I have visited 3 times to tvs kiran komerical secunderabad ranigung, hyderabad 500003 for second service 1 st service was done on 16-aug 2018 at 968 km .as there have given 2nd service time from 2500km -3000km, i have visited service center at 3050km on 15th oct 2018 now it is 3945 km. even today i have visited service center there are deny to do service and saying employees are in leave. while purchasing time they have said and given express service is available with in one hour there will be delivering it but these service center people are not responding when ever i visited there are decline service, i asking them to speak with manager they says manager is not available.

I HAVE REQUESTED FOR 2 ND SERVICE FROM 15 OCT 2018 AND I HAVE VISITED SAME DAY ITSELF THEY DECLINED TO DO 2ND SERVICES SAYING REASON THAT EMPLOYEES ARE IN LEAVE COME AFTER SOME DAYS TILL TODAY I AM ROAMING FOR MY 2ND SERVICE EVEN TODAY THEY DECLINED TO DO SERVICE WHILE PURCHASING YOUR SALES PERSONS SAID WE HAVE EXPRESS SERVICE WITHIN ONE HOUR THEY DO SERVICES AND THEY GIVE EVEN YOUR SERVICE BOOK YOU TO MENTION SAME, AS I AM FEED UP WITH YOUR SERVICE, JUST I AM REQUESTING FOR 2ND SERVICE ONLY IN STARTING ITS SELF YOUR SERVICE IS WONDERFUL AND ENTERTAINING CUSTOMER INA GOOD WAY I AM HAVING STILL 3 FREE SERVICES I CAN EXCEPT YOUR MORE SERVICES I AM NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR COMPANY VECHILE YOU PLEASE TAKE YOUR VEHICLE AND REFUND AMOUNT SO THAT I CAN GO FOR ANOTHER BRAND. IAM ATTACHING ALL THE CALL DETAILS WHEN EVER I HAVE CALLED YOU AND BEGED FOR SERVICE AND VISITED FOR SERVICE WORKSHOP THERE YOUR EMPLOYEES ALSO SAY EMPLOYEES ARE IN LEAVE EVERY DAY YOUR EMPLOYEES WILL BE IN LEAVE. I REQUESTED FOR PICK UP NO ONE CAME FOR PICKUP EVEN IF I WENT TO SERVICE CENTER THERE DECLINE TO DO SERVICE.EACH AND EVERY TIME WHEN EVER IM VISITING YOUR SERVICE AREA I NEED TO TAKE LEAVE OR PERMISSION FROM LAST MONTH I AM VISITING YOUR SERVICE AREA. WHEN EVER I SAY NEED TO TALK WITH MANAGER THEY SAY MANAGER IS NOT AVAILABLE IN CALL AND WHEN I VISITED DIRECTLY.
IAM FACING ISSUE IN VECHILE THERE IS NOISE FROM ENGINE, BREAKS ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY, NO MILIGE ONLY IM GETTING 45-48 WHEN YOU HAVE GIVEN 62KM PER LITER WHAT EVER COMMITMENTS YOU HAVE GIVEN ALL ARE [censored] COMMITMENTS,

    I bought tvs apache rr310 on 24march 2018 and today i was riding my bike suddenly my engine key fall down in running mode.. Bike is running without key is it come under warrenty?? I have lost my key but speedometer is on it is costly bike but locker is very poor.. So suggest me what i do because i think it's not my fault.
    Please help me i'm facing problem

      Dear sir/mam,

      I have purchased tvs jupiter which chassis no is md626eg43j3l48090 on dated 24oct 2018 from nmp tvs sirsa. The vehicle was delivered by same day on offline delivery challan. I asked about the bill but they told me that they have applied for the rc so bill will be sent to rto. They did not give me any xerox of bills.
      I ask them many times for the rc applied detail and date but they denied to answer. Even they charge 4500/- where the fee of rc is approx 3000/-. Today i checked using customer service app and found the billing date is 05nov2018. Please find the screen shot.
      Till date they had not applied for the rc and i have no any billing proof. Kindly guide me how to go through this situation.
      Kindly justify the things otherwise i'll have to go through some kind of legal process

        This is to complaint about the continuous repair being done to rectify the voice coming in my newly tvs jupiter purchased in cash. The engine noise voice has been done repaired 3 times by service station but again and again its coming due to which the millage is also giving very low. I am really fed up with this issue and all my friends suggested me to buy activa but i bought jupiter which is big mistake. I am going to take up the matter in consumer court forum.

        Dear Concerned

        Again there is Missing problem in my scooter. Recently I had done second service of the scooter but there is missing problem arising again. I had got it checked at service station yesterday and yge foreman had done cleaning of the Carborator but problem still not resolved.
        I am unable to understand that why again and again there is problem in newly purchased scooter.
        I am really fed up with the decision of buying the Jupiter. My other scooter activa has be working very smoothly from last 5 years.
        Jupiter is the worst experience.

        Please get the scooter checked thoroughly this time or I had to file case in consumer court forum for replacement or refund of the scooter.

          I have purchased tvs jupiter from d. S. Tvs subhash nagar, near chandervani dehradun on 5th nov. Still we have not received insurance and tool kit till now. They have been committing for next day every time since then. I have not expected this from co. Like tvs. Higly disappointed... Very bad experience.

          I have paid money for the above, but not able to ride scooter without insurance. Staff of the dealer is not taking the things seriously.

            I have a problem of battery when i purchase a bike.in a 6-7 months the service department is unable to solve the problem. They are changed the battery 2 times. I have already go 20-30 times in a service center but now i had tired and i don't want to go in service center because they are unable to find out the problem because of lack of knowledge of workers of tvs company if now then tvs is unable to solve the problem then i go to consumer court because when i purchase the bike in a initial stage there is a problem.

              Sir,
              My tvs ntorque bike speedo meter is not working since 1st servicing. I have visited service center regarding the issue in shivam motors jammu. They dont do anything simply saying it's done. Again i have visited ms tvs jammu for same problem. I have done my 2nd servicing @ just 870km running because i have speedometer problem. Ms tvs jammu also not able clear my problem. I have visited 3 times my bike is 3 months old same problem continue from date of purchase very bad service. Poor support very poor. Bike is in warranty. Please provide me new speedometer or clear the problem plz sir

              Thanks TVS as I have received new Digital meter from TVS thanks
              Service staff of Najafgarh is very dirty . They abuse to their costumers and never resolve customer problem. And TV's vhicle mostly apeche 180 rtr are filled full of complain like speed meter noise in handle loose chain after two days of service..
              Guys I suggest you don't go for service you n Najafgarh (chawala stand) service centre..

                I went for servicing my tvs jupitor zx-disc on dated "[protected]" and after servicing i was facing issues like: fluctuating petrol indicator, avg. Issue, sound issue, low pickup. So. I visited again within a week and still issue has not been resolved then i again visited after calling them so many times on dated "[protected]" after waiting for more than 3 hours after asking the status "satender kumar yadav" who is writing the complaint used bad words and talked very rudely/improperly and at the time of repairing they destroyed the part "near the cluch" where nut bolt has been inserted and they refused to change it. Nobody, is taking responsibility of the destroyed item at the time of servicing and without repairing they delivered me the scooty.
                So, if any accident take place with me or anyone who is driving the scooty then dynamic tvs is totally responsible.

                  It just ridiculous we had purchased a bike from soron kasganj -207403.
                  We went there to check that bike but they suddenly opened the whole bike without our permission. They do not even think that how they can open a new bike. My concern is that now i cannot run an opened bike. Now i do not want an opened bike. So they need to exchange with same another one.

                    I bought TVS Ntorq 2 months ago and I drived it only 1220 kms and it started giving me some serious problems like annoying uneven sound from silencer and foot rest and also from engine. I visited service centre and they said that they cannot solve this issue. I bought TVS vehicle because I was having trust on TVS but now I'm helpless..

                      Sir i bought tvs apache 2004v abs version in vvk motors mariyappana palya bangalore but it has some gear shifting sound like tappet sound while shifting gears and the petrol tank cap is not fitted properly and the water is going inside the cap and the service center guys are not solving the problem and i want you to assist some other service center to solve this problem

                          Pathetic as usual Worst service provided by TVs again took my bike for maintaince next think I know they have given me a huge bill to pay for her they have not done no maintaince work was done I would clears make it out no change in breaks oil or battery like very basic think which u get to know once your bike has undergone maintenance but nope TVs doesn't know how it's done I guess

                              Sir i have already complained once about getting defective bike i bought tvs apache 2004v abs on vvk motors mariyappanapalya bangalore the gear shifter makes noise while shifting gear and the petrol cap is not fitting properly when it rain water goes inside the cap so many times i went to showroom they are not fixing it properly and they are damaging the bike scratching these vvk motor guys are useless i want some other service center to assist and to solve the problem

                                On 13.11.2016, i purchased a motor vehicle from the dealership (Nirman tvs, ring road, lucknow, apache 160 model 2016, registration bearing no. Up 32 hk 5408). Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory since beginning, the vehicle having problem in engine and an irritating sound was generated from the engine of the vehicle, despite various servicing and reminders they assured every time that this problem will be resolved but from the engine of the vehicle same sound is generating and it is increasing day by day 'mechanic inspected my vehicle and agreed to fix the problem under warranty, however, when i collected the vehicle and started using it again, the problem was remain same’.
                                I rely on my bike. It is also pertinent to inform you that the behaviour of tvs nirman, ring road lucknow is very bad toward me, the mechanics as well as manager including staff members they are not cooperating at all, when i met the manger and told about the vehicle problem neither he took any action nor assured me that they will resolve the problem and all the staff members are ignoring me and they did not ready to listen my complaint and they are doing deficiency in service. On 15.10.2018 i visited tvs nirman and told him about engine sound problem the assured me to resolve the problem within 2 days and the kept my bike for two days. After that when i came to collect my vehicle the told me that you have not done your servicing with authorized center, i told him my bike was not in lucknow and i have serviced my bike with time to time, but they refuse to fixed the engine problem within warranty. I sent an email to higher authority of tvs they have conversation with me on telephonically as well as through email their excuse was same that you have not done your servicing with authorized center so we cannot fixed it engine problem under warranty.in view of the above it is most respectfully prayed that kindly look into the matter and provide appropriate response.

                                  Since 10 years, i am the dedicated customer of service centres of tvs. I am holding a tvs and i have given the my tvs vehicle peptide (Ka 0880), to my nearest service centre located opposite to meenakshi theatre, avadi, chennai, as i am serving in indian navy as lieutenant commander in avadi.. Initially, i was told that the service charge is rs.850. Later i was told over the phone that the coil need to be changed. Now the bill is rs. 2700. I agreed for coil change and other parts are working fine. Still they charged me rs. 2700. I am unable to agree this. Psc help me by intervening with the concerned authorities. I couldn't agree to pay for the spare parts which has been changed by the said service centre without any necessity on thier own. Thank you sir/ madam.

                                    We bought tvs ntorq 125-disc top frost on 26 october 2018 invoice no.1971 and its front part including headlights and some sorrounding region has been damaged. But as it was still in warranty period, we requested the replacement of the damaged parts. We bought it from laxmi service station ludhiana but the moga tvs agency doesn't response properly. The moga agency members told us to come again after 5 days. This is duely unprofessional. Kindly response back immediately...

                                      I’ve purchased apache rtr 160 4v couple of months ago... After 2 servicing bike started vibrating while i was riding at a the started and making lots of noises. Went to service center 4 times but no one could possibly resolve my issue. Service center was located at attapur, pillar.108, hyd-500048. Can someone please resolve this asap.

                                      I ffeel like destroying bike or putting it into fire and claming insurance for that and purchase another bike. This is totally not acceptable. Utter non-sense cheap customer service. If someone from tvs can contact me then that would be nice of them asap

                                        I had purchased tvs ntorq on 24 may, 2018 from mangalore motrax dealer.

                                        Immediately within few days from purchase we noticed starting problem especially when vehicle was not started for a day. The next day vehicle denies to start on self start and we end up struggling with kick start (Multiple attempts)

                                        When this issue was reported during first service to service technician they reported saying this issue was addressed. However this issued poped up immediate next day morning.

                                        Again during second service this issue was flagged, but this issue is not addressed yet.

                                        Till date this issue is seen almost alternate days. Would request to you to check this problem on priority. Expecting a quick resolution.
