I purchased TVS SPORT on 30 june, it gave 40km/litter average. Btw company say 95/litter. Now i completed my 5300km and it give 55/litter mileage... what's this nonsense?? I'm completely disappointed

    I'm purchasing tvs jupiter couple of month back in aligarh but there is problem created again and again.. Engine speedometer and accessories break as see in the pic...in tvs show room in aligarh his maintenance staff so poor..
    His staff doing temporary work not give satisfaction to the customer.. Hope you will take an action...

      Purchased a tvs lp-45 barcode printer dated 21 sep 2017, from cyberian informatics, a/108, saheed nagar, bhubaneswar - 751007, with serial no. Qafnjt002840. When asked about intalation the vendor said there is no issue you can do it yourself (As i was a previous customer of tsc ttp224 pro, as it had issues i thought of switching to tvs), so i thought let it be. When i bought it ans started installing the installation part got completed the printer was loaded with the consumables (Labels and ribbon) but the output was negetive the printer gave no print. I contacted the customer care first they the took the system on remote tried thier level but of no help asked me to contact the dealer for a installation call, and said the first installation of the printer by the company auhorized person is a mandate, you shouldn't have tried on your own. So i contacted the vendor he in return gave me the no. Of mr. Sarkar, who intially didnt pick up my call but when contacted on whatsaap he replied by giving me the contact of one mr. Saroj who takes care of technical issues realted to this location. Now when i contacted him he asked me to call him day after tommorow when called said he is on leave as it was a saturday and to call on monday. Onmonday when i called him he said he is outside he'll call me back in 30min once he reached office. I didnt get a call till 2 and half hours so i had to call him back, he asked me to put the system on remote which couldnt happen as my net connection was down. So i tried the next day, he is again on leave today. So i would request tvs electronics to please help me out, as i switched to tvs knowing about the performance of youyr products, but i reality your customer service is too poor, your service personal talks to customer in such a way he is doing a big favor to the customer. Would be better you send a service personal to check the printrer personally. I would request you to please do the needy at the ealiest as due this issue my business is getting hampered.

        On 25.09.2017 i have purchased a tvs jupiter bsiv volcano red through guru govind motors pvt. Ltd from rourkela (Odisha). The vehicle invoice price mentioned is rs.55450.00. Where as when checked in official website of tvs motor the price mentioned was rs.53165.00.
        Upon asking the dealer he misguided me by saying the price included footrest+handling charges which is not convincing.
        Kindly look into the matter and resolve as soon as possible.

          On 11.10.2017 i have purchased a tvs jupiter zx through guru govind tvs motors from rourkela (Odisha). At the time of purchase the dealer asked me to pay rs. 63450.00 in total (Incl:vehicle price, road tax, accessories). Insurance was free for psu+scratch card as declared by the dealer. The vehicle base price told by the dealer was 57250.00 whereas rs 55398.00 was mentioned in the invoice as base price. Upon asking for the difference amount...

          Sir my name is tenzin. I bought a bike from b. M auto at dehradun uttarakhand last month. After few days the oil was leaking from the piston of the brand new tvs apache 200. I visited the above showroom and told them about the problem. They told me to add the complaint in my first service which was done that same day. But still the problem occured. Then again 3 4 days before i went and told b. M. Auto staff that the problem is still happening. They changed the nut or something from another with my bike and said it won't happen now. But today again the oil is leaking.. So kindly help mw with that.

              I have bought one tvs jupiter from hapur showroom before one month in cash payment. They told me that rc will come at your home and i asked that give me tax slip but they told me the same that they will send that slip directly to rto office. But sill i have not got any rc till now they i go to the rto office and they told me to give tax slip. I go to the showroom and asked for the same they talked me in a cheap language and told me to collect after diwali. Not only one person even all the staff at hapur showroom has no sens to talk and they are misleading the customers. After sales service of tvs is extremely bad as compare to other brands i think. They are continuously decreasing the brand value and also future purchase. I have not got any tax slip till now, i am very frustrate, i am actually felling repent that why i buy tvs jupiter why not honda activa seriously. Customer handling is very poor at your showroom. I am actually a phd scholar at delhi university and my research are is also a marketing that's why i can analyze your brand value is decreasing day by day because i also bought one tvs apache in 2007 from then to now your after sales service is drastically changed.

                After buying bike 5days i goto first service they told me in your bike there is an engine noise we give 7 days time we change the part i think its small problem but they take time to change part 6 months time after changing 4 times the bike will given same problem they solved problem after 3 days it will give same problem one day engineer came and checked that time running noise will removed but if bike is not solved problem after 2 months its give same problem now and now bike mileage and pickup will gone now i am asking to change bike or engine they will no talk properly and they behave to rude and i asked connect call to main head office they will not connected and 20 more time i mail to tvs but no response plz do help me

                  I took delivery of tvs jupiter from shree tvs motor (Mahim) on 2nd oct where as i had payed full payment on 28th sep only. However still i haven't received my any registration peppers. I had inquired many times for my registration papers but still they are not able to give me satisfactory answer for my query. They only replied me that they i'll get it done in 2-3 days which wasn't come yet, i really don't know what's going on. This is so unprofessional & pathetic service i'm getting from your tvs showroom (Shree tvs motors - mahim). I'll never ever going to suggest anyone to buy tvs product.

                        I purchased tvs jupiter zx from kalamkar motors in hadapsar, pune in march 2017 and since from that properly servicing, reached up till 3rd servicing and just 15 days back done with my 3rd servicing. While reaching home from office, my vehicle stopped working. I called up the kalamkar service center and they picked up the vehicle from my house. Now they are telling, that there is problem with the engine and since vehicle is in warranty we'll work on it within two days and handover to me. But my concern is how is this possible, that within 7 months the tvs jupiter having engine problems that also after properly serviced vehicle by two months and not more than 22 kms per day running vehicle. I request tvs company to look into this concern asap, so that if i get my vehicle this should not be a temporarily solved problem by the kalamkar showroom/service center. This is highly impacting the customer review not over by the showroom, but definitely on the tvs company. It will be a great help for me, if tvs company can send their expert to validate my vehicle problem is permanently solved. So that we can trust the companies brand and bound with each other as a good company and customer. Please help me with this.. Yours faithful customer.

                          I purchase tvs byke from om motors okhla. I serviced my byke from om motors okhla after 15 days my byke give black smoke. I reached om motors okhla than the representative says me that your engine have been failed. So please tell me anyone that why my engine was fail till i serviced my engine before 15 days. How can it possible. The showroom is not good.

                            Jatin tvs moter badha bhiwani is all work fraud । यह tvs की पकीग मे नकली सामान रख ता है और मैंने एक बार चैन सेट लाया तो यह dimond का निकला ओर tvs की पकीग मे था। मेने उसे पूछा तो उसने कहा मेंने तो tvs की पकीग मे दिया था। हमारे यहां गांव में सब के साथ ऐसा कर्ता है आप से विनती है कि इस मामले में आप क्या करो। मैने तो बता दिया है क्योंकि मैं tvs का frinde हू।

                              I brought tvs victor new in the month of mar17 at bridge stone, bangalore rajajinagar branch. Its looks and pickup is good in 110cc bike segment but mileage gives in city 40-42 kmpl its very bad i am very fed up with the mileage i did service on time i informed to the service center 2 -3 times they checked with mileage machine but till it won't give 55-60 mileage in city. Dont give fake advertisement mileage pls don't cheat the customer with fake advertising. Now tell me what i have do i am really fedup with mileage.

                                Purchased from Pandian Motors. Right from the beginning kicker problem.It is totally design fault. Better you survey the people who are owing TVs XL 100 and recall all the defective vehicles and rectify. Three times Pandian Motors personnel tried to rectify the problem, I am not satisfied.

                                  I have bought my rtr 200 tn 12 r 6154 vijay tvs on 1jan 2017 from the date of purchase i am visiting the show room because o[censored]r scrab product,, what type worst service and product u deliver,,, all original parts has been changed, more engine noise, rear wheel slippert, paining handle bar, fuel gauge is not wrking, fog formation in head light, always low battery. I need to fix all my problems before next month because this is my last service or i ll surrender my bike in showroom and let my visit the court... Handlebar problem, engine noise, slippery rear tyre, non effective front disc, scratches because o[censored]r service team...
