I thought that tvs was VERY GOOD looking and affordable scooter compared to others but it's not many problems I face with newly delivered ntorq like front fibre lock broken, petrol pipe broken, fibre not fitted properly instrument cluster vibrates all time while riding and now Ian thinking that access 125 is faaaaaaaaaaar better then this and I will suggest my friend to don't buy this ### and go for access 125

      My jupiter no up14 de 9905 accident on rose i am going to new gs tvs (Vijay nagar) service center for claim my policy is zero dep i am paid 8200 rs and services incharge submit the bill in claim dipartment 6300 i am very disappointed so i am registered complaint new gs tvs is fraud i request to the tvs company plz richeck my bill and submit to the insurance company

        I bought my biketvs apache 160 (Dl5s-ba-0390) from binsar tvs (Babarpur-shahdra-east delhi) in the year 2017 april.

        From second service itself i found clutch problem and escalated the same in every bike service. From last 2 months i have left my bike thrice to the service center for 3 to 4 days for the same issue.

        In my last service, senior service center manager has assured me that this will be the last time when i need to leave my bike for 2-3 days. He said that they will check this bike thoroughly once and will correct it accordingly. Later on after 4 days i got my bike back with the same problem.

        Due this issue i have face many challenges on road and many times i was about to meet with an accident as after getting stopped in red light, gear doesn’t get change which occurred scaring situation.

        I have tried all the possible aspects and co-operated a lot with your service center and service center management/foxs but now i am not in position to leave my bike again and again for servicing as it has already gave me lots of money hit due to travelling in taxi in absence of my bike. So i request you to take immediate appropriate action on this or else i will not have any other choice rather than going to consumer court.

            I chinta venkata manindra, bought a new tvs jupiter bike on your yuva auto (Auto. Centre:tvs motor company& spare parts) at mundra-kutch gujarat on 05/03/2018. And i pay down payment 15700/- after one week hdfc bank given lone 53000/- for this bike. My bike frame number: md626eg47j3a12431,
            Engine number : eg4nh2208710
            Colour:red
            Chalana no : 1256. On that day complete process of bike registration and insurance was did by the show room. But still now i have not receive further process of bike permanent registration number and rc also. I don't have to understand what is going on. Somany times i was contact the your authorised dealer they can't replied to me, there is no response. After three months of registration date it was pity to inform to you to take necessary action and answer me about this as soon as possible.

            From the date of purchasing of bike to till today 120 days are already gone, how many days or months are awaited for the registration. Your showroom madam told to me only bike sale it's my work bike registration we are not responsible persons but really i don't know who is the responsible person??? Any way as soon as possible you will resolve these problem.

            I am at thirumanam. I bought a new tvs xl 100 heavy duty on 4.4.2018. Now i had problem in my bike . The handle bar in my bike is bending right side . When I ask to service my bike they were not giving proper response.so you should give me proper answer.

              I have purchased a duster from tvs branch in kochi 2016.
              At the time of booking i requested to add extended warranty and the was clearly marked in the booking form.

              But recently when i visited their service center for a repair i came to notice that ew is not included in this vehicle.

              I contacted their office saying that there is check uncollected from 2016 as the amount was little less (Approx. 2000rs) than the ew cost.

              Please refer to my payment transactions that money was never a problem to void the ew.
              No official communication from tvs to me on the balance amount till i raised the flag.
              No bank loan was involved in the purchase, that the bank refused to pay or add the extra 2000 to the initial amount. The final amount was transferred to the tvs account after consulting the sm who was communicating to me by email. Copy of the same is attached for your reference.
              If there was a shortage in funds he should have communicated to me. As per the sm at kochi, they informed my son which he refutes, if it was true the should have been collected money earlier.

              A customer survey was conducted immediately after the delivery.
              And we were not happy with whole dealings as there were many promises at the time of booking and very little was delivered actually. I have no complaints on that, but the survey result was informed to the show room manager and then both the agent and the manager called us "how can you say not satisfied"
              This is totally against the ethics of customer survey by revealing the information and will not improve any of their services, if they follow similar practices. Instead of getting the things right, both of them were very angry on us because of the result.

              Please find the attached copies of fund transfer and emails. I have been writing to the tvs branch manager but she is not willing to accept anything. Always insist to take ne ew which renault may come up in next month. I have been asking them to deliver what was paid for in 2016, not to buy a new contract.

              I request your kind attention to this matter and settle this issue at the earliest.

                I purchased in 2009. Service centers are telling that parts are not available and facing lot of issue to get it repaired. Based on the brand trust and on confidence of getting best service all over India, I purchased this vehicle. I need a permanent solution for repairing the vehicle. My vehicle no. GJ18aj 4196. For the past 2 years i have incurred more than 10000/- for repairs. Hope, company will give a solution either by replacing vehicle or by repairing it experts.

                Servicing of the Jupiter scooter is very bad, they are not rectifying the problem properly and fixing the issue, istead of that they simply wash the vehicle and deliver the same saying all the issue is been fixed, could you please suggest me the best service center in bangalore near jP nagar so i can trust then geniue ly

                    defect vehicle and worst sound in engine

                    Tvs company, i have taken the tvs zest 110 from speed motors basaveshwara nagara. From the day one i am facing one or the other problem.
                    1. Free petrol given had lot of dust and carporator was leaking petrol
                    2. After first service oil leakage
                    3. Engine have a humming sound while riding
                    4. Now it is very horrible sound for just 2000 km.

                    Issues are not fixed yet and causing lot of problem...

                    I have given my scooty zest 110 for free service. I cleared my account den identified the complete servicing is done. When i ask the person responsible about unfinished job he is giving me excuses as boys who will be making the corrections are not available where as service job card status as finished. I assume they don't have manners how to deal with customers once u paid the service amount they don't care you. The details of tvs vendor:

                        I have purchased a tvs jupiter vehicle dated 26/7/18 at start the employee told me sir u need to purchase a vehicle with accessories and 2 helmets necessary for rto registration and at the time of vehicle delivery, he said that the helmet is out of stock we will be providing it after 8 days and at the time of booking employee said it is necessary for registration then how he has done the rto registration, they are only fooling people by having commision on helmets and accessories by saying it as necessory accessories for vehicle, and the accessories installation was not done proper at the time of delivery

                          Sir, i have given my tvs sport motorbike for servicing bearing reg. No. Ka 03 hf 3559, on 13th july, engine work, verbally they told 9k afterthat, i paid rs. 5k as advance if not the vechicle will not be taken. Since then no phone call till 22nd july. No information until i go check. They told what all spares placed will be given back, but they not maintained any clear details of what is changed no proper documents all verbally. Nothing is written & budgetary estimate is given. Plenty are there i cant keep explaining all this. Till date i have not got back vechicle. Today another 5k being paid. Total 10k. But thereis no clarity. What is the estimate no keeping such a big showroom. Rather i should have done with street garage. This how tvs company runs. I regret to inform. All or cheat in india.

                            I purchased apache rtr 200 4v 2.0 race edition 2018 on 14th july 2018 from the showroom om sakthi tvs, maduravoyal, chennai. I paid full net cash while booking the vehicle but they delivered a defective vehicle (Display not working and battery problem) which i returned on the same day 14th july 2018 and they accepted. I requested for replacement of vehicle but there was no proper response from showroom, the guy who attended me while booking the vehicle was hiding himself and going. It was completely unethical and misbehavior. Very disappointed with tvs service i didn't expect such worst behavior from tvs, they keep on delaying and not responsive.

                            I request to solve the problem by replacing new bike or return my full cash through cheque

                              I was booked tvs jupiter from authorised jolly dealer, naroda road, ahmedabad, gujarat. At the time of booking, sale person offer me scratch and win offer with booking of tvs jupiter on date 11/07/18 but on the date of delivery they did not have scratch card in stock on date 13/07/2018 hence i was informed by sale person to come again after two days. When i was went to there after few days senior management refuse to give scratch card as i don't have any written avidance of offer told me at the time of booking. Till date i did not get offer benifit as they gave at the time of booking.

                                I am a regular customer of tvs motor company... I have bought tvs star city plus (Tn09 cj9262) last year in my son's name g. Raghul and recently i bought tvs xl 100 comfort on 10/02/2018 (Tn 09 cl8704) in my wife's name s. Malliga at ramkay agencies, velachery main road, chennai.

                                From the purchase date of 10.02.2018 to till date (09.07.2018), i have not received rc book for the vehicle tvs xl 100 comfort. Whenever i ask the agency from which i bought the vehicle, they say it is pending but they dont reply further or not give any reasonable reason for the unduly delay in the issuance of rc book..

                                They used to say that the rc book will be ready next week but when i approach the day, they simply say it is still pending and they dont take care about the customer difficulties and the response is very very poor. I have not got any satisfactory reply and sometimes, they dont utter a single word other than it is still pending... Recently, the manager, ramkay agencies, velechery is not picking up my phone..

                                I am extremely sorry to say that the grand name of tvs is being spoiled by such bad attitude.. Moreover, i am a long time user of tvs vehicles and a regular customer of tvs, i myself really vexed about the attitude of these people

                                I request to solve the problem and take necessary action so that i can receive the rc book at the earliest.

                                  Hi sir this is Deep gurtatta owner of TVS scooty Streak. Vechile number WB 24P 3679. Actually the problem which i faced today is very dangerous. First of all i had a shocker leak problem last year i.e 2017, month is june or july maybe. I have given my scooty to the TVS autherized service centre i.e SHAW TVS at TITAGARH (KOLKATA). I have told them the problem about the shocker leak. They have fixed my problem saying that it would not happen again, and charged me for the service which has been done by them. Ok. Then after 3 days again the shocker leak problem had started and told them for the same. But this time they told me to change both of the shockers and the rubbers too. I have done that too. Everything was fine. Now i have given them the scooty for the servicing. This time they have done all the bad things. Broke the headlight cover. Telling me that it has already been broken. But that was not true. Secondly when i give a rase to my scooty it starts whobling and shuts down there only. I have complained for this in the TVS main centre i.e in MUMBAI. They called me and all of issue where solved. Now the big problem which i faced i was riding my scooty and from past 4 days i was feeling that my handle was making some noise. I thought maybe some internal parts where loose, then today only i was riding through the main road and by luck i was riding slowly, and suddenly the shocker portion part came of the left side and i suddenly applied the brake. In that situation what will the condition you only say and the time was 11.30pm at night today. Now one was there from whom i take the help from. Somehow i managed to get it fixed temprory and came home. But 100 times it was coming out of the handle with the spring out. I can give the pic also of the affected part. Now the big question how the service person has tightened the handle bar of my scooty. Giving my scooty 2 times for the shocker problem he should have tightened the bolts accurately. This shows how carelessly he has done that. Which i purchased this scooty it has never has this problem. But after giving to the service from repairing the shockers not 1 time but 2 times they have not tightened the bolts accurately. And this problem is shocking to me that how could the shocker protion came out the handle. If suppose i would be at higher speed, then what should have happened you say. I would be died then and there only. This type of pathetic service i am getting from the SHAW TVS. Now tell the SHAW TVS person to toe bike scooty with there own money. I will not give a penny to them for this and fix my problem asap. Or else i have to file a complain against TVS. So better do this asap.

                                    I have bought Apache rtr 200 4v race edition on June 20 2018. At the time of delivery I was noticed that utility box was not there in bike. I asked sales executive about it after 10 day they are saying they are not responsible for that and they don't have it in stock. They are simply saying go and give compliment. Some one give some idea to get is solved.

                                      Very bad Scooty Jupiter bad service. I bought my scotty on 05/05/17 since then. I take it to the service center for service regarding but they not doing proper service. They not wash & polished my scooty. your service center Greenland Workshop Allahabad is very bad service providing. TVS rating is zero. Workshop staff also not listen our problems.
