I am mentioning details of my bike.

I have purchased this bike before 3 months and bike stopped working in between the road three times. I am suffering due to this bike problem. We had purchased this bike for our convince but it seems onerous on us.

Please do help us from these. Bike is having 5years or warranty.

But I think this bike need to be replaced but representative of company said it can't be replaced.

I know that in warranty products are not replaced but if these kind inconvenience is there then some proper resolution is to be provided.

Also when I put vehicle for its repair they take a week for repair giving excuse that they don't have parts for this bike.

Suppose I am.going on long rout and if that time vehicle stopped all of sudden the who is going to help me.

Please do the needful on this

    I am g. Kamalakkannan from salem district tamilnadu. I bought tvs apache 160cc on last november1st 2017 in gt tvs, junction main road, suramangalam, salem. The show room was taken the responsibility of registration of vehicle. Within november 6 2017 registration in rto office, omalur, salem was completed. But still the showroom dnt provide me registration certificate (Rc book) it's more than one month now the registration of vehicle completed. It creates lot of problem for me without registration number for vehicle and rc i was caught by police and paid 500.₹ fine. Please take necessary action on them. Even i bought bike 36days back but still i can't use that.

      Dear sir/madam
      I puchased tvs jupiter scooter on 2016 from tvs rajasthan.
      This is very glad to say that service centres of tvs is very useless. Shokers of my tvs jupiter is in very bad condition they does nt work properly. I have complaint it to tvs head office they said to go service centre. I have go to service centre 5 times but doesn't do anything they decrease or increase the air and said that this is working properly there is no to change it. This is serious problem for me so pls take some strict action company. So they can change the shokers.

      Dear sir/madam
      I puchased tvs jupiter scooter on 5th jan 2016 from TVs paras sri ganga nagar.
      This is very glad to say that service centres of tvs is very useless. Shokers of my tvs jupiter is in very bad condition they does nt work properly. I have complaint it to tvs head office they said to go service centre . I have go to service centre 5 times but doesn't do anything they decrease or increase the air and said that this is working properly there is no to change it. This is serious problem for me so pls take some strict action company. So they can change the shokers.

        Good morning.
        I am raushan from bihar i have tvs apache 160.
        After a minor accident there were some problems so i took service from mahenshkhunt tvs showroom (Dist - khagaria, bihar).
        They took 2500 rs instead of very poor service vijer's nut was loose, chain was very tight and lots of nut is missing and no insurance claim, handle is not at proper position.
        Your mechanics are behaving like a dalal (Sorry for harse word) i thik there were some personal lust. And in last they took my bikes some part to private shop don't know why?
        Please take some action other wise i will file a writ.
        And never suggest to purchase tvs bike due to poor service.
        I daily go to office by bike if some wrong happening happened with me then who will be culprit lots of nuts are loose chain is very tight, tyre is not moving properly.

          Hi, i own a rtr 160, a 2013 version.

          Hi im having a serious problem with my rtr 160. My mileage has suddenly dropped by 9kmpl.
          I have tried everything in my knowledge to solve the issue but in vain.
          I have cleaned and retuned my carburettor, replaced the spark plug and air filter element, lubricated the chain and checked the tyre pressure too. I have run my bike on fully synthetic oil since the second service and i drain the oil every 4500kms. But the mileage remains the same at 36kmpl, i used to easily get 45kmpl earlier. Even the mechanics are not able to figure out what the problem is. My bike has done a running of 51000kms.

          Please help me out as to what is to be done to solve my issue.

            I recently purchased (End of july, 2017) scooty pep plus at bridge stone agencies - bg-21. This vehicle is giving a lot of problems. It will stop in the middle of the road. Again, if i start it stops in next 10 meter.

            I told the issue to the tvs service guys,
            First time they told filter is blocked and they have corrected it. But the issue was still there.
            Second time they told it has got some issue with coil, they have fixed it on 27th nov.
            Again the problem has occurred today (Dec-4th). The vehicle stopped in the middle of the road. I asked the service guys to collect it.
            Service guys also not able to figure out the issue.
            I have given 3 chances to fix it. If still they can not fix it then that is a defective vehicle and i would like tvs to replace with a new one or refund back my money completely.

              I have given my vehicle (Jupiter), number:tn38cc 7193 for repair on 28th october for an accident case and have paid the advance for the repair on november 4th at

              Mettupalayam road,

              They promised to deliver the vehicle in 10 days but they have not responded back properly even after several calls and personal visits to the lotus agency. We even contacted the service manager but the response was not proper. Please do the needful and atleast respond properly to your customers.

                I gurubasavaraj dg had purchased apache 200 bike from one of your dealer, ujjala motors dvg (Dealer code 11091) with employee reference to avail discount. I want to complaint about the manager, mr manjunath of that show room. He called (May be on 22nd/23rd nov 2017) and informed me to come and collect the discount amount. I travelled from my native (On 2nd dec 2017) which is 80kms from davanagere and just 15mins before i could reach there i called the manager and checked if he is at the showroom, he asked to come and collect the amount from the cashier. I reached the showroom and did not find the manager, neither cashier was aware of refunding of my amount. (Proper handover was not given by manager). Called up manager hell lot of times but and call went unanswered. Waited there for near to 45 mins hoping that manager might call back.
                I think this is not acceptable from such a reputed company such as tvs, company gives the offer to the customers and the dealers will not take much interest to just refund the amount that company pays them. They act as if they are paying from their pockets. The act or carelessness shown by the manager of the show room is not totally acceptable.

                Hope my complaint will be taken care of and necessary actions would be taken on the manager and he would be instructed not to repeat the same with other customers also. This is my humble request

                Adding to the lines..

                As far as I came to know by my friends who brought bikes with Employee reference. They got the discount amount during the time of invoice. But in my case it is different..

                  I purchased apache rtr 160 dd bike in mar 2017 and had strictly told the dealer that i want 2017 manufactured model and not previous year's. On bill it was mentioned jan 2017 so i was convinced.

                  As there was upgradation in rto i got my rc very late around may 1st week or so.in that the manufactured month and year is jan 2016, a year older than promised. I raised the issue with the dealer at first he told me that he will look into the matter and contact company but kept delaying it every time. After some months he started ignoring my calls and messages.

                  I lodged the complaint in tvs customer care dept., wrote several mails and even tweeted but till now the problem is not resolved. I tried to check with their app called iride it showed dec 2015.

                  Now i completely sure that the bike is more than a year older than mentioned on the bill and even the color mentioned is wrong. This is a clear case of cheating.

                  I want to get the bike replaced with the new one or my money back along with the service costs + interest.

                    I bought a TVS Jupiter scooter on 15th Nov 2017 having RTO registration number OD02AP9673. From beginning I'm facing problem while driving in 40-50 speed. I tried to communicate with the service station and 2 time went for service. But each time after 2-3 days from the service again facing the same problem. Three days before I went to service station and today I found again the same problem for which I was complaining.

                    The below issues I'm facing.

                    1. The scooter is jerking in speed of 40-50.
                    2. Tyre pressure is automatically going down and it is 20 in 2 days.
                    3. Handel is vibrating like accident bike.

                    I tried with TVS Website. But No Luck.I'm getting below attached alert message.

                        Its highly regrettable that tvs company and the dealers are so careless. It has been just 2 months that i purchased jupiter and its pulling one side from date of purchase i have already complain about this 5 times with dealership but they dont found any solution for this... On 2nd day of purchase it's refuses to self start, randomly stops while riding this problem solved after my so many followup with dealer. It's shocking that the company and the dealers are so negligent. I have alredy tried so many time with dealer but now i m completely fed up with all this.. Its a shame!! And really it pinches because its one's hard earned money. I want my jupiter replaced with a proper one.

                          I use TVS Jupiter. Whenever I gave for servicing I said about the problems I am facing while driving. they use to say the problems are fixed but finally I use to again face those problems within 3-4 days. This time also I gave for servicing explaining about the problems in my bike. Rear tyre was getting stuck while driving. they made a huge bill and finally the problem was back in 3 days. this happens whenever I give for servicing.

                            I brought new TVS Jupiter on 12.08.2017. As per company promise 63.5KMPL. But it's giving 36 to 37 KMPL. My scooter chassis No. MD626EG42H1H50143. My mobile no [protected] Vimalkumar E from Bangalore. Please suggest us how resolve this. I was filled full tank petrol by the time KM was 859 KM and after 100 KM again filled petrol. Total 2.71 liters filled. So it's coming 36.9KMPL. Please refer the attachment photos.

                              - Worst service. Servicing was promised to be done by 3pm. But when I went to get vehicle at 5:30, it was not done and parked side ways as is.
                              After having chat with customer care, within 5mins, assistant comes and says servicing done. He just wiped out vehicle and return. Nothing done.
                              - Re-service my vehicle properly.

                                This is to inform you that tvs bike showroom, situated in bankura town west bengal is delaying registration of my apache 180 bike which i have purchased from there on 21.09.2017.
                                One month has passed but till today they have not applied for my bike registration. I have requested so many times but they have not taken it seriously.
                                They are giving me useless reason like rto delay.
                                Please look into the above matter. Hoping for a positive response from your end.

                                  I am the owner of rtr 200, i have driving bike around 1400km. My engine is overheating.
                                  Also there is some noise change in the engine flow it is creating some weird tik tik sound.
                                  I have taken that to service center which is at shree sai tvs vashi but the answer that they have given was not justified.
                                  Cause where mentioned was
                                  Off roading, also the breaks.
                                  How can they say without seeing my riding.

From the starting i have giving my bike for servicing at the susheel tvs nizampet hyderbad.. Bt every time iam highly disappointing the service.. At last recently i have giving for paid service at the same location bt this time they have given me with water wash nothing has done to the bike.. Iam highly disappointed on ur service. Is this the way you treat ur customers... I have called them on this issue but no one given proper response.. I thought that tvs company is good at service to customers.. But my thoughts wer false. Pls resolve my problem and take severe action on susheel tvs nizampet.. If not i may raise the complaint to high level...

                                      My bike is Apache 200rtr Iam purchased at 2/1/17 I driver 14, 000 kms TN 13 H 4666

                                      Rear break shoe problem at 7000kms
                                      Disc pad he billing

                                      And chain spocket is gone within 10000kms I report at our nearest service center R. N motors at Villivakkam
                                      He is replaced the chains spocket

                                      And same issues now at 14, 000.00kms
                                      And now also replaced the chains spocket
                                      Now

                                      U replaced in warranty in few few kms bt nxt yr going means how to replaced this items

                                      I purchased 2/1/2017 my bike is full of service center only
                                      I'm not happy with tvs Apache 200

                                      Pls check our record how many spares replace with warranty anlayase

                                      Rear disc pad replace three time within 14, 000kms

                                      disc and pad always touching without push break iam inform service centre he is telling soil is going in break pad that is a prb so we drive in house aha????

                                      Chennai road is always soil and stone and water only

                                      Service advisor telling me this is a manufacturer fault

                                      Iam using pulsar 220 rear disc only we drive 85000kms this type issues is not coming

                                      Pls resolve this prb or return our money
                                      This issues is mind ###
                                      Same issues is coming means u take a bike I don't want a bike

                                      And meter also problem when bike in second gear display light is natural
                                      When bike is natural display light is 2gear

                                      I paid 49500 but Snc motor TVs company which is at Byculla...so unlog ne mujhe computerized bill 46500 ka diya...aisa kyu? I want original 💰 money bill with 49500...plz contact this number [protected]

                                        Sir/madam, i would like to inform you that when today i went to chandigarh tvs gmp service center for my tvs jupiter vx bearing reg no - ch-115 (T) 1196 for first service found customer longue was in pathetic state like no cleanliness, used tea & coffee cups were thrown inside, water dispenser was there but for drinking there were no glass, no waiter was there for water and tea, there are so many fly inside the waiting room. Tyre air pressure not checked because concerned system was unserviceable. Computer system was not working there because of that customers time was wasted and without bill i back to home. When above mentioned things asked to madam named kiran and computer operator named kishore they replied there is no safaikarmi i conveyed problem to my superior. And she said customer cannot suggest me how she should work, she said where ever you wish complain. For your information and necessary action please. Yours faithfully
