I bought a tvs jupiter on 4th april, 2016 from sai baba sales pvt ltd, chinchwad, pune - 19.

I am surprised to see the worst form of customer satisfaction, since the time i bought the vehicle. No one is bothered to listen to our grievances at the dealers end. They do not pick up the phone. I got a vehicle which has serious problems, the fuel meter is faulty and shows faulty readings. The dealer says it a common problem and...

We sent our tvs heavy duty for free service. A person working in the service center told us that mobi-oil that is used for service is not available and we have to pay for another synthetic mobi-oil that will cost around 323/-.

When we told her that its your problem if you dont have the normal one than she told us to file a complaint if we cant afford the synthetic one.

If any action is not taken against this...

Hi I bought a tvs wego in November 2014 from kk tvs najafgarh. From the start I started facing problems with the scooty.
In one and a half years its driven head and the belt has been changed three times, spark plug is not stable, so many times I have pulled it on road to kilometers, the headlights are also defected as water goes inside while washing and rain thus head lamp is to b changed several times, after all this in last service...

My bike sudenly skid today... then i see rear tyre position is totaly blocked...
Because drum bracks joint braked..
So i called a local machenic. He told me the drum brack joint scroo is not tight in service time... and brack padal also damaged now...
So now i want new bracking system and brack padal now......

I have purchased TVS jest, 1 year back. Its run 4 years. I missed first 2 service because of out of station reasons. I have given 3rd service from tvs sub dealer(as they say). after some time. during running condition, Strange sound came up and Kicker jammed and self start not happening. I have purchased tvs apche rtr 180 abs rs.95, 000. From aligarh in february 2012. One of the internal part (Magnet and coil) were damaged due to loose of nut bolt inside magnet. I have taken to local tvs authorised dealer in mainpuri (U. P.). He didnt accept my bike for repairing due to non availability of parts. I want to purchase a tvs wego disc brake scooter dual tone red/black colour from any of the reputed tvs dealer showrooms in kolkata but all are sighting non availability of tvs wego and asking me to purchase tvs jupiter instead. Why should i as a customer have to face such discrimination in a metro city like kolkata. Please look into this matter on a priority basis.

workshop manager the warranty is expired but when i bought a bike salesgirl ask me 3 year warranty please resolve my issue on top priority i will very thankful to you
