I purchased a tvs sport bike on 10th march 2016 in the evening from g.S. Motors, meerut road, ghaziabad. The bike which i chose was scratchless and the bike which was delivered to me had scratches on the petrol tank which i noticed today morning i.E 11th march 2016, when i went to the dealer (G. S. Motors), their behaviour was very rude and they were not ready to listen to me, instead they were telling you are at fault and misbehaving which was very shocking as i shelled out rs.44000/- for a new bike.
I want to get my bike replaced immediately as it is a fraud with me.
Please help me in this matter as soon as possible.

          I have meet with an accident due to which my vehicle got damaged, after reaching showroom I came to know that it will take 8 days to get it repaired and even that damage part was not available with them. so I ordered that part and kept the vehicle in the showroom for repairing.
          No one informed me at the showroom that to claim the accident you should have take the quotation and all.. after few days when i follow up null actions were taken, no body has informed the insurance and my vehicle was there for several days...things went on I register accidental claim with my insurance company and the insurance guy came there, at that time also quotation was not ready and that survey guy went without having quotation.
          I follw up with the showroom ppl again to send the quotation to my insurance complany ..and after all the truma with showroom and insurance guy finally I got my vehicle and paid the full amount.
          To my surprise Showroom guy told me that he will send the bill to insurance company and you will get your claim.. after few days when I called my insurance company they told me that they have not received any invoice so my claim is still pending.. again mental trauma started..finally insurance company approved the claim that too less than 50%.. because quotation was not ready and showroom guy added lots of things after that...

          Please educate customer well about the insurance and procedures. don't give damn excuses that all the personals are busy...I went through lot of mental trauma and lost money too ..I will not recommend TVE wego to anyone even if they get it free, ...

            My bike is TVS Jupiter it is being automatically rise to its its limit in accelator from purchasing of the bike after 10 days the same problem was repetedly going and was informed to the consider show room on the matter there is no response from them on the matter and saying it's a service problem in beginning that's all.

              Unfortunate buyer - recommend to buy this bike by a mechanic.

              my vehicle no . TN 22 DA 5531 date of purchase - 25/7/2015. Trouble faulty bike sold to me. Reason : around 5000 Kim's big noise from back of the engine they changed the back engine bearing around 7000 horn stop working when they told to kick start the bike in the morning - no improvement now 8000 Kim's front oil seal leaking and now improper accelerating, went to the dealer he told one me that out so many vehicle one will have problem my issue aim a scapegoat for your fault vehicle.

              Need to change my bike

                Hi,

                I had bought my bike (TVS Apache 180 ABS) from "Try star Motors", Jeevan Bima Nagar Main Rd, Bangalore location.

                And so far i did Three free services from the same service station.

                Compliant 1 : Before First service itself i felt that, the bike is shaking when two people are riding. but they didn't fix that issue and still it was existed.

                Compliant 2 : After First service i found one more issue with Head light. that i am hearing some sound whenever we jump from the speed breakers, which is also they didn't fixed from last two services.

                Apart from that i went another time separately, but still they didn't fixed the issue.

                As i know this is the best worst service station in Bangalore.
                Once I saw the workers grab the petrol from the customer vehicles and using it for other purposes.

                One more thing is the response from the workers is also very bad(Not everyone but most of them).

                  Servicing in the Haldwani, TVS workshop, is completely unprofessional. They take proper care of customers time, for the servicing of vehicle every time they take more 6 to 7 hrs, which is really unprofessional which led to the lots tike waste of the customer.
                  Customers dealing is also not upto date.

                    I am writing this complaint letter on behalf of my vehicle (Reg no: kl-33-c-8446) given for servicing in tvs mahindra kottayam on 29th of february 2016. I was doing my service out side due to my previous experience of poor service and dissatisfaction regarding the service and the advisers attitude towards to the customer.

                    Since last week i got a call from tvs chennai and they offered me 5% discount on spares and 10% discount on labour charges and free body wash. I thought that it was your genuine words, and i given my vehicle to kottayam service center. Now i under stood that its all fraud words to make the business. It was totally disappointed with the service and even verse approach by the adversers and charged me a lot with a heavy bill.

                    I had given my vehicle on monday for general service and in additional to general service i pointed out other complaints to advisor like the problem with the fuel gauge, hand break indicator, low clutch etc. The advisor given me an estimate of rs:15000/- with the replacement of clutch disc assembly & general service and committed that he will give back the vehicle on next day after all servicing. But no one called me untill tuseday and informed on wednesday that the vehicle is ready after service. But unfortunately i was not able to take the vehicle since i was out of station. I had taken my vehicle on saturday and checked the complaints and found that it was not at all attended by the service engineer. The complaint regarding the fuel gauge and the hand brake indicator still not working and informed to the advisor also. There responds was too unhappy and told me to bring on another day. The total bill comes of rs:18000/- and enquirer withe the discounts as committed and they states that its after discount without mentioning any discount value in the bill. How come know that its after discount. Its really cheating and cannot be accepted. Also some parts has been replaced without any prior information to me.

                    The over all service feed back is very poor done and irresponsible advisory by tvs when we compared with toyota and maruthi.

                    Hope my complaint will take into consideration and please feel free to contact me for any further clarifications

                      I bought Apache on 13th Dec 2015 from Rushav Tvs, next day i found that the back brake lever is touching the silencer and it was vibrating. Due to that there is a mark on the silencer. I went to showroom they said its just assembling problem, it will be fine. They asked me to go service centre. I went there and they fixed the issue. After few days same problem arised again and i gave my bike for servicing. After servicing it was good but again after 1month same problem arised again. This time when i went there they said Sir you need to replace the silencer or brake lever and for that you have to pay.
                      I want it to be replaced for free of cost because i had already informed their sales person about this.

                      I bought this bike last Friday and I'm facing same problem as mentioned above..because of it I'm unable to apply full force on rear brake..so, i want to know did they resolve the issue..?? And what's the solution for that..
                      You have to go to service centre and ask them to assemble the silencer and rear brake again and don't pay them. When u apply sudden brake in that case, same problem occurs, otherwise its fine.

                      Yeah after that it is working fine currently.
                      You might b also facing the kick start problem, dont forget to check the kick start when u get this thing resolved.

                        I have purchased a TVS Apache rtr 180 on 31 Dec-2015 from our nearest TVS store. Purchasing same day I have faced many problems such as Vibration problem, Brake noise problem, Meter noise problem, gear shifting problem, Clutch lever jerking problem after that I had took my bike to the service centre but still problems remain like before. recently I visited the service center again but they are not giving any clarification about my problems.Kindly look in the problem.

                          I have booked a TVS Scooty pep +(ice blue) in Prabhas associates, Ashok Nagar, Chennai 83 on 13/2/2016. I have been promised to take delivery of the vehicle from 10 days of booking. I did not get any response from the showroom since my booking. I was forced to call showroom asking for the same, and found everything ends up in vain. Despite repeated calls, the administrator of the showroom does not show any interest in delivering the vehicle. The scenario was also not explained properly. It caused me mental agony and chaos in the family. Action may be taken in this regard at the earliest. Let me keep informed about the exact date of delivery of vehicle.

                            Sir I am Vaithianthan from Salem Tamill Nadu, I purchased TVS Wego and the Registration number is TN 30 AP 1938. Every three months i seviced my motor cycle in Rain bow TVS center salem. in the month of February 26th i gave my motor cycle for service i insisted the service center authority the petrol tank cap is in not good condition so petrol is leaking in my vehicle. She roughly demanded 2500 and they told your vehicle will repair on 28th February 2016 so i went to the service center they asked 2010 i paid the amount but i was shocked they never touch the petrol tank and the petrol leaking is still going on. It is very dangerous to burn and burst at any time. So it is not safety for my life. I request you please immediately to rectify the problem and to assure safety of my life.

                              Sir,

                              I handed over my TVS Wego the Registeration No is TN 3o AP1938 for service in Tamil Nadu, Salem Rainbow TVS Service center . I told the service center for replace the oil tank cap it was very loose in condition and petrol leaked through the oil tank cap. The petrol smell came and it is very dangerous. They charged 2010 for sevice. But they didnt replace oil tank cap and they didnt touch the oil tank and return back my motor cycle. They didnt tell any thing and the petrol is leaking still now. So i am totally upset for poor services i need suitable remedies.

                                I have a problem with my vehicle from the first day. They don't know what is the fault with the vehicle#(RDC TVS). I have already have a pulsar 150 which is 4 years old. The vehicle seems to be perfect. Bajaj service centre is great. I'm going to raise a complaint against RDC TVS.

                                  Hello,

                                  Unfortunately writing this mail with huge disappointment from TVS motors.

                                  I have bought a TVS Jupiter vehicle on 28th of January 16 (probably the worst decision of my life). It’s not even a month today, and I have to visit the service center thrice.

                                  On the first occasion, within a week I guess, the horn of the vehicle stopped working and the service center guy just made the horn wiring tight, post which it started working.

                                  Few days later, the self-start stopped working. I visited the service center again and without even checking the guy told that I have to leave the vehicle for them to investigate.

                                  The manager of the service center was not available and upon calling him he asked the mechanic to look into the issue. Initially I was informed that the battery drained out due to the faulty mobile charger socket (which was company fitted). They will charge the battery and I have to check if the issue persists I would have to come again.

                                  Upon major arguments, and post involvement of the showroom owner, the battery was replaced. The scooter was with the service center from 11 in the morning till almost 5 in the evening.

                                  Now, I have the similar issue again, where the self-start does not work, horn does not work and the power light turns on even if the vehicle is not running and is in the standing mode with engine started.

                                  I visited again, and now came to know that the horn is faulty and there are other parts as well which are faulty.

                                  Upon discussing the matter with the showroom owner Mr. Anand Deo, he politely told me that he can only guarantee for the service and not for any technical faults. Also, he somehow managed to blame me for not giving them enough time to investigate the issue last time and as per him its just my second or third visit which happens and is normal.

                                  I my feeling cheated with TVS and really regret with my decision of being a TVS motors customer. I wish to return the vehicle and if you guys cannot refund the money, please keep it with you as charity as it seems you are in great need of it, but please stop cheating people.

                                    I had given my Scooty Pep for service in Prakruthi Motors TVS, Jalahalli Cross Bangalore on January 30. The service representative told that the vehicle will be repaired and delivered within three days. After three days every single day i have been calling to track the status and the reply i get is that it will be ready by tomorrow. After three weeks the representative tells that one of the main part of engine i.e. head is damaged and it has to be ordered and it will take another one week to deliver. After exactly the time mentioned, i called up and the response i get is that it wil take another one week more. I have not seen such pathetic service anywhere else. The service representative is supposed to check all the problems in the vehicle before the start of the manual work. After almost three weeks, he replies that another part is missing. Hope i get a better response on this issue quickly. The next best option is to contact the Police Department.
