I have bought my rtr 200 tn 12 r 6154 vijay tvs on 1jan 2017 from the date of purchase i am visiting the show room because o[censored]r scrab product,, what type worst service and product u deliver,,, all original parts has been changed, more engine noise, rear wheel slippert, paining handle bar, fuel gauge is not wrking, fog formation in head light, always low battery. I need to fix all my problems before next month because this is my last service or i ll surrender my bike in showroom and let my visit the court... Handlebar problem, engine noise, slippery rear tyre, non effective front disc, scratches because o[censored]r service team...

TVS Motor Company customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My complaint is
1)I gave for regular service with only battery weak n mileage check
2)they did not call to confirm but replaced clutch plates, brake wire, etc n made bill of rupees 4430/-
3) my main issue is that they replaced all new from rear side but the very next day morning problem starts with starting vehicle it does not move at all it is like someone is pulling n you giving escalator I went to them, on first day the so called mechanics did not understand just did some tool cleaning n gave me saying now it's ok but the problem remains same the whole day.next day 7.11 I again gave they said the new spare parts may be more grease so it may have happened I stood in front of them n they did, which I did not understand why to remove extra grease the so called .mechanic was washing the new spare parts with water cleaning n fitting again. But again same problem remains but it has gone more worse again I went on Wednesday 8.11 to show they asked me to come after 30 minutes n I went by then they said it's ready, ok as a good customer who believes tvs service centres I took n went but this time the problem is more severe than before now it is in running also. Then today morning I went n said n warned I will complaint he says go n complain don't come here, do whatever you like.
This the way a authorised service centres work Or they might know that whatever complaint we do TVS company do not take action.
So my request to you is to get my vehicle right, cancel the authorisation as service centre, n get my refund of my paid bill as I have wasted full week because of pathetic service .my name is Rajesh Kumar [protected]. Hope you will do the needful n inform me the same it is zero stars
