Hi i request you to solve my vehicle problem as from the day of delivery my bike their has been misused the engine parts and reply from the dealar is unsatisfied same we are facing problem from the day one.

Kindly rectify the problem or else we will raise the complaint as per the law with the documents in the consumer court. Or else serious action will be taken as per the law.
I bought tvs jupiter on the month of april 2016..recently...and i can see that some times..it is not getting started...with the power and the pedal tooo...what should i do...is this a problem with only my vehicle..or the total company...please give me the solution..and because of this..am taking my own reputation in front of other's...

      I have wego vehicle and i am facing rear tyre air leakage problem. I checked with one of the tvs dealer they said rear alloy wheel got bent. And they told that it has to replaced though insurance. For my vehicle insurance provided by prabha tvs in kk nagar chennai. But they told me to contact insurance people and submit the form and then vehicle need to bring in to dealership for repair and they told me to make the payment and later insurance company will reimburse. I have been working in a corporate company and i cannot able to spend time for all this work.

        I have approach tvs service station at navsari for accidental claim due to minor accident only front mud guard damage. They inform me it will take 4 to 5 days, after 3 days i gave jupiter for repairing, up to 7 days they didn't reply about status, when we started approaching they didn't reply to 3 to 4 calls, then they told they don't have new mud guard to replace then they took 3 more days to repair it. For such a small replacement it took 10 days and company is claiming of express service. With this experience i understand the express service menace no service just washing. Vvv poor response from service department. Also i have received jupiter with improper break setting. Jupiter has completed only 1000 km.

          Hi, i have booked the new tvs apache rtr200 matte grey bike from arunagiri motors, hosur road 25 days ago. They promised to deliver the bike within 15-20 days. Its over 20 days & they are still not sure when they will recieve the load. They are just making fake promises & not giving the reason for the delay. They don't have any idea when the bike will be available. If someone knows the date the grey colour will be available in the market then let me know..!!

            I gave my tvs xl super vehicle for service on 23/04/2016 in Prabha associates authorised main dealer - tvs motor company old no. 41, new no. 56, 1st avenue, ashok nagar, chennai - 600083. the promised delivery date was on 23/04/2016 in written but orally the promised date was on 25/04/2016. when i called on 25/04/2016 they replied that vehicle was not ready due to spare parts unavailability, they didn't informed the customer about parts availability earlier here they neglecting customer right to know and also they gave reply that vehicle will get ready on tomorrow(26/04/2016) but on 26/04/2016 i called them same reply vehicle not ready due spare parts unavailability. service center people not giving the correct date of delivery prior to the customer. today 27/04/2016 also i called them same reply not ready. this is first time im getting such a poor and worst response from service center. they are cheating the customer by giving false promise of delivery date. in written they are giving earlier date but in reality they are not meeting.

              I have noticed noise from engine from very first time but tvs dealer personal said that it was a noise from chain as it was new.

              Today 23/04/16 i gave bike for 2nd free service and after that took a test drive with the engineer and the engineer admitted that there is some problem in engine.
              They said that engine should open to fix. The problem may be from main barring set. But this a new bike and i don't want to open the engine.
              I need a replacement.

              I purchased TVs scooter Jupiter 2 days ago. It's used 70 kms only. I am feeling scooter is dubbing humbling above 40 kmph speed. And today I went to work on this this stop in way and overflow the fule is leaking and patrol tank is empty in parking. I left that in parking today and waiting for help. That is not starting now.               I am tvs cutomer in kangayam. i give our super xl for periodical service on 25.04.2016. When that time he told me we will deliver on or before 26.04.2016 but till date i am not get our bike. When i am contact him tell the reason very badly i hurt on tvs. please take immediate action thank you.

                  We took delivery of new tvs scooty zest from royal tvs, chandranagar, palakkad, kerala on 20/04/2016. We were excited to take short ride on our new vehicle, however with in 3 kms we noticed that petrol was leaking, my aunt was shock to see that then we called the concern dealer they send some technician to look in to it. They worked for some time and assured as everything would be fine now, next day same issue hence we decided to take the vehicle to show room. After complete analysis they came in to conclusion that the issue is with carburetor and they will fix it for us. My aunt was depressed to know this and she politely requested the branch manager mr. Sunil to replace the vehicle but it was, disgraceful to see the way of response we got from the branch manager.
                  Branch manager was rude on his talk and said ''do what ever you want'' when my aunt said she will complaint to head office. This made my aunt to loose hope and the kind of good impression which had a great indian company like tvs.
                  As a conclusion we would like to say if this is the kind of customer service tvs dealers continue to do, they will loose as many as good customers in future.

                      I gave my tvs sports bike on 19-april for servicing in indian motor agencies bangalore and i told brake, milage problems. But they changed the engine oil with out asking me. I changed the engine oil 40 days back in shell petrol bunk which is worth of around 1000rs . There is no need to change it till 2500 kilo meters. After changed the oil it run the bike nearly 200 kms . At least while changing engine oil also they did not call me and the oil they pored in waste and the service manager is very irresponsible.

                      My new apache met with an accident and i have handover my bike to service section in ongole (vishnu priya tvs) on 28/3/16.They said bike will get ready by 8/4/16 .but still know there is no response and if we call to them they are telling that it will be completed by this day and tommorow, repeatedly.we are very tired of thier response...

                          I'm jaimin prajapati, living at pune. I bought tvs white jupiter on 25th sep, 2015 from wish you tvs, a sub dealer of shelar tvs (Main dealer). After buy, he failed to give me the documents within 15 days of purchase. So i put pressure on him for the documents including all from rto registration, insurance, warranty etc. Wish you tvs dealer's owner name is vijay jhadav and his mobile number is [protected].

                          So he gave me the documents after 1 and 1/2 months from the purchase and i didn't verify those documents at that time. Before 1 month i just come to know that all the documents which he gave to me are totally fraud and useless. Even rto registration number mh 12 mj 9372 of my jupiter is also wrong. It's registered with someone else.

                          I'm taking follow up from him since last 1 month and he always does false promises like it will be done in next 3-4 days. In last talk, he told me that my payment is already available to shelar but he is making delay. I don't know but there was some problems happened between them. But i don't care. I have paid for the scooter which i own and i don't have any documents of it.

                          As per the law, if sub dealer is failed to provide the documents, it is the responsibility of main dealer to give all the documents and in case of main dealer failure, it is yours responsibility.

                          Please check attachment for all the documents which i got from wish you tvs. Also verify the engine chasis number and you will get to know that my jupiter is being given to wish you tvs by shelar tvs.

                            I brought the TVS Jupiter on 16th June 2014. Currently it is in the warranty. I am getting some annoying noise from the engine so I took this to service center and As per their inspection it is happening due to some damaged bearing which needs to replaced and it took almost 6000 to 7000 Rs which I need to pay. This cost is not cover in the warranty as my service schedule is not regular. My service was not regular as I am not using this scooter too frequently. Here company is not ready to replace the faulty engine part as it is in warranty period

                              Hi good noon,

                              I am writing this to you becausepame, I am not satisfied with the service of my first service of new Apache 180.

                              Let's go through complete scenario.

                              Before 12 or 15 days I got my bike serviced and mention my problems which I was facing. After 1 and a half day I got my bike serviced, and I found some problems not fixed and one new problem after service, which I share with "mahalalshmi service center" isanpur, Ahmedabad on next day.

                              And they said they have to check it so I have to visit service center again.

                              After a week I got time to visit service center and again put my bike for service.
                              And they serviced MH bike for 2 and a half day after 2 and a half day I went for delivery of my re-serviced bike, and I was shocked! The service guy is asking me what problems I am facing? I politely describe my 2 major problems

                              Problem1: bike is too much vibrating and making some odd noive from steering.

                              Problem2: when I use breaks, I got some nice from breaks.

                              And then the service guy took me for test drive and then he told me that

                              For problem 1: bike is making some nice from steering but vibration is okay.

                              For problem 2: new bike doesn't make noise from break, but my bike is 1000kms driven so it will usually make noise.

                              After hearing these kind of silly solution and answers I went for test drive to TVS showroom. And I found these 2 problems were in only my bike.

                              My complain to TVS service center is,

                              Can't they handle their customers politely?
                              Can't they provide complete solution to customer problem ?
                              How many times should customer visit for service center's irresponsibility.

                              I have many things to share regarding problems I am facing currently.


                              One thing is more important, I have visited isanpur service center 4 times for the same problem, my one day income is 1250, so TVS wasted my 5000/- for this month and still my problem is not fixed.

                              I asked waxing for my bike in service and they told me we do not have sufficient staff, so we are not providing waxing/polishing service, which is mentioned in my service book ( includes waxing ).

                              Kindly provide permanent solution to my problem.

                              Here by I am sharing a photograph what they have done with my bike.

                              They have used packing gum tape in my ignition part, which is not good. Have a look in attached file.

                                Hi Respected Sir/Madam,

                                I am Shine Binoy from Bangalore. I have request regarding Fiero bike. Tvs company is hold an sale of fiero product, why don't you people come up something with fiero by upgrading that same to take it next level, when you come with victor, why??? You people can't come with fiero. Please I request to TVS reapectives to upgrade fiero first verion (TVS Suzuki Fiero) Fiero to upgrade ro next leavl. If come up with fiero sure you people will rock market till hell. When Hero company is upgrading there CBZ in many different versions. Why? We peolpe can't do it??? A small suggestion... please we are capable enough to rock India buy Tvs products. Please still we don't have any bikes like FZ, Gixxer, FZ s, R15, Avenger, etc. Tvs we are only compitating with Bajaj Pulsare products. Please wake up and rock. You people are only using Apache after the eara of fiero. Please we are waiting to see your new products.

                                I need this to be suggested to Higher level of TVS officials and do an needful help.

                                    1st mail sent to Tvs company on 3rd Feb 2016

                                    I have purchased the TVS Jupiter (White) in the last week of April 2015 from TVS Showroom at Bhandup West, Mumbai..


                                    1. Within 2 months only, there were problems with the front bulb and the fuel gauge which I had to get repaired during servicing. The bike has been serviced thrice till date the last one being in the last week of November 2015. Therein, I specifically reported issues – one with the horn and fuel gauge and the second with the rumbling noises made by the bike. I was informed that the problem would be resolved by means of a special kit. However within a week of the servicing, the noises continued. I contacted the Pune Centre and got the bike repaired once again in mid December to curb the noise issue. However, when I collected the vehicle and started using it again, the problem persisted and continues till date. I again took this up issue with the Pune centre who gave me assurance that I would get a call from them and my vehicle will be picked up for repair within two days but it has been more than 7-8weeks that I have not received any call.


                                    2. I had to get the front bulbs replaced within 6 months of purchasing the bike. And as mentioned above the fuel gauge till date is non functional. It is highly disappointing to see the dismal performance of the accessories that surprisingly do not even have a shelf life of one year. It seems that every time there is a problem, the only solution is to go running to the service stations for repair. Should you not be able to offer an alternate, stable and long term solution in case of serious manufacturing defects as above?


                                    3. In the users servicing manual provided to us, it is mentioned that the engine oiling is to be done in every alternate service. However at the service station, we are always advised to get it done at every service. If the vehicle does require oiling at every service cycle, then why is the same not mentioned in the manual? Should you be in position to admit that such parameters mentioned in the manual are mere scripts and not to be enforceable practically? And if oiling is indeed not required at every service, by convincing us to get it done every time, are the authorized service centers not running a con on the public?

                                    I am sure you can appreciate the fact that I rely on my bike for my daily transport and this has caused a huge inconvenience to me. The entire experience with TVS Motors – the bike in itself as well as with the service centre has been extremely frustrating and disappointing to me. All of my visits to the service centre were unsatisfactory and I am highly disappointed that being such a renounced brand I am facing such kind of problems with the vehicle. I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved and my vehicle is not repaired to my satisfaction, I will not refrain from taking the matter to the consumer complain forum.

                                    Dear Anuj,
                                    You are aware about my issues in my Jupiter as I have mentioned in my trailing mail.
                                    I would like to bring to your attention that I am again facing same problem of rumbling noise. This issue I am facing from last 5-6 months. I had visited TVS service center 3 times for resolving this issue. During the first two visit they had repaired and in the 3rd visit some minor part was replaced.
                                    But I would like to bring to your attention that inspite of visiting so many times the problem is not solved.

                                    I am really fed up of this issues and I can't keep visiting service center again & again for the same.
                                    My 4th service is due from January 2016 but I had not done the servicing as this complaint is not getting solved.
                                    Mr Kumar from Bhandup TVS Service center had called me on last Monday and i had told him about this issue. He told that he will arrange some service engineer from TVS company and get the scooter checked. But since last 10 days I have not received any call from him.

                                    Can we get some permanent solution for this issue.
                                    Do you any scheme for buy back or replacement of scooter because I feel repairing is not a solution for this.
                                    If again repairing is only the solution than what are the chances that same problem will not be repeated.
                                    At the time of purchasing I thought scooter and after sale service of TVS are better than Honda, Yamaha but I was wrong and I am regretting alott after buying this scooter.
                                    I hope that you will look into this matter and awaiting for your response.

                                    I would clarify certain before visiting service center,
                                    What is the assurance that this problem won't be repeated after getting this repaired for the 4th Time.
                                    Last time also you had told me that issue wont be repeated, but I think issue is repeated again.
                                    If there is no assurance from your side, than I would prefer to get my scooter repaired from the Private dealer instead of going to authorized service center.

                                      I gave scooty zest for 1st free service in ambattur tvs service center. I have made complaint as.,

                                      1. Main and side stand to be checked but, this has not done.

                                      2. When i open seat cover it is automatically closing so, i asked them to check but it is also not done.

                                      3. Front wheel slightly giving noise, which is not rectified.

                                      They have collected rs.340/- from me to change the oil, but, i do not know they changed or not.

                                      Totally, i am not satisfied this free service.

                                      Tvs service is very poor.
