Poor service provided by speedwheel tvs service centre khopat, thane west

Have submitted my vehicle jupiter mh04 gw 9564 on 10/10/2018 and was told that you will receive vehicle tommorow. Next day i went to service centre but vehicle was not taken for servicing and was also not informed about that.
After that i was told that vehicle will be received tommorow by sure by evening of 12/10/2018.

But know one receipting call at service centre and same has not been informed about the work.

Very poor service is been provided by service centre. No one is concerned about this at service station.

Kindly do the needfull.

Today service centre in not opened and same should have been informed me yesterday. But service centre person told me you will get your vehicle tomorrow 100%.

False statement given by service centre persons and making fool of customers.

Very poor service done by service centre. Many problems are their after servicing the vehicles.
Vehicle not serviced properly. Pickup issue, Handle issue, no undercoating done as recommended, and many more problems.

    I went to the showroom to buy tvs sports bike on visiting showroom i liked tvs star city plus model they said its a dual tone model top model new arrival i said ok i will buy this they billed me of dual tone model. On the next day, i got to know from company official website that it is a standard model with oscar black color. They are not providing me the dual tone model nor they are refunding me the difference.

    They are taking[protected]+ extra on every model from the price given on the official tvs website.

    Please help me in getting my refund or change of the bike to dual tone form the given basic model.

        My new rr310 reg num (Tn 24 am 8554) have been purchase on 26th of july this month. Just after two months o[censored]sage my clutch wire got breaks during my way from office to home and i got hang on the middle of the road and i take it to dhiraa motors virugambakkam, chennai at 7.30pm. Today after changing clutch cable they charge rs. 720 and i shocked which is not cover under warranty. After purchasing a bike of rs. 2.5 lakhs and usage of just two months i got hang on the middle of the road and company charging me for that is very crucial thing. So my humble request is to refund my money and cover under warranty with reason why it breaks since i made proper timeline service and to check the clutch cable quality and provide good quality of cable. Hope i will receive favor solution.

          I have bought TVS N Torq on 25th Aug 2018 and it is horrible experience with its starting trouble. No customer would want to have such issue with a newly bought bike, TVS has miserably failed in this aspect. Assuming that this will be solved through 1st service, but then this has got even worse now. Pathetic on you TVS. Never Expected.

            Hi team,

            My name is mrudula, i purchased tvs ntorq in july 2018 in bangalore vellam sir tvs showroom (Indian motors agencies). From day 1 i am facing bike starting problem and bike is getting stopped in between while driving. I told to showroom pole they never look in to it property...
            One day (Within one week of bike purchase) bike has not started and show room mechanic came and took bike by pushing. When i went there showroom manager munisetty said some thermosensor coil problem and they changed. I asked them y u have given a defect bike? And showroom manager faught with me and asked me to go to consumer court very rude way.

            As they promised bike never worked properly and against three days ago oct 08 2018 i just missed an accident just bcoz bike got stopped in between road so, i took bike to showroom and now they changed carburettor. And they are saying you will not get any problem now.

            I believe in tvs company and paid 76000/- and purchased bike
            1. Why should i face all these problems from two months?
            2. Why can't company take my bike back and provide new bike?
            3. Why should i use a defect bike?
            4. If one or other day something happens to me just bcoz of this bike issues who is responsible? Will tvs company will take responsibility?

            Hoping tvs company will get answer to my questions and solve these issues...

            I have all proofs about my bike issues and what showroom people changed parts
            For my bike.

              मेने अप्रैल 2016 में tvs की स्कूटी जुपिटर शाजापुर गुरुकृपा शोरूम से खरीदी थी।जिसमे बैटरी गाड़ी से चार्ज नही हो प् रही है और आज मैं गुरुकृपा शोरूम पर रिपेयर करवाने गया तो बोला की 1500rs लगेंगे पूरी गाड़ी की वायरिंग change होगी।मैंने बोला जिस वायर में मिस्टेक है उसे change कर दीजिये तो डीलर ने बिना गाड़ी चेक किये मुझे शोरूम से भगा दिया और बोला की मत खरीदना tvs की गाड़ी।ऐसे डीलर tvs का नाम ख़राब कर रहे है ऐसे लोगो की डीलरशिप cancel कर किसी सही व्यक्ति को देना cchahiye आप अपने dealar से संपर्क कर मेरी समस्या का समाधान कीजिये।otherwise m not purchase TVs vehicles in future.me and my friends and my relative not purchase u r company vehicles.

                This is Murali K, I have ordered TVS XL 100 HD and received delivery on 31/05/2018 but still, registration not yet done and no proper response from the dealer (Poongothai Automotives, TVS Dealer, Arni, Tiruvannamalai District). Daily I am walking to the dealer place and even I have paid the amount too.

                Kindly take this as priority and response immediately to get registration.

                  Despite our regular complaint they are not attending complaint as my wife will be fedup from their services .
                  They are bluffing all the times but they do not worried about your customers .

                    I booked tvs jupiter grand but not get delivery. The dealer told me u must complesery purchase accessories all set. But i don't want all set. I want 3 parts of accessories. But he not ready to give me. They told company said dealer sell with set of accessories. Not for loose.

                        Sir I purchased TVS classic in month of February, KA 28 ER 5045, hardly it's 8 month, the part of double stand where we keep our foot to lift the vehicle is broken. This is not the durability we expected. Sir can we replace this or we have to bear the expense for this part.
                        Fule indicator dose'nt working properly, sometimes self not working and it turns off automaticly while driving.

                              I have purchased my tvs scooty pep + purchased by me on 9.7.2018 from prathap tvs, nandigama. I purchased the said vehicle on loan from hinduja leyland finance and paid down payment of rs.15, 000/-. On 9.7.2018, vehicle was delivered to me. After 10 days of purchase of the vehicle, it started giving trouble and whenever i bring down the accelerator to slow down the vehicle in traffic or at speed breaker or when the vehicle is continuously run for more than 10 kilometers, the cabin of the scooty gets hot and engine is getting offed. When i try to the start the vehicle either by self-starter or by kicking the kicker, it is not getting started. After 10 to 15 minutes it gets started.
                              I have given to the showroom where i have purchased the vehicle, initially they said some problem with the screw near the carborator and returned back the vehicle, saying that it will not create any problems.
                              Even after the above said problem, the vehicle again started giving some problems and this time the service boy told that there is some minute dust particle in the carborator and they have cleaned the same.
                              Thereafter within 3 or 4 days, again the vehicle got the same problem and this time they asked me to leave the vehicle there for one day for observation, so that they can observe the same and give delivery next day. On the next day, they informed that there is a problem with the silencer and so they replaced the same.
                              Thereafter the vehicle was running in a good condition. But all of sudden since two days again the engine of the vehicle is giving a hard sound which is totally different and while driving the vehicle it is not in a smoother manner.
                              Hence, i request for replacement of new vehicle as the vehicle purchased by me on 9.7.2018 is frequently giving troubles. Failing which my total amount which i have paid towards down payment and emi to returned by the dealer with interest.

                              and the problem still exists with the vehicle... The Showroom mechanics are not expert in identifying the issue. I have verified the problem with Private Mechanic with regard to the sound of vehicle and he informed that there is some problem with bearing... So it is just and necessary to replace me with new vehicle

                                Hi, i have purchased a tvs jupiter on aug 2016 and getting lot of issue like vehicle not starting most of the time, either through kick or self start. All free services as well as paid services were done periodically. Plucks are getting damaged almost every month or so. Carbon emission is visible during vehicle start up and mileage is almost 30-35 km/liter.

                                I have repeatedly told above issues during every vehicle service. Every time the service station manager and it's staffs said they have fixed the problems and you won't get issue anymore. Just a month back i have had my vehicle serviced as it was not started and they have kept it for an extra day saying they will keep it for more observation. They next day they told nothing to worry about and everything seems ok and they did necessary adjustments. But the bill they charged was more than 1200 bucks.

                                I am a working lady and it's very difficult for me to go to the service station for maintenance regularly.
                                Service was overcharged every time without addressing/fixing the proper issue. Tvs vehicle service from angul center is very much painful and horrible. It's a pure harassment for a customer.

                                Let me clarify if this issue won't be addressed at immediate basis without any cost, i will go for a legal action.

                                  Sir! I have bought a vehicle of jupiter classic from dharmana tvs gajuwaka, visakhapatnam recently.. First i need to complain about product.. Mileige n all is satisfactory bt it has hell starting trouble from the day1.. Morning first start self and kick nothingg works.. While riding if we reduce the acceleration or even speed breaker comes engine stops.. Problem is worsening even after 2 services... Sometimes i need to push it kilometers together to get mechanic shops.. Bt nobody could trouble shoot it till now

                                  Second and most important thing is.. Service.. I can even bear with the starting trouble.. Bt i couldn't handle these service people... See sir, when sales increases we need to improve the service facilities, technicians everything... Whenever we goes they will tell slots busy come tomorrow day after tomorrow.. I gets only one holiday in week.. For service reason i need to put leave and go when they tells.. And i told this problem in both the services and went to service center many times for customer complaints.. For that moment they will just act something n sends back..in my way back itself it stops again..

                                  Very disappointed sir and frustrated too.. Finally... Service is an art... And heart of the bussiness.. Plz do needful

                                    I have raised a complaint regardin by jupiter scooter. The complaint reference number is 119501.
                                    The scooter was serviced by shree sai wheels and withing 10 days the problem reoccurred.

                                    Please let me know what action tvs company is taking. The scooter was purchased last year in november and only run 400 km. Why the problem is not resolved.

                                    Today one of the mechanic visited the property and found that the self starter and the magnetic coil is not working and the matter worsen as this was not rectified earlier when I reported this problem earlier. Shree Sai Wheels is totally incompetent and they even told me that they had changed the magnetic coil earlier.
                                    Please note that I will not pay a single rupee and rather you should compensate for the distress caused by you.

                                    I had visited workshop on 15/10/2018 and today faced same problem. Again left the scooter at service centre.

                                    I think there is a manufacturing defect and need replacement.

                                    This is 25th of october and the issue is not resolved. Shree Sai TVS is unable to resolve the issue. Now the scooter is in there custody for last 10 days and i m not sure what they are doing with this. Your area manager Namita Behara don't respond to calls and don't know what is the problem.

                                    I m devastated with the service provided by TVS motors. I bought a Jupiter last year and had starting problem. 1 year down the line I have visited there workshop 5 times but the issue is not resolved and TVS motor is not taking any kind of responsibility.
                                    Never every bye there product. All products are defective and after sales service is pathetic.

                                        This is the 2nd complaint i sent and still no action is taken. The showroom people just call once and then forget. Shame on tvs and balaji tvs on the whole.

                                        Original complaint as below —
                                        Dear customer care team,

                                        Kindly note that i bought 2 tvs ntorq scooters. One for my brother and another for my senior citizen father. Both have the same issues but i would speak for the one i gifted to my father as my brother is a senior lawyer and is handling the issue himself.

                                        Please note that my father is a heart patient and the scooter was bought for his convenience and not for the hassles or torture. The scooter was bought on 07th march 2018 from k. K. Automobiles, a-1, adhyapak nagar, najafgarh road, nangloi, delhi - 110041. The sale services of the showroom was excellent and i was impressed by it. Scooter registration no. Is dl-11sv-2885. Chasis no. Md626ag71j2b00867.

                                        The scooter has a faulty battery or the charging unit of the battery might be faulty and it stops working anytime and every now and then. This forces my dad to kick start the scooter instead of the self start and being a heart patient, this is a very tedious and risky thing for him to do. Both the stands of the scooter (Side and main stands) are super tight and creates pain in his foot when he uses them at the time of parking the scooter. All these issues were reported on 03 july 2018 while getting this serviced from the workshop at - tvs balaji auto, e/244, block e2, vir banda bairagi marg, near shastri nagar metro station, shastri nagar, delhi, 110052.

                                        My father was assured that the battery/ alternator will be replaced and there won't be any issues in future. While to my horror and surprise, no action was taken on the battery issue and also on the stands except the oiling of the stands. Anyhow, he took the scooter back and the problem was not there for about 23 days. Then he got sick and didn't use the scooter for 2 days. The same problem came back again and since then, he requested the people there to change the battery and stands and get the issue resolved but nothing is done. I cam to know of all these issues after returning to india now.

                                        This kind of service from tvs is simply not acceptable and is ridiculous. This is a consumer based generation with multiple market players and cut throat competition. Moreover the consumer courts and social media platforms are quite sufficient to degrade the goodwill of any company / product and hence such attitude that "the consumer is a fool" is simple not acceptable by me. As a last resort i am writing to you directly and i need a permanent solution of my issues with battery and stands replacement from the tvs before i take up any other resort for my consumer rights.

                                        Hopefully i am ringing the right bell this time and a quick and positive action would be taken. Thanking you in anticipation.

                                        Reminder complaint as below-

                                        Please refer to my complaint number 119908 which is still open. The proceedings are as below-

                                        1. I was called by mr. Rajiv from balaji motors as asked to bring the scooter for the inspection.

                                        2. I was greeted well by mr. Rajiv. On inspection the irregularity was noticed by the team.

                                        3. I had to wait for good 5 and half hours and then was told that the fuel supply "t" was faulty, so replaced, then the ignition coil coupling was tightened and the oiling was done on the side and center stands.

                                        4. I insisted on the battery and alternator check as in the original complaint but nothing was done in that regard and i was forced to take the scooter back and wait and see for 2-3 days.

                                        5. To my surprise, they also repeatedly insisted for the call closure code by saying that it is the sms we sent you and we need that sms. As if i am a kid.

                                        6. The scooter worked fine just for 1 day and again the same issue arouse. I messaged mr. Rajiv on whatsapp but no reply was given. Copy of screenshot attached.

                                        7. I am now really frustrated and upset on the services offered by tvs. I don't have time for making repeated complaints and visits for this problem and issue. You change this faulty scooter, ignition, battery, alternator or whatever. I need a final resolution to the problem before i move my case to the court and social media to decide. This is really surprising that what personal interest the workshop has in not getting a resolution to the tvs customers but ready to give up the company goodwill and the faith of the customers in the tvs company.
