I booked a New TVS Jupiter on 13th Nov'2017 in the name of Arti Gupta and I was told & promised by Sales Executive that if I book TVS Jupiter via Paytm with Rs. 20, 000/-, so I will be getting Rs. 1500/- cash back in my Paytm wallet. So, I booked the same via paytm with Rs. 20, 000/- and rest of the amount was paid in cash on 14th Nov'17 and I got the scooter on the same day (14th Nov'17) but its been more than 2 months since I have not got my cash back and when I call to the dealer they always say we have forwarded your request to the company. I don't think TVS as big brand should make the false commitments and should not try to make the customers fool.

    My cluch cable snaps while i was riding on nh-37. Somehow i managed to ride back to home by managing another cable. The next day i searched for the cluch cable in various service centres in guwahati. The only response i received was clutch cable for rtr200 was not available. If parts are not easily available, then tvs co. Should stop manufacturing.

      I gave my xl super two wheeler to maruti motors, west mambalam for general service on 31.12.2017. The service was not done properly. There was starting problem and pick up problem in the two wheeler and it was again given to service on 11.1.2018. After the second service the sound is not proper and they have removed the silencer. But they are giving some reason and the service made by them is not satisfactory. I have not received any response form the company till now for the complaint.

      Sir,
      I am the owner of TVS Jupiter PB05AF4458 . I visited the service centre of Ferozepur to service my scooter. I want to replace the meter wire but they say that the wire is not available. I inquire about three time on phone but negative response is given by the Service centre.
      Please look into the matter.

        Hi Tvs customer care team, I left my scooty Pep + for service on 12th Januar'18, towards the following complaint
        Break tight
        Left self start not working
        Speedometer not working
        I have paid Rs. 1, 400/- towards the service but after getting the vehicle from service centre I am facing self-starting problem when I approached the service centre they direct me to change the battery as I don't have any problem when I left the vehicle, pl let me know what's the correct problem.

          I have purchased the vehicle from G.V.motors, velappanchavadi, chennai. the price of the tvs xl 100 hd they have given to me is 42480, on road for cash purchase but the price given by the company online is 34989 on road why such difference and they haven't given the invoice to me and they even told that they have no stocks of front number plate, bumper, service book, tools kit and they have promised to give those on the first service of the vehicle. Kindly solve my problem sir

                    I purchase tvs jupiter last year.. At 2nd service i complaint one problem i. E. Noise and vibration in rear wheel. Till to date the tvs akluj maharashtra dealers mechanic does not solve my problem.                     i request reissue a new one but he say you can mail to TVS moters company

                          Facing problems continuously after first service on 700 kms. I am going to service centre regularly with my problems. They repaired it but after sometime it will be same. My bike chasis got rusted so they changed it. Gear sensor changed 10 times. Master cylinder changed only body engine and tyres are not changed. This bike is waste of money. I waste my time and money.

                              I have bought tvs phonix 125 from company 30th, march-2017. Registration no. Hp14b 5868. Even in begining in 3 months i started suffering with meter problem and that took more than three months to solve. And now it is totally break down condition and lying at service center from one week. Service provider says that it will take more than 15 days to repair. Performance of bike and service my business is suffering badly. Company must give compensation of suffering and business loss.

                                Hello tvs team,

                                I would like to raise a complaint against your referred insurance company tata aig for tvs jupiter vehicle which i had purchased from shelar tvs pune maharashtra last year 29th april.

                                The silencer of my vehicle has broken up in last month & i submitted the vehicle to service station to repair it.

                                The service station as well as myself followed up for several times to tata aig for insurance claim for this silencer, since the vehicle is under warranty period.

                                Now i have received an email from tata aig that they can't approve my claim.

                                My concern is we have not taken any 3rd party insurance from outside. Tvs has referred tata aig to us.

                                So now it's tvs's responsibility to give me the claim.

                                Otherwise take my vehicle back & return the money.

                                I have already launched the complaint on toll free number.

                                  I was purchased one tvs jupitar classic (Two wheeler) from star autos g. T. Road jagraon, 142026, distt ludhiana, m. No.[protected],[protected].
                                  That above said tvs authorized dealer agreed to me for making registration certificate (Rc) of my said purchase vehicle about one and half months and i was purchase my said vehicle on 30.09.2017. But till today about four months above said dealer has not to be issued my said vehicle rc/registration certificate. ((Rc no. Pb.10. Gq.1483)
                                  And above said dealer has also charge extra amount in my said vehicle insurance. Total amount of insurance certificate is rs. 2051 (From icici lambard), they are charged extra amount of rs. 2200/-.
                                  And i am visiting a number of times in said tvs dealer to obtained my vehicle rc, but till today i was not received my vehicle r. C.
                                  Please look in the matter as early as possible.

                                      1. Mileage not getting as per declared on tvs companies official website with tagline “india’s no. 1 mileage sooter” 65kmp/l. Scooty pep+

                                      * please must check attached image no. 1-2-3- 4 images with "fuel indicator and km indicator" you will understand all the scam..!!

                                      2. All the time some issues after some days of service and from the date of purchase 3 three time technical problems marked.

                                      I am smt. Lalita madanraj prajapati purchased tvs scooty pep+ from matrix motors mira - bhaynder on 29th september 2017, from the date of purchase 3 three time i faced technical problem with this scooty.

                                      On the 1st day of purchase 1st issue, then on 15th december 2017 again issue, on 23rd december again issue. All 3 time issues related to engine startup.

                                      Now at present the biggest issue with mileage - i personally tested i am getting mileage only between 29 to 33 kmpl.

                                      Here its very important to tell you as per declaration at company (Tvs) official website https://www.tvsscooty.com/Scooty-Pep-Plus/ and in tvs scooty advertisements and as told me tvs scooty dealers at matrix motors the mileage between 60 to 65 kmp/l

                                      I attached below images that proving the actually the mileage is not 60 to 65 kmp/l (Kilometers per litre petrol.)

                                      The same complaint i raised with dealers (Matrix motors) but they are not ready to listen regarding less mileage.

                                      Finally i am not getting satisfactory resolution from tvs motors company/ matrix motors side, i am feeling that i cheated from/by this company.

                                      I spend & lost my hardworking money more than half lakh rupees and got this defective product (Scooty pep+).

                                      I filled complaint to consumer form also docet no. 561016

                                      I am expecting refund all my money / replacement / resolution for this mileage problem.

                                        As my new bike which I take delivery on 20th November & within 1 month taken to service centre 3 times alongwith 1 free service till problem continues as it stop functioning on road at any point of time in any gear with jerks. My life at stake if anything happens on road the company will responsible. Everytime bike taken to service centre but problem continues.I want permanent solution this time.
