I purchased rtr 160 on 10th of november from sri vishnu motors, mysore.

After a week some squirky noise started coming out of bike, which was very annoying while driving. I had given my bike thrice to resolve the issue which they could not be able to resolve.

Though its a brand new bike, i have not expected this kind of experience. To my surprise when i tried...

I purchased VICTOR TVS on 15th September 2017 hard cash from SURYANSH TVS MOTORCYCLE DEALER, AKBARPUR, KANPUR DEHAT, UP, INDIA 209101, after that I went to dealer about 15 times to take RC of my VICTOR MOTORCYCLE. But the dealer is not giving me RC. he says that I should go to RTO to ask the RC. when I go to RTO he says that the file of my motorcycle is not provided by the dealer.

I have visited priyanka motors for paid service on 26th. They have not informed about unavailability of oil and ready status of my vehicle. Spare in charge gave bill without oil replacement. They told me that they don't have oil with them. Matting is not fixed properly during delivery. They have causal approach towards customer complaint. Pathetic service...

I have done second paid service at borgave tvs service centre ichalkaranji. The rotation belt is sounds badly and loudly like something stuck in it. When i go through same problem to borgave tvs service centre they said it will work after running some kilometres, but it unable to ride few metres then how can run some kilometres. The service centre is not clearly answered for that problem....

It has been two months but i didn’t received my claim money. I have been asked to visit the insurance office to see why i didn’t received the money. I don’t understand why do i need to go there. I have not taken any third party insurance that i need to go to insurance office. I am completely pissed off. This was really annoying and probably my worst experience with tvs motors😡😡...

Worst response by the tvs service centres in gurgaon buland tvs i am facing the problem in gear change in my bike they told me that we will resolve this give your bike by tomorrow when i did not agree then they said we will do it in next 4 hours but i have been waiting for 2 hours they have not started working on the bike and after that they said that we will give your bike by tomorrow and also the person who was incharge has gone somewhere...
