Mein kashipur sa ranikhet ja rha tha achanak sa meri bike ki chain awaaz krne lagi meina apni bike ramnagar sub dealer satguru tvs per dikhai to meina mistri sa kha jara chain check krdo usne check ki aur kehna laga ki chain set beikar han change krna padega meina usse kha ki agla spocket daal dijiye abhi mein ayeka dalwa lunga kehta han ki ata hi nhi agla spocket pura set hi padega aur uska bolne ka tarika mistri puri baat sune bina hi chala gaya na hi koi waha supervisor rkha hua han jo han bhi woh baat tak to krne ko tayar hota nhi han meina apni bike haldwani mein dekhai to usne kha kuch nhi hua han bus chain ka lock awaz kr rha han aur usne lock nikal ke dubara laga diya meri bike thik ho gai pls aisa person ko authorized service station per met rakhiye jisse ki company ka sabse trust level brand sa bhi customer ka bharosa uth jaye ...yeh mera saath aaj paheli baar nhi hua han chain tak to tyte krta nhi waha ke worker ramps kha lagi hui han supervisor kha baitha rhta han baithna ka tamiz tak to han nhi customer sa relation company ko aga badati han kya company agla spocket nhi bnati han ager bnati han to kyu bnati han fir jab pura spocket hi change krta han worker chahe khrab ho yeh na ho apni marzi sa jissa pata han woh to bahas kr sakta han jissa nhi pata uska to ullu kaat deta han yeh worker apke ...

    Sir i purchased a new apachi rtr 180.In coimbatore, vilankurinchi national motors., tvs showroom in november 2015., by the tym of 2nd service i complained that the right side scoop is more vibration., the showroom manager and working persons said that they ill order and, in a week. Now the 3months passed, till now they are not responding properly for any of my quireies., and they din change the product also., its getting very hard to drive in that vibration., very worst customs care., they are spoling tvs brand name.., now i need a solution. Hope that my complaint could be taken into your consideration..,

      Hi,

      Its been a no pleasure doing business with tvs services. Last time also i had faced big issue despite informing in advance that i wont be available to collect the vehicle (Tvs - wego) from kalamkar tvs, baner in the evening.
      I was facing an issue with fuel leakage since last three days and so i talked with mr. Hemant and submitted my vehicle gettig assured by his words that my vehicle would be returned by the evening and a drop would be arranged for the same. I told him clearly that all the fuel had been leaked so pls make it sure that issue should be solved and also it would get dropped to my place later in the evening. But post that i didn't received any call from anyone of tvs saying my vehicle is ready and the issue has been sorted out. Only after calling hemant in evening around 5 i got to know that he is in hospital and somebody would call me from the service centre. Later i received a call from the service centre only to be told that vehicle is ready and i need to pay rs. 57 and can collect my vehicle. I told him, that i cant come, pls send some one to my place, its hardly 500mtrs and i would also pay him in the person. But the person didn't agreed and also when i told him to keep the key of my vehicle with the security, he didn't agreed on that too. I told him that i would come tom morn and pay in cash as i'm a genuine customer and hold a good rapport in market but he ignored that too. Later, i somehow managed to send my brother over there in rush situation to collect my vehicle as i was required to go somewhere imp.In evening, but to my wonder, the work even didn't happened in my vehicle. The fuel was even then leaking, i have an image and a video proof for the same.
      Any now now lets talk about the issue in particular :

      1. No respect for two year old customer.
      2. No customised service when already been told about while taking up the vehicle in the day time.
      3. Forget about the customer service, the work or the service for which the vehicle had been submitted at 12.30 of the noon time hasn't been accomplished till evening 6.30pm???

        Hi team,

        Initially i am glad to be jupiter family member for tvs.. But post 1 month of purchase i faced engine starting problem with my jupiter vehicle. The vehicle neither start by self start, with help of chouk nor with help of kick rod. Immediately took to service with 80kms runrate only. Even i didnt finish 1 year of warrenty and facing so many issues, purchase vehicle date (Date of purchase: 22nd july, 2015 with complete cash payment. Though we are giving regular servicing facing the same problems. Recently i have done 4th free service (21/04/2016) and today (11/05/16) my vehicle stucked on middle of road and not starting. Which is really not good and lost my emergency client meetings.
        I need a service agent should come to my office at gachibolwly, hyderabad and rectify the issue within 24hrs or other wise want to take it as very serious matter.
        I hop you understand how much problem iam facing with it. That is the way i am giving this feedback on the service and jupiter tvs brand.
        I am realizing i chosen wrong decision to elect tvs jupiter. I complained so many times also for service related.

          I have purchased TVS - Zest 110 from Vishnu TVS - Vagarayampalayam, Coimbatore - 641659. I purchased on 25 Dec 2015 and yet to date I have not received my vehicle book that too after many follow ups. This seems to be not good as per customer concern. take some appropriate action and need my vehicle book at earliest. We are totally dissatisfied with Vishnu TVS and TVS group.

            I brought new tvs apache old 180 bike after 1month iam facing so many problems like chain sound n gear shift sound n front disk pad they have been solve my problem n again iam facing same problem if I take ma bike to tvs service station they r not taking considering my problem as they problem.
            I changed my disk pad new product from tvs service station bt iam facing lot of sound in front disk... and ur service guys r not servicing my bike all... iam feedup with ur service guys...

              I have purchased TVS jest, 1 year back. Its run 4 years. I missed first 2 service because of out of station reasons. I have given 3rd service from tvs sub dealer(as they say). after some time. during running condition, Strange sound came up and Kicker jammed and self start not happening. This happened during running condition. This is scary as it would caused a accident, like sudden jam while running and Luckily god saved my wife.

              Now when i asked TVS showroom guys and company guy. He says. you have used extensively kicker or assembly problem.
              My question is. ladies won't use kicker and only once it was used, when i showed her, for any emergency purpose. How come extinsive use of kicker.
              If assembly problem, we don't do assembly. its done by showroom guys.

              4000km run vehicle, we have to replace crankshaft and since we missed two service we need to pay money.

              My question to tvs company. 1. what was real problem for this, since its safety problem and would caused severity because of Jamming.

              2. If i missed two service, what did they do in 3rd service, did they didn't do proper assembly.

              3. OR TVS engine good enough for 4000km and crankshaft thread will worn out.

              Lot of mental toruture from so called sub dealer and no warranty. I was not happy with the workshop they have. They don't know to use mallet else they use hammer to parts.

              They didn't give warranty and i was not ready to get it done at that pathetic sub dealer workshop.


              Request. my only problem is trusting TVS Zest, which has given problem.
              I don't mind paying for parts, but without knowing reason of problem.

                Hi Sir,

                This is Lucas Joseph, I wanted to apply for top up loan from TVS finance (as per the call and message i received); i approached the showroom and met a person name : hari, at SBM TVS showroom, pervallur, chennai.

                i submitted all the documents on 29th April, he told me that first preference will be given to Veichle loan due to month end and hence asked me to wait for one week. I waited for one week and went to the showroom on 7th May. They asked me to come on Monday; i went on Monday 9th May and signed the documents and application form. They said that they will send person for verification. till date no one has come, and there is no update given to me...everytime i need to follow up, even i call the showroom no one is attending the call...why you people provide offer to customers and when they want to avail the offer, you are mistreating team...? this is absolutely ridiculous.

                Can someone look into my application and let me know the status...?

                  Hi I'm thilak form Mangalore I have TVs apache 180 new I regularly service may bike in novel motors Mangalore thokktu bt service is really very bad they are not taking may bike to service bcz there is no technition to service may bike I never seen this type of worst service Eva plzzz help and may bike has cylencer rusting cmlent and oil leakage in engine head plzzz tke action to that fake service center

                    I have purchased tvs apche rtr 180 abs rs.95, 000. From aligarh in february 2012. One of the internal part (Magnet and coil) were damaged due to loose of nut bolt inside magnet. I have taken to local tvs authorised dealer in mainpuri (U. P.). He didnt accept my bike for repairing due to non availability of parts. Motorcycle is not in running condition and they told me that take it aligarh show room from where you have purchased. I have complaint on tvs complaint number. But unfortunately i didnt get positive answer from them. Now i have no option to repair my bike. Please help me out.

                          my name is somasekhar from tirupati, andhrapradesh. recently I brought a new tvs xl heavy duty from vijayabharathi tvs showroom in d.r mahal road, tirupati.i have some complaints regarding this tvs showroom
                          1. when i brought my bike they said if you doesn't keep extra fittings we wont give you service book. for service book we purchase extra fittings. they are making cash by blackmailing people.
                          2. they said first 3 services are free then 2 services are paid. in first 3 services they just cleaning with oil and giving back to us. they doesn't take care about our repair complaints.
                          3. this is very important compaint. when we gave a bike to service they just removing our extra fittings like saree guard, some clamps and indicator buzzer. when we ask about that they simply said "it is not there when you gave bike to us". free service is just to make our bikes to spoil and damage by ourselves.

                          If you doesn't take this compalints seriously defenetly i will go through legally for consumer court.
                          Defenetly i won't recommend bikes from this vijayabharthi dealer to my friends and well wishers.

                          Thank you for your immidiate response from you. some persons from vijayabarathi tvs, kv ramana, purna chandar, anil and bhaskar, came to our home and asked about our problem. I explained them clearly what i faced there. they said we will rectify it again. But i already repaired my bike by private mechanic. I have a small request from my side. please never make it not only me for another customers also.

                          Thank you for T.V Srinivasan sir for your response. Really I'm very happy for what you have done for your customers.

                            My apache rtr 160 6 months old rear disk is heavy heating heavily, carbratorfuel leaking millage problem in my bike full tank is taking 18 litres why. In tristar motor their is no proper response they are treatinng like a beggers why we r not paying bill aha u r gave bike free aha for me we had paid cash and only na taken then for wt blady dash they r doing like this.

                            I have new aapachi rtr 160 in 23 March 2016. My bike run only 2 km then my bike engine is very hot. I complain tvs showroom moradabad but first service after my bike same condition I not like this bike.
                            Why my bike engine is very hot only run 2 km
                            I have booked the apache rtr 200 after a long wait snice the lauch in Jan 2016.
                            Now after the booking the dealer says again 2 months waiting period.

                            Why there is so much of delay why no proper response on this to customers and dealers?
                            This is a product made in india. But why delay ?
                            Maximum pleas avoid any tvs bikes, their spares are very expensive, build quality of parts very bad, also their service system and the support system from the local center or even the company is very bad. They will reply to your complaint email after one year !!!

                            will only last the bike for max 2 years or 75k km after that you have to garbage it, after repairs cost to half of the new bike amount !!!

                              I bought tvs jupiter on 21/01/16.i get done 2 sevice but milege shown in tv ads in 62kmpl but mine was giving only 35kmpl. is it type making people fool by showing on tv ads that it was giving 62kmpl but reality it was giving only 35kmpl. i already told about sevice mechanic but anything didnt done. so it thats means ads are fake and you are making us fool.plz see on this issue

                                I purchased tvs jupiter on feb 02/2016 initially i found some defect in handle bar and fork. Informed same to mechanic during 1st service but they said all are perfect its new vehicle. Also corburator problem.. Again went their told its very difficult in riding during breaking vehicle goes right side... They said vehicle is good no defect at all. Finally when i checked with outside mechanic, he clearly shows defect in handle bar/fork that y while riding vehicle goes right side... Going to leave 2nd service now.. Will check how they respond...

                                See vehicle carburator problem, worst beaking system...especially if we go doubles no control at all...Hope you will help me to resolve the issue.. tomorrow (07/05/2016) going to dealer to leave 2nd service, will ask once again with them.                                 Not recieving service from TVS showroom

                                As im buyed a bike(TVS APACHEA RTR160) past 2months back. the bike doesn't existing the self button and i complianed at TVS showroom but yet taking as responsible. please do favour as soon as fovour.
                                Same issue persists... fork problem...
                                I don't know how they closed complaint without notifying me... silly...

                                If this the state of affairs with TVS Motor's customer service centre what are going to get our problems resolved? In the beginning itself they had mentioned not to pour our emotions which is very clever. I rather doubt their credibility in rendering service to their loyal customer as really they take us for a ride.
                                I could not assimilate the rudeness showed by the so called Service Manager on a senior citizen despite my pleadings.
                                I doubt whether any complaint made here would receive genuine redressal?
                                I have purchased Jupiter and it is having startup issue since I have purchased it, had a word with customer care to replace the Scooter, as it is under warranty, but they said we can not replace it and when we handover the scooter it was in OK condition, Now my question is that do you have any provision where customer can take 3/4 days test ride before purchasing same Bike/scooter(pathetic response).

                                Today, 3rd time I have given my scooter to service centre for same issue. Service centre engineer fix it for the period of 2 months and after 2 months over scooter start giving startup issue. Not sure whether TVS service centre engineer are well trained or they just giving temporary solution and waiting for warranty expiry date, so that they can charge more money to me to fix that issue, which they can fix it under warranty.

                                I will request TVS customer care to have look into it and fix the issue permanently, as this scooter is used by my wife and yesterday due to this problem she has to push the bike around 3km.

                                Scooter has been given to Yash TVS Service Centre, Wraje, Pune to fix the issue permanently. Kindly do follow up with the service centre.

                                  I puchased tvs jupiter(zx) scooter on 5th jan 2016 from brij tvs mathura.
                                  This is very glad to say that service centres of tvs is very useless. Shokers of my tvs jupiter is in very bad condition they does nt work properly. I have complaint it to tvs head office they said to go service centre . I have go to service centre 5 times but doesn't do anything they decrease or increase the air and said that this is working properly there is no to change it. This is serious problem for me so pls take some strict action company. So they can change the shokers.

                                    I have purchased new tvs victor on 17.04.2016 i have done first service but as per tv ad it promise customer to provide mileage 75 per ltr but i think my bike gives mileage 30km per ltr. May i know that tvs cheats with customer.
                                    please look into this matter so that consumer cant be cheated with these types of motorcycle company by using national tv advertisement.

                                      Myself Brijeshwar kumar, purchased Jupiter bike through TVS finance on 13 of March, 2016 from Dharmana TVS, Gajuwaka-Visakhapatnam. Since that day onwards the showroom fellows have been taking real test of my patience. Till the date they are unable to provide me any assistance regarding vehicle's registration procedure and unfortunately my temporary registration got expired too last month. In spite of my several visits and calls they are not able to provide me any details. Even they have failed to complete their commitment of providing a free helmet as they had made at the time of purchasing the vehicle. Same thing has been happening with my colleagues too who purchased same model with me. Apart of this I have been noticing vibration of bike while driving and can hear engines different noise after my first free service. I have already told to service personal of the service center but he couldn't gave a ear. I am facing harassment of TVS fellows continuously.

                                        I had given my xuv 500 at kochi tvs mahindra, maradu juntion for servicing a month back (40, 000 km) . I have also taken the mahindra extra warranty. I had specifically asked to rectify 1. Rusting of the cars doors especially the driver door 2. Rusting of many parts of the car 3. Wrong messages coming on to the screen 4. Updation of the "map my india" software 5. The keys were not properly working and needed to corrected

                                        None of the above has been rectified nor did the service person provide me with an answer. Regarding the rusting the service engineer informed that he will write a mail and revert back. I also raised the issue the dealer service head but of no avail.

                                        Also i find the service not done properly. I doubt the car was serviced with new oil etc as when i start the car the smell is not of a properly run engine with more than usual vibration.

                                        I have given the vehicle again today for servicing and i need to draw your attention to the same
