Worst service I have ever seen.I took jupiter from kolhapur & after i bring that to pune for use.I found ladis footrage & guard is not properly fited .when u complaint about this while servicing they say u have to send bike to delaer office.They will tell you go in this office we can't solve your issue.
What kind of service is this?
Worst service.
They don't accept their mistakes and blame you and say do whatever you want to do.
Worst service.while selling bike they will talk nicely but after that experience is really really worst.
Please solve this issue asap

    I had bought the tvs victor this yr from panvel, maharashtra and i am from mangaon, raigad. The local tvs dealers are not providing the free service even i have my 5 free services left. I can't travel from mangaon to panvel for service purpose on bike in these rainy season.
    So, i humbly request to u. Please resolve this issue and provide the free service in nearest dealer's store.

      My scooty ntorq 125 was delivered to me in poor condition, with marks all over it due to transporting. Its 1st service was also poor, the mechanic didn't do a thing except change the oil. Very bad customer service. This was not expected from tvs. Kindly be strict with your dealership and improve your service.I am very disappointed with customer service provided at your dealership.
      Look into the matter. Resolve this problem.

        My Bike was taken for repairs by TVS service Team on 15th July Morning after 4 days of Complaint and Follow up and till Today they are not bothered to complete the work and Return the Vehicle .
        Even though Vehicle is under warranty and due to Flood in Vasai, It got affected and we were forced to get it repair at their service center due to Warranty clause. But It seems they are just sitting there to make money and do nothing towards Customer Satisfaction

          Hi my brother purchased tvs jupiter last month from pune afterone month its lock set is malfunctioning when inquired nearby wanowarie service centre he is asked to bring it to service centre on his own and even after 4 days they are not repaing the lock set... I just dont understand why these new vehicle are malfunctioning isnt there any quality check of the spare parts and why are the dealers so arrogant when we ask for our customer service

            Sir i have purchased TVS Star City from Malik Motors, Anantnag, J&K (192101).
            It’s been One and half Month since then but they haven’t yet provided me Sale letter or any else document. I have been fined by police several times also battery of bike is dead and they haven’t replaced the battery also. Every day i keep going to service Centre and everyday they don’t listen to my Complaints. I now highly regret of being customer of TVS

              Good After Noon

              I am sending this mail with utmost concern and pain which has caused to me after visiting your showroom in Bangalore.

              On 13 July 2018 i have visited your showroom in Bangalore HSR Layout, Kubera Motors. During that visit i have enquired about TVS Sport Alloy version and have fixed the deal and submitted all my documents as said by the concerned staff. During that time they have informed me that the down payment would be 7794 and emi would be 1737 plus other charges to which i have agreed and paid an booking advance of 1000 INR.
              Followed by this a verification was carried out by the financier at my house and cleared everything. After 02 days i relieved a call from showroom stating that i am new to Bangalore so i will have to pay down payment of 11800 plus other charges, which is totally unprofessional but i agreed to it and informed that next week i need the delivery and i will pay for the down payment to which they agreed.
              Again today i received a call from showroom staff saying that loan cannot be given as rental agreement will not be considered as address proof which made me upset and am putting you this mail.
              I am not a resident of Bangalore and am here for last 03 months and working for a reputed company in a senior managerial level.

              The above mentioned incident has made me to decide that i will drop of buying the bike and will consider the booking amount which was given by me as a loss for me but i dont care.

              I have submitted the under mentioned documents.

              01 cheque

              i think the showroom and their staff is cheating people by saying different things at different times after taking the booking amount.

              Now please advise me on ho to proceed or are you going to take care of the matter.

              Otherwise the only option left to me is that inform the people regarding the unprofessional service of TVS and approach consumer court for wasting my time and money.

                As per service centre executive"s telephonic call on service checkup my verito D6 car was produced for 75 pt checkup on 17.07.2018 at TVSSERVICECENTRE, MARADU, KOCHI, KERALA, on the same day I have received message amount to pay Rs.1250/- plus applicable tax.on 18th they delivered the car with a bill RBC19A002450Rs.2455/- with full of mud and dust .I paid the amount for free check up.The amount may be refunded.

                    Its been 1 & half month since I booked for tvs ntorq 125 (ie. 05/06/2018) at union tvs imphal but I haven't got till today, whenever I went to the dealer they said we have placed an order but there is no stock in the company. I had visited the tvs showroom every week but always its a same replies from them no stock. May I know the reason why its taking so long?

                      We are complaining about the same problem of vehicle from Last 29/08/2017 that it's button start is not working and vehicle automatically switches off in running at any time and don't start again. I have to get another vehicle. When this was informed to showroom people they have been giving irrelevant ans. And today Mr. Gandhi told me that there is battery prob. After warranty on battery is expired

                        Hi,

                        Myself suresh i bought TVS Ntorq from ARUNAGIRI MOTORS AGENCIES Kalyan Nagar Bangalore,

                        I bought the vehicle in February end 2018 i was the first few to per-book and take the delivery of the vehicle,

                        My wife wanted to go for SR-150 but with lot of argument i convinced her for Ntorq but i made a big mistake,

                        I realized next day after the delivery i found lot of parts was not properly fixed mud-guard had a huge gap, meter panel has a huge gap and to start the vehicle i need at lest 5-10 min daily,

                        1st service was on 1st week of April i took my vehicle for service and conveyed my problems the answer was Epic (cant wash the vehicle get next week) and about the problem they told will replace it in 15 days, went again after 20-days, the person who committed the replacement is no longer working, Another guy took the request for replacement but this time for 10 days i set a reminder and went after 10 days magic he also left the job, i went to spear parts guy and i personally requested him to take up the request and he told 15 days, within that my second service date came,

                        Now i need to narrate 3 month story to new guy, he told its just a fixing issue i will get it ready, i told i am fine with it, and i mentioned i will not take delivery if its not sorted out, i just needed it should be perfect because i have paid the amount what u demanded so its your responsibilities to fix it,

                        After 2 days i got a call saying your vehicle is ready, i was surprised wen happily to pick it up and found nothing is done, i refused to take the delivery and told the same thing if its not ready i will not take it,

                        Today is[protected] my NTORQ is still in service i have paid 5 EMI till now just to drive 900km and daily my wife proves that she is a better decision maker i have no answer

                        one thing is for sure i will not take my bike from service until its ready

                          I am going to book victor bike from Akash ganga tvs from Hajipur Bihar 844101.Mr. Rakesh from tvs finance section told me ur loan will done at Down payment of 9000. then i agree for bike. suddenly after 1day say no sir u have to give 15k for down payment. i told ok o am coming then he told me sir pl come after two days. After 2days he called up and told sir pl bring only rs 11500 i am taken approvel. when i cum showroom he is not present and teliphonicaly he told me sir i am cuming after 3pm and now he told pl bring 17500 rupees for downpayment. after 3pm i called but he is not behaved properly. i lodge complain to manager but he is also not avilable at showroom
                          finally i am mental harrashed and leave show room and decided that never cum to tvs showroom. very pathetic...
                          With in 2hrs i got vehicle from Hero motor corp. Finally pl take action and reply send to me. If reply not cum i am going to put Rti

                          No body from tvs taken any action
                          After 8days no action taken from company. Tvs staff is not able to attend complains thats why his staff all over india is misbehaving and not properly doing his work.Now if not answered in 48hrs go to higher authority. Very bad

                            I am a regular customer of TVS motor company... I have bought TVS STAR city plus (TN09 CJ9262) last year in my Son's name G.Raghul and recently i bought TVS XL 100 COMFORT on 10/02/2018 (TN 09 CL8704) in my wife's name S.Malliga at RAMKAY Agencies, Velachery Main Road, Chennai opp to Phoenix mall.

                            From the purchase date of 10.02.2018 to till date (09.07.2018), i have not received RC book. Whenever i ask the Agency from which i bought the vehicle, they say it is pending but they dont reply further or not give any reasonable reason for the unduly delay in the issuance of RC book..

                            They used to say that the RC book will be ready next week but when i approach the day, they simply say it is still pending and they dont take care about the customer difficulties and the response is very very poor. I have not got any satisfactory reply and sometimes, they dont utter a single word other than it is still pending...

                            I am extremely sorry to say that the grand name of Ramkay TVS is being spoiled by such bad attitude.. moreover, i am a long time user of TVS vehicles and a regular customer of TVS, i myself really vexed about the attitude of these people

                            I request to solve the issue at the earliest and if there is any genuine reason for the delay of 5 months for the issue of RC book, kindly ask them to convey to me.

                              This is to inform that the service provided by your esteemed company is not satisfactory and not upto the mark .My grandfather is 87 years old he uses Jupiter classic, last Friday we had given for service and on Saturday there was breakdown when he had gone out and we gave the scooter again for service on Monday and we got back it but is this how you return the scooter to your customer without proper cleaning.

                                Hi Team,

                                SO I booked a TVS Apache rtr 2004v in New G.S Enterprise, , vijaynagar, ghaziabad, they said bike will be available in a week but it has been 15 days, they are giving bikes to guys who are paying more money, on road price has to be around 1.13 lac but they are asking for 1.16lac, which is a loot.

                                Even royal enfield provides bike in 15 days, and if we call to showroom they cut our call.

                                  I Purchased Ntorq 125 in May 2018 and from Oceanic Motors Gandhinagar, Gujarat. From day 1 I am facing trouble with self-start and irritating noise after 40kmph. At the day of booking they asked me to wait 15 days as they didn’t have the color I wanted. After that there was no follow-up from the dealer, when I approached them they said the color is available but I have to pay extra Rs. 1400 as the price has increased. When I paid the amount they started preparing the vehicle which was in the showcase and scratched so I asked for the new one and which they provided with above mentioned issues. Also it has been 2 months and my registration plate is still pending. I called the oceanic motors several times but there is no progress from their side and my issues are still in the bag. Also after 1st service the vehicle is not performing well as it strains to give performance. It struggles to move on and if you push a little it goes in to power mode. I feel like I have bought lemon trusting the TVS brand and I am not sure I can recommend TVS vehicles to my friends and family if this the quality they are going to get. I hope my issue will get resolved quickly.

                                    My complain is against 'deep tvs' employee who talked very very rudely to me and also shouted in the showroom and was having very much attitude..Taking things very casually and saying things like should i snatch colour from your vehcile and many more..He did'nt even know how to talk and was very disheartening..My vehcile is brand new ntorq 125.i buyed it on 03/07/2018 at around 7:15 and after using it for 5-6 days i noticed that i had some type of black shade and and swirl marks all over the paint that was not dirt i thought because it didn't came out after washing also..i took this matter to JAYANT TVS (where I bought this vehcile) and they sent to their headbranch deep tvs which was when it all started..all employee was trying to help me as i was a bit in panic because of the new vehcile and then camed this guy who fought with me like anything...i an very upset and soon going to complain all about this..we were two o[censored]s and i also has some videos and photos about all this situation..i bought this for ₹73000

                                      I submitted my Jupiter for accidental claim repair in ur GMP AUTOMOBILES service centre INDUSTRIAL PHASE Chandigarh on 18 of June, and they used my vehicle for approximately 200 km after my submission and my petrol tank was also empty, which was full when I gave them my vehicle . And also return my vehicle on 13th July . (Approximately after a month ) .
                                      On 17 June I have done with service of my vehicle and on next day I submitted my vehicle to same agency for accidental claim and repair of my vehicle . My metre readings on submitting day was 976 and when I get my vehicle back after a month after repair, metre readings was 1157 .
                                      My petrol tank was also empty, which was full .

                                        Hi this is sumeet motiyani from bharuch gujarat india. Today i had given my tvs jupiter for service in raviraj tvs panchbatti service center. Truely speaking each and everytime when i have a service from this center i face major problems in vehicle in just 24 hours. Today my jupiter get serviced from raviraj service center and got a delivery at 5:30 pm only after 3 hours i.e around 8:30 my vehicle is not getting start and i had left that vehicle in middle of city just bcoz of this problem. Please please please change the service center technicians as they are not at all qualified and deserve this place. Totally waste lf service i had even thought about tvs. These follish peoples are make tvs a waste brand. Please respond for this complaint as soon as possible.

                                        Sir/Medam...my instalment is yet not debited... And if late then your company will put fine... But I have already have sufficient balance but still not debited... Please rply
