On December 11 - i had given my bike for the 4th service and the performance after that is very bad and day by day its getting worse and i was been follow with susheel tvs, hyderabad from the next day, but no response, after few days finally they called me and said me to come with the bike, i went and given my bike, but still i was facing the same issue .
So, i said to susheel tvs that im not going to come, since my place is too far, i need keep leave for my office then i need to go, what is the use of going when there is no solution,

Tvs susheel guys calls me daily, and i said the same thing that come and take vehicle, i cant come to service center, because all 4 services were the same, same issue, bad performance, engine sound, . In call they say they will call and hang up, after that no response . It waste of time to deal with tvs susheel guys.

Day by day my bike performance is getting down, this is all because of tvs susheel, there are not taking care of the customers, this was my worst experience .

so far i noticed, they don't have expertise service persons for the apache, 200, i hope after this compliant, my issue gets resolves soon .

I cant go the service, it there mistake, let them come and take my bike and get it solved and get it back .

    As mentioned in subject i bought apache rtr 180 abs motor cycle in 2014 march now abs and odometer not working, i left my bike in service station 2 days and 3 days in prakruthi tvs located in jalahalli cross next to rockline mall, bangalore. But the technician are not solved the issue, but they billed ₹5000 for service, by replacing sensors of abs and they told may be issue with the meter we don’t have stocks in our service station it took 1 week to receive. Already more than a week gone but no one called me regards from service station, it’s major safety issue how tvs irresponsible to play with customers life..!!! If while riding bike brake malfunction happens who will be responsible for this...? Need to teach a lesson to this type of companies who plays with customers life.

    I have given a my bike apache rts 180 ABS to repair ABS in Solar TVS showroom, they have charged around RS. 2177 to repair ABS problem but after 1 month the problem occurs again, again if i go there and ask them to repair they will charge more, it is not good, now because of abs speedometer is not working, can u guyz suggest what to do

      I have purchased TVS VICTOR BIKE from Jaylaxmi TVS Sillod Ta. Sillod Dist. Aurangabad, in month of Oct 2017.
      Since Nov 2017 bike take a time to start at morning and gives shocks or upsetting while riding bike, due to this happening my accident on road, Ever I have any problem from same TVS company and authorized dealer will be responsible for it.
      I took bike in showroom many times at Sillod and 2 times at Aurangabad also, but they didn't solve problems, also they open my bike engine, despite having warranty also they gives me unexpectable & unbelievable answers.
      So I want to replace that machine not by repairing, If it is not happen provide me compensation of my mental harassment, reduced engine life, lost my days and time for in showroom, otherwise I have to take legal action, Looking forward from you.

        I, have purchased tvs jupitor bsiv 2017 model on 07.02.2018 from your sole selling agent or called as dealer m/s susheel motors pvt ltdkukatpally hyderaabd telengana, he is denied to issue invoice of duplicate & triplicate, where act mandate issuance of invoice in triplicate (3 copies) as per below mentioned section "where an invoice is required to be issued under clause (F) of sub-section (3) of section 31, ofcgst act.2017"

        Kindly educate/train your sole selling agents or so called dealers which enable you to do business easier way

          I buy Jupiter BS-4 model in July 2017. From Ridhhi Sidhi TVS showroom Bhilai. But my scooter does not give mileage over 40km/LT. Whereas, company commited that Scooter(Jupiter) would give mileage of 60KM/L.

              I have given my scooter to preetham motors last week stating my problem of sound they have changed the gears and billed around 4000 rs but still the vibration problem is not resolved if i go again and tell the problem they say they dont have people to service and unethically behaved

                We brought a scooty pepx on 2/9/17 and also 2 services over and we used 600km only and last Sunday we met with an accident because of front break failure and nut was loose and we fell down and the person who was driving got head injury and the helmet were also broken. This is fault of the company and the did not do the service properly due to this accident was occurred last service date was on 13/1/18 And the company is delaying vehicle to return it back in proper conditions. This was a very serious incident and the showroom officers are not bothered about it they are slightly taken lagging the procedure. This incident must not be repeated to any one else

                    I bought tvs jupitoe in the month of april 2017 and the brake shoes had some problem and i was getting lot of noised when i apply brake. It has been shown to the dealer after the 1st service and they had rectified. Within few days brake shoe noise is too much and the person incharge of bridge
                    Stone agencies and theyare kind enough to change new brake shoes. After the changed it was working fine and i do not have any problem such kind. When i gae 2nd service due after the service the problem has started and i am getting too much of noise i and they are unable to solve this. I feel that brake shoe is the main problem and the dealer has also informed that and i also noticed lot of customers complaing about noise in the brake. Pl use your good office and solve this problem at the earliest. By the by i am also ex-employee of tvs group. I am sure with your good office you will solve this issue asap..

                    I bought Jupiter in October 17, already two services got over, but my bike pick up is too low, while giving acceleration while driving it automatically slow down the speed. Already I have informed and it has not been rectified. Please look in to this and help me out.
                    Because of this issue, I got severe neck and shoulder pain.

                      I dropped my tvs jive vehicle 5 days back to tvs ramkay service centre opp to phenoix mall. So far complaint not resolved and they not able to repair the vehicle rather collecting service bill from me. They are sending sms says that vehicle is ready to deliver when i approach service center, they instructed to pay the bill first. After paid i noticed same problem continues. This is happening continuously for last four days but still not repaired

                        Yesterday i have given my bike (Apache rtr 160, dl 7sbr 4279) for service at gk tvs parpargunj industrial area, they have broken a spare part called bolt of silencer and informed us that it's been broken by mistake and repair it from outside and today is the delivery date and when i came back to get my bike they have charged by that part from still i didn't understand that if something is happen by your service center why should i pay for that, its their fault when they have broken any spare part or anything of my bike, i have paid that bill but seriously i am absolutely not satisfied with the service and the way have have treated for their mistake, they should understand what mistake they did, so its a request to you that pls raise my voice and do the needful regarding the same otherwise this is such case where the loyalty got down and goodwill got decrease of tvs..

                          My self pabitra sahoo, one month before i have faced one small accident. I give it to my own purchase center (Karuna traders) to repair it. I am using tvs sports ref mel es volcano red. I have insurance with reliance. I just shocked they prepared a bill amount after 20 days with the amount of 7860.00. Really its too high. I dont know why this much. The insurance company paid around 5000.00, remaining i paid my self.

                          I dont know what they have done. Why this much amount? No proper explanation. Very bad service.

                            But yesterday again same problem come so repaired it your workshop.
                            But problem not solve.

                                As you have requested i made my showroom and work shop ready by 06-june-2017 with service manger/area manger guidance. And we could not able to keep 30lakh investment till sepember but still we are doing business with working capital 5 to 6 lakh and tvs credit advance additional 3 lakh. Intentionally though the repayment is doing good mr veerendra and area manager (Vijay/narendra) stopped tvs trade intentionally and did not supplied vehicles. If we send amount eqiualnt value for 53 vehicles on road price then only they asked to do business. And without any intimation from the great garapati garage stopped sending vehicles though we have amount up to 5lakkhs. And o fine day as area manger preplanned opened up a show room with their loved persons before completing my agreement time. Before my agreement time is not over they have started selling vehicles on yameen automobiles code. We were not been known that it is all preplanned bribed game between area manager and the new tenali dealer resident of hyderabad. The great garapati is never ever asked us to settle my balances and never ever replied why they have made my investment to be done on show room and works shop. Well done. We are asking does new dealer from tenali is keeping funds for purchasing 53 vehicles on road price?? We also keeps sufficient funds and you already made us show room so why cant you renew our agreement as 2nd point in mylavaram? Like vijayawada multiple dealers available. So kindly consider our request and do needful as we are already in to tvs show room from past 10 years. We are requesting to make us 2nd point in mylavaram.??

                                Apart from all this from past 10 years customers are coming to my works shop for repairs and service he cant even accepting that as if i went and asked customers to come to my show room. Many customers visiting after visiting there showroom first and if they are not satisfied then only coming to us. Send you video recordings of customers soon.

                                    I am general manager in honda, my cousin visit with his bike tvs sport having little issue in kick but after service it's not start and their manager (Mr. Ravi) not listening properly his problem and doing misbehaving with him so i am totally unsatisfied with service i will never recommend to tvs to anybody.                                       I manigandan. P purchase the star city+ 110cc bike @ sbm tvs showroom on june'17. From starting itself poor mileage and checking with service center frequently, every time given false commitment, but even raise complaint - the mileage is not got increase from 45-50km. While purchasing time they are committed 86 km/l. Few of my friends bike also give 70-80km. But my bike is not given 60km.

                                        Last week (3-feb-2018) i have given my bike for service in the service center (Sri venkateshwara service centre k. R puram, bangalore) due to some issues with my bike and got today (8-feb-2018) with out proper service (They have charged for polishing but not done any polishing and even water service also not done)
                                        They are lease bothered about customer. So please take necessary actions against them

                                        i have purchase a jupiter form green motors dlf gurgaon on 09.12.2017 but i have not gotten RC and number of Jupiter till the day and i have contacted many time with tvs green motors dlf and sec-10 showroom but they are not giving genuine response.


                                        Please clear my issue i am already harassed by your team.
