I went to oceanic tvs service center on 13 th may morning 9.30 to give my two wheeler bike for service purpose and handed over with a token number as per that I waited for more than an hour. In between one lady came having token number after me and got the service evaluation immidiately by the manager, named, Darshan. And on asking why he has done that, he replied, because she was a lady.

It is really surprising and disappointing to me as a customer.

I request you to take necessary action to avoid such scenario in Future.

      I have purchased tvs victor 110 es on 3rd march it has been only 2 months and weird noise coming from engine with tappet noise. When i asked the service center mechanic he said the camshaft need to replaced and the spares are not available. How can a brand new vehicle require camshaft replacement in only two months? And if it is normal then why the spares are not available as it has been 1 month i have serviced my bike and the problem has occured but still the spares are not available... I just cant understand that how can a brand new vehicle needs a camshaft replacement in only 2 months of its purchase? Just replace the vehicle or the engine or if the camshaft replacement is normal by your view then do replace it as soon as possible...

        I am Vignesh R S, Recently i have booked a TVS jupiter (Sprakling Silver)
        On APR 22 2017 in my name (VIGNESH R S) with the following dealer using FULL CASH Mode.

        FYI - This is the 3rd TVS in our family, we already have one scooty pep+ and one black jupiter.

        I am sorry to say that i am totally disappointed with the dealer, after i have given my money they are not responding back and they were supposed to deliver the Jupiter by 28-APR-2017 with Registration, but still they have not.

        It has been more than 20 days and i have been fighting with them to get my scooter.

        I have regretted that i have booked the TVS Jupiter, i should have bought something else in the first place.

        TVS Customer Care is really worst, Nobody gives a damn about customer.

        I have lodged my complaints 2 times to the following mail Ids

        I have not even got a acknowledge or response from them.

        I have tried to reach the toll free customer care

        It rarely works, I must have tried it zillion times but only one time it worked.

        I have tired to escalate this issue to Territory manager

        (I don't know how he has become a manager at all). he did not attend my calls, not even once.

        I have tried to reach the TVS corporate offices and Sales offices

        I didn't get any help at all.

        I am just hoping that this complaint will reach higher officials and they will take some action against this and they will help me to get my Jupiter.

            I purchased a TVS PEP +BS IV vehicle From Ashwa motors showroom dated invoice dated 16.03.2017 invoice no 20007039, bk 3 rd stage Bangalore, regarding service coupen and manual i was keep on asking they are informed me no stock from first service and second service done today i am unhappy about system management staffs not given proper reply when i asked serve manual and service coupon, they given erratic answers negligence about customer not given proper repose . when i receiving vehicle after service dispatch section they are asking service coupon i said i have not received it from the date of purchase they informed me its your mistake you have not collected from sales persons its a ridiculous .
            without manuals and service coupon why they selling vehicles, i am unhappy about it and notmentioned next due date of service please take necessary action

            Hi,

            I had purchased a TVS zest on 30 March 2017 and similarly even I have not received service boo manual till date. I have followed-up with the dealer and the dealer continues to say that TVS has not provided the booklet. I even sent a email to TVS regarding the same, but no response from them. Seems to be tactic for avoiding the free services.

              I had unfortunately purchased tvs jupiter on the 28th of feb 2017, on emi for 18months. The nightmare which followed is unimaginable with extremely poor follow up. Had to literally pursue and repeatedly call to ask for any detail required. The latest which has happened is the dishonour of your insurance cheque which has made my existing insurance null and void. How can a big brand like you manage to do such disastrous things. Policy with cover note number[protected], bearing registration no new, engine no. Bg4eg1971277 and chasis no. Md626bg48g1e75648. It becomes your duty to correct this disastrous fault. I need my insurance cover for which i am fully entitled to at any cost, failing which i am afraid i have to take the social media snd go viral sbout your incomplacency

                I bought a bike from tvs usmanpur 3rd pasta showroom.in the starting they r giving good server before purchasing the bike but now. My insurance date is over n I call their last 3 day but still their I insurance machine is not working. That's is so much wrost experience with tvs. N if I will b gone other showroom they are not do in NH insurance.

                  This is regarding AMC paid service for my Scooty Zest for a period of one year from one dealer. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the person to inspect the vehicle and after inspecting the vehicle they intimated that the vehicle can be delivered only the next day.

                  The authorized service centre from where I purchased the vehicle has recently opened another service centre near my residence but they refuse to accept service in the new service centre. This is absurd and highly ridiculous and after making the advance payment of AMC I have to beg these authorized centres for servicing the vehicle.

                    My name is aslam from farrukhabad, uttar pradesh, i have bought apache bike in dec’15 from your showroom which is situated at kalan, shahjahanpur, uttar pradesh and is approx 70 kms from farrukhabad as there was no blue color available in farrukhabad so i decided to buy it from kalan considering the reputation of tvs apache.

                    I am very much disappointed after buying it from tvs showroom. I had many more choices available into market but i preferred apache, since i bought it i am not able to use my bike as there is no proper documentation is done by showroom owner (Satish)

                    It has been 17 month following up with satish (Showroom owner) but gets no appropriate answer, due to lack of documents i am not able to get my registration certificate issued. I am very much afraid to take my bike on road what will happen if it got seized and who will be responsible for this tvs company, or showroom owner.

                    I wanted to buy one more bike but having treated like this i changed my mind and bought a bajaj avenger for myself but for your kind info their service is smoother to yours.

                    Good news is that satish (Showroom owner) has stopped picking up the call, trying to talk to him for a long time but no response.

                    I am really strange to know that this is the standard of your service, this is the way you treat your customers.

                    If you are not able to help then take my bike back and refund my money. I would buy another bajaj bike

                    Getting no appropriate solution will lead me to seek legal help.

                    A very disappointed customer….

                      We had purchased TVS Jupiter Titanium Grey LP from the dealer M/s Ahinsha Automobiles, 40 Krishna Park, Main Devli Road, Khanpur Delhi 110062, Invoice no. 2508, Invoice Date 16th Sept 2016.

                      We Farmland Premium Foods have been following up with them but there is No Proper response from their office.

                      We made a mistake by again buying TVS Jupiter inspite of knowing that the After Sales service of TVS Jupiter is one of the worst because I had complained to the Service Centre for the Problems which had during the service of the Vehicle but they dont care about the same.

                        I bought TVS Jupiter from Sabharwal TVS, Peeragarhi on 4th Sep’16 (Reg. DL4S DH 8333). I made the complete payment for the scooty however they are not giving the RC. I have been following up with them since the purchase but every time I call them they always say that I will get my RC next week. I have made hundreds of calls but every time I rudely receive a response that they will give me a call whenever they will have the RC. I escalated the matter to TVS email ids. I got a from Dinesh Goyal who claimed as the GM for Sabharwal motors 3 MONTH ago and promised me that I will get the RC within 3 days however whenever I call him back he carelessly says that he will check and get back to me and never does so. Mr. Ashish from TVS also called me stating that he is the right escalation point and I will get my RC within 3 days delivered to home. Its been 3 months since he promised me 3 days time. Every time I call him he says I will check and disconnects the phone and never calls me back.

                        I really feel the worst decision I have taken by choosing TVS Motors by looking at the torture they can give to its customer just for giving the RC.

                          I have purchased tvs jupiter on 8th March 2017, just i have driven 480 km only, not even 1st service, the two wheeler tvs jupiter is very very bad engine, i have faced a problem as below

                          1. Every now and then engine automatically off...

                          2. After giving choke then engine start (Ignition attempts 8 to 12 times)

                          3. Tvs declared mileage 62 km/l but i traced the mileage of this only 30 to 35 km/l

                          4. More vibration in starting mode only

                          5.Engine of the Scooter is not smooth

                          Return the full amount or give good scooter

                            I have apache rtr 180 white it was having a problem of power supply and i had given the bike for service to sarur tvs dharwad they attended the service but not clear the problem and made bill of nearly rs.4k and the bike didn't even go for 10km also again it break off and we again took the bike for service next day for same and gave but the problem was not cleared yet. Very very very very very very poor service by tvs dharwad...

                                I purchased spare parts (Tvs apache indicator, handle coupler) from tvs agency on 03 may 17 from tvs agency etawah (Sree chaudhary auto sales) and asked him for bill he totally refused to give bill and said "modi ban rahe ho kya tum kuchh nahi ban paoge aur usne kah diya wo saman hi nahi dega mujhe. Mere saath mechanic tha usne request kiya tab usne saman diya aur usne bola tumhe saman kabhi nahi doonga kabhi bhi aana maine malik ka poonchha bola mai hi malik hoon jo karna ho kar lena"
                                Sir i personally feel very bad only due to bill which is right of a customer please look into the issue.

Already 45 days are over after booking still i didn't get the bike. Showroom people had a call with your some manager in front of me they telling that i have to wait for one more month. M a tvs phoenix user from three years before that 2 years of victor. So please accept my request and provide me the new bike in this week.

                                        Sir i sukanta paul has purchase a motor bike on 16 nov 2016. The registration was done on 30 dec 2016. The dealer give me the temporary number but several times i went to the dealer for my permanent number. The dealer telling that we have processed but till now it not done. On 4th april i call your customer care and told them the full matter they told that within 24 hours we will contact you but till now there 24 hours are over.

                                        So i request you to take it as serious as i am unable to use my bike as kolkata police is not allowing with temporary number after so many months of registration. This type of service is not acceptable.
