My name is praveen kumar and i bought tvs sport bike on 19 oct 2017. Bike chesis number is *md625pf53h3h44378* and engine number is nf5gh1169941. But till now they didn't give me r. C. Of the bike. I asked them many times for r. C but whenever i asked them they says next week but since then till now next week didn't come.
Please help me for this.

    Respected sir,
    Myself vishesh kumar singh, on 25/08/2017 i had purchased new apache rtr 200 4v. I had an complaint regarding chain sprocket noise, gear sensor, speed sensor and etc. After service it has produced very bad noise, they tell me to buy a new chain set. My question is why don't i buy a new chain sprocket set because my motorcycle is in warranty, then again i have kept for a 4th free service on 24/03/2018, i have a minor complaint regarding chain noise but after service its a very major problem started, but till now my complaint was not rectified and main thing after service there is no feed back call from tvs motor company.

      I had booked the tvs jupiter from the tvs motor company assigned dealer solar tvs which is located in nayandahalli, mysore road bangalore on 15th of march 2018. I have received the vehicle without the registration of the vehicle, no insurance of vehicle and no complete bills. When asked for the bills, they say that computerised bill is not getting generated. Why such inconvienence is caused to the customer.

          #hi to everyone can u help.. I need ur answers.. I am from chennai.. Did any 1 noticed in tvs jupiter while crossing 55kmph to 65kmph in handle bar and footrest producing like shocking vibration.. Why its coming at that speed but after crossing 65kmph its going smooth.. My bike crossed 6500kms.. When asked many of the mech but the answer i have got..1. Its a new engine it have to set with the gear?? Really??..2.in all tvs jupiter same thing is happening at that speed?? Really?? 3. After 10000kms the problem will be solved really??? Long term users plz reply.. What will be the solution for that... And for long terms users which engine oil r u maintaining mention with grade,, ur answer willl help to maintain properly... And why back drum brake not effective like activa are all other scooter?? If i am apply back brake its act like almost death even after cleaning back drum its working effective only for 6 days after that its remaining death with means it stops after 10m.. Its a shame of tvs.. Thank got i have brought disc variant.. I am waiting for ur reply..

          I have a vehicle HR26DA8366 there is a leakage on front lhs shocker or rear shocker doesn't working properly but behind it is absolutely bad on per speed of 80 speed it show bubbling and engine noise ( vehicle under warranty )
          Amma motors in chembur near Amar mahal, the shop open at 10:00am and unauthorised person from Honda service center was doing all the job cards of tvs bike and simultaneously was handling his Honda customer.when I asked about mine bike he was very unprofessional and did not take mine bike for servicing.need to take action.

In reception no care about customer.There is no swipe machine for digital txn..While GOI promote the digital txn. Today I not carried cash so I face problem.Please look into matter

              Myself pramodh gowda purchased a ntorq scooter on 1st march 2018 from kubera tvs, bangalore payment of 74, 500/- cash was made on the same day with a promised delivery of 15th march. But it was not complied and that day srinivas from kubera tvs called and said they can't deliver on 15th a promised... As we are mythological on dates srinivas agreed to deliver on 18th march with a penalty of getting me a number 1155 in the rto. But to my surprise i got the scooter delivery on 18th but till date they have not registered my vehicle with rto and now they r demanding extra money for this.. As per their commitment they are supposed to do it free of cost but now they are denying... I wish to lodge this complaint on kubera tvs bangalore

              I had purchased TVS Ntorq 3 days back in HRITUK SHOWROOM, in Bangalore.
              As entorq is new vehicle they are saying as no accessoires is not developed yet.
              They are not even responding to the situation i got in by them as they didn't give any of the documents necessary for riding (Temporary Registration, Insurance).

                I have purchased tvs jupiter from m/s. Suprem tvs ulhasnagar i had found that some problem in the battery, when i was gone to the suprem tvs ulhasnagar then service engineer checked the battery he alliance that the baterry is not work, he told me that he was not able to replace the battery but still battery is under warranty.

                Please kindly replace the battery as soon as possible

                  I buyed jupiter zx on 11/12/17. After using it for 2 months, it caused spondylolisis of hand through which we came to know that the model provided to us was defective. The treatment of spondylolisis has costed more than 50, 000/- still the seller is providing me the same defective piece. The model is in the service centre since 1 month. I wouldn't take the same defective model back. Instead provide me a fresh model and even provide me with the benifit of the hospital charges that took place for the treatment of spondylolisis ehich was caused due to your defective model.

                    I'm sundara moorthy. Owned an apache rtr200 4v on 14th dec, 2017 with registration no:tn 58 aq 3496. My bike, apache rtr 200 4v, have undergone second service on 06.03.2018.. I have told them that there was a noise in both the disc brakes and heavy chain noise... After service, they asked me to do a test drive, to ensure the bike... While i was doing a test drive, i have applied the disc brake... Suddenly the front disc locked and the bike fell down... Within 500 meters from the service centre... Due to brake locking i have fell down. My bikes left side footrest, left weight balance and right side brake lever got damaged... I have got scratches in my hand and leg... While returning to the service centre, the front wheel is forced to rotate.. When i spoke with the service manager, he told me that i didn't know how to ride a bike, its my mistake, i have to pay ₹800 for rework... I've been argueeing with them for more than 1 hour.. They didn't listened me... Next day, they called me and told that my bike was repaired and asked me to take my bike.. I've gone to service centre and talked with the persons who worked there.. They told me that it was my mistake and ordered me to pay the money... I have paid and took my bike... But today, from tvs, my father has received a call for feedback... During that call they told to my father that your son didn't know how to drive a bike and its his mistake only and ended the call... Please make a proper action to avoid this problem... On that day i have small wound in my hand... If it is large or death what can i do?... Please take a proper action...

                    Another information, during the service of my apache rtr 160 with registration no tn 67 ac 7472, they do like this and i've met with two rework... Please avoid such a problem and provide a expert technician for servicing bikes...

                        I have bought my tvs victor bs3 model bike on 7th may, 2017 from tvs sai dealer, hinjewadi, pune. As the model was a bs3 they told me your bike is already registered and we will transferring the name to yours and within 3 months you will get hold of the insurance docs, bike related other docs and rc. Today it is 21st march, 2018 (10 months later) and after doing regular follow ups also, they tell us we will be providing you with all the docs within 15 days. That day hasn't came till. I am totally frustrated as i am driving my bike without any proper document, any day i can be in big trouble because of breaking the law. Please look into this asap. My vehicle number is mh14gf1196.

                          I had recently purchased rtr 160 2017 new about 1 month ago (Feb 2018). While riding 65 to 80km/hr more vibration is receiving through that. This issue is hurting more. If there is any solution i request you to give a suggestion to solve. At 65 to 80km/hr handle bar and the body fully vibrates to the core. So please take a necessary action regarding this issue.

                            I visited r. P motors showroom in wall tax road, disappointed with the sales team, customer service is very worst.. Even i talked with showroom manager his behavior is very rude. I came to buy ntorq scooter.. After this issues anymore i will never ever buy tvs product.. And i will not suggest any one for tvs bikes. Really very much disappointed with this showroom.

                              Why only abs option is provided to us in rtr 200 4v whereas the latest edition released after six months from the day i purchased, provides a slipper clutch with dual channel abs??? The cost difference hardly rs-15000. But the service center claims the cost of abs exceeds 25-30, 000. Slipper clutch is good but abs is mandatory, you give the option but not the part.

                                I am having problem of starting in the TVS Wego vehicle I am facing it from so many years, last 2 weeks before I have done servicing in TVS authorised showroom, but they told it's battery problem, I buyers new battery but now they are telling oneore spare is required we will get it in 2days, but now already 2weeks over, there is no reply every time I have to kick start the vehicle, I hope from your side any help i can get for this problem,

                                I brought tvs starcity dual tone new bike, company announced 86 km/1L but i am getting 60 km/1.5L.I compliant 5 to 6 times for service center, there is no change same thing will happen every time, i am loosening my money every day.i done my 3 free services no mileage improvement.plz help tvs motors.my no [protected].

                                  My tvs zest (up21bd8983) service on your service centre, our complaint in scooty front tayr volume with driving. Two time we send scooty for complaint but without any solution returen our scooty.
                                  Again we are go on service centre for this problem on sunday 18.03.18, cervice centre incharge charge rs. 50 for this solution & misbehave with me.

                                      I wana buy a TVS JUPITER CLASSIC ITS ONLINE PRICE ON ROAD IN HYDERABAD IS 64000/- INCL all taxes registration and life taxes but all the dealers near me in hyderabad, warangal, bhupalpally wen i enquire to buying is intimating a rate 79000/- they dint hav any clarification for this hike in rates can ypu plzzz justify?

                                        Why you are manufacturing bikes if you cannot provide its parts. And when you don't have skilled labours for servicing. We are trusting the brand not the particular dealer or service center. Either close those service center or provide skilled labours for servicing.

                                        I have apache 200 and i have purchased it last year. But from then whenever i need any part they make me to wait for 15 20 days. It happened to me 4 times. Even for regular parts they make wait for 15 days.
