I bought an apache rtr 200 on 25th january 2018. After taking the delivery, when i had registered the bike the rto toled me that the bike was an year old model and i had been cheated by the dealer. But when i told this to the dealer, they said it was a new bike.
When i received my rc book there was written that the bike was manufactured on march 2017. So there is no denying that i have been cheated. My name is bimalmithran pb and the bike is registered on this name. I bought the bike from central tvs thrissur kerala.

On january 29th i purchased tvs jupiter from indian motors madiwala, bangalore. Very bad experience.

1.Â whenÂ theyÂ delivered theÂ vehicleÂ allÂ theÂ accessoriesÂ wereÂ notÂ present.Â thereÂ wasÂ noÂ toolÂ kitÂ , Â deliveryÂ guyÂ dintÂ giveÂ anyÂ demoÂ , Â iÂ visitedÂ 3Â timeÂ toÂ getÂ allÂ accessories.

2. They sent snapshot of road tax receipt after 1 and half monthÂ (March 13th) after many calls and visit to show room.

Â usually everyone give very next day of purchase.

3. Even after one and half month i didn't receive my vehicle registration number.

Over all very bad experience. Very much disappointed with way they treat customers

Really disappointed by the service of tvs. Last month in february i purchased a tvs jupiter limited edition since then i am facing battery problems from my scooter. I have visited the workshop for first service to resolve the problem they asked me to disassemble the battery and to drive the scooter w/o battery for some days i asked him to replace then they denied to replace. Then i asked him for complaining then they said nothing will be done u go and complaint.
I am really disappointed with this kind of behaviour and service with the tvs motor company.

Dear sirs,

I have booked my apache rr 310 on 11th feb 2018 and the dealers informed 3months waiting and now post one month after booking, i was informed the delivery will take 6months which is really bad. The worst part is the reason for late delivery is tvs has stopped manufacturing apache rr 310 as they have more bookings for bmw cars so the company is focusing more in cars.
Every time ask for an update they either ignore my call or they will say will call you back.

I am rich service centre at 9.30 am but my service will start at 1.30 pm on sunday on 11/03/2018 as per service person make job card & given to mechanic but within 1/2 hrs service complete but the mechanic did not red the job card about problem my scooter & i did not aver the charge of service i told all that manager about service details but he did not give any anser about service the charge rs.958 the did not give me up to the mark service as per charge if company service centre is only charge the service & only wash the scooter & give the customer service centre is only making money from customer fak job card making nothing service manule used

Recently i bought apache 200 4v carburetor version on 11 feb 2018. At the time of purchasing i searched all over the internet and asked in every showroom there was no news of coming new version. But after 20 days of my purchasing they launched a new version which is very different and better at same price segment. Now i feel like betrayed by tvs. Even they removed my product from the website. So i want a explanation from tvs why did they do it? Hello, i am aditya singh from pune. I have booked the bike apache rr310 on january starting after getting a promising date of mid february for delivery. I am highly disappointed as it is mid of march, and there is no sign of delivery date after concerning to the manager of century tvs (Wakdewadi) the only answer i got was â€œsir we canâ€™t promise you any date.. Please enquire after 5 daysâ€. This is not a way to treat your customers as if one is begging for a free bike. I understand the bookings are high in demand and further so, but before taking orders a well established company should show some responsibility to fulfill the orders on time, or atleast promise a date for delivery

I own a tvs rtr 160 apache model. The customer service here is very poor. I want to buy clutch cable wire from one of the outlet in dibrugarh but they refused to give it. When i enquired the reason the manager said they are unauthorised to to sell it. My bike clutch cable is damaged and so i am not able to repair it. Morover there is no such available customer care no of tvs motors. The contact number which are there in the official site are not in use and no one answers the call.

Hi team,

I went to tvs showroom and booked apache rr310 however i was told that the delivery of bike will take almost 3 months.in this competitive world if people are putting faith on your product then you must be giving a good response to consumers. Waiting for 3 months for a bike looks like stupidity however i am still showing trust on your brand as i really liked your product.
My only suggestion is that you deliver the bike soon so that people show faith in your bike and brand and in turn sales of this bike increases. Otherwise people will start loosing interest in your bike. I have 3 friends who were planning for this bike but when they came to know that this is the waiting time they made up their mind for some other bike.
Please look into this

I purchased tvs jupiter from shubh motors situated and semra, bastar, chattisgarh and after the purchase within 2 months i faced many handling problems and oil chamber burst automatically one day while riding after complaining the showroom they said its your fault and u have to pay for it., bad service.. I wish i could get a replacement only 810 km driven..

We have given scooty tvs es model for service to this sakthi saradha tvs showroom near peelamedu for rectifying the problem where we are not able to start the vehicle by kick as self was not available. They promised us that they will check and deliver after 2 days. So after 2 days when we have received the vehicle, it was not starting at the end of the day. We gave them back again, and they took 1 more day and again they delivered saying that they have fixed now. But even after twice repeated service still we are unable to start the vehicle. But they charged us 1000/- and 250/- more on the second time. We are not sure what kind of crap service they are offering. This is the worst service we have faced. Could not even fix one problem, we had to come again and again.

I have a apche fi bike and my bike does get pick up when i accelerate the bike and going to stop.. I am going to service center, ashribad at bhubaneswar and the tecnician told me that fuel pump is defective. And the pump is not available.
Now i told him to arrange the fuel pump by ordering the company. But he told me that now company not supply the fuel pump. Then i talk with the company service engineer satyajit panda and same reply come out. Then i talk to tm and again same reply.. And he sugested me to convert the bike to carborator mode. And cost will be come out 12 to 15 thousand.. I purchage the bike in january 2009 is it a wise dicission to spend 15 thousand in 9 year old bike. If there is any fuel pump kindly inform me.

I have a apche fi bike and my bike broke down, when i took it to the Service center, they informed me that the petrol pump got damaged and needs to be replaced with new part. Now company is saying they are not manufacturing new parts. what will be an ideal resolution to my bike

I had made the complaint few days back, but no use of it . I had got a message from tvs susheel showroom that they will call me and get it solved, but no use at all. So far no call at all .

I want to take a legal action on them, as my bike is becoming day by day because of them and worst service .

I have booked new 310rr 2 months before, as they promised that we will deliver it in 60 days from booking date.

Still not even a guaranteed date from them. Giving full cash, and just sitting like a waiting.
I also have booked 2 ntorq bikes for which they said, 10 days wait. Two weeks now.
Not even clue.
Really regret about tvs for having such a veryyy bad track record in delivery.
