This is to inform you that mi activa is not working properly inspite of giving it for service manier times. I bought that activa in the month of june and within a month i activa was not being able to start ot so i gave it for service but my actova is not up to the mark i thought it would be. So its my humble request to you to look onto this matter and solve it as early as possible.

    I have purchased tvs apache 200 bike from avian auto pvt. Baroda on[protected]. Unfortunately the approach of your dealer is not consumer firendly and rto clearance took almost 3 months with our constant follow up.

    Further unfortunately today i. E. 7-2-18 the bike did not start in morning. So called your nearest service centre. He said may be it seems not a battery problem but wiring issue. After sometime got a call that battery is kept for charging for full day and in the evening will come to know what is the issue. Regret to buy your product costing more than 108000 and receiving poor services and giving trouble within 3 months.

      Hi am Ragupathi,
      I Purchased my TVS XL Heavy duty in 2009 in chennai. Currently i transfered to Tirupur. I just want to do some spares change with general service i taken my bike to your authorised dealer cum service center. Because of your poor quality metal my bike chase number was not visible and it was rusted. Your authorised service center staffs were scratched with salt paper on bike chase it was become more damaged. Then they said they wont take service because chase number ia not visible. We informed him clearly about the rust they were not taken care about that. We shown our RC book too to confirm that it was our bike. More over we made service one time at the same service center 12 to 15 months before. But they are treating customers like a ### and we feel embracing that it was like a thefted bike. Because of your poor quality materials we feel shame to buy your products.
      I need a immediate response from your end if not ill file a case against your quality and service.

        I took TVs jupiter in kavya house, road no 36, jubilee hills, hyderabad
        Until now I didn't get the registration papers from them.I buyed it in 2016..it has been over 1 year now.
        Whenever I am going to them they are giving silly reasons like there is showroom problem ..They are telling me to come after 10 days and so on.
        Worst Response.Very disappointed of TVs motors.

          Hi,
          I have bought tvs jupiter on 27 dec 2017. I bought that in cash... So the day when i bought the vehicle they said the rc would be receiving within 20 days it almost today like 40 days the the guy at the showroom name (Hamraj) keep telling me from last 10 days that ki ""sir aaj de jayega... Banda.." and today again i called him i received the same response i have the recording and sending u through my email id as well...

            Hi had bought a new tvs jupiter on 14 jan 2018 from kalamkar motors, baner, pune, maharashtra. I still have not received the number of my vehicle. Whenever i call them i get to hear is that you did not submit documents or the other reason. Even after submitting all the documents why are they telling me all this nonsense? Now they are charging 1500rs to convert notary agreement to registered agreement as rto doesn't accept it. Why was i not informed prior to the sale of the documents? I want the quick action on it. I tried calling on customer care and they do not support on this as well. Very bad service!!!

              Now my bike is running very poor.

Without having spare for apache160 fi why your launching fuel injector bikes like rtr 200 fi & rr310. 100% your unfit for servicing like fuel injector bikes. If you dont have capability means please dont launch me fuel injector model. Do you think customer are #. Definitely you loose your market.

                  I had sent my scooter to your service centre for insurance claim, and i had got my scooty after 12 days with so many calls for delay, rather than this service customer had break my central stand, front mirror and my accessories and also didn't wash it, and when i told them they want extra money, and why would i give extra money for those parts, these faults are done by your employees

                  I have taken scooty Pep plus on jan17 2018 by paying through Paytm in Vijayawada casa motors by paying remaining amount through card.They handed over me vehicle along with papers.Today again they called me saying 950rs is due.

                    I have purchases tvs jupiter from subhashree co - dealer of saibaba tvs, i have very bad experience about average and and vehicle quality, totally unsatisfied with tvs vehicle as per company recommendation vehicle is giving average 55 but now vehicle is giving me 30, in future i am not suggest to buy tvs, please give replacement of of vehicle or refund my money,

                      I boought new tvs zest 110 on 2015. From the beginning it was a problem to me. Now the mechanic of authorized service centre in guduvanchery, kanchipuram dt, tamil nadu, india says that there is a problem with the engine. So it must rectified. But he refused to give guarantee. He says me to give that bike in exchange. I agree. I have no way at present. But the company is the full responsible for this... Expecting the reply.

                        I bought jupiter 8 months back and i gave for 3rd free service two weeks back. Two days after the service, horn was not working and self start as well. I went back to ramkay tvs which is in velachery to check, they told me it's battery problem. There are three things which i am not comfortable, first being a new bike how battery related issues will come, second, why they didn't check this when i gave for service and thirdly it's been more than 10 days i am yet to get my bike and every time i have to call for update. It's very frustrating to follow. Please take appropriate action.

                          i have given back my apache 180 rtr after using only three days now the madiwala showroom owner is not giving back my amount

                            We are paid the money completely to the TVS Show room, Maa Dharmana TVS Show room, Anakapalle, Andhra Pradesh but we are not received any payments receipts so far 3 days over, and Show room persons expressing that Temporary registration will take one weak and permanent registration will take more than one month. they are also not submitting the relevant documents like Invoice, warranty cards, operating manual, free service coupons, list of accessories fitted to the bike etc they are only handed over vehicle and also customer care no. also not responding the no. is [protected]

                              Purchased tvs jupiter in may-16, recently find crack developed in rear tyre and tyre not able to retain the air.. It's within the warranty period, as the warranty period for tvs tyre is of five yrs, requesting the concerned authorities from the tvs motor/tyre company to look into it and replace the same.. I have informed the dealer about the same.

                                On 08/01/2018, in front of amma mandapam - my tvs scooty vehicle found lost * vehicle : tn48ae 2658 (Bought from saratha motors - srirangam)

                                Immediately i filed a complaint in sri rangam crime police station regarding this vehicle lost

                                At that time - the same place where my vehicle lost, i found another scooty which was unclaimed nearly 3 hours

                                During that time - as per station advice, i tried to open the nearby scooty by using my key, immediately it got opened without any difficulties
                                That vehicle number is tn81 a4846 (Belongs to year 2016)

                                After tracing out by the rc book / license number - we traced the owner of that vehicle, but he sold is vehicle to some one & again we got his mobile number, finally caught him by phone and enquired & he admitted that, my bike was taken by him by using with his key

                                After a long struggle, he was asked to come to crime station and made a complaint and written letter to the station inspector about wrongly taken this vehicle

                                Reason for this serious lapse : same type key is provided for different head

                                This is a serious customer complaint & resulted restless and unncessary mental tension and time / energy waste - this is not at acceptable in a customer point of view

                                This is purely damaging to the manufacturer

                                I need a suitable explanation regarding the above serious lapse

                                Problem / root cause : similiar key for different locks

                                This needs to be avoided & proper why why analysis required and needs suitable counter measure report to avoid such lapses in future

                                Please do root cause analysis & fta findings to get out of this design issue

                                Kindly note & consider my complaint and update the status of corrective actions

                                  Sir i just complaint against the tvs motore agency and the workshop also because i have purchased rtr apache 160 on cash on the date 23 october 2017 after 2 days i have found that my bike cant start from self and headlight goes not clear to front and battery problem also so i go to the agency agency told me for the workshopno response given by the workshop and misconduct to me u pls registered my complain

                                    Many calls are received by me from [protected] and another number not noted by me asking whether servicing done for my scootu by tvs sriraj trichy is satisfactory. The tone and timing of the calls makes me feel that it is not from a professional though one caller said he is sundar from tvs bangalore. Please save customers from such harassing calls

                                      In shriraj company there service is worst.in my bike apache rtr 180 the valve sound checking and adjusting by mechanic but today also i hear the valve sound i ask the mechanic he told i not hear any sound. What a lie my best review to my friends don't by the tvs motors. And another an important thing they not respect the costumers for buy, service or anything.
