Sir,
I purchase the new tvs victor 2018 model on 06 april 2018 after just 3-4 days his bike battery was discharge then i go to workshop and told that bike condition he said that i solve the problem immidiately but today 30 april 2018 he unable to resolve my problem and few days back also battery was removed. My bike has without the battery and i fall in big problem due to purchase of tvs company.

    We have been using XL new model for 3 moths since from the beginning back wheel getting puncture eventually. When we complained in showroom they are simply saying that we were driving on roughly. This is not at all acceptable. See my father only using this bike . And this showroom people also not responding properly.

    Either give a solution for that or take over the bike asap. Details below.

      Dear all,

      I have bought recently (27 November 2017) Apache 180 but it was heating problem with starting, many times I have concern with service center and showroom but no one take it seriously, even my bike under warranty, today I have visited again in service center and they suggested me problem with culach plate and they have changed it and taken all charges including labour as well and even they replaced many other part but bike heating problem still same.
      I asked them if problem still same why you did change caluch plate and other parts and why you are asking for money even my bike under warranty but they have locked my bike in room and deny to handover bike me. They invested my entire day.
      I have all charges bill.

        I have purchased tvs jupiter in may 2017 from your authorised dealer rk motors, ratnagiri. But 3servicing over, 2 times bentex roater replaced by new one,. It is very expensive & i can not aford this expenses after free servicing over. Pl. Do the needful action, otherwise you will have to change this part to start my jupiter scooter free of charge. Insurance renewal guy prasant was given estimate 2500 rupees required for insurance renewal including mcb and discount. Today morning he was calling and told 2950 rupees required for insurance renewal, when i was asking that much amount required, he answered me you have interest to renewal otherwise you'll do outside.             Hi team,

            I recently bought tvs scooty pep+ (Ts08amtr2520) from vishal automobiles, roshan complex, dnm colony, balkampet main road, sanathnagar, hyderabad, 500018 on 11th march, 2018 by paying full amount in cash (Online transfer). Payment includes vehicle registration and insurance.

            Lifetax payment by the dealer was done on repetitive followup after the vehicle delivery of 15 days. This delayed t/r i. E., temporary registration of the vehicle.
            The dates of vehicle delivery & temporary registration dates clearly indicate the delay period which can be submitted as a proof.

            Over that, there were wrong details mentioned (Color of the vehicle was wrongly selected) for which i have to make multiple trips to rto and showroom for correction. This is both economic and time loss for me. Now, after all this is done, there is delay in the final vehicle registration and despite my followup, the response from the tvs showroom was poor. As a whole, i felt that the tvs service is very poor and wouldn't recommend others to buy any product/service of the tvs.

            I have attached the copies of the documents and one can see the issues in the dates.

            I request the concerned team to take necessary actions.

              Dear sir., i had purchased tvs xl 100 on 19 september 2017, as i was working in a bank i didn't had any local adress proof hence i had requested for the tr (Temporary registration), that i got it after 4 months of purchase, and there was a mistake in documents regarding hypothication and i requested for correction and again given the documents, but still the corrections is not done, and it has been 8 months i have not got the documents hence registration is not done for the bike, and not getting proper response from the staff, kindly help me regarding the issue.

                Purchaseed a TVS jupiter scooter from SNC through Pranay Auto Nerul, first of all vehicle was defective, within few Kilometers riding scooter got stuck, fuel started falling though only half tank was there and filled fuel from reputed Petrol pump by me, as I stay here in a rented flat so Pranay auto was fully lusty and thrusty to collect without address proof charges though I have clearly mentioned that I know vashi RTO agents and I will manage if any issue occurred due to rented agreement submission, its a very disappointing experience I have got after purchasing this jupiter from Pranay Auto Nerul sector 10 Navi Mumbai, district - Thane, Maharashtra...SNC motor should deal with this type defective scooter and Mr. Naik's attitude and behavior was very disappointing and rude, he felt happy to harassed me.. People should think twice before deal with these types of dealers and products.

                Very much upset, thinking I made a big mistake, I should not go for Jupiter and avoid these dealers

                  Tvs service centre at naharlagun, arunachal pradesh has ruined my apache 200 bike. I did my 3rd servicing for the first time there and after 4 days the bike stopped working. They charged me 2000 to fix that and within a week the same problem happened again. Now they are asking me more money. The bike is not even 5 months old. At the time after servicing i told them that the bike is giving some sound when i press the self button but they ignored it and said its nothing. I want my bike to b fixed. What should i do?

                    I bought a new tvs ntorq for ready cash without getting any discount on 23/04/2018. The next day itself the scooter got stuck up on the way to my office and immediately i informed my sales person, he arranged to take the vehicle and same day evening i got the vehicle back after changing the carburettor. The same thing happened on the next day after changing to new carburettor. Kindly give me an advice on what should be done from my end.

                    I bought tvs Apache rr310 on 18 March 2018 and my bike broke in jus 2 days lot of Smoke started coming from exhaust. I have kept my bike below 60 kmph. Very disappointed with the build quality of bike. It's a 2.5 lakh rupees bike which is not a small amount.

                      I want to register a complaint about the service centre from which i got my tvs jupiter repaired this showroom/service centre is in kalol named adib auto they never listen to their customers and they serviced my vehicle very badly none of my problems is solved i think they just kept it from noon to evening and just washed it and took some petrol from it and gave me and charged me 540rs their service is pathetic i saw a boy there who was around 16 or maybe 17 yrs old he was treating someones bike very badly and did a small burnout with it and then on first gear pulled the throttle at its max lvl. I suggest everyone not to get service or buy from this showroom ever. I will be uploading a blog regarding this soon.

                        Hello,

                        I was buying a new scooty jupiter classic from binsar tvs (Shop no. 954e, main 100 feet road, babarpur, delhi - 110032, opp little flower school) on 19-october-2017 when i drive it to my home i was not noticed that fuel was dropping onto the road when i noticed i was going to showroom and full fuel tank empty in 1 kilometer. They advice me that please take this vehicle into basement where they ready new scooty then the mechanic check the scooty carburetor.. The main problem is in carburetor. They open it and check it and put some air into and place it into scooty after that fuel dropping slow but there's smell of fuel while driving and one another problem is fuel gage not working the fuel light shows in full fuel tank.. I was thinking that its a new scooty and it have problem after few months what happening... So bad of you.. Serivce center said they don't have new fuel gage.. So help me to resolve this problem..

                        So take a strict against tvs binsar otherwise i file a complaint in court

                          As a said i brought TVS NTORQ from SUPREME TVS Ulhasnagar on 9/14/18. also i mention in previous mail that i also applied for choice number at that time they said ok they will provide choice number but they give mi another number due to miscommunication between showroom & their agent. to discuss on choice number i went to their showroom, the showroom manager Tushar Nenvani Using rude language with us, He gave THREAT, that You know i am son of VIJU CHIKANE & You know Vaibhav Haidas, i said No then he told mi very soon you will know who they are...

                          As earlier mail as said the bike still in showroom, if Your Team able to give my choice number then i will pick up my bike from showroom, if this is not possible your team then refund my money, No further discussion with SUPREME showroom Manager Tushar Nenvani because he didn't have seance how to talk with Customer.

                            Here i want to inform you that i have booked a bike apache 310 rr red colour on 3rd week of february, 2018 in ahmedabad. They have commited maximum 2 months for delivery. Now 2 months are already passed away but now sales team is not recieving a call nd not responding for delivery. Further company is incresing a price of bike but i will provide only that amount on which i hve booked in fabruary. Because of this company's behavior nd wrong commitment, company itself spoling its reputation in market as there are mane gud bikes are availabe in small price gap. This is not acceptable by any cost. Plz help now i cant wait or cancel my booking nd give my money return.

                                  Sir i have purchased tvs apache rtr 200 from authorised tvs showroom rajpoot motors 5 month ago. My bike is giving very much heating problem, the sensation of heat from engine can be feel at the time of riding. The engine gets heated up in just riding my bike 8- 9 km, at 40-45 speed. I ride my bike to the showroom from where i have bought it, i showed them this problem, they told me that this is normal as your engine is new. I told them the engine get so much heated up that my foot resting at restpad experience so much heat that i have burning sensation overthere. They have tested my bike, changed my bike 's engine oil. But nothing happens. They have even ride my bike they also have experienced the heating problem. The problem still persists. They are just ignoring my issue. Staff members are pathetic. They don't even listen their coustomers. I think for them their the coustomers are not valueable. My engine gets heated up so much that after waiting for 1.5h it haven't cooled down. So throw water on my engine to cool it. Once it get cooled, i again rode my bike 7 km @40 speed, it again gets heated up so much that burning sensation again starts. When i told them if the bike is faulty one then they should replace my bike with new one, they just simply ignore it. Staff members are not treating their coustomers well. I donnot why tvs company gave such people their authorization. Tvs company such a shame for you. After only 5 month from buying the bike, such a major problem in engine has been experienced by me, shocer down, bettry down. I request you to kindly replace my this fauly bike with new one...                                     I hardikkumar patel lived in vijapur. I have tvs jupiter. Om sai auto sales, pratij have done free services of my jupiter without make any service.. I don't know om sai auto sales people pratij. I'm living in vijapur and go for a free in apex auto and find out that om sai auto sales pratij completed my free services so i have to pay for free service in apex vijapur. So please refund my money of free services and it's cheating and harreshment with me so give me a compensation to me

                                      Maharashtra. I had purchased tvs jupiter millenor in nov - 2016. Purchasing period to april 2018 is bike condition is very good services is very clearly, nit, satisfied. But this time april 18 your new service centre open and my bike servicing this days isnot satisfied. Eng can say some problem creat in u r chains part and slip nut and change bodies. But my bike very loudly in running on road and also damage body internal part. This is my first bike thos saving in account and purchase. Those bike daily updowon home to office. Those are not ok condition my savings are loss. Ending my bike sell scrap.
                                      So plz quick action to my complaint.
