Sir Sunday immediate service on Sundays were not effectively done. My Jupiter scooter service once they said sufficient mechanics are not available so we will deliver tomorrow. Today they say more vehicles were already come so delivery is tomorrow. Please develop a system through which customer has to be informed that this Sunday we cannot go & avail Sunday fast track service. Pl. Be responsible to your customers and let their time not be wastes..My vehicle no. Is TN66 U 4272.

    apache rtr 160 front suspension issue

    I bought Apache RTR 160 bs4 8 month's before now I am facing problem in front suspension it so much hard and not working properly. I need a permanent solution for this if any TVS authorities seeing the please take sudden sudden action....

    Dear Concern,

    I have purchased TVS Jupiter from TVS company showroom in Noida "Aditi Automobiles" at Noida. And from the date of purchase I have a complaint in starting the TVS Jupiter, in the morning when I would like to start my TVS Jupiter it will 15-20 min and 20-30 self-start trials and If I would like to start via kick then I have to do it 10 to 15 times!

    When I asked for this issue with the concerned person in the Aditi Automobiles showroom, he started, Its new vehicle it happens, by the first service, it will be all right, Trust us!

    After the second service, the same answer I got for the team of Aditi Automobiles.

    After spending INR 63, 000/- this is the things that we are getting as a customer! Arguments and rude answers.

    I strongly feel that I am cheated professionally. For all other customers, DONT Purchase TVS Jupiter!

    May It is a good brand, but the product quality is really bad and there is no after sales services at all or client satisfaction

    Me from himachal pradesh distt mandi...here the mechanic staff in jalpa tvs continuing cleaning tha bike chain mechanism with petrol...i complained but there is no any care about that...

      I have no response from TVS Aditi motors.

      Hi Sangveer,

      I have my tvs Ntorq 3rd service done at aditi motors where I got worst condition after service.
      things I told them to check, they made worst out of that.

      1. front disk brake oil check : It end up getting front wheel jam with explanation that disk pad used to stick with disk plate. this makes me so annoying while riding bcz as I loose throttle I gets stop.

      2. front shoker was making sound on speed breaker and brake applied on plane road. and no one was ready to believe while riding on plane road test drive. that end up getting the front wheel wobbling and hard to turn. due to you can't follow the line in turns.

      3. I specifically told them for 10 min to replace engine oil and transmission oil with Ntorq specific engine oil.
      still they change with Jupiter or other scooty oil with no stock transmission oil change.

      4. headlight beam focus was on left side which end up getting dispersion with almost no clue of light in dark road.

      5. Asked them to clean filter and clean cluth shoe and variator which does not come under TVS policy.

      6. by mistake I shared 15-20 kicks for cold start, now it starts with 5-6 kicks with 30kmpl milage from above 50kmpl( upto 5000).

      7. there was front side planel hinge came out, i did not have right wrench in tool kit to fix that end up in getting broke with suggestion to replace in insurance cover. that is least matter for me.

      I road this Scotty 5000km with all time smile on road but now every time I go to office, It really felt abusive feeling against TVS aditi motors.

      I mean no one is ready to work, I visited aditi motors twice after service with no workdone or rectification.

      where I was told these issue will be fixed over the time but they have become worst.

      Horrible customer experience from TVS Ntorq service.

        Today i on 5th of july 2018, purchased tvs ntorque. It's defective and heavy leackage of petrol from it, booth space is full of petrol. I was driving and entire booth was floating with petrol.in one hour around 4 liters of pertrol leaked.in less than 6 hours of purchase this fault has emerged. I hv list faith in tvs. Need immidiate refund with compensation. Or else i will be forced for legal action. My chasis no. Is md626ag72j2f41696

          My TVS Apache no:Tn22DD4558 was given to service on 03-07-18 and was taken delivery yesterday evening after putting petrol the vehicle did not start there was no response from dealership and i pushed my vehicle back home all by myself and still now there is no response or steps taken from the dealership very worst service !

            I purchase new tvs jupiter in the month of feb 2018 from tvs shelar at pune. At the time of second servicing visited to work shop service executive shown me colur damage of side panel. Colur of side panel is automatically damaged with bubble on panel. So i asked the showroom they say it may be defective piece. And they promise to replace. And they replace the side panel. And at the same time i show them noise from frunt pannel they told me there is interlock damage but not ready to replace stating that it is not cover under warranty as started by mr. Pillay workshop manager. And he send his assistant mr nikhil to check the problem i told him all the fact but he is not ready to listen from me he is refusing to repalce the part. And they told did you not check vehical at the time of delivery. My concern is that i buy the new vehical and not old vehical is there my mistake that i purchase tvs jupiter. My concern is that only when i got the colur damage vehical then it is also existing damge in the vehical and i want the repalcement of that part.

              I have purchased the apache 200 4v from vtech tvs showroom, ambawadi, ahmedabad.My bike number is gj 01 ub 5246.
              After few days of purchased bike started to stop automatically.And the service center of that showroom also not solving the exact problem.And they taking 4-5 days for to repair it.But not pfoperly fixed yet.Please short out my problem.

                I purchase new apache 160 4v on 15 june 2018. At the time of purchase the performance of my bike was good but after first service i found many problems in my bike there is no pickup, bad breaking, there is a bad sound coming from engine, max. Speed is 75. I informed to the deep tvs service centre but they did not heed on my complaint. I am scared while riding.

                  I purchased a bike on 22 sep 2017 but till date i am not getting my registration number and RC book. My compliant number is "51995 " and till not response from your side. I am also talked from hemant pathak your area manager but they are not responding.

                    I purcased tvs phoneix in 2013, now its silencor got damaged. I tried in all showrooms and service centres in vijayawada and rajamandry and i found that spare part nowhere. Without providing any spare parts why you introduced phoneix model and now that model bike was also nowhere. If spare parts not available in villagers or mandala or towns it was ok but why it was not available in cities. Resolve this issue as early as possible, guide me procedure to get that silencer. Thank you.

                      I purchased tvs jupiter on saturday and bike delivered on sunday 11.40am from "sri pandian tvs"

                      I am the owner of the vehicle today they said all paper will be ready and they haven't provided any... Also my dad went to showroom twice and their response is poor and sarcastic... Which makes my dad feel so bad

                      I would like to request you to check these out and seems like bike have some issue also request to fix the problem immediately...

                        Hello tvs team,

                        I writing today to complain about the extremely poor service i received from your company on june 15, 2018. I visited sabharwal service center located at rithala to get my tvs jupiter serviced. It was a regular service and there was no issue in the scooter.

                        I dropped my scooter to the service center at around 11 am and i was asked to take back my scooter around 4:30 pm. When i went there at 5 pm, the scooter was not serviced till then and they made me sit over there for an hour-long till the time scooter got serviced (First horrible experience). On receiving scooter, i the scooter was making some weird noise and to my surprise, my front guard was broken which was not earlier, on asking them about this they got it welded. Due to all this process, i got free from there around 6:30-6:45 (Almost two hours wasted over there) and their closing time is 6 pm so i did not get a chance to check the scooter so when i drove home during which i felt that scooter was creating problems that it never used to. It was going in one direction (Left side) and it was vibrating so much due to this i went there next day as well and they again took my 1 hour again to check the scooter (Pathetic experience so far).

                        So after some days, it rained and then i realized that the breaks were also making so weird sound and front brake was jolting. Due to which i again went to the service center and they again took 45 min to 1 hour of mine over there.

                        Now few days earlier it again rained i felt the same brakes and vibrating issue in my scooter and they are again asking me to come over there. Do they think that customer is fool and tvs has degraded its service to this level?

                        Why is my scooter vibrating and creating so much of problem after service? Why was my front gaurd broken? Did they got my scooter accident somewhere?

                        I believe they have put all of there effort to make my scooter as it was before service and now i seeking favour by tvs if it can.

                        I am most annoyed that i wasted my time. My impression of that awful company has been tarnished, and i am now concerned about how my rest experience would be with tvs.

                        I trust this is not the way that awful company wishes to conduct business with valued customers. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you.

                          I had booked tvs jupiter on feb. But the same was delivered on mar month after raising complaint with tvs customer care. Getting very worst customer service from this dealer (Latha motors chennai). They hv given the commitment that the bike cover along with the bike during the delivery. I hv been waiting for this for the past 4 months. Yet not received the same from the dealer.

                            I have given my apache 180 bike for service 15 days back and after service i am facing an back disc sound even changing new pads. And today gear liver bolt near gear shifting was opened suddenly while riding.. My bike was good condition before giving to service but now i am facing new problems.. Very unhappy with your service worst service i have experienced.. I will never give for service in future..

                              I purchased tvs jupiter in May 2017 from Rushabh TVS pune showroom. I use to ride it daily. From day 1 i am facing issue with is brake, this has been highlighted multiple times to service center. from last 1year i am using this bike with same issue.

                              before few months there is some kind of noise coming from downside of bike, but service advisor deny to listen to ths issue, i am fed of your service guyz, not going to recommend TVS Jupiter to anyone anymore.

                              request you to keep thi scooter with you and refund my amount

                                I'm planning to buy jupiter classic and i went through multiple dealers in hyderabad and secunderabad. Strangely i find every dealer is quoting :

                                1. 1200 + extra price on ex-showroom. While the tvs website shows rs.59960, dealers are quoting from rs.61235/- +
                                2. They want to charge mandatory accessories - around rs.1500/-. Couple of them says, even the mirrors are chargeable
                                3. Not transparent on registration charges
                                4. Want to charge around rs.1100/- as handling / facilitation charges

                                Can tvs look into this and suggest a good dealer in hyderabad / secunderabad - who is fair.

                                  Yesterday i went to the tvs service point (Civil lines allahabad)
                                  First of all they charged me labour charge which was quite high as compared to other service center's.
                                  Even after charging a high rate they did nothing except filling of engine oil and washing.
                                  One of the employee denied that i won't do in a very harsh way which was intolerable.
                                  I want to ask that for what they are charging, just to clean the vehicle and filling of engine oil. Is this customer centric?
                                  Even they interrupted the wiring, results in no horn and no passing.
                                  I paid them for ruining the vehicle.
                                  Thanks alot tvs for being that much customer centric so that your authorised service point can make the worst of it.
                                  Kindly do the following actions.

                                    I had purchased tvs jupiter bs 4 (Matte blue) basic model from om tvs (Molar band), which is located in south delhi.

                                    Purchase date : 01st jan 2018.

                                    Now after 05 months, he has lot of problem with my scooter. This vehicle suddenly stopped and middle of road and failed to start again. Then i visited to tvs service centre then the problem got resolved.

                                    Today 8.30 to9 am i am given my vechile for service that person told me that 2 to 3 pm your vechile as been readay any way we are given call to you till 4 pm noone make a call after i made a call he said pl call after 10 minutes after 10 minutes he not pick the phone till 5.15 5.30 i went there one lady ask my job card he taken inside your vechile is ready pl wait till 6 pm no response i turn to my office.till i made call to that person they not taken phone.pl my job card also arasu tvs only.
