The sri sairam motor service saying that it will come after one week since 4months but they are not giving us because of their negligence. Please tell them to do work properly and send my rc book. Here at pavan sekhar tvs show room Vizianagaram charged for tvs jupiter basic model rupees 67000/- on road price. But they provided bill for RS. 62444/-only. Remaining amount for above said accessories. Clarify it.

        regarding warranty of parts

        Sir,
        With due respect i would like to state that i have purchased tvs sports registration no. Up 34 am 2274 on 30/06/2017. Due to some some problem the motorcycle was not starting on 08/03/2018. I went to my nearest tvs dealer i. E. Smrat tvs, biswan, sitapur to get it repaired. They told me that coil, magnet, battery and some other parts are not working quite right and we have to change it.         Recently i bought apache 200 4v carburetor version on 11 feb 2018. At the time of purchasing i searched all over the internet and asked in every showroom there was no news of coming new version. But after 20 days of my purchasing they launched a new version which is very different and better at same price segment. Now i feel like betrayed by tvs. Even they removed my product from the website. So i want a explanation from tvs why did they do it?           Hello, i am aditya singh from pune. I have booked the bike apache rr310 on january starting after getting a promising date of mid february for delivery. I am highly disappointed as it is mid of march, and there is no sign of delivery date after concerning to the manager of century tvs (Wakdewadi) the only answer i got was “sir we can’t promise you any date.. Please enquire after 5 days”. This is not a way to treat your customers as if one is begging for a free bike. I understand the bookings are high in demand and further so, but before taking orders a well established company should show some responsibility to fulfill the orders on time, or atleast promise a date for delivery

            I own a tvs rtr 160 apache model. The customer service here is very poor. I want to buy clutch cable wire from one of the outlet in dibrugarh but they refused to give it. When i enquired the reason the manager said they are unauthorised to to sell it. My bike clutch cable is damaged and so i am not able to repair it. Morover there is no such available customer care no of tvs motors. The contact number which are there in the official site are not in use and no one answers the call.

              Hi team,

              I went to tvs showroom and booked apache rr310 however i was told that the delivery of bike will take almost 3 months.in this competitive world if people are putting faith on your product then you must be giving a good response to consumers. Waiting for 3 months for a bike looks like stupidity however i am still showing trust on your brand as i really liked your product.
              My only suggestion is that you deliver the bike soon so that people show faith in your bike and brand and in turn sales of this bike increases. Otherwise people will start loosing interest in your bike. I have 3 friends who were planning for this bike but when they came to know that this is the waiting time they made up their mind for some other bike.
              Please look into this

                I purchased tvs jupiter from shubh motors situated and semra, bastar, chattisgarh and after the purchase within 2 months i faced many handling problems and oil chamber burst automatically one day while riding after complaining the showroom they said its your fault and u have to pay for it., bad service.. I wish i could get a replacement only 810 km driven..

                  We have given scooty tvs es model for service to this sakthi saradha tvs showroom near peelamedu for rectifying the problem where we are not able to start the vehicle by kick as self was not available. They promised us that they will check and deliver after 2 days. So after 2 days when we have received the vehicle, it was not starting at the end of the day. We gave them back again, and they took 1 more day and again they delivered saying that they have fixed now. But even after twice repeated service still we are unable to start the vehicle. But they charged us 1000/- and 250/- more on the second time. We are not sure what kind of crap service they are offering. This is the worst service we have faced. Could not even fix one problem, we had to come again and again.

                    I have a apche fi bike and my bike does get pick up when i accelerate the bike and going to stop.. I am going to service center, ashribad at bhubaneswar and the tecnician told me that fuel pump is defective. And the pump is not available.
                    Now i told him to arrange the fuel pump by ordering the company. But he told me that now company not supply the fuel pump. Then i talk with the company service engineer satyajit panda and same reply come out. Then i talk to tm and again same reply.. And he sugested me to convert the bike to carborator mode. And cost will be come out 12 to 15 thousand.. I purchage the bike in january 2009 is it a wise dicission to spend 15 thousand in 9 year old bike. If there is any fuel pump kindly inform me.

                        I have booked a vehicle @ srivari tvs showroom (New washerment pet) on 18th february 2018. And also received the financial approval message on 27th february. But yet to receive the documents to register the vehicle.
                        I was not seen this kind of poor service at anywhere.

                        I had made the complaint few days back, but no use of it . I had got a message from tvs susheel showroom that they will call me and get it solved, but no use at all. So far no call at all .

                        I want to take a legal action on them, as my bike is becoming day by day because of them and worst service .

                          I have booked new 310rr 2 months before, as they promised that we will deliver it in 60 days from booking date.

                          Still not even a guaranteed date from them. Giving full cash, and just sitting like a waiting.
                          I also have booked 2 ntorq bikes for which they said, 10 days wait. Two weeks now.
                          Not even clue.
                          Really regret about tvs for having such a veryyy bad track record in delivery.

                            Hi,

                            On 14th sep 2017 purched a tvs rtr 200. After one week faceing many more problem. Going varius showroom they found my bike have problem, some services center guy said that the bike is manufecture defected. Every week going to you services center they found part problem and change now alredy 5 month happen still same problem happen still my bike is not ready. Last 2 nd feb 2018 raise a complain tvs guy comeing (Niogi (Tm) & susanto (Trainer of tvs). Susanto working on bike try to solved gear sensor, back wheel noise, chain noise & engine noise. After long time he solved only gear sensor problem & change the chain adjuster but chain noise not resolved & main problem is remaining engine noise not solved. Then the both guys (Niogi & susanto) are said that the engine noise is normal for rtr 200. They alredy know the bike engine problem. After 5 month of harassment & lote of petrol & time they said rtr 200 is. Is this excepted?. Today i reacived a call form mr hr barma & he said that sir we are change your bike engine. He knows every thing the bike have menufecture defected. I told him that i don’t want to change any single parts mane more parts alredy change i just want a nes bike of riplesment of my bike then he discunnected the call.

                            My bike is runing on 4234 km but 80% of km going to services center for problem solution. My nearest services center distance is 35 km, every day 250 to 300 rs petrol destroy + time +money+harassment. They all know the bike have problem still they are harassing me. Please help me i am fedup of tvs.

                              Sir, i had purchased one tvs phoenix motor cycle on 31st march 2017 from rajlakshmi auto speed gangarampur d dinajpur which is an outlet of your dealer vishal automobiles, raiganj. U dinajpur w. B. The vehicle was fitted with a dead battery which i discovered instantly and pointed it out. They people at selling point said that the battery will function properly after a few days o[censored]se. But it did not. The dealer requested me to charge the battery which i did but no improvement occured. The after three months i deposited the battery with the showroom. They promised me to replace it after a few days. But it has been eleven months over and i am just being harrassed. Even i received only one servicing of my vehicle. The showroom is not functioning well and not giving proper services.
                              Under the above circumstances i request you to render proper that you promised while selling the motor cycle to me so that i do not need recourse filling complaint to any other competent authorities and oblige thereby.

                                I brought tvs jupiter 2 wheeler bike in feb 2016, i paid my 24 emi installment in feb 2018 when i brought the bike i gave them five checks.in advance but only one check is issued then they said with the another check signature problem is facing they send my 4 checks to chennai head office. Then they send the man for collect the every month stallment i paid through cash i hav all recipe but now they said few stallment are pending they are not giving me noc. I have show my all slips to them many time i called executive person to solve my problem but still problem not solved. Also i visit to the credit service office without my fault they send one letter through court now i'm facing lots of problems gurbinder pal singh

                                  Recently i have purchased a bike from sai baba tvs showroom located in hinjewadi pune, i didn't like the service at all, a really very bad service, they have me some scratched parts in my new bike saying they will change them within a month but till now after 8 months they have not done, they even not contacted me once after me contacting several times, there behavior rude and pathetic specially manager, their sales person don't take any responsibility after sale, even no help from them, manager is very rude and doesn't help at all, they have given 4 contact numbers on their website but some doesn't work and some doesn't respond properly, i fell like i have purchased an old bike after these things and services, i am really very much very much dissatisfied with all these things, customer satisfaction is zero for me, i have all the proofs whatever i am saying here.

                                    Ramkay tvs service center velachery cheating customers in the name of doing byke service:

                                    I own a jupiter vehicle. Which has covered only 14000kms from aug 2014 to mar 2018.

                                    1) cheating in the of amc:
                                    =
                                    While giving my byke for servicing, the representative told that if i take amc of cost 2000rs, they will cover upto 900rs of labour changes for each service for up to 4 services in a year. Based on that, i took the amc and finished the servicing and while billing they only covered 500rs of labour changes and told that it covers only maximum of 500rs. If they cover only 500rs why should i pay 2000rs in advance for 4 services for a year?? They lied to influence the people to take the amc. Then they show their true color while billing.

                                    They are cheating customers in the name of amc.

                                    2) worst servicing:

                                    After every service, my byke condition is becoming worse and worse. Couple of times, on the next day of service, i get some weird sounds. When i go back and asked why it is happening, they told that some of parts are not properly fixed/fitted.. After service we expect the byke to be at least in a condition how we have given for service.. But here in ramkey service center, after service bykes will get worse..

                                    3) damaging the vehicles in the name of service:

                                    During the last service, before giving for servicing, kick start and self starts are working fine.. I just told the battery seems to be weak so, asked them to recharge it. After the service and while delivering the byke, forget about self start, even a kick start is not worked for some time.. The technician tried starting the vehicle for many kicks and after many kicks it started.. He told if you use it for two days it will get ok.. Even after 1 week we faced same issue.. So we went back and asked why it is not starting properly, then he told that start gear got broken/damaged and he is not responsible for it and asking me to change it at the cost of 700rs and labour charge cost 200rs. We rejected and asked them to return the byke. After returning the byke, when i tried to do kick start, kick rod itself got jammed.. I never see kick rod gets jammed in my life till that time... Most horrifying experience with tvs motors and ramkey service center..

                                    Before giving my byke for service, i had no issues with kick start.. After service, kick start had problem, when i complained about kick start issue they gave back the byke with a jammed kick rod..

                                    Is it my mistake to buy a vehicle from tvs? Is it my mistake to do regular servicing and ending up damaging the vehicle? Is it my mistake to choose tvs, only for the reason to support indian companies???

                                    Its a horrifying experience with tvs motors and ramkey service center.. I will never ever buy or don't let any one else in my circle buy a vehicle from tvs motors.. While i was talking to the so called 'tvs technician' over the phone call, my colleagues came to know about my experience with tvs.. My colleague told "thank god, i thought of buying tvs byke in the next week.. You saved me from becoming a prey for tvs motors.."

                                    The loss which i have made out of my tvs byke may not be a big issue for me, but the people who cannot afford that loss will be impacted more in terms of their expenses in their daily lifes.. I will do my best to share my experience at all platforms and social networking to save people from becoming a prey to tvs motors...

                                      I took tvs jupiter in kavya house, road no 36, jubilee hills, hyderabad
                                      Until now i didn't get the registration papers from them. I buyed it in 2016.. It has been over 1 year now.
                                      Whenever i am going to them they are giving silly reasons like there is showroom problem.. They are telling me to come after 10 days and so on.
                                      Worst response. Very disappointed of tvs motors.
                                      I have already given compliant about tvs motors that they are not giving my registrations papers. Until now it hasn't been resolved.
