i had purchased jupiter from your mulund dealer morya moters in the month of july 2017 its work for 3 month very smoothly but after 3 month vehicle giving problem to start after giving a kick it is not start again i went to u r service center but still problem is not resolved every time i am giving service charges
the jupiter is not start in one click and also not started from kick i am frustrated from your vehicle because i had purchased because o[censored] r good name in the market
i think i have been cheated by your company dealer as well as u r service center
now it is to much if the problem is not resovled i have move to consumer court to take legal action
very pathetic service given by dealer and service station of pannalal compound is this way u are treated to the customers

    I had purchased JUPITER the new model in the month of july 2017 The jupiter is miserably ill its not at working properly from purchasing date i take lot of time to service center and all the service time they charged mesrvice charges and i spent almost rs3000 service charges on it .After so much of expense on it, it doesnt start properly and as per the technician the vehicle is not good he say to contact your dealer i explain him that, it doesnt start at all and stops suddenly while driving it and the kick, choker and acceleration is also not working.Its very annoying to say that we owned the jupiter in last july that i very worst day of my life that i have choosen for JUPITER
    I am getting very pathetic service from service center of bhandup we have taken several time to service station complaining that the vehicle not getting started in one button click and if we triy to start by kicking it also is not started .We buyed it from your dealer MORIYA MOTORS in mulund and service done at bhandup ur service centrer.
    sevices given are not at all proper and the dealer has cheated with me and while giving ownership of it .They gave us old jupiter which was lying in the showroom.
    this this is my humble request that kindly take serious action against dealer and service center do the needful tell them to exchange the jupiter or refund our whole money back orelse cancel the dealership of the dealer...waiting for your reply for the above.

      Complaint against bala ji tvs Shyam Nagar Kanpur. I had purchased Jupiter classic but during every service he isn't washing the vehicle. Moreover he has not well skilled mechanics! They are not doing anything except change the engine oil. This is the third chance when my vehicle has not been washed...
      Please do needful and acknowledge me...

        I have purchased Two Vehicles from Shampoorna Automotives A.S.Rao Nagar SAINIKPURI SECUNDERABAD, since 2 yrs myself and my friends are also giving the scotter for servicing here, but now a days the servicing is very very bad, many costomer are complaining the same, just they are water washing and giving the vehicle, servicing is worst.

        I gave my vehicle for servicing four days back, and it was returned after service, what i observed huge sound coming from rear, again i complained to them, vehicle was given and told that its fine now, within in few minutes on the way same sound, again it was taken back, after seeing it is told that total bearing gone u have to replace, its the way servicing is done here.

          I have purchased jupiter from balaji TVS shastri nagar, delhi on 19 feb, 2018. They told me that i will be getting 0% debt insurance but instead of this they gave me normal insurance. My scooty has been submitted now for claim and they are asking me to make full payment. I went to the owner of balaji TVS she is talking rudely to me now. Her staff is misbehaving with me. They are saying that you don’t know anything using bad words, abusive languages and threatening me that they will not return my scooty.

            I Harshala Tuljapurkar I purchased TVS Jupiter vehicle on 20th Nov 2018. V3hicle covered 3000 km. After 6 month, i observed that air leakage from Rear tyre. I informed this issue to Showroom but he rise his hand, i went to TVS tyre dealer he is not responding me.

            I m suffering this issue from 2 month
            Other Wise i will go to consumer Cort.
            Please help.

              I visited service center and did not resolved my problem since 1 month.

                2 services of my bike is miss thats why the dealer said that you are not able to claim warranty but that time i am purchasing bike dealer said 2 year warranty for parts like that silencer, horn button, rusting parts but yesterday i am to TVS agency he said whole "bakbas" sentences ( written in starting) so sir/madam please help mee .

                Exceptionally u are not able to help me so i am going to consumers forum

                  I am a regular customer of TVS motor company... I have bought TVS STAR city plus (TN09 CJ9262) last year in my Son's name G.Raghul and recently i bought TVS XL 100 COMFORT on 10/02/2018 (TN 09 CL8704) in my wife's name S.Malliga at RAMKAY Agencies, Velachery Main Road, Chennai.

                  From the purchase date of 10.02.2018 to till date (09.07.2018), i have not received RC book. Whenever i ask the Agency from which i bought the vehicle, they say it is pending but they dont reply further or not give any reasonable reason for the unduly delay in the issuance of RC book..

                  They used to say that the RC book will be ready next week but when i approach the day, they simply say it is still pending and they dont take care about the customer difficulties and the response is very very poor. I have not got any satisfactory reply and sometimes, they dont utter a single word other than it is still pending...

                  I am extremely sorry to say that the grand name of TVS is being spoiled by such bad attitude.. moreover, i am a long time user of TVS vehicles and a regular customer of TVS, i myself really vexed about the attitude of these people

                  I request to solve the issue at the earliest and if there is any genuine reason for the delay of 5 months for the issue of RC book, kindly ask them to convey to me..

                    He talk to dealer and customer care many time but there is no responce from them.

                      Our tvs star city plus bike was not getting started since 7 days neither through self nor through kick start. We repeatedly called on tvs service centre at durgapur, west bengal. Initially they were not responding, but after calling several times finally they received the call & we informed them about the problem. But after that also nobody from tvs service visited to attend the problem. It was a very big mistake on our part to buy a tvs bike. Now i will sell this bike & suggest anyone who is looking to buy a tvs bike not to do so

                        Sir Sunday immediate service on Sundays were not effectively done. My Jupiter scooter service once they said sufficient mechanics are not available so we will deliver tomorrow. Today they say more vehicles were already come so delivery is tomorrow. Please develop a system through which customer has to be informed that this Sunday we cannot go & avail Sunday fast track service. Pl. Be responsible to your customers and let their time not be wastes..My vehicle no. Is TN66 U 4272.

                          apache rtr 160 front suspension issue

                          Dear Concern,

                          I have purchased TVS Jupiter from TVS company showroom in Noida "Aditi Automobiles" at Noida. And from the date of purchase I have a complaint in starting the TVS Jupiter, in the morning when I would like to start my TVS Jupiter it will 15-20 min and 20-30 self-start trials and If I would like to start via kick then I have to do it 10 to 15 times!

                          When I asked for this issue with the concerned person in the Aditi Automobiles showroom, he started, Its new vehicle it happens, by the first service, it will be all right, Trust us!

                          After the second service, the same answer I got for the team of Aditi Automobiles.

                          After spending INR 63, 000/- this is the things that we are getting as a customer! Arguments and rude answers.

                          I strongly feel that I am cheated professionally. For all other customers, DONT Purchase TVS Jupiter!

                          May It is a good brand, but the product quality is really bad and there is no after sales services at all or client satisfaction

                            Hi Sangveer,

                            I have my tvs Ntorq 3rd service done at aditi motors where I got worst condition after service.
                            things I told them to check, they made worst out of that.

                            1. front disk brake oil check : It end up getting front wheel jam with explanation that disk pad used to stick with disk plate. this makes me so annoying while riding bcz as I loose throttle I gets stop.

                            2. front shoker was making sound on speed breaker and brake applied on plane road. and no one was ready to believe while riding on plane road test drive. that end up getting the front wheel wobbling and hard to turn. due to you can't follow the line in turns.

                            3. I specifically told them for 10 min to replace engine oil and transmission oil with Ntorq specific engine oil.
                            still they change with Jupiter or other scooty oil with no stock transmission oil change.

                            4. headlight beam focus was on left side which end up getting dispersion with almost no clue of light in dark road.

                            5. Asked them to clean filter and clean cluth shoe and variator which does not come under TVS policy.

                            6. by mistake I shared 15-20 kicks for cold start, now it starts with 5-6 kicks with 30kmpl milage from above 50kmpl( upto 5000).

                            7. there was front side planel hinge came out, i did not have right wrench in tool kit to fix that end up in getting broke with suggestion to replace in insurance cover. that is least matter for me.

                            I road this Scotty 5000km with all time smile on road but now every time I go to office, It really felt abusive feeling against TVS aditi motors.

                            I mean no one is ready to work, I visited aditi motors twice after service with no workdone or rectification.

                            where I was told these issue will be fixed over the time but they have become worst.

                            Horrible customer experience from TVS Ntorq service.

                              Today i on 5th of july 2018, purchased tvs ntorque. It's defective and heavy leackage of petrol from it, booth space is full of petrol. I was driving and entire booth was floating with petrol.in one hour around 4 liters of pertrol leaked.in less than 6 hours of purchase this fault has emerged.                                 My TVS Apache no:Tn22DD4558 was given to service on 03-07-18 and was taken delivery yesterday evening after putting petrol the vehicle did not start there was no response from dealership and i pushed my vehicle back home all by myself and still now there is no response or steps taken from the dealership very worst service !

                                  I purchase new tvs jupiter in the month of feb 2018 from tvs shelar at pune. At the time of second servicing visited to work shop service executive shown me colur damage of side panel. Colur of side panel is automatically damaged with bubble on panel. So i asked the showroom they say it may be defective piece. And they promise to replace. And they replace the side panel. And at the same time i show them noise from frunt pannel they told me there is interlock damage but not ready to replace stating that it is not cover under warranty as started by mr. Pillay workshop manager. And he send his assistant mr nikhil to check the problem i told him all the fact but he is not ready to listen from me he is refusing to repalce the part. And they told did you not check vehical at the time of delivery. My concern is that i buy the new vehical and not old vehical is there my mistake that i purchase tvs jupiter. My concern is that only when i got the colur damage vehical then it is also existing damge in the vehical and i want the repalcement of that part.

                                    After few days of purchased bike started to stop automatically.And the service center of that showroom also not solving the exact problem.And they taking 4-5 days for to repair it.But not pfoperly fixed yet.Please short out my problem.

                                      I purchase new apache 160 4v on 15 june 2018. At the time of purchase the performance of my bike was good but after first service i found many problems in my bike there is no pickup, bad breaking, there is a bad sound coming from engine, max. Speed is 75. I informed to the deep tvs service centre but they did not heed on my complaint. I am scared while riding.
