I have purchased apache on 1st apr 16 after 2 days it was give problem of starting with kick and self.

I had visited showroom with my complaint but service center person not resolved my problem

My bike not yet passing still i'm facing this isuee from 2nd day.

I want to be replace my bike.

I hope u will take necessary action and resolved my problem.

    1st mail sent to Tvs company on 3rd Feb 2016

    I have purchased the TVS Jupiter (White) in the last week of April 2015 from TVS Showroom at Bhandup West, Mumbai..


    1. Within 2 months only, there were problems with the front bulb and the fuel gauge which I had to get repaired during servicing. The bike has been serviced thrice till date the last one being in the last week of November 2015. Therein, I specifically reported issues – one with the horn and fuel gauge and the second with the rumbling noises made by the bike. I was informed that the problem would be resolved by means of a special kit. However within a week of the servicing, the noises continued. I contacted the Pune Centre and got the bike repaired once again in mid December to curb the noise issue. However, when I collected the vehicle and started using it again, the problem persisted and continues till date. I again took this up issue with the Pune centre who gave me assurance that I would get a call from them and my vehicle will be picked up for repair within two days but it has been more than 7-8weeks that I have not received any call.


    2. I had to get the front bulbs replaced within 6 months of purchasing the bike. And as mentioned above the fuel gauge till date is non functional. It is highly disappointing to see the dismal performance of the accessories that surprisingly do not even have a shelf life of one year. It seems that every time there is a problem, the only solution is to go running to the service stations for repair. Should you not be able to offer an alternate, stable and long term solution in case of serious manufacturing defects as above?


    3. In the users servicing manual provided to us, it is mentioned that the engine oiling is to be done in every alternate service. However at the service station, we are always advised to get it done at every service. If the vehicle does require oiling at every service cycle, then why is the same not mentioned in the manual? Should you be in position to admit that such parameters mentioned in the manual are mere scripts and not to be enforceable practically? And if oiling is indeed not required at every service, by convincing us to get it done every time, are the authorized service centers not running a con on the public?

    I am sure you can appreciate the fact that I rely on my bike for my daily transport and this has caused a huge inconvenience to me. The entire experience with TVS Motors – the bike in itself as well as with the service centre has been extremely frustrating and disappointing to me. All of my visits to the service centre were unsatisfactory and I am highly disappointed that being such a renounced brand I am facing such kind of problems with the vehicle. I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved and my vehicle is not repaired to my satisfaction, I will not refrain from taking the matter to the consumer complain forum.

    Dear Anuj,
    You are aware about my issues in my Jupiter as I have mentioned in my trailing mail.
    I would like to bring to your attention that I am again facing same problem of rumbling noise. This issue I am facing from last 5-6 months. I had visited TVS service center 3 times for resolving this issue. During the first two visit they had repaired and in the 3rd visit some minor part was replaced.
    But I would like to bring to your attention that inspite of visiting so many times the problem is not solved.

    I am really fed up of this issues and I can't keep visiting service center again & again for the same.
    My 4th service is due from January 2016 but I had not done the servicing as this complaint is not getting solved.
    Mr Kumar from Bhandup TVS Service center had called me on last Monday and i had told him about this issue. He told that he will arrange some service engineer from TVS company and get the scooter checked. But since last 10 days I have not received any call from him.

    Can we get some permanent solution for this issue.
    Do you any scheme for buy back or replacement of scooter because I feel repairing is not a solution for this.
    If again repairing is only the solution than what are the chances that same problem will not be repeated.
    At the time of purchasing I thought scooter and after sale service of TVS are better than Honda, Yamaha but I was wrong and I am regretting alott after buying this scooter.
    I hope that you will look into this matter and awaiting for your response.

    3rd Mail Sent to TVS Company on 18th March
    I would clarify certain before visiting service center,
    What is the assurance that this problem won't be repeated after getting this repaired for the 4th Time.
    Last time also you had told me that issue wont be repeated, but I think issue is repeated again.
    If there is no assurance from your side, than I would prefer to get my scooter repaired from the Private dealer instead of going to authorized service center.


    I have not received any reply from company pertaining to last mail

      I gave scooty zest for 1st free service in ambattur tvs service center. I have made complaint as.,

      1. Main and side stand to be checked but, this has not done.

      2. When i open seat cover it is automatically closing so, i asked them to check but it is also not done.

      3. Front wheel slightly giving noise, which is not rectified.

      They have collected rs.340/- from me to change the oil, but, i do not know they changed or not.

      Totally, i am not satisfied this free service.

      Tvs service is very poor.

        Hi,
        i have tata indigo car and last month i had change my engine timing belt and timing Belt Bearing TVS Brand which i purchased from "Pioneer Automobiles" located at Motilal Nagar, Near Bhagatsingh Nagar, Goregaon (W) Mumbai.

        now i drive around 600 kmt. within 1 month and suddenly my Timing Belt Bearing was Broken and my timing belt also cute, i shocked to sea this but when i visit the shop where from i purchase this goods (TVS - Bearing) the shop for replacement, the shop guy says i was not our fault its happen sometime you could't get replacement of this, after long argue i leave the shop and visit another one where i get the original Bearing and purchase it, when i show the difference between both Bearings then i understand i was cheated by "Pioneer Automobiles" that was totally duplicate Bearing on brand of TVS Company.

        TVS Company should take a serious action against this type of cheaters and punished them and destroy this hole fraud network, they should not dare to do again this type of duplication work, then only they save there brand name...

          I purchase apache rtr 160 in last year feb 2015 with hope .This is very gud bike but i dont think that this is very low quality bike company bcz after purchasing the bike from next 2nd day i started facing many type of problems first in fuel tank noise then brake noise then engine noise after that bike start chu chu noise from sensor and service staff told me this is normal sound but now my engine is opend by service machenic in agency in only 10k drived bike so how we can say tvs is gud company i think why this company is not close and told you tvs again apache is bike who took your reputation again in market but you dont care that and u got over confident and let seee how your company graph going down continously ...

            There is no response and no proper service in our town ...I have that problem since when we buy that sctooy but the dealer is not responding properly ...

                Since 1st day of purchase my bike gears are too tight and strucked when suddenly stopped bike from little higher speed...then not running bike without strucked gears are clearing with spend some time in traffic...it is very danger to driving one...
                so many times i complained in service centre
                always they told cleared your complaint
                but not cleared
                now i scared driving on my apache...
                please give a solution

                  I bought tvs apache 180black on dasehara . 2 times i have serviced my bike with service center. But now on 3rd service, the service center is not accepting bike and saying that come early 8am .I have my collage on all weak days so i do not afford to give bike on 8am.
                  Another problem is my bike's front suspension is leaking oil.And that can be serious problem i think.
                  Before this i have got real disk break problem of oil leakage.
                  Plz co-operate with me ..And solve my problem as fast as you can.

                    I purchased a TVS Star City+ on december 2014, Within a month The Chain's pocket was broken and due to bend in the rare wheel rim there is obliging during driving from the day of purchase, after 3 months of purchase i had to change the tube of the rare wheel, recently i had to face a lot of problem because of low quality clutch cable which broke yesterday(08/04/2016)

                    i have spent a lot of money due to the above said problems.
                    Pleas refund the amount spent due to the low quality products by tvs and oblige.

                      I have made my tvs scooty service on 05/04/2016 at gorakhpur tvs, medical college road, gorakhpur-273004. As asked before taking the vehicle that what are the problems, i have told them and they told me that my vehicle would be ready till 3:00pm on that particular day, but i came to receive my vehicle the points that i have made a note was not rectified and no any other kind of checks were made to the vehicle. The mechanic who inspected my vehicle starts arguing with me in harsh manner and told me that i will only inspect those things that were listed on the sheet. No proper inspection would be made of the vehicle, the mechanic told me, his name is vijay shankar. They charged me rs. 1229/- total and yet the problem are not sorted out. Their is no-one to listen and things get rectified and they even lied that all problems has been cleared. This is one of the worst service center in the city.

                      Kindly, take some action against them and help me to sort out the problems of my vehicle.

                          I have purchased tvs jupiter from choudhary motors, bhagwati palace, near raj cinema, old delhi road, 308/2, gurgaon, haryana 122001, india phone:+[protected] on date 24 feb 2016, i have submitted complete documents at the time of purchase. Since then i have called them for rc more than 10 times but they never responded even though i visited more 5 times and every time they told me it is getting process and i 'll get a call from them when they received rc but when i again went choudhary motors by 3rd april 2016 and asked for the status they replied same. I forced them to show me the file then only they showed it and documents were not there and file was not processed. Again i submitted all documents on 3rd april but after 1 days later they called me that you have to submit the document again. I did it again and they gain assured me that they will provide me rc and regustration number by coming tuesday but still i haven't get any call from them.

                            I bought a new apace rtr 160. On purchase the left side doom was found not fit firmly. It was reported to the dealer, they promised to replace it but now it has happen four month and still the company dealer is just pretending but no proper response from them. Even during the second service, i remainded them but still they only promise but not taking actions to replace the doom damaged doom.
                            Above their service is very bad. Whenever i get service from the company, some parts which were loosen for service was not fastened after the service, they just wash the vehicle and just assemble the bike.
                            After service, there goes some thing wrong in the riding of the bike. This makes me to take the bike for service again the next day. During the second service the chain spracket which was loosened by the company for service was not fastened. I am totally frustrated by their service and the way they treat the customer is really very bad.
                            This is the same thing happened for my mother during the purchase and the servicing of the scooty pept. They treat us like a poop. Feeling frustrated and hope i wasted my in buying this bike.

                              Our new 3 mnth old tvs wego was complaint during driving, it was no balance after a small accident.We bring our wego to the service center( aiswarya motors, pathanamthitta, kerala) but no responds and complaints remain again, they payed 4751 rs from us.Our wego has 5 year warrenty, but our vehicle problem is not solved.What we do now?But before the accident our new wego was some balancing problem.

                                This is to bring to your notice that despite of my regular complaints for oil leakage from crankshaft, the complaint is not resolved from last 4 services in your authorised service centre m/s darshana automobiles situated in alwar (Rajasthan).The behaviour of complete staff including senior management is very casual and not taking any complaint seriously.My vehicle no is rj 02 st 5189 scooty pep + .I am a regular customer and always came only to tvs authorised service centre from beginning .I am really very annoyed and also suggest all other people to avoid coming to your service centre and also going to consumer court for the same.

                                  I am really sorry to tell you about the complaint aganist your branch in bangalore, whitefield (Trijval motors)..I gave my bike for routine service today .And i had a very bàd experience with your branch.They literally don't care about customers vehicle and damage all the parts. In my bike they have made soo..Sooooo many scratches and paint has gone.They don't even check the normal parameters in the service.This is really sad from your part,

                                  This is my humble request to look forward to my complaint and take necessary action..At least tell those mechanics to take care about the vehicle of customer who give their vehicle with full trust...

                                    Respected Sir/Madam I bought a TVS Star city plus in kumbakonam thasarathi before 5 months.many problems in my bike.some problem was immediately solved.
                                    And then one problem not solved.that is continues for 5 months.Am go to service center in weekly two times.but problem not solved.service center worker not properly service.

                                    Am mentioned here my big problem"back side wheel sound heavily when push a break"
                                    Most of the time complaint to the service center but not solved.one mechanic tell the answer " back wheel side have any one drop of water inside the break part the sound will be continued". Also i want to one question most of the bike go to outside for in rainy season but not come the sound why? .The machanic tell a answer not accepted for me.

                                      RPM needle keeps fluctuating since the date of purchase. i.e 18/10/2015.

                                      Facing the issue with its smoothness even after covering 3000 kilometers.

                                      Two free services have been done by the authorized agency but still the issue persists. They are incapable to identify the problem & fix the issue. More than 6 times I have launched the complaint for the same but the appropriate resolution is still awaited.

                                      Hope you can help me out at the earliest.

                                        My TVS Jupiter needed change of body parts due to an accident. I produced the vehicle for assessment on 25 January 2016. Even after 1 month, as there was no progress regarding body parts availability, I deposited my vehicle for its regular service and body parts change on 25 February 2016. My vehicle is still not completed as lack of availability of body partsis the reason. Let this be either fault of the service centre or of the company anyway, it is shameful part that a company cannot provide a part of their flagship product within 2 months. If this is the case your customer service of other products would be horrible most.
