I purchased a new apache rtr160 and upon my first service i took it to the tvs service centre based in chandigarh industrial area plot 128. As i went to the counter and asked them to service it and not change the engine oil just now. The manager over there directly denied providing me any free service if i didn't get the oil changed and said i won't get any kind of warranty. When i asked them to show me where is it written in the service book that "if you don't get the oil changed, you won't get any service" he replied "what i am telling you is right." the people over there kept on arguing and after a lot of harassment they agreed. They completely take customers for fools. The way the man spoke to me and his behaviour was unacceptable for a person in the service industry. Pathetic staff. I have decided to get my bike serviced from a local mechanic because of the horrible experience i had with tvs people.

      I had given my bike tvs jupiter for servicing at tvs abhishek service center in asalpha on jan 22, 2017 in the morning around 10.30 am. I was told for replacing my battery for self start as it was not working and they changed along with some more parts due to which now my bike is stuck in office basement parking and towing cant happen due to office restriction. Hence i requested the abhishek tvs center to send a mechanic as the distance is not far from the place only 3.5 km away from the service center to come and check my bike. They are not ready to send the mechanic and even after complaining multiple times to them and also adding a request on customare care toll free there isnt any response from the company.
      Even the owner of the service center is not picking up the phone nor responding back.
      This is simply an irresponsible behavior from the service center and i am feeling totally helpless right now when they are not sending anyone to fix my bike

        I have purchased rtr 160 bike from bilaspur himachal pradesh on 27 june 2017 and i have taken all docs related to rto works but rto refused to taken 22 no form as he said that this is duplicate form no 22 please provide original 22 no form. Till dated rc is not made by rto so please provide original 22 no form of my bike.

        I want to know about original battery of new bike

        Kindly confirm the details as earliest
        I am using TVS Star city Plus for two years,
        Suddenly i am noticing there is a huge mileage drop comes around 35 KMs per litter.
        Bike suddenly stops when i ride and stops in the signal. it switches off all of a sudden.
        There was sound from the Silencer.
        Overall the performance is very low.

          Dear sir,

          I have purchased my tvs jupiter from mahalaxmi auto mobile, ishanpur. It was my first service of vehicle at ishanpur mahalaxmi auto. When i went to collect my vehicle, i got answer that, our all service center vehicle has been carried out by ishanpur police station and they have submit the case to court. It will take time to return your vehicle because it is a court matter. I dont know what is the issue but why we do suffer because of dealers problem. It is already a 3 days and yet i havent got my vehicle back. Please help me in this matter and take action on it. Otherwise, i will report to police station and take it to consumer court.

          This is totally not acceptable.

              I had purchased rtr 200 on 5 february 2017 from om motors lajpat nagar, after 500kms only it starts giving me so many problems like chain problem, vibration problem, pass switch problems, pollution problem and so on. I am fed up going, again and again, to the service centre in okhla industrial are om motors, i am not saying there aren't cooperative but after one problem is resolved another problem just arise what should i do??? What type of bike tvs is manufacturing. My bike has done only 3400kms and it's making so many problems 😣. Please replace my bike i don't want to ride this bike. Worst bike of my life.

                Hi,
                I bought tvs jupiter some where in august 2017 and when i bought i was told by the dealer that i will get first 4 service for free. When i went for my 1st service they charged me something aroung 500 rs, 2nd time they charged me
                700 rs. Can you let me know what is the meaning of free service and what does it include free in it? And why am i charged when the scooter service is free. I also sended an email on 26th sept 2017 on service. [protected]@tvsmotors.com, but since tvs guys are busy they havent replied me yet.

                  Reg no : ka53/ev /5717 (Not even got the registration papers in hand)

                  This a very serious complaint.

                  1. I registered a compliant in your toll free number today morning.

                  2. The engine is not aligned with the chassis, and the external body structureis not siting on the chassis and shaking.
                  3. While driving since 2 days, i was suspecting a vibration on the vehicle
                  Wholly and, its done 150kms only, gave to the dealer with the complaint
                  Yesterday morning 20th jan 2018,
                  4. They agreed that its a manufacturing mistake and they
                  Could not rectify., but to change the body, and the fittings., with a new one.
                  5. Does this not say that tvs has sold a faulty manufactured vehicle.
                  6. Today morning when i spoke to mr manjunath from suryapratap tvs.,
                  He is threatening me that he will not do anything.
                  7. This the sort of people tvs motors brand is with.

                  A. If you have paid your money to buy a tvs vehicle, and find your got
                  A manufacturing defective vehicle will you agree.
                  B. I dont want this vehicle back., i do not wnat suryapratap tvs to dael with
                  This.
                  C. I want tvs people to get involved.
                  D. If you do not take immediate action i will go to the consumer court., and media.

                  Tvs had got a brand value in which i kept my trust and that trust damaged., by
                  Your dealers.
                  Sundram iyengar group has a reputation hope you will keep it up.

                  Take immediate cation., see your customer not been cheated.

                  With respect to the above complain., I appreciate the followup by TVS Motors and Suryapratap TVS, KR puram, Bangalore. Having taken our complaint and grievance towards the issues with my vehicle. Mr Jeevan Reddy and Mr Naveen of TVS dealer, Suryapratap TVS, took concern and communicated with me and resolved the complain. I am happy about finally they got my vehicle done to my satisfaction. Thanking also the consumer forum in helping with the issue.

                    Hi guys,

                    On 13th of january 2018, i gave my bike for servicing of chain socket and while servicing they hadn't tightened the rear break properly, due to this careless thing, i met with a accident. And this is not the 1st time these service provider are doing, last time they hadn't tightened the gear shifter properly and i was about to met with an accident that time also.

                    They may say, while we handover the bike we should check everything, but during handover time everything is working and after nearly 50km if this happens, how?

                    Don't they have value for our life? Is this the way they treat us?

                      Date of incident:- 19/01/2018, Reg. no.MH14 DW7881.
                      This is third time that i had got my vehicle not properly serviced at TVS SAIBABA, Kalbhornagar chinchwad. And instead of bad service the staff (WM) Dattatray Dagde and (GM) Vijay R.Yadav Argued with me and also delayed the delivery of bike. Photos attached of for proof. Bad experience really. Instead of resolving the problem of washing and delay happened the staff were blaming their juniors for the delay. And also when i was given the service invoice they were adding additional charges of changing bolt of front wheel and after i asked about what is this haven't you called before changing it the answer was more shocking " i forgor to call you sir" what is this ??? is this the way you handle your customers not a single call if you are changing my bike parts its not issue of Rs 100 or more its about changing parts without my permission. I also have another vehicle Mahindra Gusto and they had given the best service for that after servicing they massage you that your vehicle is ready please collect GREAT. And here i was calling the service center is my vehicle ready or not ???(at 6;30 pm)the time i had wasted there and also the arguments with the staff really made me think about the next servicing at your service center and also purchase of my new vehicle from TVS. Really i was a big fan of TVS the quality and the service they provide but these people changes my view about TVS. I want reply of this complaint on my mail. And also want to know either the staff at kalbhornagar, chinchwad, given some warning letters or not because when i told them that i will give complaint of this they told me do whatewar you want to do there is no issue. so i want strict action on the above said matter. thanking you

                        My self amit r sankhe. Mobile no [protected].
                        I have purchase star city plus gold edition on 30 september 2017 on occasion of dussehra from magnus motor boisar. As company is said the average of vehicle is 89 km i assume that on road it should give at least 75 km. But my new bike star city plus is giving only 56 km per liter. Which hurt me badly. My basic purpose to purchase this bike was its average. Coz i travel 30 to 35 km per day and for that i have purchase high average bike. As i complaint in magnus motor the have taken average as per their standards and still it was only 67 km with no any clutch operating and gear shifting. Kindly look into matter and try to resolve it as early as possible.

                            I am talking about "Srujan TVS center in Housr". I gave my TVS Jupiter bike for repair. I didn't get any information after one week. After one week We went to service center directly and asked But it was not serviced and Bike condition is very worst.

                              My sister purchased TVs Jupiter in September, misguided by the dealer and misused money by dealer and his co partner. She paid 30k and told her to pay more rs.1500 total amount was 31500 and in their dealer transaction shown 30k only after her verification. More false transaction and misleading customer towards other loan instead of TVs credited. I[censored] see the bill you will understand clear drama of entire showroom activity. This came into the light after cross verifying with other small tvs dealers. By trusting tvs she went into loss almost 17 k. I share this bill with everyone to aware of tvs dealers

                              I want to light on this issue like her many innocent was getting cheated by tvs dealers indirectly by tvs.

                                You were speaking that time you tell people we will give the best service here than any other. Our vehicles has been in the servicing centre for the last 4 days.
                                Your company's says big big things where gone your business ethics. If can't solve my problem than don't make me fool say it clearly.
                                I also many work's to do. I don't have that time to waste with you and your company
                                On my first complaint your calls many times. But on second complaint your didn't gave response to me properly this is my third complaint.
                                If it continues, then I will have to say that to people to don't take your Jupiter classic if you have less money than take from but don't bought a TVS JUPITER CLASSIC you have many options besides tvs Jupiter.
                                I'm crying after buying the TVS JUPITER CLASSIC if you bought you will do suicide because of problems which is in Jupiter classic

                                  I booked a New TVS Jupiter on 13th Nov'2017 in the name of Arti Gupta and I was told & promised by Sales Executive that if I book TVS Jupiter via Paytm with Rs. 20, 000/-, so I will be getting Rs. 1500/- cash back in my Paytm wallet. So, I booked the same via paytm with Rs. 20, 000/- and rest of the amount was paid in cash on 14th Nov'17 and I got the scooter on the same day (14th Nov'17) but its been more than 2 months since I have not got my cash back and when I call to the dealer they always say we have forwarded your request to the company. I don't think TVS as big brand should make the false commitments and should not try to make the customers fool.

                                    My cluch cable snaps while i was riding on nh-37. Somehow i managed to ride back to home by managing another cable. The next day i searched for the cluch cable in various service centres in guwahati. The only response i received was clutch cable for rtr200 was not available. If parts are not easily available, then tvs co. Should stop manufacturing.

                                      I gave my xl super two wheeler to maruti motors, west mambalam for general service on 31.12.2017. The service was not done properly. There was starting problem and pick up problem in the two wheeler and it was again given to service on 11.1.2018. After the second service the sound is not proper and they have removed the silencer. But they are giving some reason and the service made by them is not satisfactory. I have not received any response form the company till now for the complaint.

                                      I am the owner of TVS Jupiter PB05AF4458 . I visited the service centre of Ferozepur to service my scooter. I want to replace the meter wire but they say that the wire is not available. I inquire about three time on phone but negative response is given by the Service centre.

                                        Hi Tvs customer care team, I left my scooty Pep + for service on 12th Januar'18, towards the following complaint
                                        Break tight
                                        Left self start not working
                                        Speedometer not working
                                        I have paid Rs. 1, 400/- towards the service but after getting the vehicle from service centre I am facing self-starting problem when I approached the service centre they direct me to change the battery as I don't have any problem when I left the vehicle, pl let me know what's the correct problem.
