I'm sundara moorthy. Owned an apache rtr200 4v on 14th dec, 2017 with registration no:tn 58 aq 3496. My bike, apache rtr 200 4v, have undergone second service on 06.03.2018.. I have told them that there was a noise in both the disc brakes and heavy chain noise... After service, they asked me to do a test drive, to ensure the bike... While i was doing a test drive, i have applied the disc brake... Suddenly the front disc locked and the bike fell down... Within 500 meters from the service centre... Due to brake locking i have fell down. My bikes left side footrest, left weight balance and right side brake lever got damaged... I have got scratches in my hand and leg... While returning to the service centre, the front wheel is forced to rotate.. When i spoke with the service manager, he told me that i didn't know how to ride a bike, its my mistake, i have to pay ₹800 for rework... I've been argueeing with them for more than 1 hour.. They didn't listened me... Next day, they called me and told that my bike was repaired and asked me to take my bike.. I've gone to service centre and talked with the persons who worked there.. They told me that it was my mistake and ordered me to pay the money... I have paid and took my bike... But today, from tvs, my father has received a call for feedback... During that call they told to my father that your son didn't know how to drive a bike and its his mistake only and ended the call... Please make a proper action to avoid this problem... On that day i have small wound in my hand... If it is large or death what can i do?... Please take a proper action...

Another information, during the service of my apache rtr 160 with registration no tn 67 ac 7472, they do like this and i've met with two rework... Please avoid such a problem and provide a expert technician for servicing bikes...

    My name is kanu puri. I purchased tvs jupiter scooty from one of tvs reputated showroom in visakhapatnam on 19 Jan 18. As its already gone nearly two month but still I am waiting to get my bill. The dealer is not helping me to give bill. He always making some nonsence statement and refused to give bill. The perfect reason I stilll don't know why they not giving me bill. I am very frustrated and disappointed now. So plz look after on this matter and give me satisfying solution. I attached dealer challan for you so that you understand it better.

      Hi team,

      I have bought my tvs victor bs3 model bike on 7th may, 2017 from tvs sai dealer, hinjewadi, pune. As the model was a bs3 they told me your bike is already registered and we will transferring the name to yours and within 3 months you will get hold of the insurance docs, bike related other docs and rc. Today it is 21st march, 2018 (10 months later) and after doing regular follow ups also, they tell us we will be providing you with all the docs within 15 days. That day hasn't came till. I am totally frustrated as i am driving my bike without any proper document, any day i can be in big trouble because of breaking the law. Please look into this asap. My vehicle number is mh14gf1196.

        I had recently purchased rtr 160 2017 new about 1 month ago (Feb 2018). While riding 65 to 80km/hr more vibration is receiving through that. This issue is hurting more. If there is any solution i request you to give a suggestion to solve. At 65 to 80km/hr handle bar and the body fully vibrates to the core. So please take a necessary action regarding this issue.

          I visited r. P motors showroom in wall tax road, disappointed with the sales team, customer service is very worst.. Even i talked with showroom manager his behavior is very rude. I came to buy ntorq scooter.. After this issues anymore i will never ever buy tvs product.. And i will not suggest any one for tvs bikes. Really very much disappointed with this showroom.

            Why only abs option is provided to us in rtr 200 4v whereas the latest edition released after six months from the day i purchased, provides a slipper clutch with dual channel abs??? The cost difference hardly rs-15000. But the service center claims the cost of abs exceeds 25-30, 000. Slipper clutch is good but abs is mandatory, you give the option but not the part.

              I brought tvs starcity dual tone new bike, company announced 86 km/1L but i am getting 60 km/1.5L.I compliant 5 to 6 times for service center, there is no change same thing will happen every time, i am loosening my money every day.i done my 3 free services no mileage improvement.plz help tvs motors.my no [protected].

                My tvs zest (up21bd8983) service on your service centre, our complaint in scooty front tayr volume with driving. Two time we send scooty for complaint but without any solution returen our scooty.
                Again we are go on service centre for this problem on sunday 18.03.18, cervice centre incharge charge rs. 50 for this solution & misbehave with me.

                      Why you are manufacturing bikes if you cannot provide its parts. And when you don't have skilled labours for servicing. We are trusting the brand not the particular dealer or service center. Either close those service center or provide skilled labours for servicing.

                      I have apache 200 and i have purchased it last year. But from then whenever i need any part they make me to wait for 15 20 days. It happened to me 4 times. Even for regular parts they make wait for 15 days.

                        tvs jupiter engine noise, fuel efficiency, suspensions not working properly

                        I like in kalyan, thane, maharashtra. I bought my tvs jupiter in august 2017, since then am facing some issues and i thought it would get better after servicing the vehicle, but it didn't. Engine noise is weird and loud, fhel efficiency is too low giving around 10-15 kmpl. Acceleration is too high even when at zero speed. The suspensions are not damaged from the day i purchased the vehicle, both suspensions are not working and the rear suspension...

                        Have given my vehicle tvs jupiter ka 53 er 1992 for service at your service center aruna giri kalyan nagar bangalore on 16/3/2018, was told that the vehicle will be delivered on 17/3/2018 which time they had not mentioned about 18/3/2018 being holiday, but received sms @4.15 p. M today informing that the vehicle is ready & asked to collect mentioning that 18/3/2018 is a holiday, since am occupied with some other work requested your personal to wait till 7.00p. M but they refused that they cannot wait for one vehicle beyond 6.50 p. M, if this is the after sales service provided by tvs dealer ship, you can count on why customers are shifting to other brand.

                          I have purchased tvs xl 100 for my shop vide bill no 758 dt.19.11.17 from brasscity motors (Tvs authorized) and provide them with my gst copy... Asked them to issue gst invoice with my gst num.. So i would get gst credit... But they had not filed gstr1 wo i am having loss of rs.6748...
                          I have also complaint the same on their customer care number... But then also re[censored] is negative.

                            I bought an apache rtr 200 on 25th january 2018. After taking the delivery, when i had registered the bike the rto toled me that the bike was an year old model and i had been cheated by the dealer. But when i told this to the dealer, they said it was a new bike.
                            When i received my rc book there was written that the bike was manufactured on march 2017. So there is no denying that i have been cheated. My name is bimalmithran pb and the bike is registered on this name. I bought the bike from central tvs thrissur kerala.

                              On january 29th i purchased tvs jupiter from indian motors madiwala, bangalore. Very bad experience.

                              1. when they delivered the vehicle all the accessories were not present. there was no tool kit , delivery guy dint give any demo , i visited 3 time to get all accessories.

                              2. They sent snapshot of road tax receipt after 1 and half month (March 13th) after many calls and visit to show room.

                              usually everyone give very next day of purchase.

                              3. Even after one and half month i didn't receive my vehicle registration number.

                              Over all very bad experience. Very much disappointed with way they treat customers

                                Really disappointed by the service of tvs. Last month in february i purchased a tvs jupiter limited edition since then i am facing battery problems from my scooter. I have visited the workshop for first service to resolve the problem they asked me to disassemble the battery and to drive the scooter w/o battery for some days i asked him to replace then they denied to replace. Then i asked him for complaining then they said nothing will be done u go and complaint.
                                I am really disappointed with this kind of behaviour and service with the tvs motor company.

                                  I have booked my apache rr 310 on 11th feb 2018 and the dealers informed 3months waiting and now post one month after booking, i was informed the delivery will take 6months which is really bad. The worst part is the reason for late delivery is tvs has stopped manufacturing apache rr 310 as they have more bookings for bmw cars so the company is focusing more in cars.
                                  Every time ask for an update they either ignore my call or they will say will call you back.

                                    I am rich service centre at 9.30 am but my service will start at 1.30 pm on sunday on 11/03/2018 as per service person make job card & given to mechanic but within 1/2 hrs service complete but the mechanic did not red the job card about problem my scooter & i did not aver the charge of service i told all that manager about service details but he did not give any anser about service the charge rs.958 the did not give me up to the mark service as per charge if company service centre is only charge the service & only wash the scooter & give the customer service centre is only making money from customer fak job card making nothing service manule used
