like TVS does a poor response to the customers post selling their vehicle.

                                  After servicing my jupiter, they are saying there is an issue with battrey and it needs to be replaced. But i never faced any issue with battrey in last 2 year. And now battrey is completely dead after servicing. They have kept my jupiter from 3 days and not at all responding properly on this issue.

                                  They are asking me to call back again and again. Please help to resolve this issue.

                                      Bike has staring problem from that day i buyed bike i have raised complaint too it's off no use complaint number is 114193. Brought bike on july 14 its in service center from past one month still they are enable to resolve issue and even though this complaint escalated to area manager he never contacted me and now this complaint is being closed without problem being resolved.

                                        My name is Ayaz Khan. I bought Apache 200 4V (no. U.P 20 AX 6067) Bike from your TVs ms siddhi motars bairaj road bijnor 246701 (U. P) showroom on 2/11/2016. When I bend the bike slightly to the left, then there is a very dirty voice from the bike engine. I complained to the TVS service center and TVS showroom but those people did not help me.In the last three months, I complained about my bike in the service center, but the behavior of those people was very messy. I also complained to T.M. Rishabh Gupta, but he did not do anything.
