Dear sir/madam
I m from Dharwad Karnataka, purchased scooty streak in the month of july of 2013 At Jyoti motors Dharwad and leaving it for servicing timely at authorised dealers only. Till now the vehicles running is 6631 km
Now on 1st of june suddenly engine seized while moving.
Then I left it at Saroor showroom Dharwad, for repair. The mechanics after inspecting the vehicle say's that
Oil pump is blocked, piston crank, timing chain damaged
And charging above rs 8000 for repair.
I ran the vehicle smoothly all these days and left for service periodically at authorised servicing centres although I got problem in engine
So I m thinking that I got defective product.
So take this as my complaint and give me exemption on repair charges

    My tvs apache rtr 180 was purchased on 30/10/2015. I had gone to
    Ervice centre (Satya enterprises) for third free service.
    During the service mechanic did all work except filling of engine oil
    In engine. According to my opinion this fault is not of only mechanic
    Ervice centre is also responsible for this fault. I had seen that
    Bike washer is mechanic in this service centre. Another mechanic had
    Earphone in his ear. He was talking long time with some one during the
    Ervice. Service centre is responsible for my bike damage. So please
    Ure that i should have new bike instead of damage bike which is done
    By your service centre.

      On 05/06/16, i have services my apache 160, which no. Dl2sn2453, after service i was hearing little bit sound from inside of engine afterall i was thinking its sound came to region of service. But today that sounds gone bigger so i checked my mobile oil and i had shocked because there is no engine oil in engine.. I totally upset service centre can do this kind of work, i was always thinking authorised service centre always doing well performance but i was wrong 👎 tvs service centre can do lenient work.

        I have purchase tvs scooty registration no. Mh-03-bp 9205 in the year 2014 from last couple of weeks my tvs scooty is giving some problem, and it is not advisable to drive down the scooty till bhandup workshop at innovative as i stay in mulund, i have requested your workshop to pickup the same and resolved the problem (I have lodged the complaint on 1st june 2016) after follwoing it up very rigorously they have sent mechanic to my residence the mechanic called me and confirm that the vehicle is ok only there was some dust partial in petrol and he has cleaned the same and the vehicle is having no problem, but when i tried the same in the evening it was at the same condition
        Again i have called workshop and informed them about the same and mr. Kumar in-charge of workshop promised me to send the mechanic immediately till date no one has come to resolved the same even after we are ready to pay all the charges we are not getting services,

        I would like to informed you that i have one, ore tvs brand i. E. Tvs jupiter
        Purchased 16 months back. Now i feel that was my mistake to purchased tvs brand and in near future i will never suggest tvs brand to any of my friends.

          After my first service in Tvs showroom while delivering i found my bike back side madguard shifted center to right side it is done one of Tvs showroom mechanic who serviced my bike at same time informed to service supervisor mr Abhijeet he said like.now this is time we closing the showroom u may come someother day we will correct it.
          On 6.06.16 i called to mr Abhijeet and he given me appointment on 12.00pm same day and also handedover the my bike to supervisor and he given time for delivery is 4.00 pm . And i called to mr Abhijeet at same delivery time and he said more 30 mins for delivery i reached at 5.00pm to showroom and i saw they yet didnt taken my bike for service .and now today is second day still they didnt touchs my bike for service..

            I have purchased a Wego year back from TVS Shelar Pune and now Wego has got petrol leakage problem.
            Vehicle given for servicing to showroom at Shelar TVS satara road branch, three days are left but problem is not resolve even though staff is providing false commitment and information after call from my side there is not pre-intimation from their end.
            The Shelar staff and managers are not looks worry about customer. Showroom...

            I have purchased TVS Jupiter on 3rd May 2016. After some time I have learnt that scooty over speed 35 KMPH is creating problem like not giving smooth ride since feeling is like something got stucked or trapped accordingly handle is vibrating though above speed of 50 KMPH it is feeling like riding is smooth. 1st free service has been done for my scooty at Aditi Motors in Noida, I complained about the issues however problem has been not resolved by them whereas I feel problem has been increased after 1st service. I am looking forward to get a help from TVS motors.

                Bought this bike in November 2015 in Haryana from bulland motors Gurgaon.After the first service the bike is producing weird noise near engine and front disc. I asked the service guy to repair it but no result it's been 3 services since then but every time noise is getting louder.I am really disappointed with the service. Please take appropriate action otherwise I will have to register a complaint in consumer court. No body is listening in Service centre.

Today i came to service of my bike in agency and share problem with tvs team that my bike tyres is leakage and mechanic was agree and provide me a letter to check that but unfortunately engineer was not there and ask me to come om monday. I am so upset that my newly bike tyres are leaking and engineer is not available so i am not feeling better for this service.

                    I purchased star city plus during february from versha motors, vanuvampet, madipakkam. From the date on which i purchased the vehicle it is giving ttroble. Eg. Starting problem, in riding more than 30 kms. Turned up to the company a number of times. The sales coy. Versha motors always turning their deaf air to me and no response was given to my number of visit. No responsible person is meeting me. Finally as the vehicle is not road worthy, i have admitted the vehicle on 3rd morning with the promise to take delivery on 4th june. It was not delivered on the said date and my repeated request ended in vain. The service adviser one thiru ragavan gave vague replyreply to my request. Finqally it is understand thqat they people are unable to attend the problem and the actual problem is unexplained
                    It is therefore requesfed that the vehicle may please be replace by a ne one since being the seneor citizen cannot run the problematic vehicle

                      I bought tvs Jupiter on 24/06/2016, the basics of it give me more average than activate. As advertised ment of company jupiter give 62km average. So I bought it, but still i not got this average. On the every service I complain delar about it, but I not got more of 50 in delar explanation.
                      Naw what i do?
                      Go for consumer Forum or?
                      Last service before it's give me just 35km/lit.

                        I suman nag roy have bought a two wheeler tvs wego (Registration no. Wb 24 af6304) on 14th aug, 2015 from shaw tvs sub delear, name shaw auto centre, 108/110 b. T. Road, kolkata 700108 (I. S. I. Bus stop) area dunlop & it has been registered at barackpore rto on 15.09.2015. But still i have not received my smart card / r. C. Book. I visited & phoned several time to the showroom, but they give me different excuses time to time like smart card is not available at barackpore rto / puja vacation offciers are not available, the last one is all officers are busy for election duty. Last saturday that is 28/05/2016 i have visited shaw tvs main delear, titagarh on their request to short out (I have write a letter to arto for not received the smart card) the problem & they have taken seven days, but still i have not received any positive reply from their end. As per government vehicle act the smart card / r. C. Book should be delivered within 45 days to 60 days to the owner of the vehicle after registration date. Then why they don't give the same to me, already it has been delay more that eight months...
                        Also i have complaint to your head office on 18.05.2016 vide call ref no. 40411 & your customer care department also update to me the problem will be shorted out within seven working days... Which is completed...
                        Kindly look into the matter urgently.

                          Website: About Serviceing centre problem at Ratnagiri and bike passing problem at Kolhapur

                          Respected sir/m'am
                          I have bought tvs jupiter on 14th april 2016 from sadichha auto bambawade taluka shahuwadi dist kolhapur. It's time for 1st servicing. I had gone to your ratnagiri tvs service centre at trp (Ktm) which address was told by same dealer when i had told that i am going to use that jupiter at ratnagiri. But i learnt that ratnagiri tvs sevrice centre is not authorised now and stopped giving free services. While buying jupiter if dealer had cleared about it i can buy another bike instead of jupiter.
                          Another thing is your this dealer is not paying attention towards our problems. 2 months will pass on this 14th june 2016, till haven't number and passing procedure. It's total cheating me.
                          Kindly pay attention towards this problems and please sort out it early.

                            I gave my apache rtr 180 for service n i was there only whole time ... First of all poor staff .. Got no manners to talk and staff keeps abusing and the manager no help being provided by him.. Ok after standin 3 hours finally my bike. Rdy...then staff lady came to me and said to pay bill...gave me rough slip to pay amount 1030 rs. I asked for bill ..to the counter. He said to go ask lady there ok np i went there lady said go ask manager ok i went therr n asked him he said due to some reason we cannot provide u bill. There staff everyone behaviour poor. Is that a customer satisfaction or you give ur customers pain? After getting rdy i took my bike n lefted from there .. I nearly got accident my bike stopped .. I was half way home not getting start givin jerks ... Took my bike walkin.. Is that a customer satisfaction? No responsibilty of them to test bike and hand over to customers? I dont know if any action wud be taken or you respect ur customers but its my duty to tell what problems i faced.. Thankyou

                              I completed 4 th free servicing of my jupiter vehicle bearing a no. TS 02 EH 6970 on the date: 01/05.2016. But, at the work shop, they hadn't inspect the vehicle properly and they even didn't clean the electric plug and caburator properly.so, it is not running properly and frequently stops on the road and didn't get start for a long time.we consulted a private mechanic to solve the problem which was accuring frequently amidst of the road.most of the TVS bikes riders are women, they are unable to solve the problem when it suddenly stops on the road. so, i request you to take proper measures not to happen this kind of improper service again.
                              note; i called adarsha TVS show room work shop at 9.25 on the date 03/06/2016 to register a complaint, but nobody is lifting the phone.

                                I purchased TVS STAR City+ from Priyanka TVS at Panvel Navi Mumbai on 20th August 2015.

                                After 2 month they give me RTO passing receipt with bike no MH46 AQ5732, after 2 month when I not received the RC Book then I visited to RTO office and come to know that dealer has not made the payment of road tax.

                                Then I went to dealer office, Priyanka TVS told me that they will solve the matter and will arrange RTO passing again.
                                Regularly I am visiting to their office in Panvel but they people are not responding saying that you use the bike and will arrange the RTO paper when it will be available.
                                I am doing followup with them form last 9 month for RTO passing paper, Because of this issue I am not able to use my bike.

                                I hope that TVS Motor team will help me to solve the issue.

                                Well, some companies still have a room to improve... I think Ahok Leyland will show up as a worthy car very soon. The creators work hard on its development and I'm sure, the success will come shortly. Just have a look at the last model spare parts https://boodmo.com/vehicles/ashokleyland/ and think twice, if India has something special to offer! I suppouse, YES!

                                  Today my TVS Wego given for service to Ms Lakshmi TVS OMR Okiyyampet.
                                  Service center taken my service coupon and got reply on noon and my 5th service already availed it should be charged .
                                  I have not yet serviced and availed 5th service . I have a few queries on that .

                                  My vehicle on 12 th month only how would claimed before 12 th month 5 th service

                                  I have a service coupon with me without coupon how would taken 5th service .

                                  It really hurting me for that reason service center not service my vehicle.

                                  I request your attention to resolve my issue since vehicle required on my daily activities and mean time not ready to pay the service charge as having 5th service free .

                                    Hi team, in pune sangvi your subdealer name teerth motor owner name is Sachin Jindal is doing the mental Harsement of the customer. Already when activa was booked Jupiter was given and also he is not giving the papers of Jupiter on time. For processing it takes 12-15 days and still it has been month still papers are not given.
