And name will be another person. I will try to connect company and dealer many more time but they will give no any good response, so i want to say that please give me good result. My home town is champa.

    My name is v. Venkata naga ramesh, i am purchased june-2017 tvs scooty pept from sri gokul motors, rajahmundry, andhra pradesh.
    Today iam going to tvs showroom service purpose iam vechile using only 257kms but he was tell to 4th servcing and service manager & staff tell to very neglet to custmor talking he was very lazy person so solve the my problum and dealer was not intersted to custmor support.
    Dealer starting registration no given to 25 days time, problum is my registration amount not to pay rto office. My email id: vramesh. [protected]@gmail.com.

      Sir i purchased a scooty from tvs scooty. It is defective mai roz usme petrol dalva rha hu vo khtam ho jata hai kuki uski average 1ltr. Mai 22-25 km aa rhi hai maicompany maigya unhe service ke liye di unhone ne kha ab thik ho gyi. Same day vhi prblem vo chlte chlte bnd ho rhihai fr start nhi hoti 20-20 mint tk use khda kr do fr 20mint tk fr start ho jati hai so i again go to the company they said again ab thik ho gyi fr agle din mai use lekr kaam se gya vo vha bnd ho gyi fr mai use 3 km pedal khicha fr vo start ho gyi fr mai company ke pass gya unse baat ki kha thikhai hum aaj isse shi se thik kr denge sir today again this problem

        Dear sir/madam,

        I had taken my bike (Tvs apache rtr 180) from krishna motors, parli, palakkad, kerala on 28 jan 2017 my vehicle number is kl 09 am 1535.
        From the starting onwards i had issue in handle vibration and same has been complained with showroom. I had just completed 4th free service in between i had more than 5 times complaint to the krishna motors but they doesn't fix the issue permanently.

        At last i raised complaint to kerala regional area office as per the suggestion from the office i had reached to authorized dealer (Royal tvs) palakkad. I had done the 4th service at royal tvs on 28th oct 2017 but they can't resolve this issue fully. With in one month handle starts vibrating. Front handle side totally shaking.

        It would be a safety concern of my life. There is no security of my life while driving. We need a permanent solution on this. Since it is major problem and manufacturing defect i am looking for replacement or cash back..

        Hope you will do necessary action on this.

          I purchased tvs jupiter from #19, hissa#2, next to courtyard marriot, wakad, maharashtra 411057 pune, i completed vehicle passing and i got message from road paid taxes. Still not getting vehicle number from last 1 month. Service center people are very careless, they wont bother about there customer. Don't but any vehicle from this place or any tvs showroom.

            This is to inform you that tvs bike showroom situated in mythri motors, bhupalpally town telengana is delaying registration of tvs jupiter zx scooty. I have purchased from there on 10.09.2017. Three month has passed but till today they have not applied for my bike registration. I have requested so many times they have not taken it seriousness. They are giving me useless reason like rto. Please look into the above matter. Hoping for a positive response from your end.

              Dear... I m currently buy a new scooty pep plus since 18 oct.2017, from karely which is sub cocerning outlet of vrindawan motors allahabad. I m so much upset from your services and behaviour of staff.
              1) when we buy this product the seller says all your papers (Road tax, polution and insurence) will be availaible from karely after one month. But they cant give me my all assests after a month, he says u should go to vrindawan motors main branch and collect. Which is so far from my home. And misbehave me.

              2) when i get vrimdawam motors kyfganj for first free service. They want 560 rs
              Which is 350 for mobile oil + 200 for cleaning + 60 rs. For polishing. When i ask for free service, they rudly misbehave me (Mr. Asif) and said u r free for go outside anywhere for servising...
              My question is... What are the measures of free service and when u provide??? So incomfortable staff with badly behaviour are exist there... I m so much disturb. I[censored] cant take any step towards them, i will file case againest u.

                This is anthony, please note, last month i have given my bike for servicing, the bill was charged for inr 7000/- including service tax, but i'm not satisfied with work i can't drive my bike, wheel is getting obeling i have doubt that they have changed shokobser/ front folk, previously same thing it happened they have changed silencer.

                And this issue is keeps continuing,

                Kindly look into this matter & do the needful at the earliest.

                  Respected sir /madam my self amit jadiyar mh02en8157 apache rtr 200 purchased from abhishek tvs my complaint not resolved for rusting my chaises and my silencer colour fade up the white spot showing because this problem is aries after battery acid leakage its damage for my parts i want replaced this my part because this problem is arries after battery acid leakage plz reply fast sir my bolt was rusting and i dont want to visit a abhishek tvs dealer can u please say which dealer i visit regarding my resolved my problem because i m stay in chakala andheri east and my second service also due and i m not happy from abhishek tvs service and response and i want contact some head person working in ho number please because in second service u r vehicle giving me in this types of problem that's why u r giving a 5 yers warranty na you know u r engineering is not perfect i m so flustered about this all problem and i m said every time i want replaced my part if he faulty but your dealer person every time he can do repairs in this time when my complaint not resolved i m not taking delivery so it is better me my bike stay in u r workshop ok and this time i want proper reply and service i want replaced my part and i m not trust on authorized service center and dealer in this type of service u giving so what can i do sir or madam i m not acceptable from tvs motor.

                    I have purchased a tvs classic one month ago. I am not getting my rc. Registration authority has forwarded a speed post tracking no. But when u track speech post tracking no. It shows no confirmation available. It has been communicated to tvs showroom. They told we cant do anything. Providing rc to the customer is the duty of showroom, but they're not taking it seriously. The same thing is happening with many customers. Being a steemed organisation, it is ur duty to rectify customer problem and make good liaison with registration auhority. They also do not have suggestion/ complaint book to logue and resolve the issue.

                      Dear team, consider this message as a complaint against your dealer "oceanic tvs - drive-in-road branch, ahmedabad - gujarat" as mentioned above i had purchased my tvs bike amc service in 2016, but whenever i came at between 9:30 to 10:00 am in morning to workshop for servicing my tvs bike, i had to wait for half an hour and at the time of my turn their supervisor always said sir we are sorry as today it is not possible to servicing your bike so please come tomorrow otherwise please take possession tomorrow. Meanwhile in two time, i had also picked up my bike the day after i put my bike after comfirimg the workshop (As they did not courtesy to call at even second day for pick up). But last time this was also happened ant added to this my bike will be stop automatically in running position (I also rescue from an accident) and my digital meter also deactivate, so i had complaint and they told me please come at our workshop but how can i go there as bike is automatically stop in running but they till date (16 days gone) not send any foreman for servicing. And in today senario bike is most important for me to do routin work

Whenever I gave for servicing I said about the problems I am facing while driving. they use to say the problems are fixed but finally I use to again face those problems within 3-4 days.                             Within a week (21kms covered) i noticed rubbing noise. Same was informed and they said that it should be ok after first service. Given the vehicle for first service and they have changed the crankshaft assembly and bore since there was play in the connecting rod. (This is based on what i have observed during my visits) and but the service centre and the tvs representative is not sharing what has been done or which parts are replaced, their claim it is not to be shared. Since it is major problem and manufacturing defect i am looking for replacement or cash back. Any such instances resolved in the consumer court.

When i went to service centre there didnt have accessory. They asked me for advance i gave them 1 thousand ar. After 20 day they call me for accessory. Then i went to service centre bt there employees was behaved very rude to me. And they didnt give me service they only give time for service i really felt tired plz help me regarding that.

                                Someone damaged front loght housing and front panel of my tvs scooty pep+ when i had parked it in my parking. So i called century tvs workshop, sadashiv peth pune and enquired about the repairs. Also requested to pick up the vehicle from my home. The century person said that they don't pick up damaged vehicle. Also told that he has no idea when the spare part will get available. Is this customer support tvs company, century tvs in pune providing to customers? Even if i am ready to pay 300/-for pick up the person rudely denied. Very bad customer care, repairing center people.

                                  I got service of my tvs jupiter on 29th nov 2017 in dynamics motor ltd at the time of sending my vehicle was fine and they suggest me to change the stand of my vehicle. I asked to change but while changing the stand they broke the silencer and asked me to change it i denied to change as it was there fault and they deliver my vehicle with faulted silencer. I get it fixed on 5th dec and asked to compensate as its the fault of mechanic but no one is listing

                                      I had purchased TVS bike.but it got stucked in between road thrice. Service person takes a week to repair it. So it has become cumbersome for me. Again and again I have to drag bike to my home or service centre leaving my other work incomplete.
                                      I am serving as pharmacy assistant in Apollo pharmacy so taking half day leaves again and again is not possible form me.

                                      Please do the needful and resolve this issue
