I'm very old customer in tvs, i'm using jupiter bike, my bike service to sir balaji tvs show room in chittar yesterday morning, but my bike not accept in show room manager sekar. Your bike service make can not show room manager sekar. Wrong word using, & mis behave, not responsible, etc... Reason (Person motivation) show room manager sekar, so please action my complaint. It is My 2nd free service period of TVS Jupiter ZX after 2500 Km. The local service center Mercury TVS is delaying the servicing frequently by giving various excuses. I went 5 times there but they refused to do that. Please take immediate action against them....

I have purchase a tvs jupiter classic scooter for your malhotra tvs dealership situated at samad road center point aligarh up west on date 17/10/2017. I have not get my rc and number plates till now. When i ask to dealer for the same he says that aa jayegi to mil jayegi, abhi nahi aayi hai to hum kya karein. Near about 1 month have gone if police freez my scooter for the same reason than who will be responsible for that....

i inform to you that i am purchased tvs apache rtr 160cc. 14 aug 3017 shop by the banaras show room sigra varanasi.
1 st complaint - abhi tak hame apane bike ka original paper nhi diya gya hai. Hame baar baar bulate hai apane show room pe. Paisa aur samay mera nuskaan ho raha hai.

Scooty pep + given 2nd nov 2017, got my scooty on 6th nov, received call 5th my sooty is ready you can take it on monday but when i visited at service center (Abhishek tvs service center asalfa) andheri scooty was not washed, scooty noise issue and kilometer was not working.
Locked call on tvs customer care not not received any call. Complaint no. 96311. Very mush disappoint, what further action i can take.

I purchase my tvs jupiter in oct-2015.At that time company said 62kmpl milage but after reguler services in tvs service center i am getting only 40kmpl milage. Please co operate with for that.

I have purchased tvs jupiter in aug 2017. The power start stopped working within a week. I have connected with dealer. They said the battery is faulty and need to replace. I have submitted my battery for replacement. I didnt get battery replacement so far. The local amco battery dealer doesn't have batteries available for replacement. We are using this scooter by kick start from last more than two month. I tried to connect with customer care...

Once i visited to buy a new vehicle in anbu tvs at alandurai,
I found that have over charged jupiter price in that show room.
Than i compared the price from other motors like tvs victor and sakthi saradha & lotus. The fixing price of anbu tvs are varied and much higher,

The cost of per liter oil, insurance, and other accessories were high, and also asked to pay extended warranty too.br...

I have given my wego for service last saturday, but i a very bad experience of ashwini tvs thane khopat, they are very irresponsible, when i call they said my scotter is ready, but i went to collect they said still it is not ready, all internal miscommunication. It is a hopless service.

Please look for the same this is not 1st time....
