Dear sir / madam
'm shivaprasad from sringeri chikmagalore booked for a new apache rtr 180 white, in s s tvs sringeri. Already 45 days are over after booking still i didn't get the bike. Showroom people had a call with your some manager in front of me they telling that i have to wait for one more month. M a tvs phoenix user from three years before that 2 years of victor. So please accept my request and provide me the new bike in this week.

    I am raiding 9 thousand km, my baik fornt shockobsor oil leeking, the wel not replace tha newone, pls replace my shockobsor, and disk break also not working properly, i tel the problam in 3 service, the wel not dou the shockobsor problam, 4 th service also like same answer compeny not given replace u r shockobsor.

      Sir i sukanta paul has purchase a motor bike on 16 nov 2016. The registration was done on 30 dec 2016. The dealer give me the temporary number but several times i went to the dealer for my permanent number. The dealer telling that we have processed but till now it not done. On 4th april i call your customer care and told them the full matter they told that within 24 hours we will contact you but till now there 24 hours are over.

      So i request you to take it as serious as i am unable to use my bike as kolkata police is not allowing with temporary number after so many months of registration. This type of service is not acceptable.

        I had purchased on scooty TVS ZEST No.UP16BA0201 on 27.05.2015 from Aditi Automobiles C-2, Sector 10, Noida.Comprehensive insurance was also done on the advise of sales executive from their office and also renewal on 14.05.2016 from 27.05.2016 to 26.05.2017 of IFFCO Tokio General insurance co. ltd. Policy no. 87182976. Today, I with my daughter went to Aditi automobiles office and met in their Insurance Division at 1st floor for renewal of policy but concerned staff refused to issue 3 rd party insurance policy citing that they are only authorised for comprehensive insurance policy. we told them to give in writing and amount for comprehensive policy. Their staff refused to give in writing.In the meantime, their executive, perhaps named Mr.Arvind, came from his room to us and asked me to get up from the chair rudely. I am a person who had undergone two major surgeries in my hip and slowly move with a stick. Even after telling him about the problem, he said that he didn't care and pulled me forcibly from the chair. He was not willing to listen and refused to reveal his name as well as refused to produce the complaint/suggestion book and rudely shouted to get out. After that we also went to the area Manager Office, D-3 & 4 (IInd Floor), Sector 10, Noida and met Mr. Rohit Malhotra, Area Service Manager- UP(West). He assured us to solve our problem. We waited for about one hour but all in vain. He also told us that they are not authorised for third party insurance and could not give us in writing but for the misbehaviour he had no answer. He did not even call the "misbehaving" executive to apologise for his misbehaviour saying that the person is Mr. Arvind, owner.
        In view of the above, I request to take necessary action against the executive who misbehaves with us i.e old customers.

        My bike got crashed in a accident but dealer/agency named Ansari automobile district Mau is not taking proper compliance that is why my bike is as dump at the mentioned agency. This is a unfair and very uncomfortable facility of tvs for its customers. Kindly direct the agency head in seeking of my bike repairing soon. Thank you.

          I have purchased tvs Jupiter in jul 2016 and completed it's all free services but mileage is only 22kmpl to 25. I have already been complaint about its to dealer but they have didn't give a good response
          Please mujhe btaye ki mujhe kya karna hoga ya phir dealer Ko instruct Kro ki wah koi solution de otherwise mein consumer court mein appeal krunga.

            Tvs jupiter back tyre issue (Kubera motors hsr layout)

            I given scooter before 4 days for service but still it is not ready and they are not responding properly. This scooter i purchased 3 months back and the tyre is damaged, this will cover in the warranty.
            At any cost you need to replace the scooter tyre with the new one. I need it on tuesday morning 2nd may 2017..
            Please do the needful.

            I bought apache RTR . On the same day of purchase some sound is coming from the read break side and when i approach to service center they are saying it will automatically go out within one or two days and now again when i visited to show room for that problem so they are saying we can not do anything​ just talk with customer care so i called to customer care on[protected].

            The executive said to me that he can not do anything and if you have problem with bike so you can go to any other bike servicing center apart from TVS .and i talked so rudely with me .
            Aftet that he disconnected the call.

            So what can i do ?

            Should i send him legal notice or what?

              My name is Gaurav Tomar. Yesterday on 30th April, 2017, I gave my scooter i.e TVS Jupiter having Registration No. DL5SAR 5308 at Binsar TVS located at 100ft road nearby Durgapuri chowk, Shahdara, Delhi-110032. I am very much disappointed with the service they have provided to me. They charged me Rs 50 for nitrogen gas in the tires but the were unable to do that and asked me to take refund after the lunch. No customer is willing to wait for 1 hour to take refund of Rs. 50. How can they expect it from any customer. Along with that the main issue was with the engine. After taking out my scooter from the service center, the engine got off after couple of kilometers and not get started. I have to pull it for almost 2 Kilometers to find out a mechanic. I called at service center but no one picked up my call. Is this the way TVS motors entertain their customers. What is the benefit of getting my vehicle serviced at your service center if I again have to look for a local mechanic outside and have to pay him. I want refund of all the money which they have charged me of Rs. 1265 carrying bill no. 2661

                Dear sir/man,
                It is to inform u that, i purchased tvs sport bike (Indigo, blue) on dated 5.09.2016 from jaithari, district anuppur (Madhya pradesh).
                Chasis no is md625mf52f1f99230.
                Engine no is df5ff1180163.
                As per tvs company, the bike average should be 85 kmpl. But it gives the average of only 45 kmpl.
                Also 3 no of bike services completed. But no improvement found in bike average.
                Kindly do the needful.

                  Suffering from a problem of starting in my tvs jupiter. It stops suddenly and didnt start again. Within 5 month i facing so many problems. I am very fed up with this and ur service agents r very lazy.. They r not responsible. I want to replace my tvs jupiter just coz of m scared of this scooty. When i used this m not ride on the midfle of the road coz last time scooty suddenly stop on the midd of the road and m very lucky coz of the road no other vehicle. Kindly replaced my scooty.

                    My self akash jena had purchased aapache bike from sundargarh just 2 months back bearing vechile no. Od-14k /0261, due to unavailability of the aapache bike at rourkela delaer.
                    I had done the servicing for 3 times at guru govind dealer at rourkela but service and behavoiur of found unsatisfied.

                    Problem found in bike

                    Mobile leakage from filter, problem remains from 1st servicing to till date.

                    Already informed to the staff during servicing period but getting unsatisfy answer — there is no solution for this, it will remain like this and behaved rudely...

                    Before 2nd servicing time period delaer had advice to do the same...

                    Kindly take the necessary action & matter is most urgent. Awaiting for the permamnet solution as soon as possible from your end...

                      I'm chandraseker Dindigul. I have a tragic episode regarding your Dindigul dealer service. It was some years ago, I took delivery of one new moped. I had taken my daughter along with me. She was so ecstatic that she insisted that she would drive the new moped on her own. I obliged and I was riding my scooter ahead. After some distance I looked behind and found no trace of her. I got frustrated and went in search of her. She was simply pulling manually the moped with everyone on the road looking at her. The moped had run out of fuel after covering a kilometre or so. I could never forget the akward feeling in my life. So also my daughter. When I took up the matter with the dealer, I was told that they used to deliver the vehicle with only 200 ml of petrol. Why this complaint so belatedly?. Today I happened to see a news item in Dinamalar that TVS motors stand first in customer service. What a fun!

                        Dear sir,

                        I have purchased tvs jupiter on holi fastival day 2017, just i have driven 540 km only, not even 1st service, the two wheeler tvs jupiter is very very bad engine, yesterday i have faced a problem as below

                        1. Every 1 min engine automatically off.
                        2. After giving choke then engine start (Ignition attempts 6 to 8 times)
                        3. Tvs declared mileage 62 km/l but i traced the mileage of this only 26 to 28 km/l
                        4. More vibration in starting mode only

                        Please try to return the full amount or give good scooter

                        I am requesting you to please register a file on above points and send to tvs company.

                          Tvs company service centres are not satisfying the customers

                          issues of vehicle after servicing:

                          ABS Failure, slow breaking, pickup down, mielage issue, rear disc setup sound disturbance while driving, fuel gauge issue, fuel gauge issue it was continued from last 3 servicings, i was dissatisfied with ur service

                              Still i didn't received the rc book. When i talk to them, they were not given proper response. Always ways will resolve it. Its over already 2 yrs. Still not give/send my rc boo.

                              Please take an high severity action on this dealer.

                              This dealer is very worst worst while communicating with customers.

                                  I bought TVS Jupiter from OCEANIC TVS MOTORS, Ahmedabad(dealer code 10066).Its been less than an year (it has run less than 5000km) and I am having jumpers problem.This is WORST CASE FOR COMPANY that WITHIN AN YEAR JUMPERS gets worn out. TVS COMPANY should take this problem very seriously and get back to me with good replacement option.
                                  When I gave it to service center before 20 days they said that we dont have jumpers at present and we will replace it within a week. It has been more than 20 days and still they are saying same thing that jumpers are out of stock.
                                  I talked to Mr. Mehul he is looking sales and Mr. Darshan he is looking service department both of them are now not replying.
                                  No one is properly replying and my problem still is not solved.We have also not received local corporation tax receipt though we have paid the money to the dealer for that.

                                  I kindly request you to look into this matter and I get jumpers replaced at earliest.

On further investigation my amount of 300000/- has been put on Lean.so please treat this matter urgent because i have been already wait for 22 days.

                                      My self kaval Tyagi I have Apache Rtr 160 (up 15 AV 6102) yesterday(24/04/17) I went to sharda Meerut TVs service centre for my bike service I have a first number I told them in last Service Gk service centre padpad ganj new Delhi they fill 5000 km one engine oil so no need to replace the oil they told me sir we can't service your bike without engine oil then I show them the last bills so they told me we give your oil in bottle u use them later but we can't do the service without engine oil when I ask them can I talk to you senior then there are 3 boy of TVs company they will argument me and miss behave ten I told them ok leave that oil point my bike front dis break is not working then without any testing they told me the hole box is damage you will change it and it will cost you 1600 rs then I told them I don't want any thing thank you so much and I leave from there. And went to local bike service boy I tell them break problem then within 2 min he fix it in the cost of 20 rs then I'm surprised .TVs boys told me 1600 rs and this boy done this 20 rs so pls take a action on sharda TVs Meerut they charge high because there is only showroom Nd service centre in Meerut they don't no how to talk a custom they without searching tell the high amount this is a bad impact on TVs brand so pls fix it asap Nd I have a video proof also of her every statement.

                                      My bike TVS Apachae 160 which was purchased on 5 th july 2017.The bike has been driven 3900 kms till now. 2 services has been done.Till now 3 plugs have been short. This inconvinence has caused too much problem for me.
