Sir i just complaint against the tvs motore agency and the workshop also because i have purchased rtr apache 160 on cash on the date 23 october 2017 after 2 days i have found that my bike cant start from self and headlight goes not clear to front and battery problem also so i go to the agency agency told me for the workshopno response given by the workshop and misconduct to me u pls registered my complain

Many calls are received by me from [protected] and another number not noted by me asking whether servicing done for my scootu by tvs sriraj trichy is satisfactory. The tone and timing of the calls makes me feel that it is not from a professional though one caller said he is sundar from tvs bangalore. Please save customers from such harassing calls...

In shriraj company there service is worst.in my bike apache rtr 180 the valve sound checking and adjusting by mechanic but today also i hear the valve sound i ask the mechanic he told i not hear any sound. What a lie my best review to my friends don't by the tvs motors. And another an important thing they not respect the costumers for buy, service or anything....

I am unable to get TVS booster which is especially used in service with engine oil for Apache rtr180 from showroom since long. Kindly look forward for my issue

I am using rtr 200, registered on july 2017. Since the day i got the bike i am facing issues like digital console not working properly, trouble to start the bike in the morning etc.

I purchased a new apache rtr160 and upon my first service i took it to the tvs service centre based in chandigarh industrial area plot 128. As i went to the counter and asked them to service it and not change the engine oil just now. The manager over there directly denied providing me any free service if i didn't get the oil changed and said i won't get any kind of warranty. When i went to collect my vehicle, i got answer that, our all service center vehicle has been carried out by ishanpur police station and they have submit the case to court. I had purchased rtr 200 on 5 february 2017 from om motors lajpat nagar, after 500kms only it starts giving me so many problems like chain problem, vibration problem, pass switch problems, pollution problem and so on. I bought tvs jupiter some where in august 2017 and when i bought i was told by the dealer that i will get first 4 service for free. When i went for my 1st service they charged me something aroung 500 rs, 2nd time they charged me
700 rs. Can you let me know what is the meaning of free service and what does it include free in it? And why am i charged when the scooter service is free. I also sended an email on 26th sept 2017...

On 13th of january 2018, i gave my bike for servicing of chain socket and while servicing they hadn't tightened the rear break properly, due to this careless thing, i met with a accident. And this is not the 1st time these service provider are doing, last time they hadn't tightened the gear shifter properly and i was about to met with an accident that time also.
