I am making this complaint now because i was waiting for the feedback call from tvs company (As always) but this time didn't received any such call so finally i am making a complaint here.

Case: last month on the 8th of august i went to the tvs authorized service centre at pali (Rajasthan) for the reapir of my accidental bike (Apache 160 rtr).

I went to service my tvs wego to the service pla center near cantonment. Though the timing mentioned there is 7 am but there is non one to say a word till 8.45. No one was present there to reply any of our queries. The security said that more than 60 of the staff had gone for a picnic and it is a doubt that there will be service today. An extreme disappointment for neither any actions taken, nor received any reply to my email against a complaint raised against an authorised service centre of tvs motors. This shows how serious this company is towards its customers issues. I have one scooty pep+ since last 3 years. Vehicle was delivered from kathir motors karamana, trivandrum kerala. At first 6th month my accelerator cable broken while i was in drive, i requested local assistance and during the warranty period they charged and replaced the broken one.

I purchased two vehicles of yr company wego and scooty. Yr company gives 5 yrs warranty on scooty when i purchased.. Since purchase scooty was knocking, i tried to tell dealer but he ignored.
