      I was purchased my tvs apache 160 more than one and half year ago and dealer did not provide me rc till now. Ever time i went to them they provide vauge information. (More than 10 times). They also misbehave many times. I am in great mental pain and monitory loss because i have to submit my rc where i work for petrol allowances. It causes me great inconvenience.

        I left my tvs zest vehicle for the first service at harekrishna service centre, valapady. I specified a particular problem. That is large gape between edge of the vehicle and bumber. My wife went to take the vehicle. But it was delivered unrectified and even unexplained why they couldn't do it.
        After a week they called me regarding the service. I explained my dissatisfaction but they assured me to get me soon. But they didn't.
        Again after a week they called me. I explained the same. But i didn't get any reply.
        Again they called me yesterday i explained the same but i didn't get any reply.
        Actually i don't want the problem to be rectified imediately but feel irritated why i'm not responded. Pls consider it

          I purchased the tvs access 125 from janakiram motors rajapalayam from the day one its creating the staring problem and front side painting also not good. I told them please change the vehicle but they are not they changed the airfilter and carburetor that day i told them once again any problem please change the vehicle. The problem comes again this everything happens before registration, but i send the vehicle to company to change but they are took the vehicle went rto office and registered the vehicle. Now, i asked the company owner, he washed his hands, i can't do anything because it registered. They are cheating me and suffering too much in my family.

          No proper mileage, per liter only 25kilometers, bad service fed of with this vehicle in traveling
          My scooter. TVSsccoty Zest.TN38.CA 8949 serviced by dealer LOTUS Agency, coimbatore, on 4th December.2017, Next day while driving, suddenly stuck the wheel and front wheel jammed and my wife SUMA PRAKASH fell down and broke wrist bone and underwent surgery, it happend due to the negligence and inproper service done by the dealer.
          Scooty PEP purchsed in Sampoorna TVS Show room-AS Rao Nagar Branch, Secunderabad on 1st Oct through TVS Finance.
          Till date they didn't bother about do the registration, even after repeated follow up also.

          Response was too pathetic

And paid rs. 51600.00 only including rto and vehicle registration formalities and insurance, received the bajaj allianz insurance certificate og[protected]-00010060 effective from 3rd november'17 midnight, issued on 15.11.17 and government of west bengal, state transport department, arto, srirampur, wb, receipt/ appl. No. Wb[protected]/wb[protected] dt. 24.11.2017. But till date not able to give us the required receipt and date for number plate followed by the smart card, in-spit-of several request follow up over telephone and bi-parted discussion, where us, my son is unable to use the motor cycle and paying interest to the financier.               Am using apache 180 abs beast model. Yesterday i have met with a seviour accident and injured my leg very badly. I dont no y the back disc got locked in the intense situation and putting my life into risk by even having a good choice of choosing this bike. I also dint have any warning from abs indication. I goint to take this situation very seriously.

                Free service has been done by charging rs. 260/-. Charge was stated to be for changing oil. The oil replaced was only 900 ml. Is it cost rs. 260/-. Please clarify is it free service or paid service. The service station is dugar distributors pvt. Ltd., indore. There was constant call for service saying that it was free service. But after getting the vehicle serviced the payment of rs. 260/- was asked for. How it can be said free service. For only putting 900 ml. Oil how can the company charge rs. 260/-? Now when this is the nature of free service i am afraid what will be nature of paid service.

                  I bought tvs rtr 200 in diwali 2017, it is observed that most of the parts of bike such as fuel tank, handle weights are loose and shakes by mere simple push. Also liner and shock absorbers makes abnormal noise. I have done servicing last tuesday even the service centre people says that there is a manufacturing defect with those parts. Kindly do the needful asap.

                    Tvs jupiter zx purchased on march-17. I have availed two free service till date and from very first service my scooter had a problem of auto start but service center said about less utilised of scooter. Again i went on 26 dec. And now they said faulty battery. Till today i did not got my scooter. Mh-15fy-4538. Two to three time we went there but did not got any satisfactory answer.

                      My name rajmohan i having tvs sports, today (30.12.17) i went give my vehicle to perambalur district acl tvs station, in their manager is not ready to listen what i am telling about a vehicle and also he abuse me in front of 20 people and scold me. After few minute he refused to take the bike for service. Everyone watching me, in that circumference i felt bad. Anyhow, we are paying for service but how you service manager behaves to me. It is really put me off.
                      Moreover, i try to call the customer care they didn't pick my call.

                        Dear sir myself raviteja i have owned apache rtr 200 4v i had an complaint regarding chain spocket noise after service it has produceed noise they have charged money and replaced new part but problem not rectified then again they replaced warranty part. My question is why dont before they can change in warranty ok then again i have kept for a service at that time i dont have any complaint regarding chain noise but after service again it has started. After my complaint they changed an ordinary chain spocket but till now my complaint was not rectified and main thing after service there is no feed back call from service

                          I bought a apache 200cc on april. Free service as been complete that free service also not satisfied after completing free service but service is really wost. On 21.12.2017 i gave bike after free service. Bike self is not working thn frond break is jamed thn some noise also came in chain. On that day one of your manager only attend tha issue. After completing service. I will take a delivery. The bill value is rs.1881. After 1 day same issue in came in my bike. Again i will take my bike to your respective showroom on 25.12.2017. But no responce for the issue just like that they told i will clear tha issue. But still didn't any call & any responce i didn't get in your respective showroom. Today i will visit your respective tvs sri vari motors i will gave my bike on 25.12.2017 in same condition only i say my bike seriously i didn't accepteble. They manager told sorry sir i forgot it sir. This is your answer from yous side. Today i got a call from your respective sri vari motors they told your bill value is rs.4500. Why should i will pay 4500 your falt alreadt i gave on 21.12.17 on that day i paid rs 1881. For same issue. After serious. Why should i pay 4500. Manger told front disk plate has been problme that one changed. Appart from that piston also changr thn chaisparcat also changed and also labour charge also told 300 rs. Befor also same issu in my bike on 21.12.17 after the service only i will pay rs 1881. Your service only wroungly done in my bike why should i pay 4500 once agin. Tvs motors are really wost. Seriously i disappointed your service and also your manager speach is also different. Manager also wost person they dont know how to hanlde tha customer. First aff all pls give me trainnig for your manager how to handle tha customer. Manager also wost and also product is really wost condition. I don't have words. Single word i will told like... This my feedback from my side for tvs motors very very very very poor service 0% saticefaction.

                            Hi sir this is subash chandra bose indla working in sbi, i have taken tvs wego bike at tvs venkatasai dealer in july2017 paid the cash in june between 25 to 29 at peapuly, kurnool dist ap. I got my loan sanction in november and the amount, rs61, 000 was credited to venkstasai showroom having ca a/c with andhrabank, but the amount is not returned to me till now from dealer, i would like to put a case against tvs company.                             Hi Sir Kindly Repay my amount Rs61000 earlier i have given Rs, 67, 000, and after GST Exemption i got, Rs 2350 back from Dealer, but however still the loan sanctioned amount should come to me, inadvance i paid the amount.take necessary action against Dealer.

                              I had given jupiter for servicing on 29th dec 2017 at rushabh service center pune. The vehicle was full functional when handed over for servicing. There was noise while auto start so requested to check the noise. They did check and came back with issue with motor used for auto start but it is still functional. Few hours later they came back that more part will need to replaced along with motor. The cost was high so asked them to retain existing parts and let the noise problem persist. We will fix it later. As per discussion it was decided to not make any changes and return the vehicle within 2 hrs around 12:00 noon on same day. However they did not revert it until 4 pm. I had to call 4-5 times to check the status, most of the calls were unanswered. The representative later
                              After that service representative (Pratik) kept telling new reasons and lies everytime when called for checking status. At 6 pm he said the battery was discharged when vehicle was brought in for servicing, then motor is not woking now so will need to be replaced, etc.
                              It appeared that they wanted to loot the innocent customers by one or other way. Please take relevant action against rushabh tvs service center to avoid such incidents.

                                I have purchased apache rtr 160 bike on 14th august 2017 in ramnagar purba medinipur west bengal. But till date they haven't provided me vehicle number. Registration is still not completed. It really frustrating. Post two moths also, i cant drive my bike.

                                They are giving me useless reason like online charges 500 rto registration

                                  The keys of my tvs jupiter fell off from the scooter while i was riding it in jammu. I do not have a duplicate key. I requested the tvs jupiter center to come and fix it. I agreed to pay the amount they need. I also sgreed to pay the transport charges for them to come to my office and fix it. But they are asking me to get the vehicle to the service centre. With out keys to turn it on, i cannot carry it to the service centre. Kindly request the tvs service guys to fix it or kindly arrange for pick up of the vehicle to service centre. I will pay for it. It has been almost a week since i requested them.

                                    Whosoever look at the tvs complaints,

                                    I purchased rtr 160 on 10th of november from sri vishnu motors, mysore.

                                    After a week some squirky noise started coming out of bike, which was very annoying while driving. I had given my bike thrice to resolve the issue which they could not be able to resolve.

                                    Though its a brand new bike, i have not expected this kind of experience. To my surprise when i tried to register a complaint on tvs motors official website sri vishnu motors is not showing under registered dealer.

                                    Kindly let me know who could resolve this issue.

                                    The dead bikes have been served 5 dead bikes are not okay right now, it is the raywast that either the dead bikes do not let them go, if they do not do it, they are hairy, and they will give their bike a good one.

                                      I purchased VICTOR TVS on 15th September 2017 hard cash from SURYANSH TVS MOTORCYCLE DEALER, AKBARPUR, KANPUR DEHAT, UP, INDIA 209101, after that I went to dealer about 15 times to take RC of my VICTOR MOTORCYCLE. But the dealer is not giving me RC. he says that I should go to RTO to ask the RC. when I go to RTO he says that the file of my motorcycle is not provided by the dealer.

                                        I am using apache rtr200 bearing reg. No. Dl5saw6871, i am facing some issues from day 1. Noise from the handle and chain set when ever i usually go for normal service (Binsar tvs delhi) your team does some adjustments and give back to me with the assurance that this will not occur again, but its been one year now still facing with the same issue and your team says now that this parts are required to be changed on payment basis which would be payable from your end, because bike ran 21000km and i am yelling for this problem from day 1 itself, so were you guys waiting for it that it should run 21000km and i should
                                        Bear the cost?

                                        Unfortunately i met with an accident and had submitted bike to binsar tvs delhi for insurance work on the very next day i. E on 10th of december but there is no proper follow up happening from your service team, every time i call them to check the status and the best part is they take the issues casually saying call us in 4-5days to take the update, when i called them again they don’t have parts available so they again asked me to call them after 5days, after waiting patiently when i am calling them now they have stopped responding to my calls.
                                        Is this the way to attend their clients concerns and check their patience?? I am a loyal customer of tvs, i am currently using apache 200, apache 160, jupiter and planing to buy apache 310r but this incident proves shouldn’t purchase any vehicle further nor should recommend anyone from now onwards.

                                        I am writing this mail to you so that you can go ahead with the concerns and solve it on immediate basis otherwise you would be forcing me to go legal
