Hi,
This is in reference to the above subject that I am owner of TVS Apache RTR 180. Every time I go for the free service at agency. The support staff as well as service persons are not working their work properly. Even I am going for my free services, they are taking charges for their service, and also not doing their proper work. I am not happy with their work. They also take a very long time to do the service. It took around 5 to 6 hours to get service done. Along with this they also do not doing the entry of entry and exit time. When I asked them to enter the time, they misbehaved with me and told me that who I am to ask them anything.
If this is the way of your working then I think you should change your customer service. Because when your customer is not happy then I think your business is not going to grow.
Please look into the matter and resolve this issue asap.

    I m born and bought up in chennai and tvs is integral part of our family. I am a big fan of tvs but this is the 1st disappointment.

    We have been with tvs for a long time starting from samurai, tvs xl, champ, wego, 2 jupiters and now ntorq 125.

    This vehicle delivery from suryapratap tvs bhattarahalli bangalore

    The delivery experience was not good. Also they didn't do the pdi check before delivery. Below are the issues for records

    1. Scratches on the front apron for which no answer and did rubbing polish while delivery.

    2. Front plastic casing on handle bar is removed and there are 2 nonstandard screws one with washer and one without washer. Other vehicles had a plastic cover to hide screws which is missing.

    3. Substandard cleaning in hurry even when we had lot of time for delivery. They have no standard cleaning procedure or delivery ethics. Cleaning with dirty cloth and giving the keys in left hand without even seeing the face of the customer.

    4. Vehicle front wheel vobling issue from day1

    5. Starting trouble everyday. Need to kick at least 6 times as there is no physical choke. It even happens when i leave the vehicle for 8 hours in office.

    6. Clicking sound after fresh start in morning. Need to wait for at least 2 mins for warm up. The acceleration will be like grinding and it is not linear initially till the engine heats up.

    7. Same grinding acceleration in speeds of 40 to 50 when cruising.

    8. Mileage less than 35

    Thank you so much for replying back. I went to suryapratap tvs today morning and met the sales team. Sales manager was on leave and there is one other person who was rude again and he even fought with the fellow customer which I have video captured. Later with no action done. I was not comfortable leaving the vehicle there and went all the way to rt Nagar to leave the vehicle for 1st service.

    Again I am mentioning this here. I am a big fan of tvs. I bought tvs wego on the 1st day when it released and did the same thing for ntorq. You produce amazing products which none of the competition can match and they are way behind. But I am sad to say this about the sales team of the dealer suryapratap tvs literally don't know to handle customers. They behave like bunch of rowdies when I met them there today. Service people from suryapratap called me back but the behavior of the sales team was pathetic. Still they don't know that customers should be handled better. I will talk to the customer sales manager of Surya pratap tvs who I showed the problem the other day and I will post the results rude behavior in social media. So that these bunch of arrogant gentlemen feel the pinch of it.

      हैलो सर में काशिफ अली पुत्र माजिद अली मो, कानून गोयान शाहाबाद ज़िला रामपुर उ०प्र० का निवासी हुं मेने आपकी शाहाबाद शाखा बाबा मोटर्स से एक बाइक TVS star city+ Up22 AB 4249 किश्तों पर ली थी जिसकी हमें पहले 15 किश्तें बताई गई थी फिर हम सफलपूर्वक किश्तें जमा करने लगे. और बाद में आपका एजेंट पेसा लेकर भाग गया फिर आपका दूसरा एजेंट शाखा पर बेठा उसने बताया के आपको 18 किश्तें जमा करनी हैं. हमने इस बात की शिकायत शाखा स्वामी अदनान आसिफ से की तो उन्होने इस बात से पल्ला झाड़ दिया. फिर हमसे कहा गया कि आपकी एक किश्त कम कर दी जायगी हमने उनकी यह बात भी मानी मार्च 2018 को हमारे पास एक नोटिस आया कि आपके ऊपर कम्पनी का 24000 रुपया बकाया है हमने इसकी शिकायत शाखा से करी तो उनहोने उस नोटिस को झूंटा बता दिया... हमारे पास किश्त जमा होने के Massege फोन मे मोजूद हैं.. उसके Screenshots भेज रहा हुं जब हम शाखा से NOC मांग रहे हैं तब वह दूसरे दिन के लिए टाल देते हैं हमें एक महीने से परेशान किया जा रहा है क्रप्या हमारी सहायता करें... आपकी अति महान क्रपा होगी ... धन्यवाद

        We’ve purchased a tvs XL100 registration number UP32JP8654 on 28th January 2018. Currently we own 4 tvs XL including above and among all those 3 bikes are being purchased within the last 3-4 months and the newest is just 4 days ago. 8654 is a defective bike. It may have either manufacturing defects or original parts being replaced with duplicate parts by dealer bhavya automobiles ashiana Lucknow. It’s been just 2 months and bike has been sent for repair or replacement of parts two times and again third time it required repairing. First time volves were replaced( as communicated to us, we’re not aware about the fact), second time again volves and gear box were replaced, now this time god knows what parts are required to replace.first time it takes 15 days to get repaird by bhavya automobiles and very next day it again broke down then it takes 3 days again to get repaired. Some engineers came from company end to fix it as communicated to us. But again it works only for 2 days and now creating trouble. We want a permanent replacement of this bike any how. We want new bike as we’ve not invested such amount to keep the bike in Service centre only. Service centre attendant number : ‭[protected]‬

        We’ve purchased the bike to simplify our work not to waste our money and time. Enclosing the photo of bill.

        The issue is not yet resolved and TVS company itself marked it as resolved. The vehicle is still lying with bhavya automobiles after 4th time broke down. We’re not talking the vehicle back as it is defective and Definitely duplicate parts has been used. Company representative Has clearly spoken that CDI is defective. We want our money back or replacement of the vehicle. Please help. We’re enclosing the receipt of possession by bhavya automobiles

          I want to purchase a new tvs jupiter scooter.in kanpur city every dealer is taking rs 1200 extra for rto registration and rs 300 for insurance. They are not providing any bill for this amount. Taking money without providing bill is illegal. For what they are charging extra?. It is impossible to purchase scooter without paying extra money mentioned above. Please suggest me how i can purchase scooter without paying any extra money.

            Dear sir,

            I got frustrated from tvs service and this type of poor service i never seen any other places.

            Problem of rear brack sound came from date of purchase and now front brack sound appear.

            In short, bike is running loke kabbad

            Your service manager mr aporva say if you use single brack sound will appear, this type os statement said by your company manager.

            From these words, i recognise company level,

            I am facing issues since purchase date and went service centre more than 100 times,

            Now, i want final resolution if you can provide or ask me go to another places,

            I also went in sales showroom and ask for resolutions he replied to come in next week

            Please arrange a better resolution or i went in consumer court.

                    I asked to correct gear to be sooth to change, bcoz it is very hard now.. I am complaining about this from last 2services but they won't correct, then i put mike to paid service in mechanic shop.. Now i have one more free service also.. But am not going put in tvs service center. Its very heartbreaking customer support.
                    They just do some minor corrections only.
                    I have attached their card. Pls look into it.
                    This kind of activity will spoil the name of tvs.

                      This ia to bring you that i have going to tvs service center i had purchahse apache 180 before one year ago in sharma motor pratap nagar this is not friat time probelem i had also complain to mr madan and other person.in ks motors and ks motor sikar raod jaipur i met jitendra kumawat there as a service advisor i have to say my bike engine in over heating they are check my engine oil and wheel and saying me your bike break pad was damage and change them break pad price only 280 only they took 457 charge from me why... I will pay to before 15 day ago for bike service 461 rupees i have very tired for your service i had already i will complain against your company you have to sell me in defective piece

But till now they didn't give me r. C. Of the bike. I asked them many times for r. C but whenever i asked them they says next week but since then till now next week didn't come.

                          Respected sir,
                          Myself vishesh kumar singh, on 25/08/2017 i had purchased new apache rtr 200 4v. I had an complaint regarding chain sprocket noise, gear sensor, speed sensor and etc. After service it has produced very bad noise, they tell me to buy a new chain set. My question is why don't i buy a new chain sprocket set because my motorcycle is in warranty, then again i have kept for a 4th free service on 24/03/2018, i have a minor complaint regarding chain noise but after service its a very major problem started, but till now my complaint was not rectified and main thing after service there is no feed back call from tvs motor company.

                            I had booked the tvs jupiter from the tvs motor company assigned dealer solar tvs which is located in nayandahalli, mysore road bangalore on 15th of march 2018. I have received the vehicle without the registration of the vehicle, no insurance of vehicle and no complete bills. When asked for the bills, they say that computerised bill is not getting generated. Why such inconvienence is caused to the customer.

Why its coming at that speed but after crossing 65kmph its going smooth.. My bike crossed 6500kms.. When asked many of the mech but the answer i have got..1. Its a new engine it have to set with the gear?? Really??..2.in all tvs jupiter same thing is happening at that speed?? Really?? 3. After 10000kms the problem will be solved really??? Long term users plz reply.. What will be the solution for that... And for long terms users which engine oil r u maintaining mention with grade,, ur answer willl help to maintain properly... And why back drum brake not effective like activa are all other scooter?? If i am apply back brake its act like almost death even after cleaning back drum its working effective only for 6 days after that its remaining death with means it stops after 10m.. Its a shame of tvs.. Thank got i have brought disc variant.. I am waiting for ur reply..

                                Dear sir,
                                I have a vehicle HR26DA8366 there is a leakage on front lhs shocker or rear shocker doesn't working properly but behind it is absolutely bad on per speed of 80 speed it show bubbling and engine noise ( vehicle under warranty )
                                Amma motors in chembur near Amar mahal, the shop open at 10:00am and unauthorised person from Honda service center was doing all the job cards of tvs bike and simultaneously was handling his Honda customer.when I asked about mine bike he was very unprofessional and did not take mine bike for servicing.need to take action.

In reception no care about customer.There is no swipe machine for digital txn..While GOI promote the digital txn. Today I not carried cash so I face problem.Please look into matter

                                    Myself pramodh gowda purchased a ntorq scooter on 1st march 2018 from kubera tvs, bangalore payment of 74, 500/- cash was made on the same day with a promised delivery of 15th march. But it was not complied and that day srinivas from kubera tvs called and said they can't deliver on 15th a promised... As we are mythological on dates srinivas agreed to deliver on 18th march with a penalty of getting me a number 1155 in the rto. But to my surprise i got the scooter delivery on 18th but till date they have not registered my vehicle with rto and now they r demanding extra money for this.. As per their commitment they are supposed to do it free of cost but now they are denying... I wish to lodge this complaint on kubera tvs bangalore

                                    I had purchased TVS Ntorq 3 days back in HRITUK SHOWROOM, in Bangalore.
                                    As entorq is new vehicle they are saying as no accessoires is not developed yet.
                                    They are not even responding to the situation i got in by them as they didn't give any of the documents necessary for riding (Temporary Registration, Insurance).

Suprem tvs ulhasnagar i had found that some problem in the battery, when i was gone to the suprem tvs ulhasnagar then service engineer checked the battery he alliance that the baterry is not work, he told me that he was not able to replace the battery but still battery is under warranty.

                                      Please kindly replace the battery as soon as possible

                                        I buyed jupiter zx on 11/12/17. After using it for 2 months, it caused spondylolisis of hand through which we came to know that the model provided to us was defective. The treatment of spondylolisis has costed more than 50, 000/- still the seller is providing me the same defective piece. The model is in the service centre since 1 month. I wouldn't take the same defective model back. Instead provide me a fresh model and even provide me with the benifit of the hospital charges that took place for the treatment of spondylolisis ehich was caused due to your defective model.
