Hello,

Unfortunately writing this mail with huge disappointment from TVS motors.

I have bought a TVS Jupiter vehicle on 28th of January 16 (probably the worst decision of my life). It’s not even a month today, and I have to visit the service center thrice.

On the first occasion, within a week I guess, the horn of the vehicle stopped working and the service center guy just made the horn wiring...

I had given my Scooty Pep for service in Prakruthi Motors TVS, Jalahalli Cross Bangalore on January 30. The service representative told that the vehicle will be repaired and delivered within three days. After three days every single day i have been calling to track the status and the reply i get is that it will be ready by tomorrow. After three weeks the representative tells that one of the main part of engine i.e. head is damaged and it...

I do not know how many times I need to register complain here. Still 4 days and there is no action taken on my complaint. I already mail my RC copy to you guys. And still no mesaage no calls no emails had been received by me since then.please resolve that and get back to me about the status

Myself Prem Bhushan Jha from Bangalore, last week I hand-over my bike for servicing in Address: #45, Hosur Main Road, Rupena Agrahara, Bommanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068
Phone:[protected]. They have changed more then 2000 just for normal servicing but they have not even aligned the handle properly and they have changed my battery they put some old battery, since I have taken my bike from servicing...

This is only for notifying you guys that i was complained on 16 feb... but still none a single action done by tvs team.
only a same day when i complained i got a call of ANUSH SHRIVASTAV from DELHI NO. IS :- [protected] he demand for my bike purchase bill on mail (cash.[protected]@india.com) and i was send him
but after that nothing is done by him for resolve my complain.
plz update me guys you were solve my problem or not...so...

I had given complaint on 18th Feb my complaint no 39693. In nellore vega tvs in mini bye pass road the guy given Oct 2015 model instead of 2016 ths very fraud dear tvs management do u think customer is fool, nearly 4 days completed no one given response I am upset by ur service within 48 hours ur not responding I will approach consumer court and media...

I do not know how much rupees I need to give to the engine of my motorcycle. Now what happen noise coming out of my bike due to tappet and cam. My bike is in extended warranty. When I reached the service centre S.K Tvs hapur(uttar pradesh). They said we are unable to provide extended warranty coz we unable to pull up your service history.what is that.when I opt for extended warranty they told me u can avail the service all india.now thy are...

New Jupiter below the back-light portion broken in new brought TVS Jupiter . I complaint to agency next day and say please replace the TVS Jupiter but they say no....

I ordered parts of TVS Jupiter silver colour 15 days ago..bt till nw I dint got the parts..i[censored] people don't have parts then why the hell your are making vehicles.. Very poor quality of service.....

Hello,

In last week I made servicing from Kalamkar TVS Hadapsar Pune.
1. Before servicing mileage is 71KM & after servicing 38KM. & I go again then give ans. mileage measuring device not available.

2. Bike total firing get changed Also getting crackers sound from cleanser.

3. Mechanic are totally uneducated. Dont have much knowledge.

4. So i give ZERO out of TEN for TVS...

I purchased the Bike from Ramkay TVS Adayar on 07/07/2015. The experience was nice from sales side. Now the problem is from your Dealers Service Section. If it is a free service they will not at all listen from customer complaints. Simply they need money from customer. To be honest I really got a worst Customer Service experience from TVS and the dealer.

Your dealer is not delivering me Jupiter against credit payment. He is demanding 1.5% extra as service charge on full payment of vehicle. And to bring to your notice that, as per RBI norms no merchant should charge this extra service charge on credit card payments.

Dear sir, This is with reference to my Jupiter which was purchase by me in 24th feb15 but till I haven't received my registration of vehicle or any temporary no. Now in next week my insurance will lapse I wont be able to renew my insurance due to non availability of registration required the registration asap please....

Not get the registration no of bike for 5 months and not give any responce when i asked where is my number and tell that your challan not subbited and your challan sumitted after 3 months. i can doing FIR to tvs

I had purchased TVS jupiter 15/2/2015 till now I am not getting the exact mileage which was told while purchasing the Bike

since 2 months I am taking regular reading

it is giving only 30 -35 kmpl

Kindly let me know weather I will get atleast 50 kmpl
since Iam fed up with 30 - 35 kmpl...

pathetic customer dealing 0 satisfaction. I gave bike for service i do not know whether they charged the battery or not but since then bike is not starting at self start and people there are really ill manered...

I bought the tvs jupiter nov'2015, the guy said me that the service centre will be open for the whole year, even on sundays so that i can enjoy my free services on the given time, my 2nd service is going to due on 20th feb'2016 and today i.E. On 18th feb'2016 i came to know that the service centre is going to shut down
i spoke to tvs customer care but the guy does not have any answer or no help for the customer, and that service centre...
