From few days there is noise coming from my bike's engine this is coming after changing the clutch center hub. So i took my bike to the service center the name of the service center is arvind tvs agra after visiting there they refer me to shiv shakti tvs. After going to shiv shakti tvs they started analysing my bike they told me that please wait we will solve ur problem....

My dad bought tvs vehicle 2 weeks back and referred me to buy tvs vehicle using refer tvs meera option. This week i made full payment for new vehicle. During invoice generation referral code which i got from tvs meera was not working. When i checked with the customer care, they told there was a problem in it team and asked me to wait. I am using tvs star city 110 cc bike which i purchased on 25/5/16 from bangalore tvs showroom. I am not getting the mileage of my bike. I am getting the mileage between 35 to 45 mileage. We have purchase scooty pep plus on 24th March from Anjali service center and within one month self start stopped working, when we went to the dealer place for complain then they said there is battery problem please take this to service centre and get it repaired. I bought a tvs apache rtr 160 in feb 2018, the day on which i bought it the bike is having so much vibration and despite complaining multiple times to the service center, the issue has not been resolved yet. The bike's engine makes so much noise that no one wants to drive it on more than 40km. I told the mechanic of tvs about this and he says that apache bikes make noise and vibrates a lot. The tvs hari motors located in hari nagar is very hopeless showroom. They won't address any customers properly. Even if we want to give the vehicle to service, they won't collect saying too many vehicles already present. Also even if they service, the complaints won't be addressed properly.
