    हमने राज टी0वी0एस0 से आपाचे 200 सीसी 16 अगस्त 2016 मे खरीदा है। गाड़ी का साइलेंसर फट गया है जिसे बदलवाने के लिए पिछले 4 महीने से राज टी0वी0एस0 मे चक्कर लगा रहे हैं अभी तक साइलेंसर बदला नहीं गया, जवाब मे बार-बार यही कहा जा रहा है कि अभी तक साइलेंसर नहीं आया है तथा गाड़ी अभी वारंटी मे है, जबकि आपके यहा भी 3-4 बार शिकायत की गयी लेकिन कोई प्रतिकृया नहीं मिली। उपरोक्त जवाबो से पता मालूम होता है कि डीलर प्रबंधन जान बुझ कर देर कर रहा है ताकि गाड़ी की वारंटी समाप्त हो जाए तथा पूर्व मे भी अन्य प्रकार के कार्यो जैसे गाड़ी की सर्विस आदि मे भी तरह तरह के आपत्ति करता रहता है।

    अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि इस मामले मे यथाशीघ्र आवश्यक कार्यवाही/निर्देश देने की कृपा करें, ताकि ससमय हमारी समस्या का निवारण हो सके तथा हमारा उपभोक्ता अधिकार सुरक्षित रहे। -धन्यवाद

    महोदय, डीलर-राज टी0वी0एस0 द्वारा हमेशा यही कहा जाता है कि silencer आने पर फोन किया जाएगा जबकि पिछले 6 महीने से उनके यहा प्रत्येक 20-25 दिन पर जाते हैं और हर बार उनका यही जवाब होता है कि फोन किया जाएगा। इसके अलावा टी0वी0एस0 कंपनी के टोल फ्री नंबर 1800 425 2077 पर कभी भी फोन नहीं लगता। उपरोक्त समस्या के संबंध मे कंपनी के ईमेल आइ0डी0 [email protected] पर भी ईमेल किया गया लेकिन अभी तक कोई जवाब नहीं आया। महोदय आपको यह भी बताना है कि राज टी0वी0एस0 वाराणसी के मैनेजर श्री अरुण सिंह का व्यवहार अनुचित है तथा वो जानबूझकर silencer बदलने मे आना कानी कर रहा है, ताकि वारंटी समाप्त हो जाये। ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि उनका ये व्यवहार पूर्व मे गाड़ी सर्विसिंग के दौरान सही सर्विस न करने पर शिकायत के जवाब मे किया जा रहा है। महोदय आपसे निवेदन है कि उपरोक्त मामले मे आवश्यक कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करें ताकि प्रार्थी का न्याय प्रणाली पर विश्वास बना रहे, प्रार्थी सदैव आपका आभारी रहेगा। -धन्यवाद

      I have finance a bike tvs appache rtr 160 4v new model​ almost one month ago. I have already given the down payment and loan amount was passed. Till nw they have not given my registration no. Whiling asking they said that your 5000 amount is due. And after a hour they call me said 3500 is due.
      And the amount due is for insurance, and that too for next upcoming 2 year. Which had or have to include on loan amount. Whatever they didn't inform me regarding this. Whiling today when i visit to showroom, they said this story
      Is this your customer satisfaction. Whiling one month the bike doesn't till register. And showroom does not care to inform the customer.
      Shields of TVs heavy duty are broken

        I have purchased TVs Jupiter mug purple color from oceanic TVs chandlodiya branch Ahmedabad on 03 october 2017 with invoice number 00375 My Scooter number is GJ 01 AN 3105 but till date I can't received my RTO receipt and choice number receipt from your dealer, so many time I have complain about this but didn't get satisfaction answer they told me that rto documents are stolen from his staff. I have requested so many time please give me written on your latter head that your emaildocuments stolen from my staff if any issue comes in future then we are responsible for everything...But they didn't give satisfaction answer and also I have purchased another Jupiter from his main memnagar branch on October 2015 number is GJ 01 SN 3105 white color..In this Jupiter so many time issues has been comes within 3 months from purchase at that time dealer was not supported but I can manage at that time... From your Oceanic TVs chandlodiya my 4 friends purchase Jupiter with my references...

        I have purchased due to TVs motors reputation but above both incident company lost reputation...

        Please give solution to me as a good customer of your..

          Hello all,

          I had purchased tvs jupiter classic from so called good showroom of tvs located at south delhi in khanpur (Ahinsha automobiles) 4 months ago.

          This vehicle suddenly stopped and failed to start again. I visitied 4-5 time to your service centre but unfortunately they couldn't solve this issue. Where should i go. For god sake! It might be possibility to get accident on such as problem. Whose responsible single person.

          I asked your company when your have any single problem of your model so why are you launched this in the market.

          I single request to your guys. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible. Otherwise i will go consumer court.

          I hope you will consider seriously this mail and revert me as soon as possible.

              service and warranty issues

              Hi I am Palraj i has been Purchese TVS XL 100 in Siva Auto Agency Sankarankovil last 10 months before by CASH . they give 1 year warranty . last week Bike jain was broken due at riding bike .so there small crack on engine cover so there is leaking engine oil . today i went TVS Siva Auto agency they check almostly 7 hours later they said can't claim warranty this part they ask to pay 2000 rupees . and i very disappointed TVS customer care....

              My name is kamlesh i purchased a tvs jupiter classic 2018 model in month of april after purchasing this scooty everything was gud nd not a single issue in scooty but after 1st service i m facing so many pblms in my scooty like vebration and heavy sound and and pblm in wheel doing sound. On my second service i told them about all these isseus but they ingnore all nd resolve any pblm even they not wash my scooty properly so its so bad experience from tvs and the service center name is aditi automobiles noida sector 10
              Plss resolve my usse as earlier other wise i will raise this to higher level

                I have bought apache 160 4v on 19/6/2018 from your dynamic motors pvt ltd raja puri uttam nagar. On the very 1st day at the time of parchase i have noticed that the front light cover was defected as scratched part installed on new bike then after complaining they have changed that now today on 24/6/2018 it's just been 5 days of my new bike i have found unwanted noise in engine and i have been there today early morning at dynamic motors branch and met with rakesh and repairing engineer they both have accepted there is some unwanted noise please leave your bike here will check and revert pls help i m feeling cheated in this case as i have received defected product by your dealer as i want replace my bike or i have to take legal action

                  In short pathetic "once payment is in, no more customer". Sales people (Deepak) make lot of promises when you are booking the vehicle, then after no promises are met. Promised to give delivery after 5 days but did'nt happen and few days in registration that also did'nt happen.

                  While buying itself so many promises are broken, now i am worried how i am going get vehicle service here.

                  Distributer bahaviour very bad and not repaired my jupioter scooter under guarranty.
                  I had a new apache rtr 160 but from the beginning its fule meter is not working i had contact to my nearest dealership and the says tha it will solve in 1 or 2 weeks but it has passed 7 month's and till now my problem is not solved and their service is very bad

                    I have purchase apache rtr 200 4v on nov17.
                    On that day to till know. I have facing so many issue like gear sensor, self sensor, chain issue, indigate switch, break issue, vibration, and till now i have a new issue which is colour fading of back tyre rim. Colour automatically removed. I think i have purchase wrong item or select wrong comp.
                    If any customigation in your service team so pls look in this matter and do the needful.

                        I facing most of problem is in my bike one of them pick up, chain set sound, front disk break not working, and when was bike going to 60 km then bike going to vibrate very high and pick up going to very low and engine going to heat very now my bike cover only 13000 km and i also change clutch plate at the time of 2800 km cover my bike and shocker also not working properly so solve the problem as soon as possible...
                        Ahinsa motor not giving satisfy ans and not take any action sincerely
                        And he don't know how to treat customer

                            No switch mount for head lamp in tvs apache rtr 200 4v. The head lamp glows continously after the engine starts. U cannot turn off the head lamp in tvs apache rtr 200 4v when the engine is running. It leads to wastage of battery usage.

                                Given my rtr fi 160 (Ka05hh1186) for service on 09 june 2018 at ajay tvs, next to ksrtc depo. After the so called "bike service" i found (1) engine oil was not at all checked. On asking they were telling i told not to replace so they did not check. I feel if somebody tells also, mechanic’s job is to check and give his report (2) wires were lying just like that. Rain or anything may spoil it. On asking they were saying i told not to change the wiring kit. I told them not to change but they should at least wrap the wires which they had unwrapped. (3) finally self start was not working and their staff were giving just any reason to justify like engine is not warm, battery is drained and finally battery has gone bad. (4) after reaching home i found engine oil was leaking badly which they changed during vehicle pickup time.
                                For all these i gave written complaint to ajay tvs. I got my vehicle repaired from a local mechanic. When again i visited the place as their customer grievance team has requested me, i asked them to check my engine oil level. They told it is all right. But out of doubt i again got it rechecked from local mechanic and found it is less. Later they were telling engine is sucking the oil.
                                Their customer grievance handling team has no common sense and no control over their staff. Please refund paid service charges and oil charges rs. 1100/-.

                                I recently purchased ntorq yellow colour bike from Tvs srivaari showroom, old washermenpet chennai .. the price of ntorq is rs 76530 but they charged us rs 84530. When I asked for my remaining cash .. no one is responding .. please take the necessary action.

                                  Dear sir/madam,.
                                  With reference to the subject cited above, the scooty pep in question was given for servicing purpose to the above service centre.
                                  1. It is surprise to note that the vehicle was not in proper working/moving condition and lying in my home and not in running condition. Ie. Not in use since taken delivery from
                                  Rainbow company, service centre.

                                  2. When the condition of said vehicle was informed, they sent a meachanic to my home, the annoyed mechanic insisted to take back vehicle to service centre 5 km away from my home.

                                  3. After re-delivery, the condition of vehicle was even worst than before.

                                  4. The vehicle is not moving foreside and back side freely when engine is not started and the annoyed mechanic (Dewangan) developed a new complaint o[censored]nwanted sound like ' kat.. Kat.. Kat..' when i drived it and checked. Also he demanded some amount without cash memo for some said nut bolt which he changed.

                                  Kindly look into the matter and instruct cocerned person of the service centre to remove the issue which they have developed.

                                    two wheeler service issue

                                    From last 8 months am facing same problem with my bike. ( Apache RTR 180 )
                                    .i. e Fork lagging at one side
                                    At 53 kmph speed too much handle wobbling, so fork assembly replaced with new one.
                                    But problem not solved, and Tvs dealer not taking any any serious actions, they are behaving like very irresponsible persons.
                                    I spent too much money-10000...

                                    Dear team,

                                    i have buy a tvs jupiter from meer motors balasinor. I have paid payment via cheque but still time my jupiter registration not done by metro tvs godhara. Because meer motors balasinor is closed.
                                    Also i have call amd inquiry in metro tvs but i have not got satisfied answer.

                                    Also i have raised complain in tvs customer care and complain id is-51542.

                                    I have so many time talk with team manager shahank but still time not git revert.

                                    If you have not done registration in 16 day then i have put complain customer forum.

                                    Many times calls in customer care but they were not getting responsible answer. I called shashank(team manager) but he wasn't getting sissified answer to me.
