I purchase tvs jupiter last year.. At 2nd service i complaint one problem i. E. Noise and vibration in rear wheel. Till to date the tvs akluj maharashtra dealers mechanic does not solve my problem. When i request again last week they said that the problem was occured due to loosining of nut and bolte of accessories. Still the problem was occured by increasing order.. Give necessary action..

I lost my TVS Jupiter classic servicing book, Reg number MH 12 PP 8405,

i request reissue a new one but he say you can mail to TVS moters company

i sent mail on 3 jan 2018 but till no reply i'm very disappointed you guys are giving this kind of service

      We purchased tvs jupitor basic model date ;[protected] @sri lv motors d no;5-5-139&139/1, mrr complex,
      Vanasthali puram, hyderabad
      We did first servicing on complanted noice in the engine thay not responded we given second servicing
      On 2-1-18, again we noticed that noice comes on engine the told parak also problem they not deliverd wehcle
      Till today all most eight days we calling they not giving clarity answer

      So kindly give the clarity whats going on kindly clarify the problem

        Facing problems continuously after first service on 700 kms. I am going to service centre regularly with my problems. They repaired it but after sometime it will be same. My bike chasis got rusted so they changed it. Gear sensor changed 10 times. Master cylinder changed only body engine and tyres are not changed. This bike is waste of money. I waste my time and money.

          Hello i had raised a complaint on bike service, 3 weeks ago, that periodic service is poor & not done properly, the mechanic said that all the parts are broken. I have been informed by the ashwa motors that, it will be acknowledged & i will be contacted. But till now i did not here any info from them. Any further escalations available to company?..

            I have bought tvs phonix 125 from company 30th, march-2017. Registration no. Hp14b 5868. Even in begining in 3 months i started suffering with meter problem and that took more than three months to solve. And now it is totally break down condition and lying at service center from one week. Service provider says that it will take more than 15 days to repair. Performance of bike and service my business is suffering badly. Company must give compensation of suffering and business loss.

              Hello tvs team,

              I would like to raise a complaint against your referred insurance company tata aig for tvs jupiter vehicle which i had purchased from shelar tvs pune maharashtra last year 29th april.

              The silencer of my vehicle has broken up in last month & i submitted the vehicle to service station to repair it.

              The service station as well as myself followed up for several times to tata aig for insurance claim for this silencer, since the vehicle is under warranty period.

              Now i have received an email from tata aig that they can't approve my claim.

              My concern is we have not taken any 3rd party insurance from outside. Tvs has referred tata aig to us.

              So now it's tvs's responsibility to give me the claim.

              Otherwise take my vehicle back & return the money.

              I have already launched the complaint on toll free number.

                Dear sir,
                I was purchased one tvs jupitar classic (Two wheeler) from star autos g. T. Road jagraon, 142026, distt ludhiana, m. No.[protected],[protected].
                That above said tvs authorized dealer agreed to me for making registration certificate (Rc) of my said purchase vehicle about one and half months and i was purchase my said vehicle on 30.09.2017. But till today about four months above said dealer has not to be issued my said vehicle rc/registration certificate. ((Rc no. Pb.10. Gq.1483)
                And above said dealer has also charge extra amount in my said vehicle insurance. Total amount of insurance certificate is rs. 2051 (From icici lambard), they are charged extra amount of rs. 2200/-.
                And i am visiting a number of times in said tvs dealer to obtained my vehicle rc, but till today i was not received my vehicle r. C.
                Please look in the matter as early as possible.

                    1. Mileage not getting as per declared on tvs companies official website with tagline “india’s no. 1 mileage sooter” 65kmp/l. Scooty pep+

                    * please must check attached image no. 1-2-3- 4 images with "fuel indicator and km indicator" you will understand all the scam..!!

                    2. All the time some issues after some days of service and from the date of purchase 3 three time technical problems marked.

                    I am smt. Lalita madanraj prajapati purchased tvs scooty pep+ from matrix motors mira - bhaynder on 29th september 2017, from the date of purchase 3 three time i faced technical problem with this scooty.

                    On the 1st day of purchase 1st issue, then on 15th december 2017 again issue, on 23rd december again issue. All 3 time issues related to engine startup.

                    Now at present the biggest issue with mileage - i personally tested i am getting mileage only between 29 to 33 kmpl.

                    Here its very important to tell you as per declaration at company (Tvs) official website https://www.tvsscooty.com/Scooty-Pep-Plus/ and in tvs scooty advertisements and as told me tvs scooty dealers at matrix motors the mileage between 60 to 65 kmp/l

                    I attached below images that proving the actually the mileage is not 60 to 65 kmp/l (Kilometers per litre petrol.)

                    The same complaint i raised with dealers (Matrix motors) but they are not ready to listen regarding less mileage.

                    Finally i am not getting satisfactory resolution from tvs motors company/ matrix motors side, i am feeling that i cheated from/by this company.

                    I spend & lost my hardworking money more than half lakh rupees and got this defective product (Scooty pep+).

                    I filled complaint to consumer form also docet no. 561016

                    I am expecting refund all my money / replacement / resolution for this mileage problem.

                      As my new bike which I take delivery on 20th November & within 1 month taken to service centre 3 times alongwith 1 free service till problem continues as it stop functioning on road at any point of time in any gear with jerks. My life at stake if anything happens on road the company will responsible. Everytime bike taken to service centre but problem continues.I want permanent solution this time.

                            I was purchased my tvs apache 160 more than one and half year ago and dealer did not provide me rc till now. Ever time i went to them they provide vauge information. (More than 10 times). They also misbehave many times. I am in great mental pain and monitory loss because i have to submit my rc where i work for petrol allowances. It causes me great inconvenience.

                              I left my tvs zest vehicle for the first service at harekrishna service centre, valapady. I specified a particular problem. That is large gape between edge of the vehicle and bumber. My wife went to take the vehicle. But it was delivered unrectified and even unexplained why they couldn't do it.
                              After a week they called me regarding the service. I explained my dissatisfaction but they assured me to get me soon. But they didn't.
                              Again after a week they called me. I explained the same. But i didn't get any reply.
                              Again they called me yesterday i explained the same but i didn't get any reply.
                              Actually i don't want the problem to be rectified imediately but feel irritated why i'm not responded. Pls consider it

                                I purchased the tvs access 125 from janakiram motors rajapalayam from the day one its creating the staring problem and front side painting also not good. I told them please change the vehicle but they are not they changed the airfilter and carburetor that day i told them once again any problem please change the vehicle. The problem comes again this everything happens before registration, but i send the vehicle to company to change but they are took the vehicle went rto office and registered the vehicle. Now, i asked the company owner, he washed his hands, i can't do anything because it registered. They are cheating me and suffering too much in my family.

                                No proper mileage, per liter only 25kilometers, bad service fed of with this vehicle in traveling
                                My scooter. TVSsccoty Zest.TN38.CA 8949 serviced by dealer LOTUS Agency, coimbatore, on 4th December.2017, Next day while driving, suddenly stuck the wheel and front wheel jammed and my wife SUMA PRAKASH fell down and broke wrist bone and underwent surgery, it happend due to the negligence and inproper service done by the dealer.
                                Scooty PEP purchsed in Sampoorna TVS Show room-AS Rao Nagar Branch, Secunderabad on 1st Oct through TVS Finance.
                                Till date they didn't bother about do the registration, even after repeated follow up also.

And paid rs. 51600.00 only including rto and vehicle registration formalities and insurance, received the bajaj allianz insurance certificate og[protected]-00010060 effective from 3rd november'17 midnight, issued on 15.11.17 and government of west bengal, state transport department, arto, srirampur, wb, receipt/ appl. No. Wb[protected]/wb[protected] dt. 24.11.2017. But till date not able to give us the required receipt and date for number plate followed by the smart card, in-spit-of several request follow up over telephone and bi-parted discussion, where us, my son is unable to use the motor cycle and paying interest to the financier. So please take appropriate action to expedite the issue.

                                    Am using apache 180 abs beast model. Yesterday i have met with a seviour accident and injured my leg very badly. I dont no y the back disc got locked in the intense situation and putting my life into risk by even having a good choice of choosing this bike. I also dint have any warning from abs indication. I goint to take this situation very seriously.

                                      Free service has been done by charging rs. 260/-. Charge was stated to be for changing oil. The oil replaced was only 900 ml. Is it cost rs. 260/-. Please clarify is it free service or paid service. The service station is dugar distributors pvt. Ltd., indore. There was constant call for service saying that it was free service. But after getting the vehicle serviced the payment of rs. 260/- was asked for. How it can be said free service. For only putting 900 ml. Oil how can the company charge rs. 260/-? Now when this is the nature of free service i am afraid what will be nature of paid service.

                                        Dear team,
                                        I bought tvs rtr 200 in diwali 2017, it is observed that most of the parts of bike such as fuel tank, handle weights are loose and shakes by mere simple push. Also liner and shock absorbers makes abnormal noise. I have done servicing last tuesday even the service centre people says that there is a manufacturing defect with those parts. Kindly do the needful asap.
