From last 8 months am facing same problem with my bike. ( Apache RTR 180 )
.i. e Fork lagging at one side
At 53 kmph speed too much handle wobbling, so fork assembly replaced with new one.
But problem not solved, and Tvs dealer not taking any any serious actions, they are behaving like very irresponsible persons.
I spent too much money-10000...

Dear team,

i have buy a tvs jupiter from meer motors balasinor. I have paid payment via cheque but still time my jupiter registration not done by metro tvs godhara. Because meer motors balasinor is closed.
Also i have call amd inquiry in metro tvs but i have not got satisfied answer.

Also i have raised complain in tvs customer care and complain id is-51542.

I have so many time talk with...

I purchase jupiter bike in airoli show room. Before purchase bike the distributor told me bike was 61000, when i given all the document for loan he charge 67500 rupees and for that emi 6300 for month. But before he not inform me about additional charges. When i ask distributor about fraud case he told me we are charging like that only. Now your bike is all ready register and u can not cancel. I have to wait in the waiting hallfor about half an hour to just submit my bill because they can't clearly sacrifice their two minutes of lunch time to just clear my bill so that i'm free from instead they told me to wait till 2 o clock and then come just to clear my # bill of my insurance claim and service of tvs jupiter

I am k sumanthreddy from tadepalligudem, my bike apachee 200 lost a part connected to gare changing shaft, i asked the service to bring the part 1 month ago once they said to go to rajayamundry and now they are saying to go to tanuku but the are not bringing my part how much time ahould i wait? And the is the reason people stoped me to ny your tvs bikes my bike is not in work from 2 months, please solve my problem quickly

Press the breaks in running vehicle. 2 times i got major
Accidents, by chance i was lucky at that time and safe. I
Had make complain on service call from tvs stallionz motors
Saraspur dated 06-06-18 and they picked vehicle that day and

I purchased tvs jupiter in january 2018 from kalamkar tvs pune showroom. I took the delivery in feb 2018 after completion of all the legal formalities. I use to ride it daily. On 9th june 2018, i found that front wheel of my 4 month old jupiter is not moving and is jam. I bought new tvs star city plus from dharmana tvs at payakaraopeta outlet, 6months ago. Since that time they were failure to give my bike tool kit and service book. Every time that outlet incharge behaving negligence to give my tool kit & service book and answers recklessly everytime. They are failure to give good response. There is no trained mechanic and responsible incharge. They are just started that outlet for buying vehicles only......

My issue is about a scooty servicing.. When i gave it for first time, it is getting suddenly stopped in the traffic i felt it was some fault with my bike only and i give it for second time at the same place and i mentioned the problem many times they said they will do it but then after second time servicing its getting stopped more number of times. I went to showroom and asked again but they didn't care me much. For the first i paid 800 rupees...

I bought jupiter zx in dec 2016 from susheel tvs motors, nizampet, telangana-500090. From the beginning we are getting mileage around 35. I reported to the showroom, they said after the first service there will be the difference but no difference. Again i reported the same problem with all free services but no change. I have purchased the brand new tvs jupiter from mahalaxmi auto tvs - ahmedabad as on 30/4/2018. From day one the vehicle vibrates a lot even if we ride it on smooth surface/road. When i request to replace the defective vehicle they ensure to resolve the issue in it, first they change the front wheel and give me the vehicle.. Still it vibrates.. Again i went to showroom, they change the jumper at back and give me the vehicle.. Still it vibrates......
