Right from the beginning starting trouble. Whenever i take to pandian motors madurai, they start taking lessons of how to kick the starter. According to them, whenever i kick the kicker, vehicle should be in the centre stand position. And also i should not kick by sitting on the sheet and so on. Definitely there is a design problem. Better recall all the defective vehicles and rectify. So many times, vehicle stop automatically and to start it, i have to bring in reserve position, even though the tank is full.

    Sir i purchased a new apache rtr180 in march 31/03/2017. When the date of buying the bike has many problems. When all the times of service they didn't slove the problem till now. Front suspension has oil leak engine got lot of noise and total body vibration fuel gauge has didn't work i drived only 5500kms only. It's is a worst bike i ever brought.. The showroom has given me a old bike the year of manufacturing is 2015. I brought the bike in 2017 only. The showroom has cheated me. The bike is also in bad condition

      I am magesh from pattabiram am take a bike tvs wego at svs tvs dealer at ambattur take a bike at last 9.11.2017 drive 80kms till now there is so many scratch and no pic up and very less milage ingine noise and brake failure am registered complaints with that show room there is no response till date and am talk to mr dinesh service manager his mobile number [protected] committed i rectify your problem yesterday 16.11.2017 now he is not even pic my call so very worst response please let me say this is your company handle a customer service please take an immediate action

        I am suyash pandey, deputy manager in bank of maharashtra, umred (Nagpur). I wanted to buy tvs apache 200 (Grey color model) and opted for indrayani tvs nagpur and have already paid 1 lakh on monday but still they haven't provided me invoice. Both the dealers of nagpur and umred are making fake promises to make bike available but still the position is just the same. I need to present invoice in my respected office but seems they are not interested in customer service. This is poorest form of service i have ever seen. I am neither getting any discount nor the service. I am very disappointed by tvs services.

          Myself gurubasavaraj, had purchased tvs apache 200 bike on 9th oct 2017 from one of the authorized dealer. While buying i had provided employee referral but i had not collected the discount amount during invoice. Dealer gave me a letter saying that they would refund my discount amount once they would receive the same from the company. So now i would need your help to know if i can collect that discount amount.

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            We have raised my complaint to TVS on. But still my issue is not solved.

            Also today i was visited VARASHA MOTORS and discussed the same with them.They told to me, after ordering the material and solve the issue. It will be finished on Wednesday(22/11/17).I don

            know that when you will close my issue?????????????????

            From 18/11/17 to 22/11/17 how can i travel to my office and attend my personal purpose without bike. Hereafter i will not wait upto your time. Please solve the my issue at today itself. Otherwise

            you have to give penalty against my expenses like up and down bus fare. Because this issue i can't able to drive the bike at night time. Kindly take this issue urgently and solve it at today itself...

                I am sasitharan. S purchased tvs 200 (Matte red) bike in pondicherry at jkaytvs on (27-january-2017). When i purchased the bike from starting day i have noise in engine. I complained to the jkaytvs show room at 320km (1st service) they said it is will be there after riding up to 2000 noise it will get reduced they said.
                *i am working in bangalore so i shifted my bike to here. I am not satisfied while riding the bike.
                *i went to solar tvs at april for engine noise. They said some problem in engine you can leave your bike here we will check with your technical people they said so i left my bike in solar tvs. They took 10 days to return the bike. I asked them what is the problem they said bore problem & magnetic so we changed the engine head.
                *i got the bike and i am driving after 20km i had some cracking sound again i went there they said it is new head so we lose the tapping you run for 2000km engine will get set then we will tight the tapping...
                *after running 2000km i came to do service they have tight the tapping from that the i have vibration in engine.
                *i gave them for 3rd service i complained to them but they said every think is done.
                *after a week again i went there they did some adjustment in the engine but again i am facing the problem in engine while riding i didn't have the smooth riding...
                *so i raised the complaint through customer care they took the vehicle to showroom on (2-aug-2017) they taken more than 40 days to give the bike back but then also problem not resolved (Vibration is there we are riding the bike in traffic at 30-40 engine vibration is more)
                *we went trip to wayanad oct 8 2017 by 11 apache 200 owners in bangalore. While coming return in mysore i feel more vibration and engine sound so i left my bike in sona motors in mysore they took 20 days to return back. I asked them what is the problem they said clutch plate&shaft problem so we replaced all.
                * nov 4 tvs organised the trip to gatikalli we return back to bangalore some silencer sound in my bike again tapping noise and vibration so left the bike in solar tvs
                I my bike problems are
                1) engine noise
                2) silencer noise
                3) vibration
                4) handle bar vibration more than 60kms
                5) front disk is not applying properly more than 60kms

                I cant able do keep on service with this engine i went to solar tvs more than 10 times, so kindly replace the new engine to my bike

                So please take this mail as series and do right action to ride smooth i am waiting for your reply.

                  I have purchased my vehicle from novel tvs, mangalore and the 1st service was provided by them after the 1st service i noticed back firing in engine and i have consulted then for the same, with out proper satisfactory, i had changed my service provide to sai radha tvs, mangalore for further servicing of my bike, from the 2nd service i have been informing then of the back firing of the engine is higher than usual and then tested with the stock vehicle which then had in the service station and agreed that the back firing is unusual, and then convinced me that it will reduce when the engine sets up after few servicing.
                  Without having any background knowledge of the automobile i had been convinced.
                  Later even after contently requesting to check the back firing of the engine then convinced me saying in this model that is normal.
                  Now after some time a new problem occurred as during riding if the rpm is about[protected] then engine acts as there is no fuel it provided very harsh jerk. Ones the rpm is increased above 5000 somehow the engine operates normal without any jerk's.
                  Below 4000 rpm also there used to be no problem, hence again i provided the vehicle for servicing.
                  Till today its almost 8 months this problem started and yet not solved.
                  Every month at least for 10 days the bike will be in service centre (Which is very inconvenient for me).
                  The service centre (Radha tvs, mangalore) says that this is unusual in the vehicle and still not providing any proper permanent fix for the problem.
                  While solving this issue a new issue has occurred ie while driving the vehicle the engine idling stays at[protected] rpm for more than 8-12sec after clutch has been engaged during ride after 8-12sec the 1400 rpm idling reaches, which is very disturbing since the mileage has dropped drastically.
                  I'm contacting the service centre (Radha tvs, mangalore) from almost 8 months for the same problem and still no solution is been provided by them.

                  After the above mail is sent the service centre (Sai radha tvs, mangalore) had contacted me and had asked me to keep my vehicle for service,
                  And within a day they has returned my vehicle back with the problem fixed (Which initially they could do even after keeping for service for months together)
                  But again after 3 weeks the same problem continued, and i had contacted them and informed that there is problem with same issue and it was very rare, hence they suggested me to keep it during next service if the problem didn't increase.
                  Since there was no increase in the problem i had kept my vehicle for usual servicing and told them (Service centre) that the problem is still continue, both the jurk during 4-5 k rpm running and the idling while riding which stays in 3-4k rpm even after clutch is engaged for more than 12 sec.
                  They said that there is some problem with the engine and hence asked me whether there is any extended warranty done for the vehicle.
                  Since i had my extended warranty for the vehicle they done servicing for all the parts throughout the engine.

                  My issue is that the problem was notified to the service centre during jan 17, during which my vehicle had run for 22-23k km's and was about 1.5 years old (Still in warranty from company), and till nov 17 they took to understand that the problem was with the engine, even after my regular request to check engine for issues form jan 17 itself (Because millage was drastically reduced) they ignored and said its not the issue of the engine and serviced all the other parts like ignition electric system and carburetor.
                  Now since its almost run with the problem for long distance there were many parts damaged and everything was replaced.
                  The service centre said that it can be claimed under extended warranty.
                  But since one of the service was delayed after feb 17, the extended warranty claim was declined, with much help from the service centre service manager their was an approval for 1 part of the claim from the extended warranty (For which i'm thankful for the service centre), and a bill amount of 9, 000 - 10, 000 was charged to me by the service centre.
                  I agree that there was a service delay from my side during the period (I had my own reasons for that).

                  My concern is that after being repeatedly requesting for checking of the engine during the first few occurrence of the problem (During jan 17- feb 17), there was noone taking my concern to be checked and at later stage it was an engine problem which leaded to lot of parts to be replaced since with the problem the vehicle driven for almost 10, 000 km,
                  And if this problem was sorted out in the initial stages itself, rather than assuming (Or trial or error method i can say) the problem it would have costed me 10, 000 and also wouldn't been an headache till now.

                  Presently (Today), i have got my vehicle yesterday and still the idling problem persists, and i cannot verify or check the jurk problem in 4-5k rpm since all engine parts is being replaced and have to drive less than 4k rpm for first 3k km's.

                  Its very annoying because after all whats happened the problem is not yet sorted out.
                  And because of the negligence (I can say) it costed me 10, 000 inr for the service, if at all the service centre would have listened to me and checked the engine issue in initial stages this wouldn't have happened.

                  I kindly request you to look into this issue and hope that it doesn't happen again in future, and whom the issue to be said with, because of the service centre's negligence i had to bare all the charges.

                    I have bought a jupiter scooter, right from the day the mileage of the bike is not more than 25kmpl. I have complained about this to the showroom numerous times. But still there is no solutions for this. It's driven by my father who is very old everytime he finds it very difficult when the bike stops in middle of the road. Please consider this query.

                      My tvs jupiter scooter (No. Ch 01 bm 2113) is not start on 10.11.2017 morning time than complain the problem to tvs customer care no. [protected]. Action against my complain company representative response with in a hours and he sad that scooter battery is discharge and he took along with the battery.
                      But representative not return the battery this time (I. E. 14.11.2017 14:45 hrs).

                        I self amit prakash jadiyar i send a mail regarding for my vehicle mh 02 en 8157 apache rtr 2004v service, part issued, and complaint and rusting.

                        My complaint :

                        1. Lhs panel on scratch :- when i purchase my vehicle from abhishek tvs 17 aug 2017.6.30pm. Taking delivery and that time it's late evening so can't see scratch on my lhs panel second day morning i seen a scratch on panel i send a photo also and scratch is already round tick mark that means my bike was already damaged in godaam or plant, after few days i went to the visit showroom for receives my documents i ask that complaint. He or she says when i come first service that time i resolved your complaint but 15/09/17 he says part not available i order the part and receiving after 10 to 15 days then call u but noe today 13/11/2017 he says again part not received and says i will call so many time but he says i c hmm and call u back but he never call him.

                        2. Front brake spoungee :-my brake was spoungee i complaint and he says your brake is ok and i taking delivery my vehicle and again see same problem then i leave the my vehicle and taking second time and he resolved my problem but he says first i can't replace will repair and charged for brake silver stick 300. `can u please says when i drive guss i accident so who taking my responsible for my life. `please says when my bike in warrenty we he charge me. And u know my apache 200 it's 21 hp bike doubkedisc. And it's major problem front brake issue and u r person says this type of reply first repair and then replace please reply.

                        3. Battery acid leakage :-

                        This battery acid damage my gear box upper side nut bolt it get like fungus i visit again and says this problem he says resolved your problem and i next day evening i seen again he leakage and he damage my silencer pipe or exchaust pipe get white it totally effective for my color i send u r photo and reply me.

                        4. Rusting for my chasise.:-
                        My chasise get white for leakage battery acid can u please send what can i do sir my brother was purchasing rtr 160 5 years before when u r beast was launching a new in the market but after 5 years he can't facing any issued about he rtr 160. Now i purchasing u r vehicle be for 2 month and i see this type of so much problem so what can i do. Can u please repaint my vehicle i send ur video and photo also. Reply me.

                        5. Showing on my cluster meter
                        Chk your gear sensor :-

                        When drive in traffic my bike was in 1 gear and in meter showing netueal gear one day after i went to the virar highway i m in 60 to 70km speed again he showing 3 gear and i m in actual 5 gear. When he showing a message wrong gear indicator i shift every time 3 to 4 and 4 to 5. Please reply me.

                        Sir can u please says what can i do for this type service from u r authorized service centre i purchased my vehicle from abhishek tvs my service and all kind problem also visit to abhishek tvs can u please resolve my problem and reply me i[censored] r not resolved my problem and my issued or complaint then why i advised to my relatives and my circle purchasing tvs product.

                        MY COMPLAINT :

FRONT BRAKE SPOUNGEE :-MY BRAKE WAS SPOUNGEE I COMPLAINT AND HE SAYS YOUR BRAKE IS OK AND I TAKING DELIVERY MY VEHICLE AND AGAIN SEE SAME PROBLEM THEN I LEAVE THE MY VEHICLE AND TAKING SECOND TIME AND HE RESOLVED MY PROBLEM BUT HE SAYS FIRST I CAN'T REPLACE WILL REPAIR AND CHARGED FOR BRAKE SILVER STICK 300. ``CAN U PLEASE SAYS WHEN I DRIVE GUSS I ACCIDENT SO WHO TAKING MY RESPONSIBLE FOR MY LIFE. ``PLEASE SAYS WHEN MY BIKE IN WARRENTY WE HE CHARGE ME.                           At starting i am facing front disc break locking (Jam) problem i have go to 3 time on dynamic tvs authorized services center but they can't sole the problem at present today[protected] again i go to and request to change hole disc break assemble they say they cant change anything so i requested to you sir please resole my issue at running conditions disc break automatic lock it will be create any misshaping or accident any time if anything will happens tvs will be responsible.

                              मेरा नाम धनञ्जय सिंह है, मैंने एक टी. वी. यस. की स्पोर्ट किक गाड़ी नैनी स्थित ग्रीन लैंड टी. वी. यस से ख़रीदा था गाड़ी लेते वक़्त डीलर ने ये कमिटमेंट किया था की मैं आपको गाड़ी के साथ एक गाड़ी का सीट कवर और गृप कवर देंगे लेकिन उन्होंने उस समय पे नहीं दिया और बोले की अभी स्टॉक ख़तम हो गया है आप जब गाड़ी का पेपर लेने आईयेगा तो हम आपको सीट कवर और गृप कवर देंगे हमने उस टाइम पे बोला की आप हमें लिख कर के दे दो तो उन्होंने बोला की हमे याद रहेगा हम लगवा देंगे आप टेंशन मत लो और हमारे रजिस्ट्रेशन पेपर में हमारा परमामेंट पता भी रहेगा जो की बलिया का है लेकिन जब हम पेपर लेने गए तो उन्होंने बोला की गाड़ी के साथ कुछ भी नहीं रहता और जब आएगा तो हम आपको देंगे लेकिन मैंने पूछा की आपका स्टॉक कब तक आएगा तो उन्होंने टोल मटोल करके जवाब दिया और बोला की आप अब जाओ जब आएगा तो हम देंगे उसके बाद हम वहाँ से चले गए अगर हमारी सर्विस ही नहीं अच्छी रहेगी तो हम किसी और को क्यों टी. वी. यस.की गाड़ी लेने को बोलेंगे हमारी समस्या का समाधान किया जाए आपकी अति कृपा होगी नहीं तो मैं और आगे जाऊँगा!                                   Dear prospective jupiter buyers, please read this post before you decide to purchase tvs jupiter-

                                  Had to experience a really bad situation within 3 months of purchase. I guess it was between 7-8 pm in the evening, when the 3 months old jupiter suddenly came to a halt. My fiance tried various techniques to get the scooter in working condition, but the problem seems to be really bad. It was already getting late, so my fiance tried to rush things, and pushed the scooter to the nearest garage. The mechanic inspected the scooter and advised that she should take the scooter to the tvs authorized service center else the warranty will be void. Being helpless, she just kept pushing the scooter till she reached her home, just so that she can get it repaired under warranty. Next day when we have taken the scooter to the tvs authorized service center, the representative rudely told her that doesnt she understand that newly purchased vehicles are to be serviced in the service center's and not at local garage. Now that you have shown it to local garage, you cannot claim a warranty on your vehicle. The problem doesn't end here. The service guy charged her a whooping amount of rs 5, 030. When asked for an explanation, the guy rudely said that he doesn't time for explanation and he need to attend requests from other customers. Dear prospective buyers, when i thought of buying jupiter, i went by the looks and some additional features it had, when compared to honda activa. However, looking at the service levels of tvs, i would advise you to think from the perspective of total cost of ownership and not just the looks or initial investment. I'm facing servicing problems time and again with tvs jupiter coupled with excessive lead time. I'm also attaching herewith the bill receipt for your reference and validation. I still regret my decision of purchasing tvs jupiter instead of honda activa (Which is known for its reliability and durability).
                                  I still don't understand - (A) is it our (Customer's) fault that the crankshaft of the scooter got damaged all of a sudden in the middle of the road for a scooter that is just 3 months old (B) is it my fiance's fault that it was getting late and hence, she decided to get help from a local garage because of which we had to loose out on warranty.

                                  Advise to new buyers - you have my feedback on tvs jupiter, please talk to existing buyers of honda or suzuki or hero or whatever and then take a decision.in any case, please avoid going for tvs as far as possible.

                                      It is My 2nd free service period of TVS Jupiter ZX after 2500 Km. The local service center Mercury TVS is delaying the servicing frequently by giving various excuses. I went 5 times there but they refused to do that. Please take immediate action against them.

                                        I have purchase a tvs jupiter classic scooter for your malhotra tvs dealership situated at samad road center point aligarh up west on date 17/10/2017. I have not get my rc and number plates till now. When i ask to dealer for the same he says that aa jayegi to mil jayegi, abhi nahi aayi hai to hum kya karein. Near about 1 month have gone if police freez my scooter for the same reason than who will be responsible for that. Request you to please help me in getting my rc and number plate. I will be very thankful to you.
